I Am Morbid / former Morbid Angel frontman David Vincent has teamed up with Slim Jim Phantom (Stray Cats) and Danny B. Harvey (13 Cats, Lonesome Spurs) in Headcat, formerly known as The Head Cat. He replaces music icon and Motörhead legend Lemmy Kilmister, who passed away at the age of 70 in December 2015. An official statement is available below:

"After the success of the Headcat show last December in Berlin, the two surviving members of Headcat, Slim Jim Phantom and Danny B. Harvey, have decided to continue the band they started with Lemmy Kilmister over 17 years ago. They will be playing three shows next month in the USA and a handful of European shows in late summer that will be announced over the next few days. 

In the meantime, here's the answer to the question we're sure is on everyone's mind: the bass and most the vocal duties will be handled by former frontman and bassist from Morbid Angel, David Vincent. David's powerful baritone voice and thunderous bass playing is very complimentary to both Danny B.'s guitar style and Slim Jim's drumming. Different than Lemmy but true to Headcat's vision and direction.

Vincent: “This is certainly something that has been on my mind for some time now and, truthfully, even prior to Trey and I parting ways again. When the news of our separation became public last year I was literally bombarded with all manner of requests from around the globe. This is the first instalment of a very busy new year. I Am Morbid is a much different vehicle. Apart from my personal provenance and legacy, this is a separate entity altogether.”

Calgary, AB progressive death metal band Divinity have their next offering for the metal gods in their new album The Immortalist, a culmination of 5 years of hard work and dedication to their craft.  The album features 12 tracks that include their two previous EP releases The Immortalist, Pt. 1 – Awestruck and The Immortalist, Pt. 2 –Momentum with their 3rd EP The Immortalist Pt. 3 - Conqueror now finished completing the trilogy series for one huge full length album. All the tracks on the album are remixed and remastered by the talented Chris Donaldson (Cryptopsy, The Grid Productions) to make the songs more cohesive and work as a full-length album experience. Italy’s Dragonhammer has resigned with the My Kingdom Music label. Their latest album The X Experiment was a great success and marked Dragonhammer's return to the scene after 9 years of silence.

Now it's time to come back more powerful than ever and they'll do it with a new album titled Obscurity that will be released at the end of September via My Kingdom Music.

The band filmed an entire little studio documentary that will soon be revealed bit by bit on Cellar Darling's Facebook page and YouTube channel, so stay tuned.

After their split with Eluveitie, Anna Murphy, Ivo Henzi and Merlin Sutter quickly realized their musical journey was far from over. What quickly developed was a unique and fresh combination of grand and heavy riffs, powerful drumming and a unique voice along with the signature folky, earthy tones of the hurdy gurdy. This, combined with classical elements as well as inherited folk influences, led to the creation of something entirely new, setting Cellar Darling on the path of musical innovation.

Dan Reed Network has released a new video for the track “Save The World”, featured on the new album, Fight Another Day, out now. Watch the new clip below.

Fight Another Day marks the return of one of the most infectious and gifted bands to come out in the melodic rock world in the second part of the 80's. The new album was recorded primarily in the home town of members of DRN, Portland, Oregon, while most of the writing process took place in Dan Reed's private studio in Prague in the Czech Republic, where Reed currently resides with his family. Demos were sent back and forth between Derek Shulman (A&R for Frontiers), Brion James, Melvin Brannon Jr. and Rob Daiker, making notes and refining the songs over great distances via the internet. This process was not unlike with DRN composed songs back in the late 80's and early 90's as Dan Reed used to demo out songs on his Akai 12 track machine and bring the songs into rehearsals where the band members would then arrange and flesh out the band's classic 'funk rock' sound.

After the tracking was completed, band's keyboardist Rob Daiker went to work editing and mixing each track alongside Shulman and Reed, sending mixes back and forth, making notes and shaping and moulding the album to best represent what DRN sounds like currently, while paying respect to what brought the band to the world's attention back in the late 80's.

Although photos recently surfaced of GUNS N' ROSES guitarist Slash in a studio, the legendary axeman may not be recording material for his next solo album, as previously speculated.

ALTER BRIDGE singer Myles Kennedy, who also fronts Slash's solo band, MYLES KENNEDY AND THE CONSPIRATORS, was a guest on the May 2 episode of the "Trunk Nation" show on SiriusXM channel Volume (106), and he was asked if there are any plans for SLASH FEATURING MYLES KENNEDY & THE CONSPIRATORS to work on the follow-up to 2014's "World On Fire" album. He responded: "Honestly, I don't know what's gonna happen. I'm kind of knee-deep right now with ALTER BRIDGE, and I've also been working on another solo record of my own."

He added: "Look, the GUNS thing is so awesome and successful, I just don't see how that's slowing down anytime soon."

Myles also talked about his decision to begin work on his second solo album, even thought the first one has yet to see the light of day.

"The first one, a lot of it was written a long time ago," he said. "Songs kind of have a shelf life with artists, so once I stepped back and listened to it, I was, like, 'You know, this just isn't where my head is right now.' And maybe one day it'll come out. I'm always writing; that's all I do. If I'm not touring, I'm writing… Other than playing live, I don't really have a life. I just wanna write and make music. So, yeah, those songs were written a long time ago, so I wanna try some new stuff."

After Slash and the CONSPIRATORS toured "World On Fire", rumors about the long-awaited GUNS N' ROSES reunion tour began to circulate and were confirmed in early 2016.

The current GUNS trek — which features Slash and fellow original members Axl Rose and Duff McKagan — launched in April 2016 and has since grossed more than $230 million, with more European and North American dates coming this spring and summer.

Despite the success of the tour, there has been no indication that GUNS intends to record a new album. The last GUNS studio album, "Chinese Democracy", came out in 2008 and featured only Axl Rose from the band's classic lineup. The last album on which Rose, McKagan and Slash appeared together was 1993's covers set "The Spaghetti Incident?"

SCOUR, the new extreme metal "supergroup" featuring Philip Anselmo (PANTERA, DOWN, SUPERJOINT) alongside members of CATTLE DECAPITATION and PIG DESTROYER, has officially recruited Adam Jarvis (MISERY INDEX, PIG DESTROYER) as its drummer.

Adam Jarvis's next gig with SCOUR will take place on June 14 at Saint Vitus in Brooklyn, New York.

The self-titled debut EP from SCOUR was released last July via Anselmo's Housecore label. The six-track effort was mixed by Dave Otero (CEPHALIC CARNAGE, CATTLE DECAPITATION, COBALT, KHEMMIS) and was made available on CD and vinyl formats.

Anselmo previously stated about his involvement with from SCOUR: "Doing the SCOUR project was a blast. The track 'Dispatched' was the first one I attacked, as it was the first one sent to me. Lyrically, I leave it to the listener to evaluate, as usual. The way I saw it, the songs were short, and extremely straight-forward, so I didn't want to clutter 'em up with too much. Therefore, I had to pick particular lyrics that seemed provocatively absurd enough, and to perform them as raw as deemed fit."

San Francicsco Bay Area thrashers EXODUS are tentatively scheduled to enter the studio this fall to begin recording the follow-up to 2014's "Blood In Blood Out" album for an early 2018 release.

"Blood In Blood Out" was EXODUS's first album since the departure of the band's lead singer of nine years, Rob Dukes, and the return of his predecessor, Steve "Zetro" Souza, who previously fronted EXODUS from 1986 to 1993 and from 2002 to 2004.

EXODUS's main songwriter Gary Holt has been the touring guitarist for SLAYER since January 2011 when that band's co-founding guitarist Jeff Hanneman contracted necrotizing fasciitis, also known as flesh-eating disease, from a spider bite in his backyard. Hanneman eventually died in May 2013 from alcohol-related cirrhosis of the liver.

Speaking to Metal Wani about what fans can expect from the next EXODUS album, Souza said (hear audio below): "You've gotta remember: Who do we have at the helm writing the songs? You've gotta stop and think there's a reason why he plays in EXODUS and SLAYER. There's a reason why that happens. Gary Holt is not gonna put any subpar shit out there, and he never has, so why would we start now?"

He continued: "Actually, I've already heard rough stuff that's come up, because we're probably scheduled to be in the studio in late October, [early] November for a March [release]. I think that's what it looks like on the eraser board, but then that could always change again with the things going on. But the ship is pretty steady at we'll be ready to record by October or November.

"We played two hundred and eighty-eight shows on 'Blood In Blood Out', so we know it's time to put out a new record, which is our focus right now; that's basically what has been the band focus over the past few months. One of us got married last month — Tom [Hunting], our drummer, got married — and then Gary had been home working off SLAYER since mid-October. I think he's in South America with SLAYER right now, and he's writing stuff."

Asked if it has been difficult working around SLAYER's schedule while trying to come up with an album's worth of new songs, Souza said: "This is the first time [we've had to deal with that while composing] new material. [For] tours, we have his stunt double, Kragen Lum. He was handpicked by Gary, by the way, and he plays [Gary's] parts, I mean, maybe better than Gary plays his own parts. Kragen is pretty spot-on. You close your eyes, he plays the leads on the records note for note, so it sounds like EXODUS. And his rhythm hand is just… Him and Lee [Altus, EXODUS guitarist], they actually play in HEATHEN together, but I don't think they've done HEATHEN since 2010, 'cause Lee has been so busy with EXODUS. But he's a very good complement if Gary can't be there. But I think Gary's gonna be on the IRON MAIDEN show [in early July in San Bernardino, California], and they're talking about doing a tour in September and October, and Gary will be on that with us as well."

Souza went on to say that he harbors no ill feelings toward SLAYER for keeping Holt away from EXODUS so much of the time.

"It seemed like our album cycles ran simultaneously," the singer explained. "We put out a record in October of 2014 and then they put out a record ['Repentless'] in September of 2015 — only nine months later.

"I love the fact that [Gary] is carrying that band on with Jeff's blessing, of course, 'cause Jeff had picked him as well. I'm a huge SLAYER fan, I always have been, and I'm just very proud of him and I'm glad that he can carry the torch so that they can continue."

EXODUS last fall completed the colossal "Battle Of The Bays" European tour alongside famed Florida death metal squad OBITUARY. Support came from influential groove crossover metallers PRONG and Australian wrecking machine KING PARROT.

BLACK STAR RIDERS have announced the addition of drummer Chad Szeliga to the group's ranks.

Chad, formerly of BREAKING BENJAMIN and BLACK LABEL SOCIETY, among others, first came to BLACK STAR RIDERS' attention in 2012 when THIN LIZZY was touring North America with JUDAS PRIEST, and BLACK LABEL SOCIETY was also on the bill. After auditions last month in Los Angeles with some incredible drummers, Chad was chosen to take up the drum stool position for BLACK STAR RIDERS. Says BLACK STAR RIDERS frontman Ricky Warwick: "I'm delighted to welcome Chad Szeliga to the BLACK STAR RIDERS family... Chad is an amazing drummer, a great guy and will powerfully strengthen BSR's resolve going forward." Drummer Jimmy DeGrasso left BLACK STAR RIDERS in March and is currently involved with the reunited RATT.

The world premiere of SEPULTURA's documentary, "Sepultura Endurance", will take place on Sunday, May 21 in Los Angeles. The special screening of the documentary at the Regent theater will be followed by a question-and-answer session with the band.

LINKIN PARK has released the official video for "Good Goodbye", a song from the band's forthcoming album, "One More Light". The clip was directed by Isaac Rentz and features American rap star Pusha T, British grime sensation Stormzy, and NBA legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.

LINKIN PARK vocalist Chester Bennington recently defended the band against the backlash caused by the pop direction of "One More Light", which is due May 19. Speaking with Rock Sound, Bennington said that the group began writing pop songs even before recording its heavy 2014 album, "The Hunting Party". He explained: "We started down a pretty clear path of writing some pretty serious pop music. Mike [Shinoda, co-vocalist] was giving me litmus tests like, 'Hey, what would you say if I said let's do a collaboration with Katy Perry or Kelly Clarkson?' and I was like, 'Fuck yeah! I actually really like pop music.'"

Bennington continued: "It was just a test to see if I'd go, 'Absolutely not, that makes me want to puke' or if I'd be open to the idea, and I'm pretty much open to anything."

Bennington added that the group started taking risks as far as back as its third CD, "Minutes To Midnight", saying: "If the songs are great, that should be all that matters. We feel like we're pushing ourselves creatively… We like to really play with our palette and expand our abilities as songwriters and performers, and that's what we did on this record."

The singer also revealed that he went through a number of personal and family issues over the last couple of years that inspired the lyrics on the new disc, saying, "I literally hated life... it was a legitimate breakdown of me as a human being and then going through all of the effort and hard work it takes to rebuild it and reaping the rewards."

SLIPKNOT has released an interactive, 360-degree live video for the "Iowa" track "The Shape". The clip, which was helmed by the band's percussionist and visual mastermind M. Shawn Crahan (a.k.a. Clown), captures the band's first-ever live performance of the song at last year's Knotfest.

"From the beginning, SLIPKNOT's goal has always been world domination," Crahan tells Rolling Stone. "That goal is still the same today. The video for 'The Shape', filmed at our festival Knotfest with our 'maggots,' and over 1 billion views on our YouTube channel, proves it's happening. Like it or not."

SLIPKNOT performed "Iowa" in its entirety at the two-day Ozzfest Meets Knotfest event, which took place September 24-25, 2016.

"Iowa" came out in August 2001 and followed up SLIPKNOT's double-platinum 1999 major label debut.

SLIPKNOT is on hiatus now although several members of the group are beginning to write material for their next record.

SLIPKNOT's touring cycle in support of its latest album, ".5: The Gray Chapter", ended in November, with singer Corey Taylor returning to his other band STONE SOUR this year.

".5: The Gray Chapter" was released following a six-year hiatus during which founding SLIPKNOT bassist Paul Gray died and Jordison was dismissed.

".5: The Gray Chapter" sold around 132,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to land at position No. 1 on The Billboard 200 chart. The CD arrived in stores in October 2014 via Roadrunner.

Gray died in 2010 from a drug overdose, while Jordison was let go in December 2013, just before SLIPKNOT began recording the last album.

"None Of The Above", a brand new song from PAPA ROACH, can be streamed below. The track is taken from the band's ninth studio album, "Crooked Teeth", which will be released on May 19 via Eleven Seven Music. Written and recorded in a cramped North Hollywood studio, "Crooked Teeth" was produced by first timers Nicholas "RAS" Furlong and Colin Brittain, with the exception of "Born For Greatness", which saw the band collaborate with writer/producer Jason Evigan (Jason Derulo, Demi Lovato, Zedd, MAROON 5) for this positive, pulsating anthem. Furlong and Brittain, who grew up listening to PAPA ROACH, inspired the band to revisit some of the traits that personally endeared the band to them, most notably singer Jacoby Shaddix's remarkable rapping technique and the band's intense live energy.

"The first time we met up with RAS and Colin, they said that [2000's] 'Infest' was on constant rotation when they were growing up and they wanted to bring back some of that fire," says Shaddix. Adds Furlong, "The whole idea was to take the classic elements of PAPA ROACH that everyone loved and revamp them into a modern version of the sound through the creative process, and we ended up with a bold, courageous and more adventurous version of PAPA ROACH."

The Furlong/Brittain production team worked to bring in elements of music from different genres and parts of the world, and pockets of rhythm people associate more with rap or reggae, while still staying true to PAPA ROACH's sound. "The people who have wanted to hear me rap for years are gonna love some of the viciousness on this record," Shaddix proclaims.

From the instantly infectious nature of the title track to the atmospheric sheen of the moody ballad "Periscope" (featuring Skylar Grey) and the acoustic/ hip-hop rock mashup of "Sunrise Trailer Park" (featuring Machine Gun Kelly adding a verse to Shaddix rap) "Crooked Teeth" displays the various sides of PAPA ROACH and illustrates why they've managed to remain relevant while other musical trends ebb and flow. "We didn't go into this album with the intention of trying to write radio singles," guitarist Jerry Horton explains. "This collection of songs was really about bookending everything that we’ve done prior to this album and reintroducing PAPA ROACH to people who didn't realize the depth that we have," says drummer Tony Palermo.

In many ways making "Crooked Teeth" reminded Shaddix of the band's earliest days, well before they sold millions of albums and became a household name. "When we were in the rehearsal space I wasn't thinking about who I needed to impress, I was thinking about how much I love making music with the guys in this band." "It [the album] feels honest and pure and that’s all we could hope for," adds bassist Tobin Esperance.

Less than three years after his departure from the British rock act THE DARKNESS, original drummer and founding member Ed Graham is back with a new alternative rock band, PUPPETS TO THE SUPREME COMMANDER, and the release of their debut single, "Ball & Chain". The single, from the band's new four-track EP, was released on April 28 on the Ashwood Music label and reveals an exciting new sound which Ed has been working on with the multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter Angus Duprey since January 2015.

Talking about PUPPETS TO THE SUPREME COMMANDER, Ed said: "After leaving THE DARKNESS, I took some time out to put together the right formula for my next project and I'm very excited about the PUPPETS and the music we're making.

"Angus and I started out with the philosophy that there are no rules. If we want to write a rock, song we'll do that; if we want to write a pop song, we'll do that; if we want to write a punk/grunge/new wave song, we'll do that.

"Angus is brilliant at composing songs and can just pick up an acoustic guitar and spontaneously sing a song about the things around him from the people in the room to what's happening in his life.

"One thing I've learnt from my 17 years in the music business is the importance of good songwriting. You can have the best musicians in the world, but without great songs, there is little point.

"It's wonderful to be back playing great rock music with great musicians.

"We're very lucky to have compiled a band of talented players who can interpret the music and produce the exact sound we're trying to make."

With no shortage of talented musicians in the East Anglian region, there were plenty of offers and artists to work with, and several options were tried before the current lineup for PUPPETS TO THE SUPREME COMMANDER was finalized.

Joining Ed and Angus are musicians who have played with a diverse range of artists. On bass is multi-instrumentalist David Donley (SEX PISTOLS' Glen Matlock, Adam Ant), on keys is another multi-instrumentalist Rebecca Waller (The National Symphony Orchestra, WU TANG CLAN's GhostFace Killah), and David Miles (BJORN AGAIN) on lead guitar.

Owner of Ashwood Music, Sotos Yiasimi commented: "We believe that the PUPPETS have the vital ingredients to be successful in the music business today and are really proud to be part of the next bit of Ed's musical journey."

Ed said that he was thankful for the support of Ashwood Music and is enjoying having more artistic input into the musical output and video concepts than in his previous work.

Ed played an active role in the production of the DVD to accompany the single, which was filmed at a 1940s disused radar base on the cliffs of Hopton-on-Sea on the Norfolk/Suffolk border.

The name PUPPETS TO THE SUPREME COMMANDER came from the title of a song Angus performed with a previous band, GOID, and is a reference to the classical composer Arnold Schoenberg, who was quoted as saying, "When a musical idea unexpectedly pops into your head, it's a gift from the supreme commander.'

During a five-year period THE DARKNESS took a break from the business, Ed formed and played with the heavy metal band STONE GODS until THE DARKNESS's reunion in 2011. Since leaving THE DARKNESS, Ed has been working on personal creative projects, been the subject of a fine art photographic documentary by rock art photographer Nick Elliott.

Fans of one of classic rock's all-time great acts FOGHAT have a lot to look forward to this year: the 40th anniversary of the band's double-platinum album "Foghat Live!" To celebrate the occasion, these veteran rockers are releasing "Live At The Belly Up", yet another great live performance from last year's show at the Belly Up Tavern in Solana Beach, California. And for the 2017 tour, these road warriors will be playing the entire 1977 "Live" album in their set to continue the party!

Formed in 1971 in London, England, FOGHAT has amassed eight gold records, one platinum, and one double-platinum record. They've scored hits with the songs "Slow Ride", "Fool For The City", a cover of "I Just Want to Make Love To You", "Stone Blue" and "Third Time Lucky (First Time I Was a Fool)", all of which are still in regular rotation on classic rock radio.

2016 was a fantastic year for the band as their studio album "Under The Influence" was released both on vinyl and CD to great acclaim. And now, in 2017, fans of one of classic rock's all-time great acts have not only a new live release to look forward to but also a very healthy and interesting tour schedule.

"Live At The Belly Up", issued in February digitally, will drop on June 30 on Foghat Records as a CD version.

In anticipation of the June 30 physical release, FOGHAT is launching a campaign through PledgeMusic for fans to pre-order the CD along with exclusive "Foghat Live At The Belly Up" custom merchandise and experiences for purchase.

Recorded on August 11, 2016, "Live At The Belly Up" opens with the one-two punch of "Fool For The City" and "Eight Days On The Road" and doesn't let up until the last note of the raucous 10-minute, no-holds-barred set closer "Slow Ride". The setlist is a solid representation of the band's body of work to date. Three tracks from "Under The Influence" make their live recording debut as well: "Under The Influence", "Knock It Off" and "Hot Mama".

According to lead singer Charlie Huhn, "The band just wants to make sure that after every show, fans are convinced they just got rocked, from the second we start the first song to the end of the show."

The members of FOGHAT just love to play, and their long tradition of relentless touring continues with lots of shows lined up for 2017. The next two will be at two very cool clubs in the Los Angeles area, The Rose in Pasadena on May 25 and The Canyon Club in Agoura Hills on May 26. Then on to a very full schedule for the rest of the year.

"Walk Through Fire", a brand new song from Polish extreme black/death metallers HATE, can be streamed below. The track is taken from the band's new album, "Tremendum", which is being released today (Friday, May 5) via Napalm Records. The cover artwork was created by Daniel Rusilowicz and can be seen below.

The title "Tremendum" (eeriness and the fear of the holy) refers to an archaic notion of holiness, which is both good and evil. And you will have absolutely no doubt which part of it this band represents.

You will rediscover the band and on a new level, as they seem to reach into different musical resources, including progressive beats, ingenious song structures and a completely new sound, which is still authentically harsh and yet very powerful.

Buszko stated about the album artwork: "The drawing on the cover depicts a nighthawk (Polish: lelek), a nocturnal bird that was treated with great respect by Slavic tribes in pre-Christian times. Nighthawks were believed to bring souls to this world and take them away from dying people. In that case, they gathered in big numbers screeching for long hours. So they were called 'messengers of death.' As this album has different Slavic references, we chose Nighthawk as a symbol that best conveys its meaning."

In a 2016 interview with All About The Rock, HATE leader Adam "ATF Sinner" Buszko stated about the songwriting process for "Tremendum": "What I can tell you is that we took a new direction; we want to renew the whole sound of the band and we have a different approach to writing songs — we are doing it all to the last detail in our rehearsal room. Nothing is created on a computer this time. So when it comes to composing, we are kind of back to the roots. We also changed the studio; it will not be Hertz any more, but Custom 34 in Gdańsk, Poland, where we will be working with Arek 'Malta' Malczewski behind the console.

"It all sounds very fresh, very dynamic and we are back to truly extreme and dark music, which makes me feel great! There are some ethnic vibes in the songs as well as strong industrial-like elements. I plan to write a few lyrics in Polish for the first time as well. There will definitely be some choruses in Polish, so that'll be quite a change too."

Southern California’s Empyrean Throne have signed with M-Theory Audio. The group's debut album, Chaosborne - produced by Mick Kenney of Anaal Nathrakh - will be released this summer. More information about the recording will be revealed in the coming weeks.

Over the past five years, Empyrean Throne, who describe themselves as a “clandestine order of Chaos-Gnostic black metal practitioners,” has built a steady regional following through theatrical performances alongside the likes of Nile, Overkill, Kataklysm, Aborted and Cattle Decapitation, as well as two West Coast tours of their own. In addition, their 2013 debut EP Demonseed and subsequent digital singles (including a cover of Behemoth's “Ov Fire And The Void”) have hinted at the promise that's on full display on Chaosborne.

Late last year, the group unveiled a video for the Chaosborne track “Haereticus Stellarum Part II”. Brimming with the venom and hatred one would expect from titans like Watain and reinforced by haunting chants and invocations more akin to bands like Batushka, “Haereticus Stellarum Part II” delivers a sonic flogging from start to finish and shows that Empyrean Throne are able to simultaneously wield the blades of both the raw elements of traditional black metal and experimental orchestral music, a feat few modern bands can accomplish. According to Courthouse News Service, a federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by Ozzy Osbourne's former songwriting partner and bassist Bob Daisley over unpaid royalties.

The dispute centers around the royalties for Ozzy's "Blizzard Of Ozz" and "Diary Of A Madman" albums, which were released in 1980 and 1981.

U.S. District Judge Christina Snyder concluded that Daisley's claims that Osbourne used a sham company, Blizzard Music Limited, to withhold royalty income from him stem from songwriter agreements that require arbitration.

Daisley's complaint states that the firm that conducted an audit at his request in 2014 estimated that at least $2 million in royalty income had been withheld, although it could not determine a precise amount.

Daisley's lawsuit against Osbourne and his company Blizzard Music Limited was originally filed last August in a state court in Nevada , but the case was transferred to federal court.

Osbourne's publicist released a statement shortly after the lawsuit was filed. The statement read: "For the past 36 years Mr. Daisley has been receiving bi-annual royalty statements and checks from Blizzard Music, totaling in the millions of dollars, which have been routinely cashed. Mr. Daisley has audited Blizzard Music accounts over the years using several different auditing firms who found no discrepancies. He has previously filed lawsuits in the U.K. and the U.S. and has lost on each occasion.

"We understand that Mr. Daisley is now in retirement and that these funds are his main source of income, so it is his right to be diligent with his money, but after 36 years, this is tantamount to harassment. We would have hoped that after 36 years that Mr. Daisley would have lost his unhealthy personal obsession and resentment towards Mr. Osbourne's success. Blizzard Music and Mr. Osbourne plan to vigorously defend these proceedings."

Daisley, who played bass on the first two solo albums by Ozzy Osbourne, previously that he was "devastated" and "flabbergasted" by the August 2002 ruling by the Los Angeles Federal Court dismissing the lawsuit over unpaid performance royalties brought by Daisley and ex-Osbourne drummer Lee Kerslake against Ozzy and the singer's wife and manager, Sharon Osbourne.

Daisley continues to get paid his songwriting royalties for the songs he wrote on Ozzy's "Blizzard Of Ozz" album and the follow-up, "Diary Of A Madman". According to the bassist and songwriter, the issue is, and always has been, about performance royalties.

British rock sensation DON BROCO has released "Pretty", which is hands-down one of the most disturbing and darkly funny videos you'll see this year. The clip can best be described as "Face/Off" meets the wedding scene in "The Graduate" (or imagine "Wedding Crashers" as a horror movie). "The guys in DON BROCO are a handsome bunch and we all thought it'd be hilarious if they ripped their faces off," says "Pretty" director Benjamin Roberds of Dominar Films. "It was the first idea I came to and quickly wrote it off as too over the top but kept coming back to it until I finally sent it over to them. I think the guys went through the same struggle because we went through a few other concepts before coming full circle back to this idea. I guess it was an insane idea that was just too tempting to not take all the way."

"When we read the treatment, we were in absolute stitches," says lead vocalist Rob Damiani. "The concept was just so mental we had to do it. Ironically, the lyrics for 'Pretty' are darker than the actual video. It's about reaching the point of inebriation where it doesn't matter that the person you're physically attracted to is a despicable human being. You're still going to try and go home with them."

Laughs Damiani: "I think the most disgusting part of the day was when the make-up department mixed up a load of the leftover lunch to create a batch of fake vomit. Unfortunately, they only made so much, so the guy who pukes in the video had to keep spitting it out then putting it back in his mouth until they got the right take. It was gross." The band teased the video by telling fans that bassist Tom Doyle (a.k.a. the first victim in "Pretty") was getting married, going so far as to create a wedding invite that would enable fans to see a livestream of "the ceremony," which turned out to be the "Pretty" video. "We're currently touring the States and recently played Vegas, so we thought it would be fun to throw Tom a fake bachelor party," says Damiani. "We got a little bit carried away and things kind of took off from there! Everyone's been really nice and happy for Tom. We feel a little bad now for all who were tuning in for the 'live wedding stream,' so please forgive us!"

Since 2015's Top 10 U.K. release "Automatic" propelled the band to mainstream consciousness, DON BROCO (rounded out by guitarist Simon Delaney and drummer Matt Donnelly) has forged a unique path. Having headlined Brixton Academy and played arenas throughout Europe with both BRING ME THE HORIZON and 5 SECONDS OF SUMMER, they signed a brand new, worldwide deal with U.S. indie label SharpTone Records. This led to the release of the 2016 single "Everybody" and a sold-out headline tour of the U.K. where they played consecutive nights in ten cities, performing both "Automatic" and their debut album, "Priorities", in full.

In February of this year, they headed over to Osaka for two arena shows with Japanese superstars ONE OK ROCK, and are currently touring the United States for the first time with pop-punk band STATE CHAMPS. Their international profile is building across Europe too with a number of festival appearances announced, including Main Square and Lollapalooza Paris in France, the Netherlands' Pinkpop and Slam Dunk in the UK.

Legendary rock vocalist Graham Bonnet is back with a new live album and home video captured during his acclaimed performance at Frontiers Rock Festival III in Trezzo (Milan), Italy) on April 24, 2016. Accompanied by a stellar band, featuring founding member Beth-Ami Heavenstone on bass, South American guitar sensation Conrado Pesinato on lead guitar, and Mark Zonder (known for his work with WARLORD and FATES WARNING) on drums, Bonnet masterfully delivered a thrilling "best-of" set which included songs from his stints with bands such as RAINBOW, MICHAEL SCHENKER GROUP, ALCATRAZZ, IMPELLITTERI, and, of course, his solo material too. Bonnet told Roppongi Rocks about GRAHAM BONNET BAND's musical direction: "It's aggressive but it's not annoyingly aggressive. It's something you can listen to and sing with it, sing along with. You can listen to the story. There is some hard-hitting stories in there about real life. It's not made up of dragons and dungeons and whips and chains and stuff. It's about real things. I have always made up lyrics about real life and experiences that I've had. People identify with certain songs and that's really good. I can't identify with songs about sex and drugs and rock 'n' roll, if you know what I mean. Those sort of silly lyrics. I won't say who writes silly lyrics. But there are a lot of bands out there, if you read the lyrics, are you kidding me? How old is this person? 12? I like to make up intelligent words along with intelligent arrangements."
