MITHRAS To Release Time Never Lasts EP As Preview For Forthcoming Album;

UK extreme metallers MITHRAS are set to release their new, highly anticipated Time Never Lasts EP, through Galactic Records.

A precursor to a new studio album forthcoming in 2012, Time Never Lasts shows the indefatigable duo of Leon Macey and Rayner Coss going from strength to strength, taking the template laid out by their two critically acclaimed albums for Candlelight Records - 2007's Behind the Shadows Lie Madness and 2003's Worlds Beyond the Veil - to their most extreme ends: the light-speed battery more punishing, the melodies more triumphant, the atmosphere more otherworldly.

Time Never Lasts comprises two brand-new studio tracks and three live ones, the latter proudly displaying the band's ability to pull off everything they do in the studio but in a live environment - hearing is believing.
