THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA Announces Return To RISE RECORDS, Release Of New EP

THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA Announces Return To RISE RECORDS, Release Of New EP 'Space'

THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA has announced its return to Rise Records for the release of the band's next effort, a conceptual EP titled "Space", coming in summer 2015. The band's "Zombie 5 Tour Presented by Rockstar Energy Drink" celebrating the fifth anniversary of the acclaimed EP "Zombie" kicked off in Nashville this past Sunday night and and will criss-cross the country through mid May, wrapping in Bloomington, Illinois on May 14. The band is performing the "Zombie" EP in its entirety for the first time, as well as a new song (see video below) from the forthcoming "Space" EP, among many other fan favorites. Commenting on THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA's return to Rise Records, vocalist Mike Hranica said: "We're all very confident in working with Rise again. The label has grown tremendously since our first release back in 2006. Nonetheless, we know their intention is still the same as ever and we know it's a model that will complement us well. We're persistently hands-on and love to do exactly as we please, and they're a great place for us to be able to continue that path while supporting our visions. Rise can be commended, deservedly, for their wholehearted drive at releasing albums they believe in; and it's that enthusiasm that is both welcoming and exciting for our band moving forward." The "Space" EP marks THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA's first concept release since "Zombie" and the first on Rise Records since the band's sophomore release, "Plagues", in 2007.

THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA's latest full-length album, "8:18", was released in September 2013 via Roadrunner.

OZZY OSBOURNE Gets Comic Book Treatment

OZZY OSBOURNE Gets Comic Book Treatment

Bluewater Productions has announced the release of a brand new comic book biography on the life of a rock icon as part of their popular Orbit series. "Ozzy Osbourne: The Metal Madman" will be released this week and will be available in both print and digital.

Jump on board the crazy train and read about the artist who occupies a special place in the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame. As the godfather of heavy metal, Ozzy Osbourne pioneered his dark sound as the front man for BLACK SABBATH. As a solo artist, he has forged a legacy, influencing modern rock, reality television, and more. "Orbit: Ozzy Osbourne: The Metal Madman" was written by Michael L. Frizell and Jayfri Hashim with art by Hashim, and features a cover by famed horror artist Stefano Cardoselli.

"Ozzy's legacy is well known," said Frizell. "A lot of research went into creating the script. One misstep, and the fans will know! Jayfri and I wanted to respect that legend — and the fans — by giving them something both familiar and unexpected. Writing about real people is often difficult, and when it's someone like Ozzy who's made himself tough to define and is a mainstay in the tabloids, we are challenged to find new ways to tell that well-known story."

"There are some celebrities we have done that are just media sensations, then you have someone like Ozzy who defines media sensation," said Bluewater publisher Darren G. Davis. "I have respect for him and his story after working on this comic book. We have done one with his wife Sharon Osbourne that did well. The Osbournes are fascinating people."

The Orbit comic line joins Bluewater's biographical lines Fame, Female Force and Tribute, all of which have been embraced by the media, telling the life stories of Paul McCartney, Freddie Mercury, David Bowie, Prince, John Lennon, Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison, Keith Richards and more. Coming soon are comic books featuring George Harrison and the cast of "Doctor Who".

"Ozzy Osbourne: The Metal Madman" is due this week. The print version of the book is available only at Comic Flea Market at www.comicfleamarket.com, while the digital version can be download to your e-reader from iTunes, Kindle, ComiXology, DriveThru Comics, Google Play, Madefire, My Digital Comics, Overdrive, Iverse, Biblioboard, Flipkart, Axis360, Epic!, Blio, Entitle, Comicblender.com, Indie Comic Tracker, Wheeler, Scoop, Nook, Kobo and wherever eBooks are sold.

STONE TEMPLE PILOTS Drop

STONE TEMPLE PILOTS Drop 'With Chester Bennington' From Name

According to The Pulse Of Radio, STONE TEMPLE PILOTS have finally been able to drop the added "With Chester Bennington" from their name after settling their legal issues with former singer Scott Weiland. The band began working with Bennington in May 2013 after firing Weiland three months earlier, but an exchange of lawsuits over, among other things, the use of the band name was part of the reason why the "Chester Bennington" clause was tacked on for a while.

No one is more excited about the news that Bennington himself, who told AltWire, "It'll be fun to go out as just STONE TEMPLE PILOTS. [Laughs] That's exciting, because it really bothered me to see 'STONE TEMPLE PILOTS with Chester Bennington.' So I'm glad that's gone and glad that that's over."

STONE TEMPLE PILOTS has been working on a new album, and Bennington was asked how it compares to his debut with the band, the 2013 EP "High Rise". He explained, "I think it's a lot different. I really don't like talking about music that people aren't hearing because it's hard to describe what the music sounds like, but it's super energetic. The riffs are really cool and the playing has been really insane."

Bennington told The Pulse Of Radio that STONE TEMPLE PILOTS has a lot of flexibility these days about when and how it can release new music. "There are a few things working in our favor," he said. "One is that we're independent and that we can kind of release music whenever the hell we feel like it, you know. If we went in the studio today and recorded a song, and it was finished, we can get it mixed and mastered and put that out as our next single. That being said, like, we have our eyes focused very, very keenly on taking as much advantage of the time that we have together as we can and being as productive in that time as we can, and then making the most out of what we produce."

The singer also said he's recovering but "still pretty sore" from a leg injury he suffered onstage with his main band, LINKIN PARK, which led the band to cancel most of its North American tour.

He plans to be ready for April 8, when STONE TEMPLE PILOTS kicks off a U.S. tour in Seattle.

BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME To Release

BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME To Release 'Coma Ecliptic' Album In July

North Carolina-based progressive rock/cutting-edge metal band BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME has announce the "Coma Ecliptic" tour, named after the group's forthcoming album, for July through August in North America. The trek features support from ANIMALS AS LEADERS along with openers THE CONTORTIONIST. The tour will be BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME's first official set of dates following the release of "Coma Ecliptic" on July 7 via Metal Blade.

VIP packages are on sale now that include an exclusive question-and-answer session with both BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME and ANIMALS AS LEADERS, photo ops with each band, an 18"x24" poster signed by both bands, and a souvenir laminate with early entrance to the show! VIP packages can be purchased at showstubs.com/btbam. General tickets will be on sale this Friday, March 20 via local ticket outlets.

"Coma Ecliptic" is, once again, an ambitious concept album. This time, the story follows the wanderings of an unidentified man, stuck in a coma, as he journeys through his past lives. Each song is its own episode in a modern day, sort of "The Twilight Zone"-esque fashion. The unidentified man enters each world and is offered a choice: stay, or move on to the next in search of something better, something more "perfect."

BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME vocalist/keyboardist Tommy Rogers spoke to Revolver about "Coma Ecliptic" for the next issue of the magazine, which will be on newsstands everywhere March 31. Pick up the magazine for an exclusive first look at the album's recording process and concept.

New music and pre-order bundles will be launched on April 3.

Def Leppard returns to the road this summer for an extensive North American tour with Styx and Tesla. The Live Nation-promoted tour, hitting nearly 50 cities across the US and Canada, will kick off on June 23rd in Tampa, FL at MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre. Tickets are on sale via LiveNation.com.

“Our 2007 tour with Def Leppard forged a friendship that's never wavered,” proclaims Styx singer/guitarist Tommy Shaw. “It was such an unforgettably fun experience for us. We've all been waiting for the planets to align so we could do it again. Well friends, they have indeed aligned! And this time, those soulful bad boys from Sacramento, Tesla, will be there, too. What a night of music this will be! Is summer here yet? Come on!”

Guitarist James “JY” Young is equally as excited: ”The mutual admiration society between Styx and Def Leppard began in the UK in 1978 when Joe Elliott attended Styx's first-ever performance in Def Leppard's home town of Sheffield, England,” he says. “Both bands having emanated from working class beginnings, either on the South Side of Chicago, or the Steel Town of Sheffield, England, there is a natural camaraderie and synergy amongst them. I feel like these guys are long-lost brothers of mine. It's going to be Guitars A-blazin' and Drums A-poundin' regardless of who’s on the stage, featuring arguably the most successful rock band of the late 1980's, paired with one of the most successful bands of the late 1970s, early 1980s. The ingestion of too much sugar can lead to illness, but “Pour Some Sugar On Me” is a recipe for healthy smiles and a fun night for everyone!!!”

FULL DEVIL JACKET Streaming New Song “The Moment”

FULL DEVIL JACKET Streaming New Song “The Moment”

Full Devil Jacket will release Valley Of Bones on March 31st via eOne Music, their first full length in over a decade. Produced by Justin Rimer (12 Stones), it’s a victorious and impossible to ignore sophomore slab, simultaneously resurrecting and updating the band’s hard rock sound. Longtime fans will recognize plenty of signature elements, but this is the Full Devil Jacket of old on steroids.

The band are streaming the new song, "The Moment". “”The Moment” was written on my acoustic guitar in Palestine, TX." says vocalist Josh Brown. "Lyrically this song deals with some of my darkest moments of self-doubt.  As the song moves, the lyrics begin to reveal individual purpose and hope.”

The band recently debuted a music video for their first single and title track from Valley Of Bones.

"We cut all the footage for “Valley Of Bones” in one day in a little town on the outskirts of our hometown of Jackson, TN. The video director Rob Nielson at Wired Films did a great job of putting the images together. He combined my artwork with live footage. He did a fantastic job," says vocalist Josh Brown.

When asked what went into the new effort, Josh Brown offers, “When we write music, we only write it if it’s real. I only sing it if I believe in it. II only write it if I’ve experienced it. When I listen to some rock n’ roll music today, I hear the same important sounding words as the bands I grew up listening to, but I don’t hear any conviction. Everything I write about, I’ve lived.”

Brown’s heroin overdose ended the Full Devil Jacket fans had come to know and love through hit singles like “Where Did You Go?” and “Now You Know” in 2002. FDJ was first discovered by producer Malcolm Springer (Matchbox 20, Collective Soul) then signed to Island/Def Jam under the watchful eye of Tom Zutaut, the A&R legend best known for his work with Motley Crue and signing Guns N’ Roses to Geffen.

Brown returned refreshed, reinvigorated and renewed as singer/songwriter for Day Of Fire, touring and playing shows with Sevendust, Papa Roach, Saving Able, Cold, Nonpoint as well as co-writing (and touring) with Daughtry. The band’s debut album was nominated for a Grammy and won Album Of The Year at the GMA Dove Awards in 2005, where the group was also nominated for New Artist Of The Year and Rock Song Of The Year. But after three successful records, Day Of Fire went on indefinite hiatus in 2010.

The gritty sludge of Down is a great reference point for Valley Of Bones, as well as the dark melody of the mighty Alice In Chains and modern rock accessibility of Stone Sour. There’s even some old school, throbbing hard rock grit and grime, particularly in songs like “Picturebox Voodoo,” a scathing indictment of the mainstream media and a pop culture that obscures designs toward the apocalypse. Full Devil Jacket is a band that had the world at their fingertips, lost it all, and now rises again.

“If I can share with people my struggle and my mistakes and tell them there is hope,” says Brown, “even when we stumble, we rise again. That’s what it’s all about.”

SWORN IN Streaming New Song “Oliolioxinfree”

SWORN IN Streaming New Song “Oliolioxinfree”

Sworn In will release their new studio album, The Lovers/The Devil on April 7th on Razor & Tie. The album was produced Will Putney (Amity Affliction, For Today, Miss May I). Pre-order the album here. Check out the new track, “Oliolioxinfree”, streaming below:

The Lovers/The Devil is the follow up to Sworn In's 2013 debut album, The Death Card, which debuted on the Billboard Top 200 chart. The Lovers/The Devil, in short, is a concept record delving into the darkness of a destructive relationship. The CD is split into two halves, the first dubbed "The Lovers" and the second called "The Devil."

The Lovers tells the story of the man feeling obsessed, psychotic, depressed, and drowning in unrequited love. This half of the CD covers the desperate romantic who lives inside his own head because the real world has become too unbearable. But such is life and this character reaches a breaking point. And with that, comes the split of the record.

The Devil charts the course of the role reversal, where the man snaps and becomes the cold, bitter, and numb person that drove him mad, while the female occupies the position the male just went through.

However, the record does not glorify self-destructive love; rather, it chronicles that situation and can be interpreted in any way that feels personal to the one listening.

CORPSE GARDEN Reveal Entheogen Album Details

CORPSE GARDEN Reveal Entheogen Album Details

Corpse Garden, the five-piece death metal outfit from Costa Rica, have announced that their second album, Entheogen, will be released on May 15th through both Russian label Satanath Records and German label RTM Productions. The title Entheogen refers to a chemical substance that is often used in religious or spiritual practices to aim for transcendence.

Vocalist Felipe Tencio elaborates further: “We think [Entheogen] is what really describes the music and the sound we accomplished with this album as well as it being an analogy for the transformation the band suffered, and the lyrical concept. The lyrics go through each one of the seven operations of alchemical transformation and Carl Jung's studies on Individuation.”

Satanath Records Owner Aleksey had this to say on the label’s newest signing: “I like this young and talented band. Their music is mysterious and meets all the canons of the style that I love. The album spews out energetic and technical death metal with a delicious bass in the spirit of old school death metal. Yet Corpse Garden do not fixate on the [old school vibe] and thereby retain their originality. Verdict: It is impossible not to release!”

The Entheogen artwork was designed by Alexander L.Brown (BNB Illustration and Design).

Entheogen tracklisting:

“The Quantum Rapture”
“In The Womb Of Chaos”
“Portal To The Oneiric”

Formed in 2009, Corpse Garden released one EP before settling down to record their debut full-length release Burnt By The Light (2012). Riding high from the great response from their debut, the band powered on to win the Central American heat in the worldwide Wacken Metal Battle competition and represented the area at the 2012 Wacken festival in Germany. With a comprehensive lineup change in 2013 to what is their current set-up, Corpse Garden settled down to compose and write what would become Entheogen. Entering the Bushido Audio Production Studio in 2014 with producer Juan Pablo Calvo, the album was mastered by Eri Román at SoloHit Studios in San José.

THE OFFSPRING:

THE OFFSPRING: 'Coming For You' Video Released

The official video for THE OFFSPRING's new single called "Coming For You" can be seen below.

According to The Pulse Of Radio, THE OFFSPRING singer Dexter Holland told Loudwire in a new interview that there's no timetable for the band to finish its tenth studio album, despite the fact that the group recently released "Coming For You". Holland explained, "We've been recording the album at a real relaxed pace… Just when we feel inspired and go in and eventually we'll get it together and go in and really finish it — knock it out."

The singer told The Pulse Of Radio a while back that he doesn't let commercial pressures get to him at this point. "It's easy to let that stuff mess with you," he said. "Like people ask me, 'Do you feel pressure writing an album?' And everyone wants to say, 'No, no, I don't feel any pressure,' but I don't think that's really true. You want what you put out to be respected, and you want it to be as good as what you've done before, but if you stay there, then you start thinking about what other people are expecting, or what do I think other people would like, and then you have to learn how to put that aside and do what it is you do, or you can't do good work."

Asked if taking time to make the record is a way to build anticipation for it, Holland replied, "We're not that clever, we're just lazy. Every other time we've done a record, we hunker down and go into the studio for a year or however long it takes. We just decided not to do it that way this time. We thought let's just do a couple of songs, work on them when we feel inspired and when we have it done, we thought, why wait? Let's just go ahead and put it out."

Holland said that the band is "maybe halfway" through writing the songs for the new record.

The band issued its ninth album, "Days Gone By", in 2012. It spent 2014 on the road promoting the 20th anniversary of its breakout album, "Smash", performing the disc in its entirety at a number of shows.

THE OFFSPRING will play in Tempe, Arizona on April 4 and Frisco, Texas on April 25, with more festival appearances on tap for later in the summer.

MOTÖRHEAD

MOTÖRHEAD's PHIL CAMPBELL Completes Recording Guitars For New Album

MOTÖRHEAD is currently in the studio with longtime producer Cameron Webb working on the band's upcoming album, due out this fall. According to a new post on the band's Facebook page, guitarist Phil Campbell has completed laying down his tracks on the CD, which will follow up 2013's "Aftershock".

MOTÖRHEAD will support the FOO FIGHTERS on tour this July in Japan and Korea (including a stop at the longest-standing music fest in Japan, the Fuji Rock festival on July 24, and the Ansan Valley Rock Festival in South Korea on July 26) in addition to planning a U.S. tour in late summer 2015. Additionally, the band will set sail on the MOTÖRHEAD Motörboat cruise in late September. MOTÖRHEAD's song "Heartbreaker" was nominated in the "Best Metal Performance" category at this year's Grammy Awards.

MOTÖRHEAD frontman Lemmy Kilmister, 69, in 2013 suffered a haematoma (where blood collects outside of a blood vessel), causing the cancelation of a number of the band's European festival shows. He was also reportedly fitted with a defibrillator because of heart problems.

The reissue of MOTÖRHEAD's 21st studio album, "Aftershock", was made available on August 26, 2014 via UDR/Motörhead Music. The CD was helmed by longtime producer Cameron Webb (MEGADETH, DISTURBED). The expanded edition contains a bonus live CD — also recorded by Webb — consisting of live material comprised from the band's historic appearances in early 2014.

"Aftershock" sold 11,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 22 on The Billboard 200 chart.

TREMONTI

TREMONTI's 'Cauterize' Pushed Back To June; New 'Flying Monkeys' Preview Clip Available

TREMONTI, the band led by CREED and ALTER BRIDGE guitarist Mark Tremonti, will release its second album, "Cauterize", on June 9 (pushed back from the previously announced May).

The track listing for the CD is as follows:

01. Radical Change02. Flying Monkeys03. Cauterize04. Arm Yourself05. Dark Trip06. Another Heart07. Fall Again08. Tie The Noose09. Sympathy10. Providence

A new preview clip of the song "Flying Monkeys" can be streamed below.

The follow-up to 2012's "All I Was", TREMONTI's new CD was helmed by producer Michael "Elvis" Baskette, who previously worked with ALTER BRIDGE and SLASH.

Speaking to the American Forces Network, TREMONTI drummer Garrett Whitlock stated about the band's new album: "We recorded 20 songs for this record, so we're still trying to figure out what we're gonna with all of 'em. But I think it stacks up well against the first one.

"I really do think that we kind of figured out what our strengths were, recording the first album, and with this album, we kind of took that and capitalized on all of it.

"I think, as far as playing goes, everybody was on their 'A' game, and we're really happy with it.

"There's some really good, heavy songs on there; there's some good atmospheric stuff. So we really tried to just take what we enjoyed about the first record and capitalize on that with the second one. I feel like we hit our mark, and we're all really happy with the final product."

VAN HALEN bassist Wolfgang Van Halen joined Tremonti's solo band for touring purposes after ALTER BRIDGE bassist Brian Marshall dropped off the project.

With ALTER BRIDGE and CREED both still active, The Pulse Of Radio asked Tremonti a while back how he knows which songs are right for each project. "I've just gotten this filter, this intuition that tells me what songs go to which band, and with my solo stuff, the rhythm section is so different from the other bands, I think it really stands apart," he said. "I think it's a little more aggressive than both the other bands."

Tremonti recorded "All I Was" using ideas rejected by his ALTER BRIDGE bandmates, who felt some of the material was too "speed metal" for their sound. Tremonti revealed, "I tried it with them about 10 times and it would never stick. I didn't want those ideas to go to waste . . . Now it's a living, breathing band so we gotta keep it going."

Tremonti's other act, ALTER BRIDGE, released its fourth album, called "Fortress", in 2013.

Former TRIVIUM Drummer NICK AUGUSTO

Former TRIVIUM Drummer NICK AUGUSTO's New Band CORROSION Releases 'Prone To Dreams' Song

Drummer Nick Augusto didn’t waste any time after being unceremoniously ditched mid-tour by his former teammates TRIVIUM. Returning home to Boca Raton, Florida, he immediately started working on a new project with his high school buddy and guitar aficionado Christopher Cussell (BEFORE THE MOURNING). After a couple of months locked in at the jam room, they’d hammered out what would be the skeleton for their first recording.

To fill in the gaps, the guys looked to an unlikely place; across the Atlantic Ocean, to Oslo, Norway. As chance would have it, both Augusto and Cussell had on separate occasions toured alongside Norwegian metal band INSENSE and a friendship had formed with vocalist and guitarist Tommy Hjelm (INSENSE, BEATEN TO DEATH).

Not one to let a good idea pass, Hjelm flew over to Florida to reconnect and record his guitars and bass. The chemistry was immediate, the band was a fact. With the important addition of Tommy's good friend and brother in arms Martin Rygge (INSENSE, BEATEN TO DEATH), the unit was complete.

The new band, dubbed CORROSION, recently recorded a debut EP with producer Jason Suecof (TRIVIUM, CHIMAIRA).

Another track from the effort, "Prone To Dreams", can be streamed below.

Says Augusto: "It's just four friends playing what makes us feel good and I really hope you all enjoy it.

"[I'm] really looking forward to making a full-length and seeing everyone on tour soon.

"The idea for this project came together right after me and TRIVIUM parted ways…

"All of us in CORROSION were friends already so it just felt right to start it up.

"I was an INSENSE fan, so going for a long shot, them being all the way in Norway, and I wanted to play in a band with them. We talked through e-mails and made it happen. We just wrote three songs and felt like it was a good introduction and a full-length will come eventually.

"What you hear on this EP is just what we felt at the time and that’s what came out and it felt pretty damn good and clicked right away."

THE NIGHT FLIGHT ORCHESTRA Featuring SOILWORK, ARCH ENEMY Members:

THE NIGHT FLIGHT ORCHESTRA Featuring SOILWORK, ARCH ENEMY Members: 'Sail On' Song Streaming

THE NIGHT FLIGHT ORCHESTRA — the classic-rock band featuring Björn Strid (SOILWORK) and Sharlee D' Angelo (ARCH ENEMY, SPIRITUAL BEGGARS) — will release its second studio album, "Skyline Whispers", on June 9 via Coroner Records. The CD was recorded at Nordic Sound Lab Studios in Skara, Sweden, was engineered by THE NIGHT FLIGHT ORCHESTRA and Bengan Andersson, was mixed by Sebastian Forslund and mastered by Thomas Plec Johansson at Panic Room Studios in Skara.

"Skyline Whispers" track listing:

01. Sail On02. Living For The Nighttime03. Stiletto04. Owaranai Palisades05. Lady Jade06. I Ain’t Old, I Ain’t Young07. All the Ladies08. Spanish Ghosts09. Demon Princess10. Skyline Whispers11. Roads Less Traveled12. The Heather Reports13. Floridian Eyes (exclusive digipak bonus track)

The song "Sail On" can be streamed using the SoundCloud widget below (courtesy of Rocknytt).

THE NIGHT FLIGHT ORCHESTRA last year announced the addition of Sebastian Forslund (KADAWATHA) on congas, percussion and guitar.

THE NIGHT FLIGHT ORCHESTRA started like so many others as an innocent yet serious drunken idea when Strid and David Andersson (MEAN STREAK, session musician for SOILWORK) were on the road together somewhere in North America in 2007. Björn and David were bonding over what they considered "classic" or not, from rock and roll conspiracies to being arrested in a lobby with nothing but leather pants on. All those scenarios, fictional or real, needed a soundtrack. They also came to think that whether you're on a metal tour or not, a lot of classic rock songs say it all and can really lend you a helping hand and make you forget about everything, especially when in motion or travelling. The classic escape. The never-ending road trip. The transatlantic night flight. It may sound simple and naive, but what it all comes down to is that we all need that soundtrack to feel extra special, whether you have been arrested in a lobby or not.

It didn't take long before bass player D' Angelo joined forces as well as keyboard player Richard Larsson (VON BENZO) and drummer Jonas Källsbäck (MEAN STREAK). The goal was to reclaim the '70s/early '80s sense for classic melody, the forgotten recipe to a timeless song, preferably a song mentioning a city, street name or an exhilarating alcoholic beverage. Anything that will have you spitting out the word "classic." From "Tarot Woman" to "Badlands", from "Rhiannon" to "Running on Empty", from "Blind Man" to "Night Moves", from "Deuce" to "Separate Ways", from "Elected" to "Set me Free". The list goes on. It's all about reclaiming the "classic."

THE NIGHT FLIGHT ORCHESTRA made its live debut in August, 2013 at Dina-scenen in Lidköping, Sweden.

THE NIGHT FLIGHT ORCHESTRA is:

Björn "Speed" Strid (SOILWORK) - VocalsDavid Andersson (SOILWORK, MEAN STREAK) - GuitarSharlee D'Angelo (ARCH ENEMY, SPIRITUAL BEGGARS) - BassRichard Larsson (VON BENZO) - KeyboardsJonas Källsbäck (MEAN STREAK, ORCHID) - DrumsSebastian Forslund (KADAWATHA) - Congas, Percussion, Guitar

AMARANTHE: Video Footage Of Vosselaar Performance

AMARANTHE: Video Footage Of Vosselaar Performance

Fan-filmed video footage of AMARANTHE's March 15 performance at Biebob in Vosselaar, Belgium can be seen below.

AMARANTHE's third album, "Massive Addictive", was released on October 21, 2014 via Spinefarm Records. The CD was tracked at Hansen Studios in Ribe, Denmark with producer Jacob Hansen (VOLBEAT, EPICA) at the helm. The 12-song album is a flawlessly executed clinic of masterfully and carefully crafted European metal, boasting Olof Mörck's surgically precise riffs and soaring solos alongside Morten Løwe Sørensen's rhythmic thrust and Johan Andreassen's booming low-frequency assault. Elize Ryd's vocals are as emotive and empowering as ever, filling the room, while Jake E's melodic vocals are an outpouring of power. New screamer Henrik Englund Wilhelmsson puts his stamp on the material, as well. The sound is both massive and addictive, from the unforgettable, driving sounds of "Drop Dead Cynical" to the anthemic title track to the stadium-sized soar of "Digital World" to the emotionally haunting power semi-ballad "True". "Massvive Addictive" is an exercise in dynamics and is one that refuses to play by any sort of genre-specific, prescribed rules. "We have lived and breathed this album every hour and every day the last year, and to know that this music is about to reach everyone's ears is beyond exciting," guitarist Mörck enthused about "Massive Addictive". "Following the first leg of the 'Nexus' world tour, we sat down and agreed that we wanted the next album to be really fresh, new and even to raise a few eyebrows, all while retaining our signature sound." He continued, "'Massive Addictive' is in every way that huge leap forward we wanted to achieve and the album definitely contain our strongest song writing to date. The press often asks us to 'describe the album with three words'; this time, the answer is simple — it's MASSIVE, it's ADDICTIVE, and most importantly, it's AMARANTHE!"

FEAR FACTORY

FEAR FACTORY's DINO CAZARES Joins EXODUS On Stage In Sydney (Video)

FEAR FACTORY guitarist Dino Cazares joined EXODUS on stage earlier this month at Frankie's Pizza in Sydney, Australia to perform the classic EXODUS song "Piranha". Check out video footage of his appearance below.

Guitarist Gary Holt was unable to join his EXODUS bandmates for their Australian tour due to his commitments with SLAYER. Replacing him for the trek was HEATHEN's Kragen Lum.

EXODUS and TESTAMENT will join forces for the "Dark Roots Of Thrash II" tour. The trek will conquer North America for five weeks, beginning April 1 in San Francisco, and will include select TESTAMENT and EXODUS festival performances. Support on the tour will come from Texas melodic metal assailants SHATTERED SUN.

EXODUS's latest album, "Blood In Blood Out", sold around 8,800 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 38 on The Billboard 200 chart. b>.

"Blood In Blood Out" is EXODUS' first album since the departure of the band's lead singer of the past nine years, Rob Dukes, and the return of his predecessor, Steve "Zetro" Souza, who previously fronted EXODUS from 1986 to 1993 and from 2002 to 2004.

FEAR FACTORY last year entered NRG Recording Studios in North Hollywood, California with longtime producer/collaborator Rhys Fulber and engineer Mike Plotnikoff to begin tracking its new album for a summer 2015 release via Nuclear Blast Entertainment. The CD will be mixed by acclaimed British producer Andy Sneap, who has previously worked with MEGADETH, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, EXODUS, TESTAMENT and ACCEPT, among many others.

FEAR FACTORY's latest album, 2012's "The Industrialist", sold 9,300 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 38 on The Billboard 200 chart.
