Carcer City, the progressive metalcore band from Liverpool, England, have created their own brand of 21st century metal that falls somewhere between Linkin Park, Meshuggah, Bring Me The Horizon, Killswitch Engage, and The Amity Affliction.
Their new album Infinite/Unknown is out on September 16th via Stay Sick Recordings and is the band's first global release. The tracklisting, cover art, and more will be revealed shortly.
The new album trailer below features three minutes of majestic but moshy sonic tidbits from the album and which fully displays the band's astonishing sense of dynamics.
While the band has been building a formidable reputation for itself, thriving and blossoming in the underground of its home country with the self-released The Life We Have Chosen and The Road Journals, Carcer City are just getting their US legs under them.
