STEVEN WILSON Launches Lyric Video For New Song “Refuge”

STEVEN WILSON Launches Lyric Video For New Song “Refuge”

Steven Wilson has released a lyric video for “Refuge”, a track from his forthcoming album, To The Bone. Find the clip below.

Steven’s expansive, brilliant fifth album, To The Bone, is due for release August 18th. To The Bone is a gloriously dynamic modernist pop record as imagined by the UK's biggest underground artist. Pre-orders are live at this location.

Fusing driving futurist rock and spectral electronics to elegiac hyper-space ambience and dizzying, squalling guitars, To The Bone is Steven Wilson's hat-tip to the hugely ambitious progressive pop records of his youth (think Peter Gabriel's So, Talk Talk's Colour Of Spring, Tears For Fears' Seeds Of Love).

Lyrically, the album's 11 tracks veer from the paranoid chaos of the post-truth era and the creeping self-loathing of the technology age to steely fly-on-the-wall observations of the everyday lives of religious fundamentalists with a welcome shot or two of wide-eyed escapism. Sonically and melodically stunning, To The Bone is a high definition snapshot of the disconcerting times we live in.

The follow up to 2015’s Hand. Cannot. Erase., To The Bone is Steven Wilson’s first album since signing with Caroline International (Iggy Pop, Underworld, Thurston Moore, Glass Animals).

Formerly the founder and mainstay of outsider rock band Porcupine Tree, Steven released his first record under his own name, Insurgentes, in 2008. He has been resolutely independent throughout a three-decade career that’s made him the most successful British artist you've never heard of.

THE ROLLING STONES - Sticky Fingers Live At The Fonda Theatre 2015 Coming On Various Formats In September; Teaser Video Streaming

On September 29th, Eagle Rock Entertainment will unveil The Rolling Stones’ From The Vault: Sticky Fingers: Live At The Fonda Theatre 2015 on DVD+CD, Blu-ray+CD, DVD+3LP, and digital formats. This is the fifth release “From The Vault”, a series of live concerts from The Rolling Stones archive which are being officially released for the first time.

This latest addition to the acclaimed “From The Vault” series captures a truly unique event in the storied history of The Rolling Stones. On May 20th, 2015 at the Fonda Theatre in Hollywood, California, the band performed the entire Sticky Fingers album live in concert for the first (and so far only time) in their career. The show celebrated the reissue of the Sticky Fingers album and was the opening night of The Rolling Stones’ North American Zip Code Tour that would run over the next two months. The intimate setting of the Fonda Theatre was in contrast to the huge stadiums in which the band would perform for the rest of the tour and made this an incredibly special occasion for those fans lucky enough to get a ticket. This incredible release includes Stones classics like “Brown Sugar”, “Wild Horses”, “Start Me Up”, “Jumpin’ Jack Flash”, “Bitch”, “Dead Flowers”, “When The Whip Comes Down”, and more.

The DVD & Blu-ray include interviews with the band members intercut with full-length performances. The CD and 3LP feature the full show as performed on the night. As Bonus Features, the DVD & Blu-ray include tracks cut from the concert film: “All Down The Line”, “When The Whip Comes Down”, and “I Can’t Turn You Loose”.

From The Vault: Sticky Fingers Live At The Fonda Theatre 2015 is a full-blooded interpretation of one of The Rolling Stones’ most loved works. Combined with the bonus interviews, it proves an incredible experience for any Stones fan.

Germany’s GRABAK Signs With Massacre Records; Bloodline Divine Album Due In November

Germany’s GRABAK Signs With Massacre Records; Bloodline Divine Album Due In November

German black metal outfit, Grabak, has signed with Massacre Records and will release its new album, Bloodline Divine, in mid-November. Grabak certainly aren't rookies anymore. They're around since 1995 and have already released a demo as well as five studio albums.

The quintet likes to be on stage too. The band from Leipzig, Germany, around vocalist J. K. already appeared at festivals like Party.San, Barther Metal Open Air and In Flammen Open Air and shared the stage with bands like Dark Funeral, Dissection, Marduk, Belphegor and Watain in the past.

A few months ago, Grabak recorded the upcoming album at the Echolux Studio with producer Andy Schmidt in Leipzig, Germany. The new songs are atmospherically more complex, and the band stated that they follow the musical path of their previous albums, Agash Daeva and SIN.

A few video impressions from the recordings are available here.

ATRIARCH Streaming “Void” Track From Upcoming Dead As Truth Album

Ritualistic, apocalyptic noisemakers Atriarch are streaming the new track “Void”, featured on the band’s impending full-length album, Dead As Truth. Listen to the song below.

Recorded and mixed by Greg Wilkinson at Earhammer Studios (Om, Graves At Sea, Vhol) and featuring artwork by Stevie Floyd (YOB, Dark Castle), Dead As Truth sees Atriarch venture deeper into the blackened abyss with haunting incantations, exotic drones, and crushing aural experimentations that boldly embrace death's cold heart. Atriarch prescribe the order that there is but one truth and that is death.

ARGUS Premiers “You Are The Curse” Lyric Video; Band Prepares For European Tour With HIGH SPIRITS

ARGUS Premiers “You Are The Curse” Lyric Video; Band Prepares For European Tour With HIGH SPIRITS

US heavy metal torchbearers, Argus, will release From Fields Of Fire on September 8th via Cruz Del Sur Music. The band have released a lyric video for the track “Your Are The Curse”, which can be found below. Pre-order From Fields Of Fire at this location.

Comments vocalist Brian “Butch” Balich: “‘You Are The Curse’ was the first song we wrote for From Fields Of Fire. Dave [Watson, guitar] brought it in and it immediately fit. I knew we had exciting things coming for the album when it came together. It’s classic Argus and a good song to introduce From Fields of Fire to our friends worldwide. It’s an up-tempo, rhythmically aggressive but melodic song shot through with dark undertones. Lyrically, this song deals with the idea that sometimes we need look no further than ourselves for why things go wrong in our lives…as you sow so shall you reap. It’s been a live mainstay for about a year-and-a-half and one we expect to play often.”

From Fields Of Fire is the defining moment from a band that has delivered the goods album after album. It is the highlight of their career to date and it is an album that will be seen as a highlight in heavy metal circles, not just this year, but for years to come.

Argus no longer needs an introduction. Three studio albums, three EPs, several European tours and US showcases and festival appearances have established the name of Argus as an established force in the heavy metal Universe. Yet, Argus is a band not content to rest on its achievements. This is a band that is still hungry - a growing and strengthening animal that shows no signs of slowing down any time soon.

Judging from the outside almost nothing seems to have changed this time around on From Fields Of Fire. Another exceptional and visionary cover provided by Brad Moore, and an Intro / Outro on the tracklisting, another of Argus' trademarks through all their records. But it's when you get on the inside, when you bite this album below the flesh to the bones that you realize Argus has not only been able to maintain their uniqueness, but the band has raised the quality of their creativity and therefore raised the stakes for their future. There's a definite step ahead in terms of production and songwriting, which has reached the highest quality with the addition of producer and guitarist Dave Watson and bassist Justin Campbell in the lineup. The tense opener "Devils Of Your Time" and the emotional closing "No Right To Grieve" are the songs that most clearly express their courage and confidence of exploring unusual sonic paths.

But it's the entire album that confirms that Argus is probably the best band nowadays to pay homage to traditional heavy metal without merely aping their heroes. This is true metal with doom elements, two worlds that often touch, but have never been as well synthesized into a single, organic sound as they are here. From Fields Of Fire features some real heavy metal gems: the infectious melodies and guitar-drive of "You Are The Curse" and "216”, the moody "Hour Of Longing”, the galloping sound of "As A Thousand Thieves" and the borderline epic, ever-shifting majesty of "Infinite Lives, Infinite Doors”.

From Fields Of Fire is an album that whose parts are as strong as the whole, where each track is a highlight; yet, it is also an album that demands to be absorbed as a whole where the music, lyrics and atmosphere reach deep inside of you and take root as your appreciation of this band and this music grows to be a part of you.

Tracklisting:

“Into The Fields Of Fire”
“Devils Of Your Time”
“As A Thousand Thieves”
“216”
“You Are The Curse”
“Infinite Lives Infinite Doors”
“Hour Of Longing”
“No Right To Grieve”
“From The Fields Of Fire”

To coincide with the release of From Fields Of Fire, Argus is embarking on a nine-date European tour with Chicago high-energy rock heroes High Spirits. The tour kicks off September 8th in Dornbirn, Austria, culminating with their September 16th appearance at the Storm Crusher festival in Püchersreuth, Germany.

“High Spirits have been friends of ours for several years and a band we all really dig a lot,” says Balich. “We are very excited that this came together - it’s going to be a great show for the fans of both bands - the energy High Spirit and Argus put out on stage is very high, and I think we complement and balance each other as well. It truly is a can’t-miss show. We’ll be playing material from the new album, of course, but expect to hear something from every album including a couple songs we haven’t played in a long time. All of us in Argus cannot wait to return to Europe. It’s something we look forward to doing every year and this trip is going to be a blast getting to hang out with and watch High Spirit every night, too!”

Sweden’s FIREBREATHER To Release Debut Album In October; “The Ice Lord” Music Video Streaming

Sweden’s FIREBREATHER To Release Debut Album In October; “The Ice Lord” Music Video Streaming

There’s no escaping the fact that Sweden is an incomparable breeding ground for some of the heaviest and most crushing metal bands in the world right now. Amon Amarth, Grand Magus, Candlemass, Vokonis, Monolord… all have crossed the water and duly conquered in recent years. In fact, even those yet to arrive can more often than not be found waiting in the wings, battle horn in hand heralding trepidation, Scandinavian-promise and riffs the size of long ships.

One such band waiting to scorch the earth upon which they land is Gothenburg trio Firebreather, who will release their self-titled debut album on Suicide Records this October. Relatively new to the fold having formed in the spring of 2016 from the ashes of underground doom heavyweights Galvano, Firebreather is a devastatingly weighty statement of intent. Taking in four tracks that swallow time behind tooth shattering riffs from guitarist/vocalist Mattias Nööjd and crunching rhythms via bassist Kyle Pitcher and Tommy Hanning (newly replaced by drummer Fredrik Käll), Firebreather are a jaw-breaking triptych of sludge and doom rock.

Mastered by Brad Boatright (Sleep, Corrosion of Conformity, Beastmilk, Obituary) at his Audioseige Studio in Portland, OR and featuring artwork by legendary underground artist Adam Burke, Firebreather are out to make 2017 their own.

Firebreather is released on October 13th via Suicide Records. Check out a video for “The Ice Lord” below.

“Fire Foretold”
“Emerald Eyes”
“The Ice Lord”

PINK FLOYD Legend DAVID GILMOUR Launches EPK Video For Upcoming Live At Pompeii Release; “One Of These Days” Excerpt Streaming

PINK FLOYD Legend DAVID GILMOUR Launches EPK Video For Upcoming Live At Pompeii Release; “One Of These Days” Excerpt Streaming

45 years after Pink Floyd’s David Gilmour filmed Live At Pompeii in the legendary Roman Amphitheatre there, he returned for two spectacular shows that took place on July 7th and 8th, 2016, part of his year-long tour in support of his #1 album, Rattle That Lock. The performances were the first-ever rock concerts for an audience in the stone Roman amphitheatre, and, for two nights only, the 2,600 strong crowd stood exactly where gladiators would have fought in the first century AD.

David Gilmour Live At Pompeii is an audio experience on its own, while the audio-visual spectacle features lasers, pyrotechnics and a huge circular screen on which specially-created films complement selected songs. Paramount, however, is the incredible music: the show includes songs from throughout David's career, as well as many Pink Floyd classics, including “One Of These Days”, the only song that was also performed at the band’s 1971 show.

Both concerts also saw very special performances of “The Great Gig In The Sky” from The Dark Side Of The Moon, which David rarely plays as a solo artist. The 2-disc concert CD was produced by David Gilmour, and mixed by Andy Jackson and David Gilmour. The 148-minute concert film includes highlights from both shows, filmed in 4k by director Gavin Elder. DVD and Blu-ray versions contain an extra 7-minute documentary by Gavin Elder ‘Pompeii Then And Now’, while the Deluxe Blu-ray 4-disc box contains the 2xCD version, the 1xBlu-ray version, and a full 207 minutes of extra footage: 11 live performances and 5 documentaries, plus bonus collectables. Vinyl lovers can enjoy a deluxe 4xLP version in gatefold sleeves and a hardback slipcase, plus a 24-page photo booklet.

David Gilmour Live At Pompeii shows an artist at the top of his artistic game, performing incredible material with his world-class band, in a unique setting on one very special occasion. The release is set for September 29th. An EPK (Electronic Press Kit) for the upcoming release, as well as an excerpt of “One Of These Days”, is available for streaming below.

HELLOWEEN: First Video Footage From 'Pumpkins United' Tour Rehearsals

HELLOWEEN: First Video Footage From 'Pumpkins United' Tour Rehearsals

Video footage from the rehearsals for HELLOWEEN's "Pumpkins United" tour can be seen below. The trek will feature seven musicians — including former members Michael Kiske (vocals) and Kai Hansen (guitar), alongside current singer Andi Deris and guitarist Sascha Gerstner — performing material spanning HELLOWEEN's entire three-decade-plus history.

Asked who was the first to suggest the idea of a tour like "Pumpkins United", guitarist Michael Weikath told Spain's Metal Journal: "That was always Kai Hansen who said so — always. And usually then Markus and me, we would reject the idea before, because we had different managements, we had different schedules. And also the whole thing needed to be talked about and trust needed to be created. And so it took that process of blah blah blah and whatever, and then to cut things short, a few years later, after we had the 'Hellish Rock' tour, with GAMMA RAY and Kai Hansen, one got a little bit closer and found where the things in common are. And then I had that talk with Michael Kiske at a metal [festival] in France a few years ago. As I keep telling in interviews, I had one whisky in the other hand and I was pouring myself another whisky and I had a cigarette in the hand and I had another cigarette in the mouth when I talked to him, because I was kind of excited to meet that guy again after all this time. I always thought I should call him on the phone, but I never did it, because I thought maybe he feels disturbed or maybe he doesn't have the time. Only because Weiki feels he could call Kiske on the phone, going, 'Hey, how are you?' 'Yeah, right now I'm kind of busy.' And so that's actually why I never, never, never, never called him. And then there was that opportunity, and I said to him, basically, 'You shouldn't be too angry. You just must understand me. Back at that time, I saw myself as the one to put things into the right direction in HELLOWEEN, and the fact was nobody wanted to record another record with you, so I had to find a solution, or an opinion, and I had to state it to you, and this is how things came about back then. And I hope you can maybe forgive me about that, if I tell you this. Just try to understand me, what was going on back then.' And he said, 'Maybe I've already forgiven you. I don't know. But it's better if we talk when you are more sober and not so drunk.' I wasn't really that drunk; I was just really excited. Ever since, we just had meetings with the whole band and Michael Kiske and Kai Hansen about how to do things, because what Kai Hansen had been proposing was only picked up by the management, and they were going, 'Yeah, we think that's a very cool idea, and we should do this.' And then everybody was asking, 'How do we do it?'"

Regaridng how long he went without talking to Michael Kiske before they reconnected at the aforementioned French festival, Weikath said: "Ever since [he left the band], after [1993's] 'Chameleon' [album]. 'Cause we didn't know how to touch that subject and whatever, and you could see from the press and his comments that there was understandable discrepancy in our relationship. It was always, like, 'Kai Hansen has said this about you, Weiki, and Michael Kiske has said this about you, Weiki. And what do you say?' And so I was always firing back. And that's not necessary anymore if we have these talks going nad everything. And, basically, there's a time to be a little bit adult and grown up about things. Because so much time passed, there can't possibly be much more trouble, because everyone involved has more or less proven what he is capable of on his own and what he would be. Michael Kiske has been doing the solo records as they are, he's been involved in projects as they are and as they were, we've been doing the HELLOWEEN thing, and Kai Hansen has been doing his stuff. So everybody presented to the public what everyone was capable of. And so that's the history, that's all behind that whole thing. And what is there to quarrel or worry or fight about? There's nothing."

The "Pumpkins United" tour will kick off on October 19 in Monterrey, Mexico.

EXIT EDEN Feat. AVANTASIA, VISIONS OF ATLANTIS Singers: Video For Cover Of BACKSTREET BOYS' 'Incomplete'

EXIT EDEN Feat. AVANTASIA, VISIONS OF ATLANTIS Singers: Video For Cover Of BACKSTREET BOYS' 'Incomplete'

EXIT EDEN, the all-female four-piece ensemble featuring Amanda Somerville, Clémentine Delauney, Marina La Torraca and Anna Brunner, has released a video for its cover version of the song "Incomplete", originally recorded by BACKSTREET BOYS.

EXIT EDEN unites all attributes ascribed to the new millennium: cosmopolitan, self-confident-independent and ready to do their very own thing. Despite their diversity, the four singers blend together personally as superbly as they do vocally with their very diverse vocal tones and techniques that go from opera style to raspy rock. This constellation created extraordinary and powerful ideas and finally became their unique plan to raise EXIT EDEN's very own edge: to show the world that almost every classic song can be transformed into a solid metal-rock song. EXIT EDEN's debut, "Rhapsodies In Black", which will be released on August 4 via Napalm Records (worldwide excluding Germany, Switzerland and Austria, where it will be made available via Starwatch), is home to a colorful mix of international super hits from Rihanna to Madonna, from DEPECHE MODE to Adele, and many more. Still and all, it's miles away from being just a cover album. Who the musicians are: Amanda Somerville: Amanda is a rock-solid authority of the music scene, both as a solo artist and sharing success and the stage with bands like AVANTASIA, EPICA and KAMELOT. Though her American roots are based in pop and rock, she fell in love with the metal scene and made it her home. She has toured with Alice Cooper, Ian Gillan and many more legends with her commanding voice and fronts the projects TRILLIUM and KISKE SOMERVILLE (with HELLOWEEN icon Michael Kiske). All of this, combined with her wide range of experience, grants her a unique edge and a permanent address in the metal world. Anna Brunner: A natural talent, Anna began singing at a very young age. As a daughter of a German father and an American mother, she grew up bilingual and founded her first rock band as a teenager. Due to a music study that lead her through different parts of the world, she garnered a multitude of experience and it became crystal clear to her: music has to rock — and vocals need to be emotional — just like a passionate scream. Marina La Torraca: Hailing from Brazil, Marina was born with rhythm in her blood. As the auspicious frontwoman of several metal bands since the age of 15, her path led her to Europe, where she got to perform with AVANTASIA and to found her up-and-coming band PHANTOM ELITE. Since having studied musical theater in New York, the versatile singer and actress can also be seen internationally in musical productions, including the upcoming German tour of the Broadway hit "Rent". For her, being close to the crowd is what counts — no problem for her and her natural convincing character. Clémentine Delauney: Clémentine was born near Paris 30 years ago. She has been a multi talent since her childhood days — no matter if she was dancing, playing the piano or singing, she enchanted her audience. At the age of 16, she joined her first metal band. She is currently fronting symphonic metal outfit VISIONS OF ATLANTIS and also worked with SERENITY and MELTED SPACE. Another one of her career highlights is her participation on Kai Hansen's (HELLOWEEN, GAMMA RAY) first solo album, released in 2016. Thus, Clémentine has carved her way into being one of the great performers of the scene.

MOTÖRHEAD Salutes DAVID BOWIE With Music Video For 'Heroes' Cover

MOTÖRHEAD Salutes DAVID BOWIE With Music Video For 'Heroes' Cover

Celebrating their love of interpreting the music of fellow legends and giving it a thorough 'Motörheading', MOTÖRHEAD recently announced the release of a covers compilation album, "Under Cöver" — a collection of some of the band's best covers. Today, MOTÖRHEAD has released a never-before-heard cover and music video of David Bowie's timeless classic "Heroes". The music video features massive performance footage and heartwarming behind the scenes images and video of the band. Recorded during the "Bad Magic" sessions in 2015 by Cameron Webb, "Heroes" was one of the last songs MOTÖRHEAD recorded together.

"It's such a great Bowie song, one of his best, and I could only see great things coming out of it from us, and so it proved to be," says Phil Campbell, "and Lemmy ended up loving our version." "He was very, very proud of it," says Mikkey Dee, "not only because it turned out so well but because it was fun! Which is what projects like this should be — fun!" "Under Cöver" will be available on September 1 in 1CD (digipak), 1x 180-gram black vinyl in gatefold, super deluxe boxset (1CD digipak, 1x 180-gram black vinyl and VIP guest pass), digital audio and MFiT Audio. To that ethic, the rest of the album contains loud and proud, raucous and raging rock 'n' roll takes on the likes of "God Save The Queen" (SEX PISTOLS), "Cat Scratch Fever" (TED NUGENT), "Rockaway Beach" (THE RAMONES), "Breaking The Law" (JUDAS PRIEST) and "Whiplash" (METALLICA) which earned the band a Grammy in 2005 for "Best Metal Performance." "We were happy with them at the time and we're happy with them now!" affirms Campbell, while Dee says, "We should remember that it's about having some fun with songs that we all loved." CRADLE OF FILTH: First Trailer For 'Cryptoriana - The Seductiveness Of Decay' Album

CRADLE OF FILTH: First Trailer For 'Cryptoriana - The Seductiveness Of Decay' Album

The first trailer for "Cryptoriana - The Seductiveness Of Decay", the twelfth album from U.K.'s legendary extreme metal icons CRADLE OF FILTH, can be seen below. The disc will be released on September 22 via Nuclear Blast.

"Cryptoriana - The Seductiveness Of Decay" was recorded at Grindstone Studios, Suffolk, U.K. by the very honorable Scott Atkins, who has been the resident go-to producer for CRADLE OF FILTH for several albums. Vocalist Dani Filth sat in during the mix, serving up flaming mugs of teas, making the studio couch his own and lending his ears when necessary.

Commented Dani: "The album is deeply infused with Victorian gothic horror and thus the title is a reflection of that. 'Cryptoriana' implies the Victorian's infatuation with the supernatural, the grave and the ghoulish. And the subtitle 'The Seductiveness Of Decay' further cements this attraction to death and the glittering lengthy process of self-annihilation."

The video for the album's first single, "Heartbreak And Séance", can be seen below. Dani stated about the clip: "Working with such an artistic director as Artūrs Bērziņš was indeed an honor, as the video shoot was very extensively planned, involving a myriad of extras and crew, make-up girls and set builders, a crow, some well-behaved snakes and a considerable amount of snow, candles, water, trees, naked bodies, lamentable mourners, as well as all being submerged in suitably gothic landscapes and vistas. And the fact that we travelled to Riga in Latvia to film it was also very unique and interesting. The video itself is fantastic, drawing from the darkly erotic imagery of the album artwork and bringing it to richly technicoloured classical life. We had such a blast shooting it, as the accompanying photos attest to..."

Bērziņš is the mastermind behind the "Cryptoriana - The Seductiveness Of Decay" artwork, photography and videography — best known for his defiant neo-symbolism raster graphics and oil paintings; postmodern interpretations of classic myths. He has been proclaimed as a "sacred monster of Latvian postmodernism".

CRADLE OF FILTH has also announced its first full-scale U.K. and Ireland tour in years, starting in Belfast, Northern Ireland on October 30.

COREY TAYLOR Doesn't Understand Why Fans Watch Concerts Through Their Phones

COREY TAYLOR Doesn't Understand Why Fans Watch Concerts Through Their Phones

SLIPKNOT and STONE SOUR singer Corey Taylor has once again slammed fans who film concerts with phone cameras. He tells "Loudwire Nights" host Toni Gonzalez (see video below): "My thing has always been, it's fine. Bring your phone, take pictures, do whatever you want. But why? Like, you're there. Take pictures, it's fine, do but why are you filming it? It's one thing to film it, it's another thing to just be staring at your screen while you're filming it. It's right there. Are you so terrified of real life that you can't do anything unless it's on that little four-by-four screen? Ugggh. It's very weird."

Taylor last year spoke to the Las Vegas Review-Journal about the controversial situation he was involved in where he smacked the cell phone out of someone's hands at a show. Asked for his personal take on the connectivity/disconnectivity of cell phone usage, Taylor responded: "You watch people walk down the street, and they can't get their beaks out of their stupid phones to cross the street.

"I love watching people get buried in their tiny little technological worlds, and then reality comes and smacks them in the face.

"I don't mind people who take pictures. I don't even mind people who shoot video. I love that, because you're still engaged in the show.

"A lot of people get the wrong idea; they think that if I just see someone on their phone, I'm trying to rage quit their fun. I'm not trying to do that at all. But if I see someone, and it's so obvious they're not even there, you've got to poke them with a stick to get their attention sometimes. Sometimes that means smacking the phone out of their hands.

"You can hate me all you want. It's not going to stop me from smacking those things out of people's hands."

Taylor previously had another fan thrown out of one of SLIPKNOT's concerts, this time at the Concord Pavilion in Concord, California. For reasons that are unclear, Taylor apparently took issue with one particular member of the audience, having him personally ejected from the venue. In a video clip posted online, Taylor can be seen pointing to the fan in a moshpit and ordering security to "get him the fuck out!"

One Reddit user said that security had to wrestle the fan in question out of the crowd, while others at the show were unable to determine why Taylor had the person ejected.

Taylor made headlines in July 2016 for having a concertgoer removed from the band's gig in Toronto. Fan-filmed video footage showed Taylor pointing at someone in the crowd and saying into the mic, "You don't show me shit, you little pussy." Within 15 seconds, security escorted the person out, with Taylor waving and saying, "Bye bye, bitch."

Fans on Reddit claimed the fan was hurling insults at Corey and flipping him off, while another wrote that the man was attacking people in the crowd for no reason. Taylor himself later explained to a New York radio station that the person was "showing some serious disrespect."

In a separate incident last summer, Taylor smacked the phone out of the hand of a texting fan during a SLIPKNOT concert. The singer later explained his action by tweeting, "If you're gonna text, stay home."

Taylor told The Pulse Of Radio that he stands by his response to the fan texting in the front row. "Go to a show to see a show," he said. "You wanna text, stay home. You wanna find an excuse to text? Get out of the barricade! Let somebody else get up there! Don't abuse it, because there are people who would push you down by your face to get there. Stop trying to find ways to get around it. Just shut up!"

VINCE NEIL Is 'Kicking Around Some Song Ideas' For Possible New Solo Album

VINCE NEIL Is 'Kicking Around Some Song Ideas' For Possible New Solo Album

In a recent interview with NorthJersey.com, MÖTLEY CRÜE singer Vince Neil said that there is a future possibility of a follow-up to 2010's "Tattoos & Tequila", his last solo album.

"Right now the focus is on touring," he said. "The demand has been high since MÖTLEY CRÜE's retirement.

"We are kicking around some song ideas and hope we can hit the studio during the off season," Neil added. "Our calendar is pretty booked right now for the next year, at least, so there's nothing for certain at this point.'

Neil's first solo album, "Exposed", came out in 1993, reaching No. 13 on The Billboard 200 chart. His follow-up effort, "Carved In Stone", arrived two years later. Neil's third and latest solo album, "Tattoos & Tequila", was released in 2010 and included two originals along with covers of classics songs from AEROSMITH, SCORPIONS and SWEET.

Neil's backing group continues to include Dana Strum and Jeff Blando from SLAUGHTER and drummer Zoltan Chaney.

Vince told NorthJersey.com that has no qualms about being the only member of MÖTLEY CRÜE still performing the band's songs live.

"People would be [peeved] if I didn't play the hits, and I love performing them and connecting with the audience," Neil said. "Those songs are my legacy as well as MÖTLEY CRÜE's.

"They are great songs that bring back a lot of great memories to a lot of people who grew up when we were big," he continued. "It's always a thrill to see the sparkle in someone's eyes knowing that the song you made takes them back to a special time in their life."

MÖTLEY CRÜE bassist Nikki Sixx recently said that he was happy the group disbanded because he no longer has to deal with the "drama" of being in a group with three other guys with completely "different ideas."

In 2015, MÖTLEY CRÜE completed "The Final Tour", closing the book on the band's iconic career after performing a total of 164 shows in 72 markets, grossing over $100 million.

To cement the sense of finality, the four members of MÖTLEY CRÜE in 2014 publicly signed a "cessation of touring" contract that prevents any of them from performing under the CRÜE name in the future.

JAMES LABRIE Discusses Timeline For New DREAM THEATER Album, Announces Solo Appearance At PROGPOWER USA

JAMES LABRIE Discusses Timeline For New DREAM THEATER Album, Announces Solo Appearance At PROGPOWER USA

DREAM THEATER singer James LaBrie took part in a Facebook Live video chat on Sunday, July 30. You can now watch the question-and-answer session below.

Asked when fans can expect to see DREAM THEATER's follow-up to 2016's "The Astonishing" album, James said: "We're touring the rest of '17 until December. So '18 will be us taking a bit of a break and then later in the year getting back into the studio. So I really don't see a new album coming out until probably late '18, say late fall. And then we'll start another world tour. And I would hope that that would start probably January of '19. At least that's where I see it right now, but it doesn't necessarily mean that's when it's gonna happen."

LaBrie also revealed that he is continuing work on his new solo album for a tentative early 2018 release. He added that if the follow-up to 2013's "Impermanent Resonance" is issued "at the right time," he is "already talking to the guys" in his solo band "about doing a tour behind it." He explained: "I know that we're booked to play September of 2018 at the ProgPower [USA festival] down in Atlanta. We're gonna headline there one of the days; I can't remember the exact date. So we're gonna be doing that. And then what I'm hoping by doing that, we would dates either leading up to it or do dates following the ProgPower festival."

DREAM THEATER last week announced the third and final leg of is "Images, Words & Beyond" tour, which sees the pioneering group celebrating the twenty-fifth anniversary of its milestone RIAA-gold-certified album "Images And Words". The North American headline dates kick off October 25 at Oakland's Fox Theatre. The trek takes the band throughout the US, including dates at NYC's Beacon Theatre and L.A.'s Wiltern, as well as a stop at the Sony Centre in Toronto.

Like previous legs, the show will be presented as an "Evening With Dream Theater," with no opening act. The tour will feature an unparalleled live set of "Images And Words" in its entirety, along with fan favorites from their deep, widely acclaimed catalog.

"Impermanent Resonance" sold around 2,200 copies in the United States in its first week of release to land at position No. 198 on The Billboard 200 chart. The CD also registered the following European first-week chart positions:

"Impermanent Resonance" was released in August 2013 via InsideOut Music. The follow-up to 2010's "Static Impulse" was once again conceived with LaBrie's songwriting partner for over a dozen years, Matt Guillory. Guillory not only took the leading role in composing the material, he also handled all of the keyboards and background vocals.

THE WINERY DOGS Reunite For First Performance In Almost A Year At 'Ultimate Jam Night' (Video)

THE WINERY DOGS Reunite For First Performance In Almost A Year At 'Ultimate Jam Night' (Video)

THE WINERY DOGS, the power trio featuring drummer Mike Portnoy (DREAM THEATER, AVENGED SEVENFOLD, ADRENALINE MOB), legendary bassist Billy Sheehan (MR. BIG, TALAS, DAVID LEE ROTH) and guitarist/vocalist Richie Kotzen (MR. BIG, POISON), reunited for its first live performance in almost a year last night (Tuesday, August 1) during the "Ultimate Jam Night" at the Whisky A Go Go in West Hollywood, California. The event honored ADRENALINE MOB bassist David "Z" Zablidowsky, who died in a recent tour accident.

Fan-filmed video footage of THE WINERY DOGS' appearance can be seen below.

THE WINERY DOGS will release "Dog Years: Live In Santiago & Beyond 2013-2016" on August 4 via Loud & Proud Records. The set, which will be available in both standard and deluxe editions, is a collection of live concert footage, music videos, and an EP of previously unreleased studio tracks. A standard two-disc edition of "Dog Years: Live In Santiago & Beyond 2013-2016" will be available which includes one Blu-ray disc of the 100-minute concert, eight music videos from the band's two albums, and the "Dog Years" EP on CD. A special edition five-disc package will consist of one Blu-ray disc, one DVD of the live concert material and the eight music videos, the "Dog Years" EP on CD, as well as two CDs of the live concert audio.

THE WINERY DOGS last year completed a tour in support of its second album, "Hot Streak", which was released in October 2015 in North America.

"Hot Streak" debuted at No. 30 on The Billboard 200 chart, having shifted 13,000 equivalent album units in the week ending October 8, 2015.

In a recent interview with All That Shreds, Sheehan said about THE WINERY DOGS' current status: "Right now [I'm] going to finish off this year with MR. BIG, and then we'll decide what our schedule will be for WINERY DOGS — how, when, where, what — and probably start writing at the end of the year.

"For WINERY DOGS, I think we're doing something smart up front, in my humble opinion anyway, not to be self-aggrandizing, but we're not going just to do album tour, album tour and album tour," he continued. "After 'Hot Streak', we traveled all over the world, we had a great run. We said, 'You know what? Let's take some time and get inspired so that when we come back, it will be fresh and new again.' Pretty much like those first two records, because we were still learning each other and learned things about each other and [we were] coming up with ideas that were fresh. So when you spend four years together, three or four years together, it's great to back off, and then when you come in again, it's all fresh and new, we've all lived lives. Richie is off doing his thing now, Mike's off doing his thing and I'm doing MR. BIG and a bunch of other stuff. When we get back together again, we'll have a whole big vocabulary of stories to tell as well as musical ideas that mean something to us rather than just forcing it out because the schedule says it's time for a record, and I think that's a wise thing that we're doing in THE WINERY DOGS, approaching it in that fashion. So I believe that we're going to wait until the end of this year to start writing and I'm always writing anyway. So I've always got a couple of pieces of music that I'm working on that [I think], 'This might work for WINERY DOGS,' or, 'This might be a MR. BIG thingy' or whatever. So we're always at it."

LINKIN PARK Has Record-Breaking 23 Titles On BILLBOARD's 'Hot Rock Songs' Chart

LINKIN PARK Has Record-Breaking 23 Titles On BILLBOARD's 'Hot Rock Songs' Chart

According to Billboard, LINKIN PARK has a record-breaking 23 titles on Billboard's Hot Rock Songs chart dated August 12 — less than three weeks following the death of the band's lead singer, Chester Bennington.

LINKIN PARK's 2001 track "Numb" is at No. 2 this week, followed by "In The End" and "Heavy" at Nos. 3 and 4, respectively. In fact, seven of the top 10 are LINKIN PARK songs that span the band's discography, from 2000's "Hybrid Theory" to 2017's "One More Light". Also making an appearance on the chart are two former LINKIN PARK No. 1s on Hot Rock Songs, which re-enter for the first time: "Burn It Down" and "New Divide".

Meanwhile, on the Top Rock Albums chart, LINKIN PARK's latest disc, "One More Light", is once again at No. 1, having moved 50,000 equivalent album units (of which 32,000 are pure sales), according to Nielsen Music. "Hybrid Theory" (41,000 units) and 2003's "Meteora" follow at Nos. 2 and 3, respectively.

Bennington's private funeral service took place on Saturday (July 29) near his home in Palos Verdes. It was attended by five hundred guests, including members of all three bands Bennington sang in: LINKIN PARK, STONE TEMPLE PILOTS and DEAD BY SUNRISE.

Eulogies were delivered by Mike Shinoda and Joseph Hahn of LINKIN PARK and Ryan Shuck from DEAD BY SUNRISE. STONE TEMPLE PILOTS' Robert and Dean DeLeo teamed with KINGS OF CHAOS drummer Matt Sorum, Damon Fox and Jimmy Gnecco to perform "Amazing Grace". Keepsakes from the service included programs and lanyards similar to the VIP passes handed out at LINKIN PARK concerts.

Although Bennington's family has not yet announced any official public memorials, fans have organized over three hundred band-endorsed public tributes around the world.

LINKIN PARK has canceled plans for a North American tour, with the future of the group unclear at this point.

METALLICA: Pro-Shot Footage Of 'Fuel' Performance From Pasadena

METALLICA: Pro-Shot Footage Of 'Fuel' Performance From Pasadena

Professionally filmed video footage of METALLICA performing the song "Fuel" on July 29 at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California can be seen below.

The North American leg of METALLICA's "WorldWired" trek will hit stadiums in seven more cities before ending in mid-August.

The next stop on the tour is Phoenix, Arizona on August 4.

The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame band is touring in support of its tenth studio album, "Hardwired... To Self-Destruct", which came out last November.

METALLICA drummer Lars Ulrich told Rolling Stone that the band was genuinely surprised to learn they could still play stadiums, saying, "It was like, 'Holy fuck, people really still care about this band in ways that you stopped taking for granted literally decades ago. It was very inspiring and kind of eye-opening."

He added: "Full stadium runs can sometimes be a little intimidating. There's all these things to worry about like, 'You should really try to play maybe only on the weekend,' and, 'Where do you play on Tuesday?' and some of those practicalities can get a little bewildering. We just threw caution to the wind. Doing a stadium run seemed like the perfect thing on the back of how well this record has been received and all the good will that's out there in METALLICA's world right now."

FOZZY To Release 'Judas' Album In October; Cover Artwork Unveiled

FOZZY To Release 'Judas' Album In October; Cover Artwork Unveiled

FOZZY — the band featuring WWE wrestling superstar Chris Jericho alongside members of STUCK MOJO — will release its new album, "Judas", on October 13 via Century Media.

Jericho told "The Front Row Report" about what fans can expect from the new disc: "It's definitely the next step. It's an extension. It's more of an evolving FOZZY. We really put a lot of stock in bands like U2 and GUNS N' ROSES and METALLICA, and I think the best example might be David Bowie, where there's always different styles, different eras, and we like that too. And we're not completely changing what we do. But there's different more melodies and this is very much a hookier record. There's not as many guitar solos on the record, but it's still heavy and melodic. It's an evolution from 'Do You Wanna Start A War' [2014] as much as 'Do You Wanna Start A War' was an evolution from 'Sin And Bones' [2012]. I think it's a great trilogy of records that shows a lot of growth, but it's still very heavy and very melodic. Like I said, the trilogy of records — from 'Sin And Bones' to 'Judas' — I think they're all very great records that have a little bit different elements to them all, which is a key to longevity for sure."

Jericho also talked about the songwriting process for "Judas", which was composed during late 2015 and most of 2016 while FOZZY took a break from the road.

"We never really sit in a room and write," he said. "In the past, I would write my parts and send them over to [guitarist] Rich [Ward] and Rich would send it back to me. Also, we had Johnny Andrews writing with us for the whole record. He wrote 'Lights Go Out' on the last record, so we wanted him involved. He produced the record, so Rich and him did a lot of sessions [in the studio where they spent many hours] jamming it out… We wanted to give him total control and let him produce the record and make the record that he thought we should make, and we're really happy that we did."

FOZZY recently announced the return of bassist Paul Di Leo. Paul previously played with FOZZY between 2011 and 2014 and appeared on the group's last two studio albums.

After "Do You Wanna Start A War"'s release, Di Leo was replaced on the road by Jeff Rouse and later by Randy Drake.

"Do You Wanna Start A War" sold around 5,600 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 54 on the Billboard 200 chart. The CD arrived in July 2014 via Century Media.

LACUNA COIL To Release 'Nothing Stands In Our Way' Official Illustrated History

LACUNA COIL To Release 'Nothing Stands In Our Way' Official Illustrated History

Italian heavy rockers LACUNA COIL are working on their first-ever book, titled "Nothing Stands In Our Way", to be published around the world early in 2018.

"Nothing Stands In Our Way" is described as "the full twenty-year story of the Italian gothfathers as told by the band in their own words. Illustrated throughout with rare and candid photographs, memorabilia and personal artefacts, it will see founding members Andrea Ferro, Marco Coti Zelati and Cristina Scabbia sifting through the birth, growth and full flowering of the band to tell twenty years of LACUNA COIL.

"Nothing Stands In Our Way" will be available around the world in two editions, the Classic and the limited-run Signature set. So register your interest now to be sure of getting a copy, and for the chance to have your name printed in the book.

Says LACUNA COIL singer Cristina Scabbia: "I'm so excited to share what the last twenty years of my life were made of! It has been an awesome journey so far and so much happened ,it was almost impossible to remember it all!! You all know a lot about us, but there is SO much more we never said and showed before. Now the time is right to do it. Our backstages and living rooms will open up for you all… you're welcome, coilers, come in and get comfortable… Once upon a time…"

Ferro recently told the Impact metal channel that LACUNA COIL fans will have to wait at least a couple of years for the follow-up to 2016's "Delirium" album. "Next year's gonna be twenty years of LACUNA COIL, so first we're preparing some surprises for next year, and then after that maybe we'll start working on a new record," he said. "So I don't think there will be a new record at least until 2019."

LACUNA COIL in December released a new song called "Naughty Christmas". The front cover and font were all created by bassist Marco "Maki" Coti-Zelati. "Delirium" entered The Billboard 200 chart at position No. 33 with first-week sales of just over 13,000 units — nearly all from pure album sales. The set followed the No. 27-peaking "Broken Crown Halo", which also opened with around 13,000 copies back in 2014.

SONS OF APOLLO Feat. PORTNOY, SHEEHAN, BUMBLEFOOT, SOTO, SHERINIAN: Video Footage Of Live Debut

SONS OF APOLLO Feat. PORTNOY, SHEEHAN, BUMBLEFOOT, SOTO, SHERINIAN: Video Footage Of Live Debut

SONS OF APOLLO, the new band featuring former DREAM THEATER members Mike Portnoy and Derek Sherinian alongside Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal (ex-GUNS N' ROSES), Billy Sheehan (THE WINERY DOGS, MR. BIG, DAVID LEE ROTH) and Jeff Scott Soto (ex-JOURNEY, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN'S RISING FORCE), made its live debut last night (Tuesday, August 1) during the "Ultimate Jam Night" at the Whisky A Go Go in West Hollywood, California. The event honored ADRENALINE MOB bassist David "Z" Zablidowsky, who died in a recent tour accident.

Fan-filmed video footage of SONS OF APOLLO performing cover versions of VAN HALEN's "And the Cradle Will Rock..." and DEEP PURPLE's "Burn" can be seen below.

SONS OF APOLLO will release its debut album, "Psychotic Symphony", on October 20 via InsideOut Music. The disc was produced by the dynamic production duo of Portnoy and Sherinian, also affectionately known as "The Del Fuvio Brothers," which is the nickname given to them over 20 years ago during their time together in DREAM THEATER.

SONS OF APOLLO got together very organically, as Portnoy explains: "Derek and I reunited shortly after I left DREAM THEATER in 2010 and we put together an all-instrumental touring band with he and I, Billy Sheehan, and Tony MacAlpine. That was my first time working with Derek since the '90s when he was in DREAM THEATER and it was just great to be working with him again. Ever since that tour, which was really just a one-off live thing, he has been nudging me to start a real, original, full-time band. The timing just had never been right, because I had too many other things on my plate. Long story short, the time was finally right to take the bait and put together a band." "Mike and I work at a relentless pace in the studio," continues Sherinian. "The music is modern, but we have an old-school soul. What is unique about SONS OF APOLLO is that we have true rock 'n' roll swagger along with the virtuosity — a lethal combination!” But what to call the next great supergroup? "Derek was mainly the one behind the name," says Portnoy. "I have a list that I keep on my phone of about a hundred different band names, which I constantly have to refer to every time I have a new band every year. [Laughs] So, I pulled up the list and APOLLO was one of the names on the list. It was a word that both of us really liked. We started fiddling with different variations of the word. One of the original band names we were working with was APOLLO CREED, the character from the 'Rocky' movies, but after lots of different discussions on different variations, Derek suggested SONS OF APOLLO and it seemed to stick. Apollo is the God of music so with that in mind it seemed like a fitting name." Mike Portnoy, Derek Sherinian and Billy Sheehan previously toured together in 2012 and 2013 as PSMS (along with guitarist Tony MacAlpine), playing all instrumental versions from each of their previously recorded music. SONS OF APOLLO is the next logical progression by adding a vocalist and creating all-original material. The band incorporates the progressive style and individual technical prowess that Portnoy and Sherinian shared together in DREAM THEATER combined with the swagger and groove of VAN HALEN, DEEP PURPLE and LED ZEPPELIN. "I have known Mike and Derek for a long time, so when they came to me with SONS OF APOLLO, I jumped on this straight away," says Thomas Waber, label manager/A&R international of InsideOut Music. "However, the album they ended up recording exceeded my already high expectations by a long mile! We couldn't be happier about it!" SONS OF APOLLO will hit the road in 2018 for their first worldwide tour. "This is a real band," Portnoy declares. "This is going to pick up for me and Billy where THE WINERY DOGS left off, in terms of this being the next logical full-time thing for us. I'm not saying THE WINERY DOGS have broken up, because we haven't, we're just on a break. SONS OF APOLLO is absolutely going to be a full-time band and we plan on touring all over the world all throughout 2018 and, honestly, it is the priority for all five of us." Sherinian agrees: "We will go on a worldwide crusade in 2018 to bring SONS OF APOLLO to as many people as possible. Apollo was the God of music, and we are his mighty offspring!"

JEFF BECK: 'Live At The Hollywood Bowl' DVD, Blu-Ray Due In October

In the summer of 2016, guitar virtuoso Jeff Beck celebrated fifty years of his musical career with an extraordinary concert at the famous Hollywood Bowl. Beck set the stage ablaze with incredible live versions of "For Your Love", "Beck's Bolero", "'Cause We've Ended As Lovers", "Big Block", "Over Under Sideways Down", "A Day In The Life", "Blue Wind", and more. The night also featured guest appearances by a legendary list of special guests, including Steven Tyler (AEROSMITH), Billy F. Gibbons (ZZ TOP), Jan Hammer, Beth Hart, Jimmy Hall and the great Buddy Guy.

On October 6, Eagle Rock Entertainment will release this concert film — "Jeff Beck: Live At The Hollywood Bowl" — on DVD+2CD and Blu-ray+2CD [MSRP $29.98 DVD, $32.98 Blu-ray]. Additionally, a DVD+3LP version is available for pre-order exclusive through PledgeMusic [$49.99].

Over the course of Beck's illustrious fifty-year career, the trailblazing guitarist has earned many accolades. He's been inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame twice — first as a member of THE YARDBIRDS in 1992 and then again, as a solo artist in 2009. Rolling Stone magazine ranked him as one of the "100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time" and he has earned a total of eight Grammy Awards during his long career. From his time with THE YARDBIRDS, to the JEFF BECK GROUP and his solo career, Jeff Beck's sound and stylistic exploration has mesmerized fans and critics worldwide. This concert captures his musical journey, with a set list spanning from his first YARDBIRDS recordings to recent tracks from 2016's "Loud Hailer". As the evening progressed, Beck was joined onstage by those legendary peers. The show climaxed with all guests delivering a stirring encore performance of "Purple Rain" in tribute to Prince, who had passed away a few months before the concert.

Video Premiere: MARTY FRIEDMAN's 'Whiteworm'

Video Premiere: MARTY FRIEDMAN's 'Whiteworm'

"Whiteworm", the new video from former MEGADETH guitarist Marty Friedman, can be seen below. The track is taken from his upcoming album, "Wall Of Sound", which will be released on August 4 via Prosthetic Records.

Marty says: "The 'Whiteworm' video has a definite 'real-world' Japanese look, but not the over-the-top 'exported Japanese' look that many people are familiar with when they see Japan-related content. It was directed by top-class Japanese music video director Junya Masuyama, who has done hit videos with superstars of every genre of Japanese music. I chose him to challenge him to put a foreigner (myself) into a very Japanese atmosphere in such a way that was not 'Japan overload.' It was quite easy for him to do so, as his videos tend to be minimalistic, with the focus on one or two subtle themes. In this case, the themes being the very delicate and simple idea of a little boy playing a video game waiting for the rain to stop, and me playing aggressively and calmly."

He adds: "Japan can be known for its wildness, but it also corners the market on subtle things. I went the subtle route on this video to contrast with the wildness of the guitar work in 'Whiteworm'."

Produced by Friedman, engineered by Paul Fig (GHOST, RUSH, ALICE IN CHAINS) and mixed by Jens Bogren (KREATOR, OPETH, SEPULTURA), "Wall Of Sound" "expands and destroys any conventional notions of instrumental music," according to a press release. Legendary QUEEN producer Mack came on board to handle the mixing on two tracks, "Streetlight" and "For A Friend", which Friedman proclaimed was "an honor for me, for sure."

Friedman said last year about the musical direction of the follow-up to his 2014 album "Inferno": "This time it's even more ambitious than that album was, a bit more dense, and, with any luck, more exciting for those of you who will hear it."

He added: "There will be elevent or twelve songs in total. Sometimes a song you really love doesn't make it to the album because it doesn't fit nicely in the sequencing. Either way, we're pushing sixty minutes, so it won't be a short album."

Marty's new CD was recorded in part at Dave Grohl's Studio 606 in California with engineer Paul Fig (ALICE IN CHAINS, RUSH, DEFTONES) and was previously described by Friedman as "a way more intense version" of its predecessor: "deeper, sadder, happier and more aggressive."

Like "Inferno", Friedman's upcoming album will feature several guests, including prog-thrashers MUTOID MAN, Jørgen Munkeby of the Norwegian avant-garde jazz-metal outfit SHINING and Jinxx of Los Angeles theatrical rockers BLACK VEIL BRIDES.

Regarding how the collaboration with Jinxx came about, Friedman told Guitar World: "I'm a big fan of Jinxx and BLACK VEIL BRIDES. He came to my show in L.A. in 2015. Right after that, I was told that he plays violin. I didn't even know that! Then light bulbs went off. I thought now's the chance to really turn some heads by doing something that's a little bit, well, a lot, unexpected to my fans and his fans."

"Wall Of Sound" track listing:

01. Self Pollution02. Sorrow And Madness (featuring Jinxx of BLACK VEIL BRIDES)03. Streetlight04. Whiteworm05. For A Friend06. Pussy Ghost (featuring Shiv Mehra of DEAFHEAVEN)07. The Blackest Rose08. Something To Fight (featuring Jørgen Munkeby of SHINING)09. The Soldier10. Miracle11. Last Lament
