ASTRAKHAN To See Vinyl Release Through War On Music Records

Born out of years of failure, frustration and stifled creativity is Astrakhan. The band has emerged as a unique force, landing somewhere appropriate yet conspicuous within a thriving Vancouver metal scene that warmly embraces its sludge / prog / doom / stoner and riff laden heavy metal.

The brand new record A Tapestry Of Scabs And Skin was recorded with Vancouver's own Jesse Gander (Bison, Anciients, 3 Inches Of Blood). It contains four masterpiece compositions spread over a high fidelity 45 Rpm 12” LP, and features the incredible full color artwork of Nick Patterson. The vinyl will be available in the fall, strictly limited to 300 units.
