Today, the band have revealed the sixth video trailer, in which they talk about the album artwork. Watch below:
For The Fallen contains eight tracks, including “War Rages On”, “Resistance” (both featured on The Hellfire Demos I) and “Surrounded (By Death)” (featured on The Hellfire Demos II). The album's artwork was created by Dan Seagrave.
For The Fallen tracklisting:
“Memoriam”
“War Rages On”
“Reduced To Zero”
“Corrupted System”
“Flatline”
“Surrounded (By Death)”
“Resistance”
“Last Words”
“Resistance”:
“Surrounded (By Death)” lyric video:
“Reduced To Zero”:
Memoriam was primarily developed to fill the void that was left following the tragic death of Martin ‘Kiddie’ Kearns, the drummer from Bolt Thrower, back in September 2015. Bolt Thrower subsequently placed all activity on hold for the foreseeable future which gave Karl Willetts an opportunity to develop a new project with friends that had expressed interest in forming a band for some time. Memoriam are an old school death metal band, maintaining the standards set by their previous bands, focusing on the themes of death, loss and war. Initially the band members got together to play covers of songs that had influenced them throughout their careers within the Death Metal scene, however it soon became apparent that the new songs that they created were of a superior standard.
Memoriam lineup:
Karl Willetts - Bolt Thrower (vocals)
Frank Healy - Benediction, Sacrilege (bass)
Andy Whale - ex-Bolt Thrower (drums)
Scott Fairfax - ex-Life Denied, Benediction (live) (guitars)

TESTAMENT's CHUCK BILLY Says He Is 'Probably Addicted To Smoking Weed'In a brand new interview with Metal Assault, TESTAMENT vocalist Chuck Billy was asked what he is doing to prepare for the band's upcoming North American tour with SEPULTURA and PRONG. "I'm cutting back on my weed-smoking right now [laughs], so not as much weed," he said. "I'm running more on my bike every day. And I bought this training mask that athletes use to train for high elevation. You put on this mask and it feels like you're at five thousand feet above sea level, so it makes it hard to breathe. So I've been doing this new training exercise with the mask and it's really helping. I really am putting some time in training for this tour, because I don't want the band to have to cancel a show because of me."
Asked how hard it is for him to reject weed-smoking on tour in order to save his singing voice, Billy said: "It's hard because I like smoking weed, but right now I'm cutting back and probably by the time I start the tour, I won't be smoking at all. So, by the time I get on the road, it won't be so hard, you know. I'm probably addicted to smoking weed, I'm sure [laughs], so I'll go through my joneses now before I go on tour and get that out of the way."
TESTAMENT's tour with SEPULTURA and PRONG will kick off on April 6 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
TESTAMENT's latest album, "Brotherhood Of The Snake", was released last October via Nuclear Blast. The cover was once again created by renowned artist Eliran Kantor, who also handled the art for the TESTAMENT's last album, 2012's "Dark Roots Of Earth", and also worked with bands like HATEBREED, SOULFLY and KATAKLYSM in the past.
"Brotherhood Of The Snake" was recorded under the watchful eyes of producer Juan Urteaga (EXODUS, HEATHEN, MACHINE HEAD), guitarist Eric Peterson and singer Chuck Billy and was mixed and mastered by British metal producer Andy Sneap (ACCEPT, ARCH ENEMY, CRADLE OF FILTH, KREATOR, MACHINE HEAD, MEGADETH). 8

CHILDREN OF BODOM Bassist Would Like To Make Traditional Concert DVDArianna of Rock Rebel Magazine conducted an interview with bassist Henkka Seppälä (a.k.a. Henkka T. Blacksmith) of Finnish metallers CHILDREN OF BODOM on March 22 in Italy. You can now watch the chat below.
Asked if there are any plans for CHILDREN OF BODOM to film and release a new concert DVD to follow 2006's "Chaos Ridden Years/Stockholm Knockout Live", Henkka said: "I would like to do… If I could choose, I would just do one good show and have it recorded with cameras really nicely and we have a live album — like kind of a traditional live DVD. But as I talked yesterday with our label guys, it doesn't really make sense, and they were suggesting maybe we should do something like record one show live and have it as a bonus material for the next album or something. So, yeah, we have to think about these options, but it would be to put out something live again. But I think it should be a full show so that there's all the varieties of our history in one show."
CHILDREN OF BODOM is performing most of its debut album, "Something Wild", on a European tour to celebrate the record's twentieth anniversary. The month-long trek, dubbed "20 Years Down & Dirty", kicked off on March 8 in Hanover, Germany and will conclude on April 4 in Stockholm, Sweden.
CHILDREN OF BODOM recently embarked on a 21-date North American tour with special guests iconic black metal artist ABBATH, California-based metal act EXMORTUS, and Canada's progressive metallers ONI. The trek commenced in Quebec on November 23 and concluded in Brooklyn on December 19. 2

RIVERDOGS Feat. VIVIAN CAMPBELL: 'California' Album Due In July"California", the comeback album from RIVERDOGS, the band featuring DEF LEPPARD and LAST IN LINE guitarist Vivian Campbell, will be released on July 7 via Frontiers Music Srl.
Featuring original members Campbell, Rob Lamothe (vocals, guitars) and Nick Brophy (bass, vocals), along with drummer Marc Danzeisen, the band's fifth album is RIVERDOGS' first new music since the eight-song mini album, "World Gone Mad", came out in October 2011. Campbell ended up joining RIVERDOGS after being tapped to produce their first demo. As an official member of the group, he would contribute to their eponymous debut album in 1990.
Though fans and critics gave the LP a warm reception, lack of support from their record label eventually led the band to go independent, with Campbell departing the lineup. Releasing another two albums in Europe, the group continued to pick up fans before eventually disbanding.
RIVERDOGS gathered in 2003 to record new material and play a few reunion shows. Those new songs were recorded as demos, but never completed.
In 2010, MelodicRock Records approached band manager Paul Liszewski about a possible release of these songs. The band liked the idea so much an agreement was reached and over the course of a few week-long get-togethers, the lineup of Rob Lamothe (vocals), Campbell, Nick Brophy (bass) and Danzeisen recorded final versions of the 2003 tracks as well as writing a couple of brand new songs. Added to the new "World Gone Mad" album was one live cut from the band's 2004 reunion shows, a cover of the BADFINGER classic "No Matter What".
Campbell told "Hard Rockology" last fall about how he ended up becoming involved with RIVERDOGS again: "Frontiers, the label that LAST IN LINE are on, they called me and asked if I would be interested in doing another record with RIVERDOGS, but only under the condition that it was a rock-influenced record, very much in the vein of the original RIVERDOGS debut album from 1990, or 1991, whatever year it was. So I talked to the other guys and everyone signed off on it. So we got together in installments. We started, I think, back in March or April of [2016]. And you talk about working on a limited budget and time frame. Rob lives up in Hamilton, Ontario; Nick lives in Nashville; Marc and I are still in L.A. But Rob and Nick would have to fly in… We literally had Monday through Friday [to work on the album]. So Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, we jammed and we wrote six songs. And Thursday and Friday, we went into the studio and demoed them. And then a month or two later, we did the same thing. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, we wrote six songs; on Thursday and Friday, we went in and demoed [them]. In July, we rented a big drum room in L.A. and Marc went in and re-did all the drum tracks. In September, during a break in the DEF LEPPARD tour, I went in the studio in Hollywood for, I think we had three days, and I did all the guitar tracks, all the rhythms, all the guitar solos… And I've gotta tell you, it sounds great, actually. It's a guitar-intensive record; there's a lot of guitar on that record. Ironically, there's probably even more guitar on that record than there is on the LAST IN LINE album."
Campbell also spoke about the circumstances that led to RIVERDOGS' debut album not getting the kind of attention that many people think it deserved upon its release in 1990. He said: "The RIVERDOGS was one of those lost gems. We kind of fell through the cracks of record-company policy. I remember the week that our record was released — the original RIVERDOGS album — we were playing The Roxy in L.A. and the new head of the record label, and English guy who had just come into L.A. the week before, and he took us out to dinner right before our debut show for the album. And he basically said, 'You know, I don't hear it. I don't feel this record. I'd like you to go in and make another one.' And our hearts just sank, 'cause we had invested over a year, probably about a year and a half, into writing and recording that record, just to have this guy come in and say, 'Ehhh, I don't hear it.' So, needless to say, it got buried — it just fell of a cliff. And ironically, it goes on to… It won an Edison Award of 'Rock Album Of The Year' over in Europe, and got great reviews and critical acclaim and sold about thirteen copies. [Laughs] It's just one of those things. C'est la vie." 1

LEMMY's Long-Awaited Solo Album Could Finally Arrive Later This YearLate MOTÖRHEAD frontman Lemmy Kilmister's long-awaited solo album could finally arrive before the end of 2017.
According to Metal Talk, Jim Voxx of the German band SKEW SISKIN revealed that he was putting the finishing touches on the disc, which has been in the works for a number of years.
"I still don't know when it will be released because this is in the hands of the MOTÖRHEAD management, and it took a while," Voxx said. "Lemmy had so many things left, there are so many other recordings, and they all had to sort out how to proceed and there is no real time rush to release this album, so I can imagine it will be towards the end of this year."
Lemmy had collaborated with SKEW SISKIN on several occasions, including on two songs which were slated to appear on his debut solo album. Those two tracks — reportedly titled "Stand Upon The Mountain" and "Don't Matter To Me" — were being produced by Voxx at SKEW SISKIN's Monongo studios in Berlin.
Voxx added the project started in 2003, but Lemmy "didn't have a real idea what would be on it, so he came to me and asked me if I would work with him."
"He wanted to take his time," Voxx explained. "It was the total opposite of working with MOTÖRHEAD because he had to do it in his free time between the MOTÖRHEAD work. I gave him the possibility always to come here and work in the studio whenever he needed, and step-by-step we got the songs together. We have 10 songs, and we thought it would have been released a long time ago, but when Lemmy got ill, we stopped working on it, but the recordings were all done."
Lemmy revealed in a 2013 interview that he was thinking about calling his debut solo album "False Teeth For The Deaf". He said: "It's all just great rock and roll, that's the only way to describe it. Some of it is bluesy and some isn't. It's not MOTÖRHEAD, but obviously there are elements in common."
Lemmy's solo album is expected to include two songs that were recorded with the REVEREND HORTON HEAT (described by Lemmy as "some good psycho-metal-billy"), two with THE DAMNED (including a cover of THE DAMNED's "Neat Neat Neat"), a track with Dave Grohl (FOO FIGHTERS, NIRVANA) and a cut with Joan Jett.
Kilmister said in 2013 that he was planning to lay down a song with SKUNK ANANSIE vocalist Skin for his solo album, but it's not clear if those recording sessions ever took place.
At least a couple of the tracks Voxx produced for Lemmy's solo album feature a full horn section, a saxophone player and a blues piano player.
Lemmy, who celebrated his 70th birthday on December 24, 2015, learned two days later that he was afflicted with an aggressive form of cancer. He died two days later, on December 28, 2015, at his home in Los Angeles.
The MOTÖRHEAD frontman had dealt with several health issues over the past few years, including heart trouble, forcing him to cut back on his famous smoking and Jack Daniels habits.
The band canceled a number of shows two years ago, although they did manage to complete one final European tour on December 11, 2015.
Exciting things in the works.

ROB HALFORD's Work Outside Of JUDAS PRIEST Spotlighted On 'The Complete Albums Collection'There are countless reasons why Rob Halford is known worldwide as "The Metal God." But at the top of the list would be his pioneering singing style, songwriting talents, and a fashion sense that has inspired countless heavy metal artists over the years.
And in addition to co-creating JUDAS PRIEST's outstanding body of work, he has also issued music outside of the beloved legendary Birmingham band — which is precisely what the new 14-CD boxset, "The Complete Albums Collection", showcases.
Included are four albums by the ferociously thrash-inspired FIGHT, as well as the lone album by the industrial-inspired 2WO (which featured future ROB ZOMBIE and MARILYN MANSON guitarist John 5, and saw NINE INCH NAILS' Trent Reznor serve as executive producer), plus seven titles from the solo band HALFORD, which saw the Metal God gloriously return to pure, unadulterated metal.
Due on May 19 via Legacy Recordings, "The Complete Albums Collection" features the following:
FIGHT
* K5: The War Of Words Demos (recorded 1992, released 2007) * War Of Words (1993) * Mutations (1994) * A Small Deadly Space (1995)
2WO
* Voyeurs (1998)
HALFORD
* Resurrection (2000) * Live Insurrection (2 CDs, 2001) * Crucible (2002) * Live In Anaheim (2 CDs; recorded 2003, released 2010) * Halford III: Winter Songs (2009) * Halford IV: Made Of Metal (2010) * Live At Saitama Super Arena (2011)
With the arrival of "The Complete Albums Collection", metal fans will now have the definitive collection of Rob Halford's stellar work outside of the mighty JUDAS PRIEST, all in one set.
HALFORD's last studio album, "Halford IV: Made Of Metal", came out in 2010. Seven of the album's 14 tracks were entirely written by Halford, the first time he had taken the musical reins on a project since the 1993 FIGHT album "War Of Words".
"As a musician, you can't control these things when they happen to you," Halford explained to MTV at the time of the album's release. "The ideas just take over your body and it can be pretty scary. You've got to get them down quickly. It feels like there's a spark you have to grab, like lightning in a bottle, and if you don't get it down, there's a chance it's going to escape. So, for two weeks, these things kept flooding through my brain. And then suddenly, they stopped and that's when I got together with [guitarist] Roy [Z], [guitarist] Metal Mike Chlasciak, [bassist] Mike Davis, and [drummer] Bobby Jarzombek and came up with the other songs." 2

POISON: First 2017 Photo Of Reunited Original LineupPOISON singer Bret Michaels has released the first photo of the band's original lineup as it begins rehearsing for its upcoming tour. He wrote in the accompanying caption: "Rocking hard, feeling great. Haven't killed each other yet, this tour is happening. #music #poison #tour #springbreak #party"
POISON will perform all its greatest hits as they headline select dates for the first time in over a decade. This spring will see all four original members — Michaels, Bobby Dall, Rikki Rockett and C.C. DeVille — join together to play these limited headline dates in the U.S. and Canada.
The dates will coincide with POISON's co-headlining tour with DEF LEPPARD and special guest TESLA throughout the spring and summer. The first POISON headline date will be Raleigh, North Carolina on April 28, followed by Charlotte, North Carolina on April 29. Huntington, West Virginia (May 7), Albany, New York (May 9), Rapid City, South Dakota (May 26), and Grand Forks, ND (May 27) have all been added as stand-alone headline dates with several more in the works.
Although they have co-headlined in the past with DEF LEPPARD, MÖTLEY CRÜE and KISS, to name a few, these will be POISON's first headline dates in select markets in over ten years.
Stated Michaels: "I'm really looking forward to the POISON tour. It's going to be incredible playing all the hits and putting on a hell of a high-energy rock show for the three generations of awesome fans."
POISON's tour with DEF LEPPARD will kick off on April 8 in Manchester, New Hampshire and will wrap on June 25 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
POISON and DEF LEPPARD first hit the road together back in 2009, and then again three years later.
POISON appeared at the 2013 Indy 500 Miller Lite Carb Day, but has otherwise been mostly playing private shows, including one in January 2015.
The band hasn't done any major touring since taking part in the 2012 "Rock Of Ages" trek with DEF LEPPARD and LITA FORD.
Rockett was recently declared cancer free after undergoing an experimental treatment. He was diagnosed with oral cancer back in 2015. 1

EXIST Sign With Prosthetic RecordsProsthetic Records has announced the signing of technical death metal band, Exist. Formed in the late ‘00s by guitarist/vocalist Max Phelps, who has cut his teeth as a touring member of Cynic and Defeated Sanity as well as is the frontman to Death To All (the touring tribute to Chuck Shuldiner), the band self-released their debut EP, In Mirrors EP, in 2010 which was shortly followed by their debut full-length, Sunlight, in 2013.
Exist began recording new material in 2016 and sent it to Prosthetic Records, who immediately got on board. Comments Phelps:
"We are thrilled to have found a home with the Prosthetic team. The label has always held such a diverse roster from instrumental-prog to the more extreme side of the spectrum and has helped push some of the most influential, forward-thinking bands in the genre. We feel this is a place where we can truly be uninhibited in creating our own honest language, regardless of how off center it may be."
Exist will release their debut Prosthetic effort this summer, just in time for the band to hit the road with Canadian progressive metal masters, Gorguts and the aforementioned Defeated Sanity, with Phelps providing vocals for them as well. When asked how it will be like pulling double duty, Phelps simply stated “Two bands, one club.”

Video: CHICKENFOOT Performs DEEP PURPLE's 'Highway Star'Supergroup CHICKENFOOT released "Best + Live", the band's first-ever best-of collection, on March 10. CHICKENFOOT features legendary guitarist Joe Satriani, former VAN HALEN singer Sammy Hagar, ex-VAN HALEN bassist Michael Anthony and RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS drummer Chad Smith.
In addition to "Divine Termination", CHICKENFOOT's first new tune in five years, "Best + Live" includes over 90 minutes of live music for the first time released on CD. Also featured on the set is CHICKENFOOT's cover version of the DEEP PURPLE classic "Highway Star".
A video clip of CHICKENFOOT performing "Highway Star" at the historic Fillmore in San Francisco during the band's debut run of shows in small clubs in May 2009 can be seen below.
In May 2016, CHICKENFOOT reunited for two highly-anticipated one-time shows at Harrah's Lake Tahoe, and played their first complete set in more than six years, along with a special unveiling of the new tune "Divine Termination". Satriani describes the track as "bone-crunching, hell-raising rock, dripping with attitude and vibe. Just the way CHICKENFOOT likes it!" Both the extra CD "Live" and the bonus tracks on the best of feature a 13-song strong setlist, including almost every song from CHICKENFOOT's debut album as well as Hagar's old MONTROSE classic "Bad Motor Scooter", THE WHO's "My Generation" and Satriani's interpretation of "The Star-Spangled Banner" — all recorded live in Phoenix 2009 and available for the first time on CD (previously only available as video on the DVD/Blu-ray "Get Your Buzz On"). "Best + Live" track listing:
CD1 – Best Of
01. Divine Termination (brand new song)02. Soap On A Rope03. Sexy Little Thing04. Oh Yeah05. Get It Up06. Future In The Past07. Big Foot08. Different Devil09. Lighten Up10. Dubai Blues11. Something Going Wrong Bonus Live Tracks:
12. Highway Star13. Bad Motor Scooter14. My Generation CD2 - Live
01. Avenida Revolution02. Sexy Little Thing03. Soap On A Rope04. My Kinda Girl05. Down The Drain06. Bitten By The Wolf07. Oh Yeah08. Learning To Fall09. Get It Up10. Turnin' Left11. Future In The Past
CHICKENFOOT has not made a new CD in five years but returned to the studio to record "Divine Termination".
"I wrote the lyrics while on an airplane to Cabo," Hagar told Rolling Stone about the song. "It's a dark tune, but it's fucking cool. It's a really raw production and a giant step for the 'FOOT."
Satriani told The Oakland Press that he is not holding his breath for a new album from CHICKENFOOT. "It'll always be upsetting to me, the fact [the band] is under-realized," Satriani said. "That befuddles me still. However, the other guys do have plenty of things to do, and I suppose maybe I get it. But when I think about it from an artistic point of view, it just seems ridiculous that we didn't do more. It just seems completely wrong."
CHICKENFOOT reissued its gold-selling 2009 self-titled debut as a double-disc set. The new version features bonus live tracks recorded on the group's tour behind its sophomore studio effort, "III".
CHICKENFOOT's most recent touring lineup included legendary drummer/musician Kenny Aronoff, who was filling in for Smith while Chad was on the road with RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS.
"III" sold 42,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to land at position No. 9 on The Billboard 200 chart. The band's self-titled debut opened with 49,000 units back in June 2009 to debut at No. 6. 5

WARBRINGER singer John Kevill, who is studying to be a history professor, explained the "Woe To The Vanquished" title: "The title 'Woe To The Vanquished' comes from early Roman history — before they were the huge empire they became. In 390 BC, a host of Gauls led by a warlord called Brennus attacked Rome, and captured all the city except the Capitoline Hill. From this hill, the defeated Romans made a bargain, they would pay 1,000 pounds of gold for the Gallic army to leave the city with no further bloodshed. The Romans bring the gold before Brennus, who uses his own scales to measure it. On the Gaul's scales, the Roman's thousand pounds of gold measured to be less, which led the Romans to complain that the scale was rigged (it probably was). Responding to this, Brennus speaks 'Vae Victis' (Woe To The Vanquished) and throws his sword on the counterweight. Because the Romans lost, they have to pay the rigged sum of gold as well as the weight of the sword, to add insult to injury. The irony here is that vowing this type of humiliation would never happen again, Rome went on to become an ancient war machine conquering and subjugating most of the old world. On the record, 'Woe To The Vanquished' is spoken in an ironic, mocking tone — the defeated are trampled and time marches on, uncaring, and forgets they ever existed."
He added: "One of the great things about heavy metal as a genre is you can express tougher subject material than 'I met a (boy/girl) and it was (happy/sad).' I looked for the most monolithic evil I could find to write about with this destructive, intense music... and I did not have to look any further than reality. Forget Satan, that's a children's story. Real evil is in the hearts of men."

ILL NIÑO Is 'Excited' To Begin Work On New MusicLatin metallers ILL NIÑO are preparing to commence work on their next studio album.
The New Jersey-based group, which is currently celebrating the 15th anniversary of their debut LP, "Revolution Revolución", with a European tour, hasn't released a full-length record since 2014's "Till Death, La Familia".
Asked by "Mike James Rock Show" if ILL NIÑO has any plans to start composing material for the next disc in the near future, singer Cristian Machado said: "Oh, definitely. I know we're all excited to begin the writing process. We haven't yet — we have some ideas throwing around, things like that, but we haven't started gelling ideas together."
Regarding whether ILL NIÑO writes any music on the road, Machado said: "We've tried it. We've done some writing on tour buses, but it never works out. You can of need to be in a room and playing loud, or in a studio, in the proper environment, experimenting and things like that. I suppose it depends what kind of music. If you just wanna write a simple song, I suppose you can do it on your tour bus, and I guess creativity can spark at any moment; you just write a song. But on the road you get into this mental state of going to bed really late, and by the time you wake up, the sun is almost gone and then you're looking for a bathroom and then you just wanna get the things in the venue, and then you've gotta do soundcheck. And by the time you do soundcheck, you just want an hour to clear your head. It's not even the right atmosphere, if you ask me. But some people can do it. I don't know… The guys in my band I don't think can write on the road."
Machado, who immigrated to America from Venezuela more than thirty years ago at age 11, told NorthJersey.com about the impact of ILL NIÑO's debut album: "I think having the title in both English and Spanish captured the spiritual and musical essence of the band. We wanted to find our own niche and bring parts of South America to our music. We were trying to put ourselves into the music however we could. We sounded different out of creative curiosity." 1

Original KORN Drummer DAVID SILVERIA's New Band CORE 10 Releases 'Act Of Valor' Rehearsal VideoA rehearsal video of the song "Act Of Valor" from CORE 10, the band featuring original KORN drummer David Silveria, can be seen below. He is joined in the new group by Duncan Nisbet on vocals, Sean Lenhoff on vocals, Chris Dorame on bass, Joe Taback on guitar and Ronnie King on keyboards.
Says CORE 10: "[This clip] was recorded in one take and mixed down and the live video was edited from a few different cameras/angles. THIS RECORDING was RAW! We have yet to record anything professionally but we wanted to show you guys what we are up to!!
"'Act Of Valor' is inspired by, and dedicated to, the men and women who make up the United States Armed Forces, heroes who protect us and sometimes make the ultimate sacrifice in order to preserve our freedom to speak, to be, to live."
Asked by BackStage360 why CORE 10 opted to have two singers instead of one, Lenhoff said: "Well, it's trying to create your own sound, something original. Duncan had CORE 10 going for a little bit before I got involved. I left the previous band I was in, and he was, like, 'Sean, do you wanna come in and try this? Let's see how it works. Let's try and do a metal/punk rock fusion thing with two singers.' He's very much a high-end, I'm very much a lower-end power singer. And it just ended up blending really well, and it's done nothing but grow from that point."
According to Lenhoff, CORE 10's sound has been described as a fusion of metal, rock and punk. "From doing different styles like that, we've been able to open up for KMFDM, FEAR FACTORY, MISFITS… And that's pretty much some of the heaviest — in FEAR FACTORY — metal you can get, and KMFDM is completely electronica and you know what the MISFITS are," he explained. "And it's gone over really well. So we never wanted to pigeonhole ourselves into one genre. It's so hard to make a living as a band and a musician now, you just take your influencces and you just run with it. Why not create something for everybody but having continuity still in what you're doing?"
Although Lenhoff is perfectly aware CORE 10 is not for everybody, he believes that the band's music will have a lasting impact on those that give it a chance.
"One thing I've heard that I loved was music is supposed to be disruptive," he said. "It disrupts your being — emotionally, physically — it makes you wanna move, it makes you wanna cry. And that's what's highly important. That's kind of where we're at with it. It's gotta affect you.
"If people don't have an opinion about you, whether they hate you [or] love you, then you're dead in the water," he continued. "So they have to love or hate what you do, and as long as you get a reaction, that's all that matters."
Asked how he first got involved with CORE 10, Silveria said: "I've known Sean for about… probably fifteen, twenty years from downtown Huntington Beach days. And he kept sending me MP3s of songs, and the more I listened to it, it was kind of, like, you either love it or hate it. I was kind of conflicted when I first heard it. And I would show it to my wife and said, 'What do you think about this?' 'Cause I didn't really understand it at first. And the more I listened to it, the more I liked it. Now they come over and play, and I come out and my wife is all giddy and excited going, 'I love that song. It's one of the best songs you guys have ever done.' And now I'm just in love with the music. So I'm all in now."
CORE 10 will make its live debut on April 1 at Tiki Bar in Costa Mesa, California.
Silveria, who left KORN in late 2006, sued his former bandmates in February 2015, claiming that his exit from the group was merely a hiatus and that he was rebuffed when he tried to return to the band in 2013. Silveria said he still had ownership interest in KORN and was asking a judge to force the band to reveal how much money they've made since he left so that he can get his rightful share. Silveria was said to be especially upset over the fact that KORN welcomed back guitarist Brian "Head" Welch four years ago but wouldn't do the same for him. Welch left the group in 2005 and continued as a solo artist before rejoining in 2013.
KORN singer Jonathan Davis told The Pulse Of Radio that he believed Silveria had lost his passion for playing music, saying, "The first two albums, I think, he really enjoyed playing drums and then after that he just lost his love for playing drums. It happens."
Silveria told fans in 2013 that KORN was not the same since he left, saying, "Until they have the real 'funky drummer' it's just not gonna groove the way it could. I've made it clear that I would come back and restore the groove."

IRON MAIDEN - Animator VAL ANDRADE Releases "When The Wild Wind Blows" Cartoon ClipBrazil-based animator Val Andrade has returned with another new Iron Maiden cartoon clip, based this time on "When The Wild Wind Blows" from the 2010 album, The Final Frontier. Check it out below along with other examples of Andrade's work.
Parlophone Records will follow 2014’s reissue of the first eight Iron Maiden albums, which spanned the 1980s, with twelve brand new pressings of albums from the period 1990 - 2015 in heavyweight 180g black vinyl.

The records will be released chronologically across a three month period:
May 19th: Collector's Box / No Prayer For The Dying / Fear Of The Dark / The X Factor / Virtual XI
June 23rd: Brave New World / Rock In Rio (Live) / Dance Of Death / A Matter Of Life And Death
July 21st: Death On The Road (Live) / Flight 666 (Live) / The Final Frontier / En Vivo! (Live)
As a bonus, the first two albums (No Prayer For The Dying / Fear Of The Dark) will also be made available in an exclusive Collector’s Box sized to house all 12 albums with additional space for fans to insert the latest Maiden studio album The Book Of Souls, which was released on triple black vinyl in 2015. The Collector’s Box will be a strictly limited edition and available while stocks last.
These high quality, black vinyls comprised of eight studio albums together with a specially selected choice of four live recordings from this period, completes the Iron Maiden album reissues series and offers Maiden fans the opportunity to own the band’s entire studio album legacy on vinyl simultaneously for the very first time.
Iron Maiden’s The Book Of Souls Tour resumes with a series of arena shows opening in Sportpalais, Antwerp, Belgium on April 22nd and continuing into Germany, UK and Ireland, finishing with two sold-out shows at London’s 02 arena on May 27th & 28th.

HEADSTONES Launch Navigating The Music Industry Video Series In Support Of Forthcoming Album; Three Clips AvailableLegendary Canadian rockers Headstones are back in the studio recording their forthcoming album entitled Little Army, which will be released this spring through Cadence Music. They are posting an ongoing series of clips to promote the album dubbed Navigating The Music Industry. Enjoy...
Headstones are bringing everyone into the fold and giving them an exclusive behind the scenes look at the making of Little Army, produced by Hugh Dillon and Chris Osti. The band will be live streaming and posting through their social media accounts, from The Tragically Hip's Bathouse Studio in Kingston, Revolution Studio in Toronto, and Engine Room Audio in New York City.
"In true Canadian fashion, we trekked through a huge snow storm last year to meet the guys and hear the new songs. The enthusiasm in the room was incredible and the deal was cemented on the spot!" says Cadence Music Group President and CEO Iain Taylor.
Headstones frontman Hugh Dillon, also thrilled about this partnership says, "It's outstanding to see people in the music business who still give a shit about music, I haven't felt this way since Picture Of Health. It's exciting."
Check out some new behind-the-scenes footage below.
Headstones are one of Canada's most enduring and hardest rocking bands. Formed in 1987, the band's debut release Picture Of Health (1993) met with not just critical acclaim but was certified Platinum, selling in excess of 100,000 copies and spawning the singles "When Something Stands For Nothing", "Cemetery", "Tweeter And The Monkey Man" and "Three Angels". Kicking off a recording career that spans three decades, the band has since gone on to release seven studio albums and countless chart topping singles. Known for their intense and authentic performance style, Headstones remain true to their DIY aesthetic. At a time when style is often valued over substance, they craft hard hitting tunes with brutally honest lyrics and Little Army is no exception.
With Little Army, Headstones are again inclusive of their fans, sharing exclusive behind the scenes footage and real-time content. Using an old school approach while employing new school technology, Hugh and company recruit their army of fans to be a fly-on-the-wall of the recording and launch of Little Army.

LITA FORD's Next Album Won't Arrive Before 2018'80s hard rock queen Lita Ford says that she has "a lot of songs written" for her new studio album, to be released early next year. Helming the project once again is guitarist/producer Gary Hoey, who previously worked with Lita on 2012's "Living Like A Runaway" disc.
Speaking to Uber Rock's The Dark Queen at the HRH AOR festival, which was held earlier this month in North Wales, Ford stated about her plans for her next album (see video below): "We started writing. We've got a lot of songs written. We've just gotta get into the studio and now take them from the demo form and put them into the master form." She added: "We still have a little ways to go."
Lita also talked about her autobiography, "Lita Ford - Living Like A Runaway: A Memoir", which was released last year via Dey Street Books (formerly It Books), an imprint of HarperCollins Publishers. "It was really difficult to write," she said. "I had a couple of different co-authors that I was working with, and they weren't quite capturing my voice. It didn't sound like me, and they didn't picture things like I pictured them. And I thought, 'This isn't working, and it's not true. It's not right.' So I'd fire one, and I'd bring in somebody else, and they would do the same thing. They just couldn't understand; they didn't see things in the way that I saw things. So I would fire them. I went through different people. And finally I just said, 'Fuck it! I've gotta write this myself.' Because nobody gets it, I guess, because it was such an individual story, coming from someone who had never done this before, really, when you think about it. So I had taken an entire summer. I didn't take my bathrobe off, and I sat at home and I wrote the entire book by myself, along with a friend who was good on computer. So I would write the story, send it off to her, and she would insert it, and then we would send it off to HarperCollins. So it was good teamwork."
Ford told VintageRock.com in January that her next album would be "dark" and "riffy" with "lots of guitar." She added: "I'm gonna really let the guitar flow on this one. So that's exciting."
Ford's last release was 2016's "Time Capsule", a collection of songs that were recorded by Ford in the past, but never before made available. "Time Capsule" was tracked after her 1988 "Lita" album — a time when, as Ford put it, "we had a break between recordings and it seemed so many of us were always in the same place, at the same time." Some of the album's featured guests: Billy Sheehan (bass), Rodger Carter (drums), Dave Navarro (mandolin), Jeff Scott Soto (vocals), Rick Nielsen and Robin Zander (backing vocals) and Gene Simmons (bass).
