PETER GABRIEL to release \'Live In Athens 1987\' DVD for the first time

To coincide with the 25th anniversary edition of the "So" album through Real World Records, Peter Gabriel will now also see the live video of "Live In Athens 1987" released for the very first time on DVD.

Directed by Michael Chapman, with executive producer Martin Scorsese, this previously unreleased Peter Gabriel concert live from Athens has been fully restored and pieced together from over 150 reels of original 35mm negatives and remixed in 5.1.

Note that the the special 3CD edition of "So" will the previously unreleased 2 disc "Live In Athens 1987" 2CD album.

To be released on 22nd October (23rd October USA) we'll post purchase links as soon as they become available. You can see a video trailer taken from the DVD right after the jump.
