LESS THAN THREE – Featuring Former And Current Members Of BEFORE THE DAWN, PROFANE OMEN, MYGRAIN Release New EP; Streaming In Full
Less Than Three started as the bedroom project of Jesse Soiletsalo (ex-Medicated) in 2010. After composing a dozen songs Jesse wanted to record the tracks properly with a real drummer, so Samuli Mikkonen (Profane Omen) was chosen to help with the job. The songs began to fill out but they still needed some lead vocals. After trying out a couple of singers the perfect match was found with Tommy Tuovinen (MyGrain). The band became whole after Pyry Hanski (ex-Before The Dawn, Mörbid Vomit) and Ari-Pekka Repo (ex-Murdershock) joined as bassist and second guitarist respectively.
The Black Box EP was recorded during the spring and is now being released by the unsigned band itself. Along the recording process of the new EP, Less Than Three also did a cover version of Meshuggah’s oldie but goodie track, “Future Breed Machine” and decided to release a studio video of it as a “teaser” for the EP.
