VAN DER GRAAF GENERATOR

Former Van der Graaf Generator bass man Nic Potter sadly passed away earlier this week, (17th January) and after a long illness.

Nic first joined VdGG back in 1969 and appeared on The Least We Can Do Is Wave To Each Other (1970) and H To He, Who Am The Only One (1970). Nic would also rejoin the band in during 1977 and 1978 and featured on The Quiet Zone/The Pleasure Dome, the band’s last studio album before the reformation in 2005.

Nic released a number of solo albums, remained in contact with members of VdGG and would appear on numerous Peter Hammill releases.
