LOVE/HATE Releases “Over The Edge” Single And Animated Music Video
Legendary rockers, Love/Hate, continue their triumphant return with the release of their new single and video, “Over The Edge”, from the album Punk Rock Fiesta!, out now on Kenyon Records. “Over The Edge” follows the successful first single “You’re Gonna Burn”, released in February.
“Over The Edge” delivers a modern hard rock feel with the big, anthemic chorus that Love/Hate is known for — a modern-day street rock anthem built for a new generation.
Singer Jizzy Pearl explains: “This song has got crazy heavy guitar playing capped off with a Beatles-like chorus…the Best of Both Worlds! The video was all my inspiration, we included bits of some of my favorite movie themes from The Shining and Eyes Wide Shut – surrealistic psychedelic fantasy and Love/Hate trademark heavy guitars makes this track my favorite song off the record!”
The video for “Over The Edge” was created by Ashley Miles of Hot Frog Animations, who also directed the video for “You’re Gonna Burn”. Watch below:
Punk Rock Fiesta! is available now via Kenyon Records. The album can be ordered directly at lovehateofficial.com in both CD and Picture Disc formats, signed by Jizzy Pearl.
This latest album from Love/Hate is a raw, unfiltered blast of fiery rock ‘n’ roll energy—packed with high-voltage riffs, anthemic choruses, and relentless attitude.
From the Sunset Strip to stages worldwide, Jizzy Pearl has made his mark on rock history, selling over 600,000 albums and sharing the stage with AC/DC, Ozzy Osbourne, Skid Row, and Dio. He currently sings for Quiet Riot and has recorded and toured with Ratt and L.A. Guns. Now, he delivers a powerhouse collection of songs, capturing the fire and energy of no-frills rock ‘n’ roll – it’s Punk Rock Fiesta!
Punk Rock Fiesta! is a high-octane ride that leans into the rebellious spirit of classic, streetwise rock. Featuring blistering guitar solos and Jizzy’s signature vocals – equal parts grit and soul – the album is a relentless sonic assault.
“Rock ‘n’ roll should be dangerous, unpredictable, and make you feel something,” says Jizzy Pearl. “We wanted to bring back that energy that made music exciting in the first place. This record is screaming, loud, and full of old-school rock ‘n’ roll soul!”
Since 1990, with Love/Hate’s debut Blackout In The Red Room, Jizzy Pearl has remained a respected force in rock. Whether commanding the stage with multi-platinum bands or pushing his own creative limits, he continues to evolve while staying true to his hard rock roots.
