CORTEZ Signs With BILOCATION RECORDS
Massachusetts stoner rockers CORTEZ have inked a deal with the German label Bilocation Records for the vinyl release of their long-awaited, self-titled full-length effort. The double LP will be released this spring on high-quality vinyl. The gatefold cover artwork and layout was created by renowned artist Alexander von Wieding (NUCLEAR ASSAULT, MONSTER MAGNET, KARMA TO BURN, SUPLECS).
"Cortez" was recorded by Ethan Dussault (CAVE IN, BLACK THAI, MORNE, TIDES, CASPIAN) at New Alliance Audio in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
CORTEZ's previous album, "Thunder In A Forgotten Town", came out in 2007 via Belgium's Buzzville Records.
