The band themselves have now released this official statement regarding Miller‘s health.

“The Bad Brains family ask that you please keep Gary (Dr. Know) Miller in your thoughts and prayers The family respectfully ask that their privacy be honored during this time and very much appreciate all the great energy that is being sent their way.

Reports have emerged that 57-year-old Bad Brains guitarist Gary “Dr. Know” Miller is hospitalized and on life support for an undisclosed ailment. Friends and fans have speaking on the matter in light of the news, which has yet to be publicly addressed:
