MESHUGGAH - The Call From Nuclear Blast HQ: The Ophidian Trek Trailer

Commemorating the 25-year anniversary since the recording of their first EP, Sweden’s extreme musical deviants, Meshuggah, will release a concert DVD / 2CD set and Blue-ray, The Ophidian Trek, on September 26th in Europe, September 29th in the UK, and September 30th in North America via Nuclear Blast.

With visual footage shot in the US and Europe during The Ophidian Trek tour and festival footage from Wacken Open Air 2013 in Germany, the live audio was processed and edited by Meshuggah guitarist Fredrik Thordendal, mixed by Daniel Begstrand (Meshuggah, Dimmu Borgir, Behemoth), and mastered by Mats “Limpan” Lindfors (Opeth).

Nuclear Blast HQ gave Meshuggah a call to discuss the upcoming Blu-Ray/DVD release. Here's how it went down... watch the new trailer below:
