FUNERAL Films 'This Barren Skin' Video

Norwegian cult doom band FUNERAL filmed its first video for the track "This Barren Skin" under director Marcel Lelienhof's watchful eye. The clip is expected to be ready in time for Christmas, although we doubt it will feature any of the images usually associated with this festivity.

"This Barren Skin" comes off the band's latest album, "From These Wounds", which was released yesterday (Monday, December 4) via Tabu Recordings in Norway (the rest of Europe will receive the CD on January 29). The limited-edition digipack version of the album comes with a bonus track, "Breathing Through You".

FUNERAL's founding member/guitarist Christian Loos was found dead in his flat on October 28, 2006. He was 31 years old. The group's original bassist, Einar Frederiksen, died in 2002.
