METALLICA - Fan-Made Multi-Angle 2.5 Hour Video Of Entire Minneapolis Show Posted

Metallica performed at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, MN on August 20th and subsequently made the show's audio available via their infamous LiveMetallica.com store. Using said audio, the folks at Master Of Collectors scoured YouTube and assembled a multi-angle (37 to be exact) 2.5 hour video of the full show. Check it out below.

Hardwired…To Self-Destruct, the long awaited new Metallica studio album, and follow up to Death Magnetic, will be released on November 18th. The double CD will include nearly 80 minutes of music.

Metallica have confirmed they will perform at the 30th Annual Bridge School Benefit in Mountain View, California, taking place October 22nd - 23rd.

Organized by musicians Neil Young and Pegi Young, the Bridge School Benefit Concert is an annual, all acoustic, non-profit charity event held every October at Shoreline Amphitheatre. All proceeds directly benefit the operations of The Bridge School.

Acts scheduled to perform at this year’s event include: Neil Young + Promise Of The Real, Metallica, Roger Waters, Dave Matthews, case/lang/veirs, Willie Nelson, My Morning Jacket, Norah Jones, Cage The Elephant and Nils Lofgren.

Довольно уныло.
Гитары опущены так, что песни уже не узнать. Вместо нормальных примочек эпохи Sweet Silence - какие-то слабые перделки. Наверно, как у их неизвестных нам местных кумиров, но звучит просто отстойно.
Для какого особого повода бережёт свой вокал Хэтфилд я просто не понимаю. Слышно, например, по Leper Messiah и Hardwired, что может ещё что-то. Но скатывается в этот убогий микст, переходящий в бездарный фальцет. Будь проклят день во время записи Load, когда он научился так петь.
Резюме: приедут - не пойду.
