Mute to release new Throbbing Gristle album
hrobbing Gristle have completed their first new studio album in 25 years entitled "Part two". The release is scheduled for worlwide release on March 20th 2006. There will also be a limited edition presented in 4 different version as they will include one of a series of four different Throbbing Gristle Totemic Gifts in either copper, bone, rubber or wood. The gifts are built into the "Part two" CD jewel case. The Totemic Gifts were handmade under Peter Christopherson's personal supervison in Thailand. Each of the Totemic Gift CDs comes in an edition of 1000. "Part two" track listing: Vow of Silence, Rabbit Snare, Separated, Almost A Kiss, Greasy Spoon, Lyre Liar, Above The Below, Endless Not, The Worm Waits Its Turn, After The Fall.
