MATT KRAMER - "I Have PTSD Something Terrible From The Daily Abuse From The Members In SAIGON KICK"
Saigon Kick vocalist Matt Kramer has taken to social media with the following unexpected announcement:
"Everyday I am asked when I am going to get back into music? I have PTSD something terrible from the daily abuse from the members in Saigon Kick. There wasn’t one day that went by that they didn’t threaten me out of the band or treat me like absolute garbage. All of them. Trusting anyone in the music business is a far stretch for me. I’ve never said this out loud but the only reason why we got a record deal is from my live performances. No joke. At this point it really doesn’t matter, but I have absolutely no association with anyone from that band. Completely washed my hands and if you are following them. Don’t follow me."
Saigon Kick was formed in Miami, Florida in 1988. The band is best known for their second album, The Lizard, released in 1992. It peaked at #80 on the Billboard 200, driven by the single "Love Is On The Way", which reached #12 on the Billboard Hot 100. Both the album and the single have been certified gold.
