Bleed From Within have released their new song and music video for "Into Nothing". The track is off their upcoming album, Fracture, which is scheduled for a worldwide release on May 29. Watch the music video below.
The band about the song and video: "'Into Nothing' is the second single taken from our forthcoming album, Fracture. We wanted to release something darker this time round. This song looks at those who govern and questions their motives. At such a turbulent time in our society, this track has grown into something more. It acts as a social & political commentary. A call to those who feel abandoned and a reminder to the elite of who really holds power within our communities."
Bleed From Within recorded Fracture at the band's rehearsal/studio space in Glasgow and with Adam 'Nolly' Getgood at Middle Farm Studios in South Devon. The cover was designed by the band's very own Davie Provan, who stated, "sharing our album cover with the world is incredibly cathartic. Every album we've ever released holds a special place with all of us, and this is no different. 'Fracture' is a statement of intent; breaking away from all we've known and moving forward as a band. The journey starts here."

German heavy metal legends Scorpions continue to roll out the retro footage, this time of "Make It Real" live at Hellfest 2015 on June 20th.
Scorpions will be taking over the Las Vegas Strip later this year with their exclusive headlining residency show. Promoted by Live Nation and Caesars Entertainment, Scorpions “Sin City Nights” kicks off Saturday, July 4 at Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. Scorpions will be joined by special guests Queensrÿche.
“We are very excited to come back to Vegas in July 2020 for a nine show residency at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino’s Zappos Theater,” said Klaus Meine. “We’re looking very much forward to share some wild ‘Sin City Nights’ with all of you on the famous Strip … Let’s get ready for the Sting!!!!”
SHVPES, the British rock band fronted by Griffin Dickinson — the son of IRON MAIDEN's Bruce Dickinson — has released a music video for its new song "Lion's Den".
Speaking about the track, Griffin said: "I think a lot of us can find ourselves in toxic environments that we eventually learn to call home. It's easy to get comfy in a bad place yet simultaneously very difficult to make the choice to leave those bad places when the threat of the unknown is so daunting. This song is about taking your life into your own hands, knowing your worth, and making those life-changing decisions that are terrifying yet liberating in equal measure."
SHVPES' latest album, "Greater Than", was released in November 2018 via Search & Destroy/Spinefarm Records.
The Birmingham-based five-piece is completed by guitarist/vocalist Ryan Hamilton, guitarist Youssef Ashraf, bassist Grant Leo Knight and drummer Harry Jennings.
In a 2018 interview with Diffus, Griffin was asked if he ever felt any pressure being the song of a mega-successful musician. He responded: "Not at all. We're two very different people. His fans wouldn't like my shit. My fans probably wouldn't like his shit. We're two very different people."
That same year, Griffin told The A List that he is not interested in answering questions about his famous father.
"Every single interview, especially for this record ['Greater Than'], from the international press has just been riddled with questions, but I think it's usually just a bit of an easy sell for lazy journalists that are just trying to get something out of you that people will click on online," he said. "I've been really riddled with them, especially from the European press, to the point that there is almost more questions about that, than about [SHVPES]. If the journalists aren't focused on the music, they're probably not that interested in the band in the first place. It's probably not going to get a prime spot anyway, so it's no skin off my back to shoot people down who keep trying to get that story out of me."

ILL NIÑO has released the official music video for its latest single, "Sangre". The track, which was originally made available in January 2019, marked the band's first new music in nearly five years.
On Thursday (March 26), vocalist Cristian Machado, lead guitarist Ahrue "Luster" Ilustre, rhythm guitarist Diego Verduzco, drummer Dave Chavarri and bassist Laz Pina announced that they "have reached a mutual, amicable and binding agreement" that will allow Chavarri and Pina to continue with ILL NIÑO while Machado, Verduzco and Ilustre will move on with new projects. According to a joint statement release by the five musicians, "No party has admitted fault and there has been no court judgment on the merits. The parties entered into a confidential settlement agreement."
Back in January 2019, Chavarri and Pina announced that they had recruited vocalist Marcos Leal (SHATTERED SUN), lead guitarist Jes DeHoyos (SONS OF TEXAS) and rhythm guitarist Sal Dominguez (UPON A BURNING BODY) to be in their new incarnation of ILL NIÑO. The Chavarri-led ILL NIÑO also issued "Sangre". A day later, Machado, Ilustre and Verduzco dismissed reports that they had left ILL NIÑO and vowed to continue with their own version of the band. Two months later, the trio filed a lawsuit against Chavarri and Pina, accusing the drummer and bassist of failing to pay the band's tour rental company and engineers, slandering Machado by spreading rumors that he has a drug problem, collecting and spending the band's money without consulting in all of the members and refusing the members access to the group's financial records.
In a statement announcing the launch of his new version of ILL NIÑO, Chavarri said about the split with his former bandmates: "Being in a band is much like being married, and sometimes people grow apart, and no longer see eye to eye, and a separation becomes inevitable."
ILL NIÑO 2020 is:
Marcos Leal - Lead Vocals
Laz Pina - Bass
Dave Chavarri - Drums
Daniel Couto - Percussion
Sal Dominguez - Rhythm Guitar
Jes DeHoyos - Lead Guitar
ILL NIÑO hasn't released a full-length record since 2014's "Till Death, La Familia".
In 2016 and 2017, the band celebrated the fifteenth anniversary of its debut LP, "Revolution Revolución", with European and Australian tour dates.
The official music video for "Vortex Of Negativity" from Umeå, Sweden's black metal nihilists NAGLFAR can be seen below. The song is taken from the band's seventh full-length album, "Cerecloth", which will be released on May 8 via Century Media Records.
NAGLFAR comments: "Here it is: Our second video, 'Vortex Of Negativity', from our upcoming album, 'Cerecloth'. Once again we worked with Arevärn Films to visualize the apocalypse, and we are very pleased to finally be able to share it with you."
"Cerecloth" was recorded and mixed by NAGLFAR guitarist Marcus Norman at Wolf's Lair Studio and mastered by Dan Swanö at Unisound. The underlying musical and lyrical themes of "Cerecloth" were succinctly and confidently described by guitarist Andreas Nilsson as "the usual death and destruction".
Judging from Andreas's curt description, and the grim, ghostly cover art from the renowned artist Kristian Wåhlin and layout by Seiya Ogino of Ogino Design, certain death is exactly what listeners will experience with "Cerecloth".
"Cerecloth" track listing:
01. Cerecloth
02. Horns
03. Like Poison For The Soul
04. Vortex Of Negativity
05. Cry Of The Serafim
06. The Dagger In Creation
07. A Sanguine Tide Unleashed
08. Necronaut
09. Last Breath Of Yggdrasil
Century Media Records is thrilled to announce that NAGLFAR has inked a new deal with collective corpse water that is extending the long-term relationship. Philipp Schulte, director of Century Media Records, states: "NAGLFAR and Century Media have a long history and a close bond since 2003 and with the release of the album 'Sheol' the band and the label have worked together. We are very happy to continue this great cooperation for future album releases. The time has come: With 'Cerecloth', NAGLFAR finally returns! We are stoked to release this beast of a real melodic black metal album from the far North of Sweden. Thank you, guys, for your trust throughout all these years. Stand as one for battles to come."
NAGLFAR states about the re-signing: "There were never any doubts when approached by the Century Media family about extending our cooperation. One can't ask for a better label and we look forward to unleash 'Cerecloth' upon the world."
German thrash metal veterans KREATOR have surprise-released a new single, "666 - World Divided". The official music video for the track can be seen below. The song was produced by Andy Sneap and Markus Ganter and was recorded at Hansa Tonstudios in Berlin, Germany.
A limited-edition seven-inch single featuring "666 - World Divided" and the LAMB OF GOD song "Checkmate" will be made available on April 10 via the KREATOR webstore and Nuclear Blast mailorder.
Comments KREATOR guitarist/vocalist Mille Petrozza: "After more than three long years, we are more than happy to present you our brand new single '666 - World Divided'. The message of this song is more important than ever: we have to stick together in this more and more divided world. Take care and most importantly: stay metal! We can do it all together. We are one!"
The music video for "666 - World Divided" was created under the direction of Jörn Heitmann, who was responsible for the music videos for "Radio" and "Ausländer" by RAMMSTEIN.
"666 - World Divided" marks KREATOR's first recording with bass player Frédéric Leclercq, who joined the band last summer.
Before hooking up with KREATOR, Leclercq rose to fame with U.K.-based extreme power metallers DRAGONFORCE for whom he handled bass duties from 2005 until last August.
When his addition to KREATOR was first announced in September, Leclercq said: "Joining KREATOR is an honor as well as a huge step up in my musical journey. I've been friends with Mille for over 15 years and a lifelong KREATOR fan. I have to pinch myself every day to believe that I'm now a part of one of the best and most influential bands in the genre. I look forward to the many adventures ahead and getting well acquainted with the legendary KREATOR Hordes!"
Added Mille Petrozza, KREATOR's singer and guitarist: "Firstly, we would like to say thank you to Speesy for his time in KREATOR over the last 25 years. We have accomplished so much, and I sincerely wish him the best in his future! A new chapter for KREATOR beckons; Bienvenu Frédéric Leclercq! Fred represents a new focus and hunger within KREATOR and we're extremely excited to have him a part of the KREATOR family. Not only is he an exceptional musician but a great human being which made the decision to have him join the band very easy!"
KREATOR's previously announced "State Of Unrest" European tour with LAMB OF GOD and POWER TRIP was postponed in the wake of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The trek was scheduled to kick off on March 27 in Stockholm, Sweden and conclude on April 25 in London, England.
KREATOR released a new live set, "London Apocalypticon - Live At The Roundhouse", on February 14 via Nuclear Blast. The effort was professionally filmed and recorded on December 16, 2018 at the Roundhouse in London, England.
KREATOR's most recent album, "Gods Of Violence", came out in early 2017.

Victoria K adds about the track:
"'Forsaken' is written about when you turn away from your beliefs and you lose your morals and your way in life. Your thoughts become clouded and unclear while you search for guidance and clarity. Feeling lost, angry and unsure of how and what you are before finding your way again which lifts the veil and gives you clear vision and direction again."
Victoria K's talented songwriting and compositional influences include Evanescence, Within Temptation, Nightwish and Kamelot amongst other current bands in the European metal scene and her music have been likened to be a blend of these influences. In this new video from Guitar World, Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal (ex-Guns N’ Roses) teaches you one seriously mind-bending lick from Sons Of Apollo’s "King Of Delusion". This riff spans the entire fretboard, and its rapid-fire chromatic runs are not for the faint of heart. Fortunately, Thal was good enough to tab out the tricky passages.
MMXX, the new album from Sons Of Apollo - which also features former Dream Theater members Mike Portnoy and Derek Sherinian, Billy Sheehan (The Winery Dogs, Mr. Big, David Lee Roth) and Jeff Scott Soto (ex-Journey, ex-Yngwie Malmsteen's Rising Force) - is available as a standard CD package, Limited Edition 2 CD package (which includes instrumental mixes and a cappella excerpts), 2 LP + CD package, and on all digital formats. Phil Taylor put the motor in MOTÖRHEAD for 13 incredible years, recording drums for that iconic band on 11 studio albums as well as four live albums. His stage presence became the stuff of rock legend and the ferocity with which he attacked his kit (as well as offstage antics) earned him the moniker Philthy Animal. Under appreciated in his later years, Taylor continued to play hard-driving rock 'n' roll in various outfits, including the superb LITTLE VILLAINS project, formed with producer/musician James Childs of AIRBUS fame. The group made several studio recordings overseen by Childs, some of which were released in 2019 as the album "Philthy Lies".
And now a new LITTLE VILLAINS album is hitting the streets, this time featuring the talents of former HAWKWIND bassist and Lemmy prodigy Alan "Boomer" Davey, who joins Childs on this celebration of the life and talents of Taylor. Featuring the remaining studio recordings Taylor made prior to his passing in 2015, the album "Taylor Made" bursts with the power and energy of those early MOTÖRHEAD albums.
Childs expresses his enthusiasm for the project, saying: "I grew up on MOTÖRHEAD and HAWKWIND, and to actually work with key members of each group is a milestone in my lifetime that I never could have imagined."
Check out the first single, the title track, and its inventive animated video below.
"Taylor Made" will be available on digital, CD and limited-edition red vinyl beginning April 3 courtesy of Cleopatra Records.

Taylor died on November 11, 2015 of liver failure. He was 61 years old.
Taylor played in MOTÖRHEAD from 1975 to 1984 and again from 1987 to 1992. He appeared on the band's debut album, "On Parole", and played on a further ten albums, including 1979's "Bomber", 1980's "Ace Of Spades", and 1982's "Iron Fist".
Taylor contributed to MOTÖRHEAD's 1992 album "March Or Die" but departed the band during the recording process. The album was completed by drummers Tommy Aldridge and the band's most recent sticksman, Mikkey Dee.
The official video for the song "Dreams Gone Wrong" from CYHRA, the band featuring vocalist Jake E (ex-AMARANTHE), guitarist Jesper Strömblad (ex-IN FLAMES), guitarist Euge Valovirta (ex-SHINING) and drummer Alex Landenburg (LUCA TURILLI'S RHAPSODY), can be seen below. The track is taken from CYHRA's second album, "No Halos In Hell", which was released in November via Nuclear Blast Records. The follow-up to 2017's "Letters To Myself" was produced by Jacob Hansen and co-produced by Jake E.
Jake E comments: "Sometimes it's interesting to see what happens when you let the unexpected happen.
"'Dreams Gone Wrong' was the last song we wrote for our new album 'No Halos In Hell'. We actually wrote it in the studio at the very last moment — when the album was more or less already done.
"Even though I was really pleased with what we had already recorded, I felt like we needed one more song to really make the album as strong as we all knew it could be. I ran into studio B and came up with the basic song structure. However… Alex was on his way to jump on a European tour with KAMELOT, and had just started packing up his drums. So Euge and Jesper quickly teamed up and we got Alex back on the drum kit. Thankfully, Jacob coordinated everything! A couple of hours later… and the song was written recorded and produced!
"The song sticks out lyric-wise as we were short on time, so I was inspired by a documentary I had just seen some months earlier about sleep paralysis.
"Sometimes the best songs are the easiest to write.
"Once again, we had the opportunity to work with one of my best friends and the one and only Mr. Patric Ullaeus for the video!
"Please enjoy 'Dreams Gone Wrong'."
"No Halos In Hell" track listing:
01. Out Of My Life
02. No Halos In Hell
03. Battle From Within
04. I Am The One
05. Bye Bye Forever
06. Dreams Gone Wrong
07. Lost In Time
08. Kings Tonight
09. I Had Your Back
10. Blood Brothers
11. Hit Me
12. Man Of Eternal Rain
Back in 2018, Jake told Finland's Tuonela magazine about the songwriting process for CYHRA's second studio album: "It started off that me and Jesper started to sit down and make the foundations of songs. Then Euge came in and had tons of ideas and then we sent it over to Alex. We threw stuff back and forth, so this was a complete band effort this time. Everyone was involved both in musical writing and in lyric writing."
Added Alex: "It was very organic. A lot happened in the studio. This time, the demos were rougher and less detailed than on the first one. The first one, Jake and Jesper had worked out a couple of songs too detailed then you don't have much space anymore to do things. You're just used to what it sounds like. You're more or less trying to do it the same way in the studio. This time, it was very organic and a lot of collaboration in the studio. It was great."
Said Euge: "We wrote songs in the studio. It was really inspiring because we were all there at the same time because the first album was done. I write guitars in my own studio, but we were all there and living there together, so it was 24/7 together for the four weeks, so there was a lot inspiration."
Continued Jake: "I don't get how we did it the last time. The first album, Alex recorded the drums in Gothenburg together with the guitars and then we switched studios for the bass to a complete other studio in Sweden. Then I flew to New York to do the vocals. Then Euge did his parts in Riga, then we mixed in Denmark. It was the biggest fucking puzzle last time. This time, we decided that we're going to go to one place."
Regarding how CYHRA's sound progressed on its second album, Jake said: "We found our sound with the first album. We knew already what kind of music we wanted to play and how we wanted it to sound. Of course, two albums will sound differently, but not to the [extent] that they will be over here [holds hands wide apart]."
Added Alex: "We have a sound. It's clearly the same band. It changed and evolved, but I think it's mostly Euge having a bigger part in the writing and the playing of the album and having the mindset of having two guitars on the album. So, naturally, it's more riff-oriented, more guitar-oriented than the first one. That is probably the biggest difference."
CYHRA made its live debut in October 2017 at Nosturi in Helsinki, Finland.
CYHRA recently completed a European tour with new labelmates BATTLE BEAST.
Florida-based metallers TRIVIUM have released the official Ryan Mackfall-directed video for "What The Dead Men Say", the title track of their upcoming ninth album. Due on April 24 via Roadrunner Records, the LP will be the follow-up to "The Sin And The Sentence", which came out in October 2017. That effort marked the band's first release with drummer Alex Bent, who joined TRIVIUM in 2016.
"'What The Dead Men Say' is everything that is TRIVIUM," explains guitarist/vocalist Matt Heafy. "On this album, one can hear the proper ingredients of past, present, and future TRIVIUM. The TRIVIUM sound is having everything the band does — on one album."
"With the new album, we took what worked on the 'The Sin And The Sentence' and dialed it all up to 11," says bassist Paolo Gregoletto.
Guitarist Corey Beaulieu echoes that sentiment, saying: "We wanted to build on the foundation that we established with the last album. The record has all the elements that are TRIVIUM — along with all of us wanting to keep pushing ourselves creatively. This led to a highly-inspired and fast-paced writing and recording process that really captures the energy of the band."

08. Scattering The Ashes

In a 2018 interview with the 90.3 WMSC radio show "The Metal Teddy Bear Experience", Beaulieu said that he and his bandmates "definitely" wanted to work with Josh Wilbur again on their next album. "We had a blast with Josh" during the making of "The Sin And The Sentence", he said. "Once we worked with him and became friends with him, his personality and his vibe and energy is the perfect combo with how we are as a band and how we like to work and how we like the vibe of making a record. He fit right in."
TRIVIUM is scheduled to support MEGADETH and LAMB OF GOD on a 55-date North American tour this summer and fall. Additional support on the trek will come from IN FLAMES.

Australian metal merchants Make Them Suffer have announced their new album, How To Survive A Funeral, will drop this summer via Rise Records. To celebrate the announcement, the band has dropped the video for the first single "Erase Me". Proceed with caution — it's a ripper defined by keyboard melodies and throttling male-female vocal interplay.
"'Erase Me' is a song about pushing someone away and raises the question: Is it selfless or selfish to do?," the band explains. "It's unfortunate that some people are wired to always feel as if they're never good enough. The sentiment of the lyrics 'I've broken you enough so don't hate me, erase me' demonstrates the quality of selflessness. In retrospection, it's that same selflessness that makes you 'good enough.'"
Growth, and the desire for eternal forward motion, have been the concepts that have defined Make Them Suffer since the very beginning and have been the foundations that led them from the world's most remote capital city Perth in Australia to a visible name on stages around the world. As the band has traversed previous eras, the five-piece has grown through the genres of deathcore, melodic death metal, and metalcore. As they continue on this path, Make Them Suffer look to be defined by nothing more than the label "creative."
Through previously issued songs "Ether", "27", and "Hollowed Heart", the band has worked to shed itself of the shackles of expectation and looks towards the open road that lies ahead of it — the light that guides the way has a name and it's How To Survive A Funeral.
To assist in the redefinition of every line the band is known for, Make Them Suffer enlisted Drew Fulk A.K.A. WZRDBLD, who has worked with everyone from Motionless In White and Bullet For My Valentine to Yelawolf and Lil' Wayne. The band traveled to L.A. to hole up at Fulk's studio. It marked the first time in the band's career that it worked this closely with a producer and the result is truly something unique.
How To Survive A Funeral is Make Them Suffer's fourth full-length and sees inspiration from their past and present sounds twisted together into a package that will define their place amongst their contemporaries as a truly creative act.
Punk rock supergroup FAKE NAMES — which includes Brian Baker (MINOR THREAT, DAG NASTY, BAD RELIGION), Michael Hampton (S.O.A., EMBRACE, ONE LAST WISH), Dennis Lyxzén (REFUSED, INTERNATIONAL NOISE CONSPIRACY, INVSN), and Johnny Temple (GIRLS AGAINST BOYS, SOULSIDE) — will release its self-titled debut record on May 8 via Epitaph.
FAKE NAMES was formed in early 2016 when Baker and Hampton met up at Hampton's Brooklyn home to play music together, with no intentions beyond possibly writing a song or two. Friends since first grade, the two guitarists ended up writing a handful of songs that day, and then closed out the session with a spontaneous decision to start a band. When it came to finding a bassist, Baker and Hampton looked to Temple, a fellow classmate from their elementary school. Later that year at Chicago's Riot Fest, both Baker and Temple were struck with the sudden inspiration to recruit Lyxzén as their singer.
On their self-titled debut, FAKE NAMES bring their collective history to a 28-minute burst of unbridled energy. Co-produced by Hampton and Geoff Sanoff and recorded at Renegade Studios (a New York City facility owned by Little Steven Van Zandt), the album augments their bare-bones breed of punk with a heavy dose of power-pop, cleanly manifested in the band's bittersweet melodies and abundant backup harmonies.
Today, FAKE NAMES share their energetic single "Brick", a classic punk anthem complete with chant-along chorus and revolution-minded lyrics.
PAPA ROACH has released the official music video for its song "Top Of The World". The track is taken from the band's latest album, "Who Do You Trust?", which arrived in January 2019. The disc was produced by Nick "RAS" Furlong and Colin Cunningham except for "Top Of The World", which was produced by Jason Evigan.
PAPA ROACH singer Jacoby Shaddix recently confirmed that the band has special plans to celebrate the 20th anniversary of its breakthrough album, "Infest", this year.
PAPA ROACH's second full-length record and first major label release, "Infest" peaked at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 chart and has been certified triple platinum by the RIAA (Recording Industry Association Of America) for sales in excess of three million copies in the U.S. alone.
While speaking to to Metal Hammer, Shaddix said that plans are afoot for PAPA ROACH to mark the LP's two-decade milestone.
"We're putting together a piece to kind of look back to the early years and recap those moments," he said. "And as we were going through the process of putting this thing together, it just brought back all these old emotions and all the shit that was going on in our world at that time. It was fucking nuts. We were crazy. I'm so glad I am where I am now."
He added: "We've got some more things up our sleeves and we're going to be making announcements in the middle of the summer for the fall. We're going to do some special shows around it.
"Also, we just did some re-recording of the earlier music. There's some remixes and that kind of stuff, just because we're out of contract with the old music.
"It wasn't about reimagining what we do to it now. We matched it note for note, matched tones, I tried to get my voice to do the same little small inflections, so if we do remixes it sounds just like the track.
"We've been having the man taking our shit for long enough, so we're cutting the third party out and taking it back. We were partners back in the day, but now we're not partners, and daddy gotta ride."

Full Of Hell’s ferocious set from the Brooklyn Bazaar on June 14th is streaming below. The video was filmed by Max Volume Silence.
Full Of Hell's new album Weeping Choir is out now via Relapse Records. Order the album here.
On Weeping Choir, Full Of Hell have once again culled the extreme elements from hardcore, metal, and power electronics to redefine darkness and sheer brutality. Distorted guitars, and ominous, disparate electronics grind and gnash against rapid-fire drumming, as Full Of Hell take themes of religion, loss, hatred, and set them ablaze. Recorded by the critically acclaimed Kurt Ballou at GodCity Studio, Weeping Choir sees Full Of Hell fully unleashed. Abrasive, confrontational, none equal!
German medieval rock masters, Feuerschwanz, have released the official live video for "Metfest", the first single off the band's upcoming album, Das elfte Gebot.
"Metfest" is that anthem that makes any party a real one. Super catchy medieval, yet rocky melodies, frenetic singalongs and an ode to friendship. A song to grab your best bud and a barrel of mead to and crank it up.
Stream/download the track here, watch the video below:
Today the band also announces the release date for the successor of 2018's Methämmer (#6 in the official German album charts). Das elfte Gebot is scheduled for a June 26 release via Napalm Records.
