BLOOD EAGLE Release "Kill Your Tyrants" Video VisualizerBlood Eagle released their second of three EPs on October 15 via Nuclear Blast. Today the band offer fans a video visualizer of their song "Kill Your Tyrants" off the EP.
The band comments, "Here's one of our favourite and best songs we've ever written! Well... all of them are good if we have to be the judges. Playing it is like sheer energy and it will feel like a kick in your teeth. Here’s some fast and dirty punkgrind called 'Kill Your Tyrants'!"
The Denmark based death metal band is comprised of former members of Volbeat, Mnemic, Hatesphere, Illdisposed, and Raunchy. Officially surfaced in 2013, good friendship and love for old school death metal have made Blood Eagle an unstoppable force.
The album was produced, engineered, mixed and mastered by Tue Madsen at Antfarm Studios. All artwork was created by Rune Stigart. The final EP for To Ride In Blood & Bathe In Greed will be released on November 22.
The band comments, "We are honoured to have signed with one of the world's leading record labels, Nuclear Blast Records! The excitement level of Blood Eagle finally finding the right home to release new material, is higher for us than we can ever express. There are people who want to hear this band, as was evident in the reaction to our performances on multiple European festivals in the last couple of years. We are excited and grateful to be working with the guys at Nuclear Blast, as they strongly will help facilitate and take the Eagle to the next level.
"On a musical note, we took all our inspirations from Napalm Death, Bolt Thrower, Morbid Angel and a tad (like 2%) of Mastodon and threw them into the musical cooking pot. The result is our new release, To Ride In Blood & Bathe In Greed I, II, III which will be released as three EPs in September, October and November. Out on Nuclear Blast Records."

KNASTERBART Release "Kneipenschlägerei" Music VideoGerman folk rock collective, Knasterbart, have released a video for "Kneipenschlägerei", a track from their upcoming Napalm Records debut. Check it out below.
Knasterbart have steered clear of all things golden and glamorous and chosen the hard life of a bunch of partying hicks instead: These seven dudes keep finding the stars in the gutter and have done so since 2012, churning out truly unique folk rock full of lewd humor, naughty daydreams and a healthy dose of self-mockery courtesy of musicians of Versengold and Mr. Hurley & Die Pulveraffen.
After the band just inked a worldwide deal with leading rock and metal label Napalm Records, their fourth album, Perlen vor die Säue (English for Pearls Before Swine), will see the light of day on November 29.
Perlen vor die Säue is a smorgasbord of catchy and tongue-in-cheek songs full of outlaw party flavor ("Ringelpiez am Kiez"), tear-jerking moments ("Bambis Mama") and a peculiar love/hate relationship with Christmas ("Herzchen im Schnee"). This is a hefty, rough-and-ready album for all future piglets and those who already know how to grunt!
Pre-order the album here.
Tracklisting:
"Perlen für die Säue"
"Ringelpiez am Kiez"
"Kneipenschlägerei"
"Backpfeifensonate in d-Moll"

Listen To New TAYLOR HAWKINS AND THE COATTAIL RIDERS Song 'Middle Child'The song "Middle Child" from TAYLOR HAWKINS AND THE COATTAIL RIDERS' forthcoming album, "Get The Money", can be streamed below. The track features a guest appearance by Taylor's FOO FIGHTERS bandmate Dave Grohl.
"Get The Money" will be released on November 8 via Shanabelle/RCA Records.
Produced by John Lousteau and Taylor himself, and mixed by Sylvia Massy, "Get The Money" follows Taylor's 2016 six-song mini-LP "KOTA" by three years almost to the day, and features a scope far wider than "KOTA"'s takes on suburbia's bizarro underbelly. The new album finds Taylor and Coattail Riders Chris Chaney, Brent Woods and John Lousteau accompanied by an all-star supporting cast including Taylor's fellow FOO FIGHTERS Grohl and Pat Smear, Roger Taylor, Joe Walsh, Duff McKagan, Nancy Wilson, Chrissie Hynde, Perry Farrell, LeAnn Rimes and more, collectively creating a staggering, epic sprawl that swerves from classic rock to prog and glam and all points between.
"Get The Money" track listing:
01. Crossed The Line (featuring Dave Grohl, Jon Davison)
02. Don't Look At Me That Way (featuring Duff McKagan, Nancy Wilson)
03. You're No Good At Life No More (featuring Dave Grohl)
04. I Really Blew It (featuring Dave Grohl, Perry Farrell)
05. Queen Of The Clowns (featuring Mark King)
06. Get the Money (featuring Joe Walsh, Chrissie Hynde, Duff McKagan)
07. C U In Hell (featuring LeAnn Rimes)
08. Middle Child (featuring Dave Grohl)
09. Kiss The Ring
10. Shapes Of Things (featuring Roger Taylor, Pat Smear)
Since the Texas-born Laguna-bred force of nature made his Foo Fighting debut on the tour supporting 1997's sophomore opus "The Colour And The Shape", he has been an essential element of the sound and personality of the last great American arena/stadium rock band. He's played on Grammy-winning FF albums, including "There Is Nothing Left To Lose", "One by One" and "Wasting Light", and contributed lead vocals to "Concrete And Gold"'s "Sunday Rain", as well as "Cold Day In The Sun" from 2005's "In Your Honor". Taylor's previous extracurricular output includes two albums from TAYLOR HAWKINS AND THE COATTAIL RIDERS, one with THE BIRDS OF SATAN, the above-mentioned "KOTA" mini-LP that featured Hawkins on lead vocals and nearly every instrument.

BREAKING BENJAMIN Announces 'Aurora' AlbumBREAKING BENJAMIN will release a new album, "Aurora", on January 24, 2020. The disc features reimagined versions of the band's biggest and most popular songs with special guests including Lacey Sturm (ex-FLYLEAF), Scooter Ward (COLD) and Spencer Chamberlain (UNDEROATH), to name a few.
Speaking about "Aurora", BREAKING BENJAMIN's founder/frontman Ben Burnley said: "This album is a celebration of our incredible fans; for those who have been there since hearing 'So Cold' for the first time in 2004, and the new ones who have joined us on this amazing journey along the way. We've always shared a unique emotional connection to our music with our fans, and this album attributes to those dark times and euphoric ones. From wherever you joined along the road to 'Aurora', this one is for you. Thank you."
Highlights on "Aurora" include the new track "Far Away", "Dear Agony", which just celebrated its 10th anniversary on September 29, as well as "So Cold" and "Red Cold River", both of which were No. 1 rock radio hits.
Exclusive "Aurora" pre-order bundles are also available starting now at BreakingBenjamin.com and official fanclub members will receive 20% off all "Aurora" pre-order packages.
"Aurora" will be available for digital pre-order, with instant access to the track "So Cold" beginning this Friday, November 1.
BREAKING BENJAMIN, which recently wrapped its hugely successful North American summer tour with CHEVELLE, THREE DAYS GRACE, DOROTHY and DIAMANTE, also announced a co-headline tour with KORN today. Produced by Live Nation, the 24-city outing kicks off January 23, 2020, and will include stops in Columbus, Green Bay, Portland and more before wrapping March 1.
"Aurora" track listing:

08. Never Again ("Aurora" version)
09. Torn In Two ("Aurora" version)
10. Dear Agony (featuring Lacey Sturm) ("Aurora" version)
Sturm said: "I love the mystical kind of lyrics that a thousand different people can sing and each person feels like it was written just for them and what they are going through. This is the magic of BREAKING BENJAMIN songs that I love. Ben asked me to sing on this acoustic version of 'Dear Agony' at a time when singing the lyrics sliced through me in a deeply prophetic way. It was a revelatory and healing experience. I'm so thankful."
Ward stated: "I'm very honored and blessed to be a part of such a beautiful song and project. Ben's writing has had a special place in our hearts for many years. Thankful to be a part of this."
Gontier said: "Ben asked me to be a part of this record, and, of course, I said yes. We've been close friends for over 20 years, and BREAKING BENJAMIN has been a big influence on me over the years. I'm REALLY stoked that Ben and I have finally found a way to get our voices on a track together. Also, 'Dance With The Devil' is one of my favorite songs by anyone. Ever."
Chamberlain said: "Touring with BREAKING BENJAMIN was not only one of my favorite tours we've done in years but we also left the tour with lifelong friends. Being asked to sing on 'Red Cold River' was very flattering and a complete honor. I love these guys as musicians and as people, I'm honored to be a small part of their journey.”
Barnes said: "I was honored to be a part of BREAKING BENJAMIN's new acoustic record along side so many other amazing singers. Can't wait to hear the whole thing!"

LINDEMANN Feat. RAMMSTEIN Singer, PAIN/HYPOCRISY Mainman: Listen To Snippet Of New Song 'Allesfresser'LINDEMANN, the project featuring vocalist Till Lindemann of German industrial metallers RAMMSTEIN and Swedish producer and multi-instrumentalist Peter Tägtgren (HYPOCRISY, PAIN), has released an audio snippet of a new song called "Allesfresser". The track is taken LINDEMANN's second album, "F & M", which will arrive on November 22. The follow-up to 2015's "Skills In Pills" was once again produced and mixed by Tägtgren.
"F & M" track listing:
01. Steh Auf
02. Ich Weiß Es Nicht
03. Allesfresser
04. Blut
05. Knebel
06. Frau & Mann
07. Ach So Gern
08. Schlaf Ein
09. Gummi
10. Platz Eins
11. Wer Weiß Das Schon
Bonus tracks:
12. Mathematik (original version)
13. Ach So Gern (pain version)
In this renewed collaboration, the duo takes some unfamiliar and sometimes unexpected paths.
"Skills In Pills" reached gold status in Germany and was entirely in English. On this second opus, the rules have changed: German lyrics sung by Lindemann's unmistakable voice are set in an intense and unique musical composition.
The starting point of these new LINDEMANN songs was a collaboration between Lindemann and the Hamburg Thalia Theater in the context of a modern adaptation of the Brothers Grimm fairy tale "Hänsel & Gretel", which addresses topics such as fear, hope, poverty, abundance, cannibalism or death.
Five songs from this critically-acclaimed play have been supplemented with six brand new masterpieces to form the impressive new studio work from LINDEMANN.
The first single, "Steh Auf", was released on September 13. The video for this spellbinding song was created by the renowned music video director Zoran Bihać (who worked on previous RAMMSTEIN and LINDEMANN videos). The film was shot in Kazakhstan and one of the main characters is played by a fellow countryman of Tägtgren's, the Hollywood star Peter Stormare ("Fargo").
"F & M" will be released on the following formats:
* Standard edition (6-panel digipack)
* Special edition (deluxe hardcover book)
* 2LP (180-gram black vinyl)
* Digital formats
Last year, Lindemann collaborated with Kurdish German rapper Haftbefehl on a single called "Mathematik". A music video for the song was shot in November at the Berlin nightclub Astra Kulturhaus by Bihać.
RAMMSTEIN is continuing to tour in support of its seventh, untitled album, which came out in May via UME/Spinefarm in Europe and Caroline Records in the U.S. 2

RATT Performs Live On 'Good Day LA' (Video)RATT performed Friday (October 25) on "Good Day LA" as part of the program's Mercury Insurance Concert Series. The legendary rockers played their classic songs "Wanted Man" and "Round And Round". Singer Stephen Pearcy and bassist Juan Croucier also sat down with the show's hosts for a short interview. Check out the footage below.
Pearcy recently told The Morning Call that RATT has been writing new music. He said he is collaborating for the first time in years with Croucier, and even with new guitarist Jordan Ziff.
The vocalist described the new material as something between the band's 1983 self-titled debut EP and the triple-platinum "Out Of The Cellar".
"A little tougher, you know?" Pearcy said. "We had a tendency [at the band's peak] to be too melodical or something. And we're going to probably see even more straight-forward" music.
This past January, Pearcy underwent knee surgery. The operation came three months after two disastrous RATT shows that saw the now-63-year-old singer incapacitated to the point where he had trouble remembering the words to some of the band's biggest hits.
"My one knee was totally blown out and I couldn't deal with it," he told The Morning Call. "That got all better a year and a half ago, and then my left knee blew out, which happens. And I was in so much pain out there, and I just got a little too tweaked one night or two nights. And then I went, 'I’m going in to get this done. I can't be out here beating myself up and having shitty shows.' And what all I had to do, I'm gonna need knee surgery. But it's so difficult. People don't understand."
Pearcy also talked about RATT's current lineup, which includes Croucier, along with drummer Pete Holmes (BLACK 'N BLUE) and guitarists Ziff and Chris Sanders (BRITNY FOX, KNIGHT FURY). "[Holmes is] just thunderous," Pearcy said. "Crazy. So we're happy with the lineup right now."
Last month, Pearcy told Atlantic City Weekly that RATT was planning to make new music available in 2020. "We're deciding now how we want to go about releasing it, whether it will be a full record or just a bunch of singles," he said. "I think we will probably go that route though — release a few singles, see how people take to it and the rest is easy."
RATT hasn't released any new music since 2010's "Infestation" album.

NIKKI SIXX On SIXX:A.M.: 'We're Not Working On An Album Right Now; We're Working On Individual Tracks'Nikki Sixx says that there are no plans for SIXX:A.M. to work on a new full-length album.
Last month, SIXX:A.M. released a new song, "Talk To Me", in support of the #TalkToMe campaign, a movement by the National Opioid Action Coalition to use the power of conversation to overcome the stigma plaguing opioid use disorder.
The band, which also features guitarist DJ Ashba, singer James Michael and drummer Dustin Steinke, hadn't released any new music in two years and had been on hiatus since 2017. Ashba has since formed a new band, PYROMANTIC.
During an October 12 appearance on the "Worst Firsts With Brittany Furlan" podcast, which is hosted by the wife of Nikki's MÖTLEY CRÜE bandmate Tommy Lee, Sixx was asked if there are any plans for SIXX:A.M. to release more fresh material in the future. He responded (see video below): "We're releasing stuff, little by little. No touring or anything right now… We're not working on album right now; we're working on individual tracks. A lot of the music's gonna be going into the musical that we're working on right now," referring to the long-awaited Broadway adaptation of his memoir, "The Heroin Diaries". "So it's 99 percent SIXX:A.M. music [in the musical], 'cause those lyrics were written around the subject. And there's probably four or five new songs as well that are in the musical from that."
Sixx also talked about what his life has been like since he announced two years ago that he was taking a break from being in a band and pulling the plug on his radio show "Sixx Sense" to focus on "television and programming."
"It's been nice to be off the road," he said. "'Cause I was doing a radio show, I was doing MÖTLEY CRÜE and I was doing SIXX:A.M. And I was doing my photography. I was just burnt out. So I left radio, SIXX:A.M., put it on hold, MÖTLEY retired. And I'm feeling really recharged right now. And [my wife and I] have a new baby and stuff, so I'm so happy to be home for that and be home for my other kids and my wife. But I'm about ready to start getting the creative juices going again."
Earlier this year, Sixx revealed that SIXX:A.M. had recorded four new songs.
A music video for an as-yet-undisclosed new SIXX:A.M. track was filmed last December.
When "The Heroin Diaries" was published, it was accompanied by a soundtrack by SIXX:A.M. The 13 tracks on the record each correspond to one month of Sixx's supposed diary, which he kept from 1986 to 1987 and formed the basis for the autobiography.
SIXX:A.M. embarked on its first North American headlining tour in support of the band's third album, "Modern Vintage", in 2015.
The 10th-anniversary editions of SIXX:A.M.'s "The Heroin Diaries Soundtrack" was made available in October 2017.
SIXX:A.M.'s latest album, "Vol. 2, Prayers For The Blessed", was released in November 2016 via Eleven Seven Music. The disc was written and recorded at the same time as "Vol. 1, Prayers For The Damned", released earlier that same year, and it acted as a companion piece to the first chapter.

SKID ROW's RACHEL BOLAN Rules Out Reunion With SEBASTIAN BACH: Certain 'Members Of The Band Didn't Get Along From Day One'Rachel Bolan has shot down the suggestion that a specific incident between him and Sebastian Bach caused him to never want to work with the ex-SKID ROW singer again.
"There was no one event [that is keeping the reunion from happening]," Bolan told the "Cobras & Fire" podcast (hear audio below). "People are, like, 'Why do you hold a grudge?' And I'm, like, 'I'm not holding a grudge.'
"There was members of the band that just didn't get along from day one. And we toughed it out, we had success — awesome.
"We're having fun, man. Scotti [Hill, guitar], Snake [Dave Sabo, guitar] and I are having a blast. We're doing tons of shows.
"Another misconception is people think we're all broke," he continued. "You don't sell 20 million records worldwide [and have nothing to show for it] — unless you blew it all. But they have a conception that we're broke and that we should get together [with Sebastian] and do one show. It's, like, okay, where you would like that show? Would you like it in your backyard? We'll make it easy for you.
"People just say stuff. They don't know the ins and outs of everything.
"We're having a blast — we are absolutely having a blast. We've got two guys in the band that we couldn't get along with better.
"Three of us are in our 50s. And it is what it is, man. But there was no one event. Some people get along; some people don't get along."
Bach fronted SKID ROW until 1996, when he was fired. Instead of throwing in the towel, the remaining members took a hiatus and went on to play briefly in a band called OZONE MONDAY.
In 1999, SKID ROW reformed and, after a bit of shuffling over the years, featured a lineup consisting of Bolan, Sabo and Hill, alongside drummer Rob Hammersmith and singer Johnny Solinger.
SKID ROW fired Solinger over the phone in April 2015, a few hours before announcing ex-TNT vocalist Tony Harnell as his replacement. Eight months later, Harnell exited the band and was replaced by South African-born, British-based singer ZP Theart, who previously fronted DRAGONFORCE, TANK and I AM I.
In recent years, Bach has been a vocal proponent of a SKID ROW reunion, a prospect continually shot down by Sabo and Bolan, the group's founding members. In 2012, reunion rumors peaked after the British festival Sonisphere featured the band's logo prominently on a leaked poster, but Bach later told the Boise Music Examiner that his former bandmates "did not want to do it." For his part, drummer Rob Affuso has said that he would not rejoin SKID ROW unless Bach also returned to the group.
Theart will appear on SKID ROW's forthcoming Michael Wagener-produced studio album, which will mark both the group's recording debut for Golden Robot Records and the conclusion of its "United World Rebellion" trilogy.

MEGADETH's DAVID ELLEFSON Says DAVE MUSTAINE Has 'Completed' His Throat Cancer TreatmentsMEGADETH bassist David Ellefson has told Pomelo Rocker in a new interview that there is no tentative release date yet for the band's upcoming studio album. "With Dave's [Mustaine, MEGADETH guitarist/vocalist] throat cancer treatments that he has now completed, and he's just going through the recovery now, we're hopeful and optimistic about a full recovery for him with that," he said (hear audio below). "Once he's through that process, we're gonna just let that take as much time as it needs, and then we'll resume with the album. I'd like to hope maybe 2020 we'll be able to get a new album out."
Ellefson went on to say that he hopes Mustaine will be "ready to go" in time for MEGADETH's upcoming European tour with FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH.
"Sometime life throws you cards you didn't expect," he said. "MEGADETH, we've always been a resilient band and we've always just worked around obstacles. Dave's a fighter, as we know. Just talking to him, he sounds very optimistic about the future for MEGADETH."
MEGADETH's tour with FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH and BAD WOLVES will visit 14 European countries starting on January 20 at the Hartwall Arena in Helsinki, Finland and ending on February 20 at the Budapest Sportarena in Budapest, Hungary.
The 58-year-old MEGADETH leader revealed his cancer diagnosis on June 17 on social media. He later issued an update, saying that his doctors "are feeling very positive" regarding the progress of his treatment.
Although most of MEGADETH's previously announced 2019 tour dates have been canceled as Mustaine battles the disease, the MEGADETH-curated Megacruise — which took place October 13-19 — still departed as scheduled, with Dave absent from the ship.
MEGADETH's follow-up to 2016's "Dystopia" album will mark the band's first release with drummer Dirk Verbeuren, who joined the group more than three years ago. 8

KURT COBAIN's 'MTV Unplugged In New York' Cardigan Sold For Record $334,000Julien's Auctions, the world-record breaking auction house, held its marquee two-day music auction event "Icons & Idols: Rock 'N' Roll" on Friday, October 25 and Saturday, October 26 live in Hard Rock Cafe New York and online at JuliensAuctions.com in front of a buzzing crowd of collectors and music fans bidding live on the floor, online and on the phone across the globe for over 700 items owned and used by a who's who of music legends including Kurt Cobain, Elvis Presley, THE BEATLES, Michael Jackson, Madonna, QUEEN, Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Bruce Springsteen, Elton John, Janis Joplin and more.
One of the highly anticipated moments of the weekend was the headline making sale of the vintage, olive green cardigan worn by one of the most influential artists of the 20th century, Kurt Cobain. Considered one of the most famous sweaters in music history, Cobain wore the Manhattan brand acrylic and mohair cardigan with a burn hole on his iconic televised performance with the group NIRVANA on the television series "MTV Unplugged In New York" and its accompanying album recorded nearly 25 years ago on November 18, 1993. The sweater sold for an astounding $334,000 (estimate: $200,000-$300,000) and marks a milestone moment in the grunge alternative rock icon's life and legacy as he died just four months before the 1994 release of NIRVANA's "MTV Unplugged In New York" album, considered by music critics as one of the greatest live albums of all time. The other top highlight of the auction also came from the NIRVANA frontman with the sale of his left-handed Fender Mustang guitar realized at $340,000. The custom-built guitar in turquoise with red mottled pickguard was played by Cobain during NIRVANA's "In Utero" tour in 1993 and was exhibited at the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame from 2002 to 2011. Accompanying the guitar is a handwritten letter signed by his wife Courtney Love Cobain stating that this was one of Cobain's favorite guitars.
The cardigan first sold at auction in 2015 for $137,000. The most recent owner of the sweater was apparently a businessman who preferred to remain anonymous. He kept the piece of unwashed clothing stored in acid-free tissue in a safe.
Earlier this year, another Cobain cardigan from the "In Utero" era also sold for $75,000. 4

KISS's GENE SIMMONS Says 'End Of The Road' Tour Will Last Another Two YearsIn a brand new interview with "Larry King Now" guest host Dennis Miller, KISS bassist/vocalist Gene Simmons spoke about the band's tumultuous "Farewell Tour" in 2000, which Paul Stanley previous said was nothing more than an attempt by the group to "put KISS out of its misery" after years of ego clashes and disagreements over songwriting credits between the band's original members.
"What happened was that Peter Criss and Ace Frehley — who are the original founding members with Paul and myself 46 years ago... Not everybody is designed to run a marathon, it's fair to say," Gene said. "And not everybody should be in a band that lasts decades and decades. So, by the turn of the 2000s, the early 2000s, it became dysfunctional to the extreme. They were asked to leave or left on their own volition three different times because of the cliché of clichés — bad behaviour, unprofessionalism, drugs, alcohol. It's, like, it's been done — come on. Then we looked at each other and said, 'If we can't live up to the, 'You wanted the best, you've got the best, the hottest band in the world,' let's just call it quits.' You've got the cash, the fame. So we stopped — we stopped for a while and kept getting a deluge of gifts and inquiries. 'Why can't you do it? If you've got a flat tire, change the tire. Why do you wanna stop?' And Paul and I had a moment where we just said, 'You know what? We're thinking small.' I always thought of THE BEATLES, 'Nobody will ever take the place of anybody.' But Ringo [Starr] is not an original member; he took the place of Pete Best. So when you take a look at all the bands, 'Oh, there can be a different lead singer of VAN HALEN.' Actually, there can, and there has been. And I'm the guy that found them, so I know what I'm talking about."
Simmons went on to confirm that KISS's ongoing "End Of The Road" trek is indeed the band's "final tour." He said: "It's a long one. We've got another two years of staying out there. We've already done 93 cities around the world, [and we are] coming back again. But the reality is that I'm 70. By the time I'm 72, it's time to get off the stage. We've both seen bands that stayed too long on that stage… You wanna get off the stage before they're tired of you… Leave them wanting more. Don't stay on there too long."
Frehley left KISS after the band's 2002 "Farewell Tour" dates, saying afterwards that he took the word "farewell" seriously. Criss has claimed that his contract with KISS wasn't renewed in March 2004. Both charges have been disputed by Stanley and Simmons.
Simmons and Stanley have chosen to have the rest of the current KISS lineup — guitarist Tommy Thayer and longtime drummer Eric Singer — dress up as Criss's and Frehley's respective "Spaceman" and "Catman" personas.
Earlier this month, Gene underwent a successful kidney stones surgery.
Last month, KISS postponed its shows in Oakland and Los Angeles. The date at Oakland Arena, originally set for September 16, is now listed on the venue web site as March 6. The date at Staples Center in Los Angeles, originally set for September 20, now takes place March 4.
The only reason given for moving the Oakland and Los Angeles performances was "unforeseen scheduling issues." 3

ZAKK WYLDE Has 'Nothing To Do' With OZZY OSBOURNE's Upcoming Solo AlbumZakk Wylde says that he has no involvement with Ozzy Osbourne's upcoming album.
Ozzy recently provided guest vocals on Post Malone's song "Take What You Want", a session overseen by producer Andrew Watt, and it led to Osbourne and Watt collaborating on the legendary BLACK SABBATH singer's 12th solo LP.
During an appearance on the latest installment of "The Cassius Morris Show" (hear audio below), Ozzy's longtime guitarist was asked if he had any part in the recording sessions for Osbourne's next disc.
"No, no — we didn't do anything on that," Wylde said. "Ozz, he just jammed with some friends that he knows. He was just, like, 'Hey, Zakk, I ended up tracking some of the stuff,' or whatever, and I was, like, 'Oh, great, Ozz.' That Post Malone thing ['Take What You Want'] I heard was awesome. Post came down to a BLACK LABEL [SOCIETY] show about maybe — I don't know — almost half a year ago or something like that, before the Ozzy thing. But he just came down and he was, like, 'Hey, Zakk, what's happening?' A really cool guy and everything like that. When I heard the track, Ozzy sounds great on it, man. But no, I didn't have nothing to do with the stuff that Ozz just recorded."
Zakk acknowledged that most people probably expect him to be featured on Ozzy's new album, but he reasoned: "The whole thing is we could always get together and record another thing. So it's all good, man."
Ozzy has not released an all-new solo effort since 2010's "Scream", having spent the last few years touring with BLACK SABBATH in support of that band's "13" LP, as well as playing a number of solo shows. More recently, Osbourne has been recuperating at home after sustaining a bad neck injury resulting in the postponement of his solo tour.
Speaking about Ozzy's current health condition and the postponed touring activities, Zakk said: "I just saw Ozzy the other day — he was at my daughter's wedding. He's still doing his rehab and he's doing everything like that. Obviously, we were gonna do these shows right now, but the doctor was, like, 'Nah, you're not ready to get out there and do it.' It's no different than playing sports. If you're not ready to pitch, there's no sense in jeopardizing you making the injury even worse — you know what I mean? — until you're good to go. Then I'll stick you back out on the mound… I don't think it's gonna hurt the fact that no one's gonna show up [laughs] when he decides that he's ready to go. It's just, like, 'Ozz, don't worry about it. When you're good and ready, then we'll go and do it, and then everybody will still be there.' [Laughs]"
Watt connected with Osbourne after meeting Ozzy's daughter Kelly at a friend's party and pitching her on the idea of Post and Ozzy collaborating together.
"Kelly played him the tape and he loved it, but then I didn't hear anything for a while," Watt recalled to Billboard. "I kept texting Kelly over and over again, and all of a sudden, we got the text from her that said, 'Dad's going to do the song. He loves it.'"
According to Watt, "Take What You Want" "is a really good taste of Ozzy in 2019, and you're going to get a lot more coming out that's going to blow people's faces off," he told Billboard.
Earlier this month, Ozzy once again postponed his European tour, marking the second time the BLACK SABBATH singer has done so following a series of health issues.
Ozzy initially scrapped his entire 2019 schedule earlier this year, as he recovered from surgery to repair an injury sustained while dealing with his recent bout of pneumonia. The European leg of his "No More Tours 2" trek was then rescheduled for January through March 2020, with the North American dates set to follow in May 2020.
According to Live Nation Sweden, the new European tour dates will now take place "in the first half of 2021." The American dates remain in place for now.
In 2017, Ozzy reunited with Zakk, who played on studio albums such as "No Rest For The Wicked", "No More Tears" and "Ozzmosis" and who has toured on and off with Osbourne for more than 30 years. Ozzy and Zakk last recorded in 2007 on Osbourne's acclaimed "Black Rain" album.

WENDY DIO Says 'Big Gala' Is Being Planned To Commemorate 10th Anniversary Of RONNIE JAMES DIO's DeathWendy Dio, widow and longtime manager of Ronnie James Dio, has confirmed that a "big gala" is being planned for early next year to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the legendary singer's passing. "It's [going to take place] on 2/20/20, which is the 20th of February, '20," she told Radioactive MikeZ, host of the 96.7 KCAL-FM program "Wired In The Empire", during a brand new interview (hear audio below). "We're gonna do it at the Wiltern in Hollywood, and we'll have lots of surprises… Actually, we'll post it on our site really soon, so save the date — everyone should save the date. We've got a lot of celebrities coming, and it's gonna be a fun time. And tickets are just gonna be 25 dollars for the kids, 'cause we wanna make sure… Ronnie would give back to the fans, and we wanna make sure everybody comes and has a fun time."
Asked if the gala will include any live performances, Wendy said: "I think so. We're just getting that together right now. But I'm sure there will be."
Best known for his work with BLACK SABBATH, RAINBOW and DIO, Ronnie James Dio passed away of stomach cancer on May 16, 2010 at the age of 67. A few months after his death, MTV Books announced plans to release his memoir, which at the time was going to be called "Rainbow In The Dark: The Autobiography Of Ronnie James Dio".
Wendy is currently working with legendary rock journalist Mick Wall on the long-awaited autobiography of the heavy metal master, which was three-quarters written before the singer's death.
Dio was renowned throughout the world as one of the greatest and most influential vocalists in heavy metal history. The singer, who was recording and touring with BLACK SABBATH offshoot HEAVEN & HELL prior to his illness, was diagnosed with stomach cancer in late 2009. He underwent chemotherapy and made what is now his final public appearance in April 2010 at the Revolver Golden Gods Awards in Los Angeles.
Earlier this year, Wendy told The Metal Voice that work had already started on a documentary that will cover Dio's career from his early days with ELF to his final project, HEAVEN & HELL. She went on to say that she is hoping that the documentary will receive a theatrical release before being made available on various streaming platforms.

SOILWORK's Controversial Concert In Singapore Has Been CanceledSOILWORK has been forced to cancel its previously announced October 29 concert in Singapore.
The show was originally scheduled to take place on March 12 but was postponed amid controversy over a petition calling for the event to be banned.
The group announced the cancelation earlier today in a Facebook post.
SOILWORK wrote: "It is with great sadness that we need to inform you, that our scheduled show on Oct 29th will be cancelled. A combination of events has led to this unfortunate decision.
"Björn [Strid, vocals] recently underwent major surgery for varicose veins in his left leg. He is still in rehabilitation process and need to do a follow-up appointment at the clinic and is not recommended to travel before Oct 29th. Singaporean laws also make it near impossible for Björn to bring the needed medicines. Since immigration goes through Singapore, as the first show on the tour, we would run the risk of canceling the remaining dates if Björn can't bring his medicines. It's very unfortunate and nothing we take lightly. We are deeply sorry about this.
"Please know that Singaporean promoter Street Noise Productions have done everything they can to make this show happen, ever since our March show postponement. We are obviously devastated over their massive financial losses and really hope to make it up to them and also you, our fans. We beg for your understanding and to respect our situation.
"We hope to find another opportunity, when circumstances will be different for the band to play in your country. Thanks for your understanding.
"The remaining 2019 tour dates in Australia, Japan and Finland will go ahead as planned."
This past March, SOILWORK and WATAIN were named in a petition signed by more than 17,000 people who called for the two bands to be banned from performing in Singapore.
The creator of the petition wrote: "These heavy metal bands do not represent the culture which we want in our youths. Their subliminal messages in their songs include death and suicide."
WATAIN's concert in Singapore was eventually canceled, with the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) explaining that allowing the show to be held would be "against public order interest" and it would "affect our religious and social harmony."
Dear Singaporean fans,
It is with great sadness that we need to inform you, that our scheduled show on Oct 29th will be...

CAGE Announce New Reissues (Video Trailer); European Mini-Tour ConfirmedSan Diego's longest running, still active heavy metal band, Cage, have announced two new exciting releases and a European mini-tour.
Their fifth studio album has been remixed, remastered, and partially re-recorded to modern day standards, and is being called Science Of Annihilation Re-Annihilated. The digipak will be released November 15 through Steel Cartel and features brand new cover art and two unreleased bonus tracks.
Guitarist David Garcia says, "This album is where we took a very heavy, thrash oriented direction, and I really wanted to hear it in all of its intended glory. So we asked our current drummer Sean Elg to re-record all of the drums and I went to work on remixing the entire record all over again."
Vocalist Sean Peck said, "This is my favorite Cage record, and when Dave suggested we make it sound right I was stoked. I re-sang a couple of parts and we had to re-do some guitars too but I love how it came out! The fact we were able to throw some bonus tracks on there makes it really cool too. This album was highly praised in the press back 10 years ago, when it first came out and many of these songs are still in our live set. Marc Sasso did a killer job on the new cover art. It is a different look for us and shows what came next after the original cover art scene depiction. Basically it is the armies of hell going into battle!"
Also being released on November 15, for the first time ever is their classic Darker Than Black album on double vinyl. This album garnered 10 album of the year awards and was widely heralded as perhaps Cage's finest achievement. Now it will be able to be heard on turntables all over the world with a limited run of only 500 units being pressed in two colors, Darker Than Black Black and Blood Of The Innocent Red.
Cage is offering a special Science Of The Black bundle package for both items that comes with a free turntable mat with all new artwork from Marc Sasso (Dio, Halford, Adrenaline Mob).
For ordering information, head here, and view their “Across The Sea of Madness” video from their 2015 Ancient Evil album, as well as a trailer for the new releases, below.
To celebrate these new releases, Cage will be embarking on a quick mini-tour in Europe where these new products will also be available.

Watch Pro-Shot Video Of MACHINE HEAD's Entire Warsaw Concert During 'Burn My Eyes' 25th-Anniversary TourProfessionally filmed video footage of MACHINE HEAD's entire October 19 concert at Progresja in Warsaw, Poland can be seen below. The show, which was part of the European leg of MACHINE HEAD's 25th-anniversary tour for the band's classic debut, "Burn My Eyes", was originally livestreamed via the group's Facebook page.
Building on the band's previous "An Evening With…" format, the "Burn My Eyes" anniversary show is described in a press release as "a three-hour musical extravaganza," comprised of two parts: part one consists of a battery of MACHINE HEAD's modern classics, such as "Imperium", "Halo" and "Locust", featuring guitarist/vocalist Robb Flynn and bassist Jared MacEachern performing alongside new recruits, Polish guitarist Wacław "Vogg" Kiełtyka (DECAPITATED) and British drummer Matt Alston (DEVILMENT, EASTERN FRONT); part two features "Burn My Eyes" played in its entirety for the first time ever, with original drummer Chris Kontos and guitarist Logan Mader joining in.
MACHINE HEAD's setlist for the Warsaw show was as follows:
01. Imperium
02. Take My Scars
03. Now We Die
04. Beautiful Mourning
05. Do Or Die
06. Locust
07. This Is The End
08. I Am Hell (Sonata In C#)
09. Aesthetics Of Hate
10. Guitar Solo (Performed by Vogg. Including "Floods" Outro)
11. Darkness Within
12. Catharsis
13. From This Day
14. Ten Ton Hammer
15. Is There Anybody Out There?
16. Halo
17. Davidian
18. Old
19. A Thousand Lies
20. None But My Own
21. The Rage To Overcome
22. Death Church
23. A Nation On Fire
24. Blood For Blood
25. I'm Your God Now
26. Battery (METALLICA cover)
27. Block
The North American leg of MACHINE HEAD's "Burn My Eyes" 25th-anniversary tour will kick off in Phoenix on January 16, and continue across Texas, Florida, New York, Toronto, Chicago and Denver, wrapping up at the legendary Fox Theater in Oakland, California on February 21 and House Of Blues in Anaheim, California on February 22.
Flynn spoke to U.K.'s Kerrang! magazine about the decision to effectively split the set with new musicians playing the non-"Burn My Eyes" songs. He said: "As I was figuring it out with Logan, Chris and Jared, I explained that I can't even imagine playing a MACHINE HEAD show and not playing 'Halo'; 'Imperium'; 'Aesthetics Of Hate'; 'From This Day'; 'The Blood, The Sweat, The Tears…', 'Now We Die' — or even 'Catharsis'. 'Darkness Within' is a show-stopping moment, every time. We had to think about how we were going to pull this off. I wanted to honor Chris and Logan and not have them needing to learn 40 other fucking songs to be able to pull it off.
"It's kind of weird. We're gonna have a lot of motherfuckers on tour," he said. "But it's gonna be fucking awesome. I think it's gonna be a bit of a goddamn circus. I really want to pay tribute to the guys that were there and built it with me. I think it's gonna break the fucking Internet!"
Kontos left MACHINE HEAD before the release of the band's second album, 1997's "The More Things Change", and was replaced by Dave McClain.
Mader contributed to two MACHINE HEAD albums, the aforementioned "Burn My Eyes" and "The More Things Change", before exiting the group and being replaced by Ahrue Luster and, later on, Phil Demmel.

STEVE HARRIS To Release Second BRITISH LION Album In Early 2020BRITISH LION, the side project of Steve Harris, bassist and co-founder of metal icons IRON MAIDEN, will embark on a six-date U.K. tour in December. The trek will kick off in Norwich on December 15 and conclude in London on December 20.
Steve said in a statement: "I'm in the U.K. in December and thought it would be great to take BRITISH LION out on the road for a few shows while I'm here. We haven't played any in England since 2017 and as most people know, I love getting out and playing live whenever I can, so this seemed a good opportunity to fit some dates in. The setlist will be a mixture of songs from the first BRITISH LION album and new songs from our upcoming second album which is due to be released early next year. We'll be announcing full details of that very shortly."
BRITISH LION's second opus has been in the can for several months and the band has been performing select cuts from it — including "Spitfire" and "Bible Black" — during recent tour dates.
Asked how the musical direction of BRITISH LION's follow-up effort will be different from "British Lion", Harris told The Metal Voice: "The band has evolved over the last five or six years live — we've played quite a lot of shows in Europe and stuff — so it's become more of a tighter band. I think we've found our direction is naturally evolving, and if anything, I think it's getting heavier than it was, really. It's very melodic. The songs are… I don't know… There's still kind of a UFO, THIN LIZZY type of influence, I think, in a lot of them, [and] there are influences too, but in general, I think we are getting just a little bit harder-edged, really. These days, I suppose there are some bands that make even MAIDEN sound like THE MOODY BLUES — there's some real, real heavy bands out there — so what I think is heavy and what other people think is 'getting heavier' is two [completely different things]. But we feel we're a bit harder-edged than we were. So it is a bit of a slight directional change, possibly. But it's been a natural thing; it's not something we consciously thought, 'Oh, we've gotta go this way.' It's just been the way we're playing our live shows — it's very powerful, much more powerful live than on record, I think. And I think with the second record, we've tried to capture that essence of what we are live more."
BRITISH LION's debut album sold around 3,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release. The CD landed at position No. 3 on the Top New Artist Albums (Heatseekers) chart, which lists the best-selling albums by new and developing artists, defined as those who have never appeared in the Top 100 of The Billboard 200.
"British Lion" was released in the U.S. in September 2012 via Universal Music Enterprises (UMe). Mixed by Kevin Shirley — whose credits include IRON MAIDEN as well as LED ZEPPELIN, JOURNEY and RUSH — the CD featured Harris alongside singer Richard Taylor, guitarists Graham Leslie and David Hawkins and drummer Simon Dawson.

FRANKIE BANALI Performs With QUIET RIOT For First Time Since Announcing Cancer Diagnosis (Video)Frankie Banali played with his QUIET RIOT bandmates Saturday night (October 26) at the Whisky A Go Go in West Hollywood, California. The show marked the drummer's first performance with the group since he announced he was diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer.
Fan-filmed video footage of the Whisky concert can be seen below (courtesy of Sandi Oba).
Last week, Banali revealed in a social media post that he has been battling the disease since this past spring, saying that he is "feeling much better and stronger now" and vowing to play with QUIET RIOT this month and through 2020. He told LA Weekly that the plan is for him to "continue treatments based on a schedule that won't interfere with me returning to playing live dates. I will be able to fly to dates again around December of this year," he said.
QUIET RIOT played several shows this year without Banali, marking the first time ever that the band performed without any of the members from its classic lineup: Banali, singer Kevin DuBrow, guitarist Carlos Cavazo and bassist Rudy Sarzo.
At some of QUIET RIOT's recent shows, Banali was replaced by Johnny Kelly (DANZIG, TYPE O NEGATIVE).
Banali resurrected QUIET RIOT in 2010, three years after the death of founding member and singer Kevin DuBrow.
QUIET RIOT went through two vocalists — Mark Huff and Scott Vokoun — before settling on Jizzy Pearl in 2013. Pearl announced his exit from QUIET RIOT in October 2016 and was briefly replaced by Seann Nichols, who played only five shows with the group before the March 2017 arrival of "American Idol" finalist James Durbin. Pearl returned to QUIET RIOT in September.
QUIET RIOT's new studio album, "Hollywood Cowboys" — featuring Durbin on vocals — will be released on November 8 via Frontiers Music Srl.

ICE NINE KILLS Team Up With Horror Icon ARI LEHMAN For Acoustic Version Of "Thank God It's Friday"In honor of the most haunting time of the year, horror-inspired metal outfit Ice Nine Kills have released The Silver Scream: Final Cut, a frightfully enticing deluxe version of their critically acclaimed Billboard Hard Rock Albums chart-topping fourth album.
Available now via Fearless Records, the Final Cut edition includes the album's original 13 tracks, along with the recently premiered new track "Your Numbers Up", a cover version of the famous hit "Thriller", their full-length feature horror film The Silver Scream, and four bone-chilling acoustic renditions of previously released singles.
Ice Nine Kills have also released a video stream for the new acoustic rendition of "Thank God It's Friday", featuring none other than Ari Lehman, who first portrayed the immortal serial killer Jason Voorhees from the original 1980 iconic slasher film, Friday The 13th.
"I am honored to be singing alongside the amazingly talented Spencer Charnas on this track," says Lehman. "Ice Nine Kills will captivate you with their virtuoso sound and compelling lyrics - 'Thank God It's Friday' has Voorhees Power!"
"Friday the 13th and Jason have always been an obsession for me," reveals vocalist Spencer Charnas. "When I had the idea to reach out to Ari about singing on our acoustic tribute, I never expected in a million years for it to actually happen. To find out that Ari was not only a fan of INK, but 100% willing to join us on the track, was a moment I won't soon forget. He brings such a rich authenticity to this song with his charismatic voice, and his involvement helps elevate the piece to another level. To hear the first Jason from arguably one of the most iconic scenes in horror history sing the line, "he drowned in all our sins," evokes the same goosebumps I got when I first saw the film."
Amidst headlining SiriusXM Octane Presents The Octane Accelerator Tour across the United States later this fall, horror-inspired metal outfit Ice Nine Kills will celebrate their homecoming stop at The Palladium in Worcester, MA on November 30 by reviving their annual "Thanx-Killing" show in honor of the Thanksgiving holiday on November 28. The show will be recorded and filmed for a future project and includes special guests Fit For A King, Light The Torch, Make Them Suffer and Awake At Last. Tickets are available now.
"The time is upon us once again for a bloodbath of gravy to overflow through the streets of Massachusetts," declares vocalist Spencer Charnas. "The 4th annual Thanx-Killing fest will be a feast of flesh that will be carved into the nightmares of New England for years to come."
Last week INK debuted a brand-new track, "Your Number's Up", inspired by Wes Craven's genre-defining 1996 film Scream and which will be featured as a bonus track on their upcoming October 25 release The Silver Scream: Final Cut.
Further bonus content will include four haunting acoustic renditions of previously released singles, a cover version of the iconic song "Thriller" and a DVD of their own horror film, The Silver Scream, which alongside the CD will be encased in a special VHS slipcase. Notable figures in the horror and metal community alike will be seen featured as guests including Grammy-nominated musician Matt Heafy (Trivium), horror icon Ari Lehman (the original Jason, Friday The 13th), Chelsea Talmadge (Stranger Things) and Sam Kubrick (grandson of Stanley Kubrick who famously directed The Shining).

COHEED AND CAMBRIA Drummer To Undergo Heart Operation; Remaining 2019 Tour Dates CanceledModern progressive rock band COHEED AND CAMBRIA has canceled its remaining 2019 tour dates in order to allow drummer Josh Eppard time to recover in full from an upcoming heart operation.
COHEED AND CAMBRIA announced the cancelation in a social media statement on Friday. The group wrote: "As some of you may have heard, our fantastic drummer, Josh Eppard had a fainting spell on stage early in our set Saturday night in Orlando. After a visit from the paramedics, he insisted on coming back out to finish the show — which was extremely courageous — but even with the amount of awe we felt, everyone was very concerned. Upon his return home, Josh's doctors advised him to undergo a procedure called a 'cardiac ablation' in the coming weeks. This procedure will close an 'extra pathway' to Josh's heart, which has been causing an irregular heartbeat for some time, and is believed to be responsible for the occurrence in FL.
"Due to the necessity of this procedure, COHEED AND CAMBRIA will be canceling the rest of our 2019 dates to let Josh get back to full health, so that we can make sure there will be a World for Tomorrow.
"We apologize from the bottom of our hearts to fans in the Midwest and those in Australia, as well as the organizers of these shows. We feel strongly that an abundance of caution is the best move for Josh and for the band at this time.
"Let there be no confusion, we will be back bigger and stronger in 2020, and are already planning big announcements on the horizon."
COHEED AND CAMBRIA's latest album, "The Unheavenly Creatures", was released last year. The 78-minute disc debuted in the Top 15 of the Billboard 200 chart.
Comprised of Eppard, Claudio Sanchez (vocals / guitar), Travis Stever (guitar), and Zach Cooper (bass), COHEED AND CAMBRIA has gripped listeners and press around the globe with its visionary compositions and conceptual mastery.
Big Announcement:
Hello Everyone,
As some of you may have heard, our fantastic drummer, Josh Eppard had a fainting spell...

TRAVELIN JACK Release New Digital Single “Land Of The River”Travelin Jack, one of the hottest new rock acts from Germany, has released a new digital single and video for the song "Land Of The River" today. The track is taken from their current album Commencing Countdown.
Founded in summer 2013, Travelin Jack have developed into one of Germany’s most unusual rock acts over the past six years, establishing their inimitable style, which is tailored to the vocals of Alia Spaceface, with several successful tours and shows at important festivals beyond the German borders. The general flair of their current album Commencing Countdown may bring to mind great rock groups from the seventies, such as Thin Lizzy, Rush, Scorpions and Deep Purple, but the Berlin band’s compositions and the warm, analogue production of their current album are both contemporary and modern.
Commencing Countdown" was released in 2017 through Steamhammer/SPV as CD digipak, vinyl version, download and stream. Find purchase options at this location.

NEGATOR Issue “Khaire Phos” VideoExtreme metallers Negator released their new album, Vnitas Pvritas Existentia, on October 18 via Massacre Records. New video for "Khaire Phos" is streaming below:
The album was produced, mixed and mastered by the Wiesławski brothers and Negator at Hertz Studio in Poland. The elaborate front cover is a collaboration between various artists: It's based on an idea by Negator, which was digitally drawn to life by Haervaerk Tattoo, then transposed into a woodcut by Manvfactvs, and afterwards further illustrated and finalized for the print by Irrwisch.Artdesign.
Vnitas Pvritas Existentia will close a cycle that began in 2003, and also marks the beginning of a new cycle, whose development has not yet been determined. The album will bring the band's history so far to a conclusion using occult and ritualistic themes.
Vnitas Pvritas Existentia is a well-thought-out and total work of art, that clocks in with a total playing time of 55:05 minutes. Nothing on this album is unintentional; everything has a purpose. There is much more to the used symbolism and carefully crafted lyrics than what meets the eye.
The album will be available as CD Digipak, limited edition vinyl LP, in digital format and a limited fan-edition with additional content, exclusively and soon-to-be available at the band's webstore. The digital pre-order will start soon.

"Prophets Of Fire"
