Brazil's DARK AVENGER Release "Parasite" Lyric Video; New Band Lineup Announced
"Parasite" is the first cooperation between Mario Linhares and Glauber Oliveira and was produced and recorded at Asylum Studio owned by Glauber. The mastering process was handled by Jacob Hansen at Hansen Studios (Denmark) who has also worked with Destruction, Primal Fear and King Diamond.
Singer Mario Linhares points out that the new album is conceptual and talks about modern women’s difficulties, although we live in the XXI century: “What is like being imprisoned against one’s will into an undesired situation which is impossible to escape or run away?”
The album will figure out ten possible stages of mind a person could live in such a situation. The song "Parasite" talks about the stage of “despair” as can be seen in the lyric video.
The band also announced its new lineup which features Mario Linhares (vocals), Gustavo Magalhães (bass guitar), Hugo Santiago and Glauber Oliveira (guitars), Anderson Soares (drums) and Vinicius Maluly (keyboards).
