Watch VINCE NEIL Perform MÖTLEY CRÜE Hits At VetFest In Oswego, Illinois

Fan-filmed video footage of MÖTLEY CRÜE singer Vince Neil's August 28 performance at VetFest in Oswego, Illinois can be seen below.

The four-day festival raised funds for local charities with an emphasis on veterans and Oswego Unit District 308.

When his participation in VetFest was first announced, Vince said in a statement: "It's an honor to play an event like this for such a good cause. I have several family members who served in the military, including my father, so a show like this is near and dear to my heart. My band and I are looking forward to performing a fun, energetic and exciting show performing all the hits. I am certain a good time will be had by all. See you there!"

This past weekend's show came three months after Neil struggled to complete his solo concert at the Boone Iowa River Valley Festival in Boone. Based on fan-filmed video footage of the May 29 gig posted on YouTube, the 60-year-old rocker, who hadn't performed in more than a year and a half due to the COVID-19 pandemic, began losing his voice several songs into his set, which consisted exclusively of CRÜE classics and cover songs previously recorded by the band.

14 songs into the performance, Vince attempted to sing CRÜE's smash hit "Girls, Girls, Girls" but gave up mid-song, explaining to the crowd: "Hey, guys… I'm sorry, you guys. It's been a long time playin'. My fuckin' voice is gone… Eh… We love you, and we'll hopefully see you next time, man. Take care."

After Neil walked off the stage, his backing band — which still consists of bassist Dana Strum and guitarist Jeff "Blando" Bland from SLAUGHTER, along with drummer Zoltan Chaney — continued to play the song, singing along to what appeared to be pre-recorded backing vocals.

MÖTLEY CRÜE's "The Stadium Tour" with DEF LEPPARD, POISON and JOAN JETT & THE BLACKHEARTS was originally scheduled to take place last summer but ended up being pushed back to 2021, and then to 2022, due to the coronavirus pandemic.

In December 2019, CRÜE manager Allen Kovac told Fox Business that "some of" the bandmembers had enlisted outside help to get in shape for the trek. Kovac was referring to criticism of Neil for his supposed diminished singing ability and weight gain, as well as the health status of guitarist Mick Mars, who has been dealing with a chronic form of arthritis that led him to undergo a hip replacement.

Kovac explained: "Some of them are working with a trainer, some of them are working with a nutritionist to make themselves the best they can be. The greatest insecurity for an artist is: Is anyone going to care about my music? Is anyone going to buy a ticket? We were in November [2019] when the discussions were happening, and these guys were already into regimens of how they get ready for a tour."

Speaking specifically about Neil, Kovac added: "Let's see what Vince sings like and looks like when the tour goes out."

CRÜE bassist Nikki Sixx also said that Vince was "killing it" while working with "trainers" and "nutritionists" in preparation for "The Stadium Tour".

Well it wasn't the 80's crew. But Vince Neil showed up and jammed for the vets. We all get old, and he found time to come and jam some classic crew songs. Thank you Vince Neil The Legendary Voice Performing All The Hits at VetFest Oswego Vince Neil.

Scorpions have uploaded footage from their show at Taratata 1996. In the video below, the German legends perform “Wild Child” from the Pure Instinct album.

Says the band: "What an honour to receive the wonderful European Culture Award 2021 in Bonn, Germany. Thank you so much… it was truly a night to remember."

Scorpions recently offered fans a first glance at their new music. The currently untitled effort will be the band's 19th studio album.

Scorpions singer Klaus Meine, along with guitarists Rudolf Schenker and Matthias Jabs uploaded the following video to social media from Peppermint Park Studios in Hannover, Germany.

According to Klaus: "We're in the studio right now, as you can see — Peppermint Park in Hannover — and this morning, we decided to give you guys a little snippet. We're here for a year. We spent so much time in here working with the recording sessions. And right now it's so very exciting to finally listen to the mixes coming in from Berlin the other day. And we just wanted to share this moment with all of you out there. And believe me, we can't wait — not only to give you a little snippet but to play you the whole damn album. All right? And we'll see you out there."

Scorpions' recently recorded new album is expected in early 2022. The album was recorded at Peppermint Park Studios in Hannover, and mixed at Hansa Studios in Berlin. Stay tuned for updates.

WAYWARD SONS Issue New Video “Bloody Typical”

UK rockers Wayward Sons are preparing to unleash their third album, Even Up The Score on October 8, 2021 via Frontiers Records Srl. Fronted by vocalist/guitarist Toby Jepson, who is joined by Nic Wastell (bass), Phil Martini (drums), and Sam Wood (guitar), plus Dave Kemp (keyboards) for the recording of the album, Wayward Sons continue to deal in energetic rock 'n roll coupled with thoughtful, insightful lyrics.

Anticipated by the release of two singles, the title track, “Even Up the Score” in late 2020 and 'Big Day' in April 2021 (both of which were released while the band was still in the midst of recording the album), the brand new album is once again a full-blooded rock album, containing songs that define the band as writers and players. A record built on the passion and commitment of its members, with an eye on modernity and the human condition, and at this moment in history, have we ever been more challenged? Well, Wayward Sons intend to defy the times and bring a little hope to rock n roll!

Passionate, honest music made by passionate honest musicians who have come together to create rock music that reflects their heroes from the ‘70s and ‘80s, while also touching on the present – modernity through homage, if you will.

The return of former Little Angels singer Toby Jepson to the UK rock scene with Wayward Sons was a welcome event in the British hard rock music scene when it transpired some five years ago. After the overwhelming success of Little Angels, including a number one album, millions of records sold, massive sell out shows and numerous hit singles, Toby had been busy in the prior years in movie work as well as performing with Fastway, Gun, and Dio’s Disciples and producing albums for numerous bands (Saxon, Fastway, The Virginmarys, Toseland, and more).

His heart, however, was always in writing and performing and so the concept of Wayward Sons was born – a new band, built for playing live. A new direction with Toby’s songs taking center stage was introduced on the debut album “Ghosts Of Yet To Come”. The album was greeted with outstanding critical acclaim and earned Wayward Sons the title of "Best New Band" at the Planet Rock awards 2018. More and increasing success followed with the release of the sophomore album, “The Truth Ain’t What It Used to Be."

In support, the band played an outstanding number of shows in and outside the UK, either as a supporting act for Saxon, Inglorious, Steel Panther, Living Color and UFO or at such festivals as Download and Ramblin Man Fair and of course their own run of headlining dates.

As is their modus operandi, the band will hit the road in earnest in support of album number three, Even Up The Score.

GHOST BATH Release Visualizer For "Hide From The Sun" Feat. THY ART IS MURDER's CJ McMahon

Atmospheric black metallers, Ghost Bath, will release their fourth full-length album, Self Loather, on October 29 via Nuclear Blast Records. On the album, the band closes out the trilogy - tragedy, ecstasy, and dread/hatred - and hosts their most devastating and dark music to date.

Today, the band releases a visualizer video for the second single, "Hide From The Sun", featuring CJ McMahon of Thy Art Is Murder. Watch the video, created by Randy Edwards Photos, below.

Dennis Mikula comments, "'Hide from the Sun' is the most DSBM track on the record. We've managed to achieve a devastating sound while keeping the track catchy and groovy. We worked with our friend CJ from Thy Art Is Murder who killed it on vocals and gave the tune a unique twist. It incorporates our new sound while staying true to Ghost Bath style."

THUNDER Release Official Live Video For "Destruction"

British rock legends, Thunder, have shared a new live video for their track "Destruction", recorded as part of their Thunder TV special which streamed earlier this year, which features as part of the upcoming expanded edition of their most recent album All The Right Noises, out on September 24 via BMG.

Filmed at Siyan Studios in High Wycombe, the webcast of this unique performance was streamed for 48 hours on the weekend of the album’s release. The show was comprised of a set list of almost all the tunes from the new album, plus some of their biggest hits, a Zoom Q&A with fan club members, and set changes from plugged in electric to sit down acoustic. The 90 minute set was a runaway hit with Thunder fans all over the globe.

_taboola.push({
mode: 'alternating-rec-reel-3n4-a',

target_type: 'mix'
});

The brand new expanded edition of All The Right Moves will feature a DVD of the Thunder TV Special, which is extended here to include extra songs not broadcast when it was streamed back in March. Recorded in February and originally broadcast as a streamed event, the TV Special was in answer to the postponement of their arena tour from 2021 to 2022. Well known for their energetic live shows, the concept of playing a mock live show with no audience didn't sit well with Thunder, as the fans are always such a huge part of the energy in their shows. The solution was to film a TV style performance, in the mood of the Old Grey Whistle Test or Later… With Jools Holland, with an audience joining them in real time via Zoom. And so the Thunder TV Special was born.

DAVEY SUICIDE, KAT LEON, DK-ZERO Release New Version Of KISS Classic "I Was Made For Loving You"; Audio

If there was one moment in music history when it could be said that heavy metal succumbed to the temptation of a national pop music trend, selling its power chord strumming, leather-studded soul to the disco devil, the release of KISS’s dance club-fuelled single “I Was Made For Loving You” is that moment. But the reality is that KISS were merely anticipating cross-genre trends that today are all too familiar.

Take, for instance, the hip hop-inspired, steampunk-powered, electro-engineered industrial metal of DK-Zero, who today unleash their newest single, a mind-blowing, game-changing cover of KISS’s so-called disco song, the aforementioned “I Was Made For Loving You.” Aiding the band are two other modern alternative pioneers, L.A.-based Kat Leon of Holy Wars and heavy rock outfit Davey Suicide, who together with DK-Zero set out to reclaim the brilliant “I Was Made For Loving You” as a vibrant heavy metal song that you can both bang your head and shake your booty to!

_taboola.push({
mode: 'alternating-rec-reel-3n4-a',
container: 'taboola-mid-article-thumbnails',
placement: 'Mid Article Thumbnails',
target_type: 'mix'
});

DK-Zero founder D-punk, shares the genesis of the project and what it means to him: "I grew up with KISS songs ringing in the halls of my parents’ house after weekend parties. I remember all the images of their iconically painted faces gleaming from the records in my friend’s stereo cabinets. So when I was approached about recreating ‘I Was Made For Loving You,’ I knew it was time to step it up. I knew straight away I wanted to flip the song on its head a bit and take the ‘party vibe’ elements that already existed in a darker edgier direction.

"I reached out to a good friend of mine Davey Suicide. He took a listen to the initial arrangement, and I told him what the vision was for the song… I was very lucky that he jumped on board because he brought a ton of energy to the table; not only in his incredible vocal performance, but in his arrangement and mix critiques. Next...enter Kat Leon of the band Holy Wars. HOLY SH*T (pun intended) was that a lucky/chance/sought-after/hopeful meeting.

"I couldn’t be more proud of the way this song turned out. Honestly, it's a dream come true to work on a KISS song, with Davey and Kat on vocals, for a label like Cleopatra who takes care of their artists and helps push the music industry forward. It was a tough 2020 for everyone involved in music, and Cleopatra really upped their game on so many levels for artists like me."

MASSACRE Release New Single "Ruins Of R'lyeh"; Visualizer Video Streaming

Floridia's masters of death metal, Massacre, have released the searing new single, "Ruins Of R'lyeh", from their fourth full-length album, Resurgence, out October 22 via Nuclear Blast. Watch the visualizer below.

Commenting on the upcoming album and new single, vocalist Kam Lee states: "I’m going to take you back down into the abyss! This track, 'Ruins Of R’lyeh', like many of the other’s on the Resurgence album are direct sequels to tracks off From Beyond. With a purposeful musical connection to the track 'Cryptic Realms', this new song of O.S.D.M. takes the listener back down into the depths of the darkness with a very heavy laden Lovecraftian lyrical direction loosely based on 'The Call Of Cthulhu.' Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn ('In his house at R'lyeh, dead Cthulhu waits dreaming.')"

"Spawn Of The Succubus"
"Return Of The Corpse Grinder"

"The Innsmouth Strain" visualizer:

Massacre rose from the swamps of Southern Florida in the early 80's during a heatwave of groundbreaking death metal that produced some of the genre's most revered forefathers, Death, Obituary and Six Feet Under. Their legacy was founded with a string of classic demos, Aggressive Tyrant (1986), Chamber of Ages (1986) and The Second Coming (1990), before unleashing their critically praised classic debut album From Beyond (1991).

Now decades later, the band makes their long-awaited return, invigorated with the same youthful rage that brought them together at inception. For Resurgence, long-time members, vocalist Kam Lee and bassist Mike Borders, were joined in the studio by some of death's most prolific and malignant songwriters, guitarist Rogga Johansson, guitarist Jonny Pettersson, guitarist Scott Fairfax and drummer Brynjar Helgetun with additional guest performances by Marc Grewe, Dave Ingram, Anders Odden, and Pete Slate.

The record was recorded with producer and death metal icon Dan Swanö (ex-Edge Of Sanity, ex-Bloodbath) and Pettersson as engineer/mixer.

THE WILDHEARTS Release "Splitter" Video To Celebrate Release Of 21st Century Love Songs Album

The Wildhearts have released their new album, 21st Century Love Songs, via Graphite Records. To celebrate the album release, The Wildhearts unveil a brand new video for "Splitter", which can be found below.

“'Splitter' was the first song that I wrote for the new album. The one where I thought, "Oh fuck, I can hear us playing that, it's gonna be filthy, especially live". I sent the riff to Ritch straight away, as I always do when I get an idea I'm excited about, and he was into it right off the bat. That's the thing with new Wildhearts songs, until there's a big, dirty riff in the bag you can't move on and write the rest of the album. It all starts with a righteous riff and some shouting. And I hope it always begins that way. If you ain't got the riffs then you ain't got shit,” explains Ginger Wildheart.

SPIRITWORLD Signs To Century Media; "Comancheria" Music Video Streaming

The American frontier: Where lost highways stretch into darkness and undisturbed deserts speak a language as ominous as it is otherworldly. This is the tableau of Spiritworld. Self-described as 'Death Western', Spiritworld is the aural vision of Stu Folsom, a Las Vegas native who has taken the intensity of that desert heat and given it voice on the band’s debut, 'Pagan Rhythms,' for their new label home, Century Media.

To celebrate the new partnership, Spiritworld have released a brand new video for the song "Comancheria", which perfectly underlines the artistic statement of Stu Folsom's music. Check out the video below.

It was that purity of Folsom’s vision that immediately won Spiritworld international acclaim on the limited 2020 self-release of Pagan Rhythms via Safe Inside Records. The likes of Exodus/Slayer guitarist Gary Holt and ex-Sepultura/current Soulfly leader, Max Cavalera raved about the album on social media.

window._taboola = window._taboola || [];
_taboola.push({
mode: 'alternating-rec-reel-3n4-a',
container: 'taboola-mid-article-thumbnails',
placement: 'Mid Article Thumbnails',
target_type: 'mix'
});

Unsurprisingly, Spiritworld was quick to gain the attention of Century Media who got Stu’s vision and swiftly inked the band. Century Media Vice President of A&R, Mike Gitter says, “Spiritworld is sonic world building in the boldest way. It’s a vision of the American West as somewhere south of heaven, that’s equal parts Slayer, Louis Lamour and Sam Peckinpah – full of dust, dirt and blood.”

Conceived entirely by Folsom and produced by Sam Pura (The Story So Far, Self Defense Family), songs like "Comancheria" or the blast-beat propelled "Unholy Passages", courtesy of drummer Thomas Pridgen (The Mars Volta/Trash Talk) who plays on half the album, with ex-Apiary skinsman Adam Elliot playing on the other.

“It’s about trying to write killer songs and craft a classic record,” says Stu, whose love for the likes of George Jones or the legendary LA punk band X runs as deep as his metallic roots. “With ‘Pagan Rhythms’, I set out to distill my love of thrash, old school death metal, and hardcore into something new that would hit like a tomahawk right in the face. When I first started telling people about this idea, I had to merge Western imagery, horror fiction and heavy metal into an all-out sonic assault, it seemed ridiculous, but I truly believe that if you make great records people are a lot more willing to embrace your weirdness and come along for the ride."

The debut album, Pagan Rhythms will be re-released on November 5 via Century Media Records and is now available (physically) for the first time outside of North America.

The album is available to stream on your platform of choice and is available in the following formats for pre-order:

- Ltd. 180g black LP + Art Print (with alternative cover artwork) - this format is only available for the 1st pressing.

Japan's BRIDEAR Release New Single / Video "Brave New World Revisited"; European Tour Dates Confirmed

Japanese metal band Bridear have released a brand new track and music video, "Brave New World Revisited". The release of the song celebrates and commemorates the band’s return to international touring in September and October for their Into The Dark Forever UK and European tour, making them the first Japanese band to perform overseas post-pandemic.

"Brave New World Revisited" is an 8-minute-long showcase displaying the metallic sonic assault and stunning technical prowess that the band are capable of. The longest composition in their catalogue, the track is brimming with all the characteristics that made their debut international release Bloody Bride so alluring, marrying sincere lyrics with blazing guitars and insatiable pop hooks to highlight their feelings about returning to the live circuit.

Speaking about the single, bassist Haru shared: “We wanted to make a new song and make the tour a success as the first Japanese band to go on a European tour after the Corona crisis. The composition is the most challenging we have done, and the longest song in our history, but it’s fun to listen to all of the detail and the lyrics convey our feelings during this time.”

Lead vocalist Kimi added: “Entertainment as a whole is being denounced, but the theme of this song is to raise our voices as one and re-enter a brave new world. We will continue to go forward! Please come to see us and support us as we come back overseas and revisit this brave new world!”

Kick-starting at the end of September, the Into The Dark Forever tour sees the band travel across Europe before heading to the UK for four dates, with the band making their live debuts in Sweden and Scotland. The UK shows, which include a stop at much-loved London metal haven Underworld, will be their first since 2019’s Metal Matsuri Festival where they earned critical acclaim for their stunning performance.

The tour will also serve as the band’s first overseas opportunity to perform material from their debut international album Bloody Bride, out now via Setsuzoku Records. Brimming with big riffs and even bigger hooks all tastefully laced with both classic and modern metal characteristics, Bloody Bride is the perfect introduction to the quintet and what they’re capable of.

From furious thrash passages, blistering lead lines and irresistible pop sensibilities, the 45 minutes of music encased within displays their talent, their creative vision and their individuality among their peers, showcasing J-metal like you’ve never heard it before. The album features the brilliant singles "Daybreak" and the haunting title track, two ferocious examples of the band’s musicianship and songwriting proficiency. Listen to Bloody Bride via Spotify here.

Finland's FEAROUT To Release Debut Album In November; "The End Of The Beginning" Video Streaming

Helsinki-based metal band Fearout is set to release their debut album, Bleedthrough, on November 5th, 2021 via Inverse Records. The band have released their first single, "The End Of The Beginning" along with a music video. Check it out below.

Guitarist Arg Kinnunen: "The main riff was composed some 20 years ago, and we tried it with another band but we never got it working. Ten years later it was offered to another band and it didn't work either. Finally, when I offered this to Justus we got things rolling. So, aging this song some 20 years in oak cask wasn't that bad idea after all."

Vocalist Justus Latvala: "'The End Of The Beginning' was one of the first Fearout songs that we ever played together. Arg set the standard high right from the get-go. It contains a bit twisted main riff, some stoner grind and pretty melodies. Just what the doctor ordered."

The song has stolen its title from Churchill, and its theme is basically about the rise and fall and how to cope with it. Or not. Many people wish to be famous or some sort of stars and are absolutely willing to do anything to achieve their goal. After that 15 minutes of fame is gone the only way is down and you still should be able to live with the things you did when you tried to get to the top.

Fearout are a four-piece Finnish hard rock / metal / punk / stoner band from Helsinki. The band was founded in 2014 by Arg Kinnunen (guitar) and Justus Latvala (vocals). Current line-up was stabilized when Topi Lajunen (drums) joined band in 2016 and Minttu Minkkinen (bass) in 2018. Fearout fuses filthy stoner guitars and noisy punk rock aggression with seductive melodies and provide energetic, volatile and sometimes literally bone crushing live performances. The band recorded their debut album Bleedthrough 2020-2021 and the album will be released in autumn 2021 by Inverse Records.

Tracklist:

"That Was the Day I Decided To Start Using Hard Drugs"

HALESTORM Performs New Single 'Back From The Dead' Live For First Time (Video)

HALESTORM played its new single, "Back From The Dead", live for the first time this past Tuesday (August 31) at the 2021 Great New York State Fair as part of the Chevrolet Music Festival in Syracuse. New York. Fan-filmed video footage of the performance can be seen below.

HALESTORM is playing a series of headline dates and a set at Rocklahoma prior to a co-headline run with EVANESCENCE beginning November 5 in Portland, Oregon, running through December 18 in Worcester, Massachusetts.

"Back From The Dead" is taken from HALESTORM's upcoming fifth full-length album, due in 2022. The video for "Back From The Dead", directed by Dustin Haney (Noah Cyrus, Luke Combs) and produced by Revolution Pictures, the features frontwoman Lzzy Hale and the rest of the band in a morgue and cemetery somewhere between life and death.

"This song is personal and written from a mental health perspective," Hale said in a statement. "I wanted to give myself and the world a hard rock song we could shout out loud as the gates opened again. I was on the edge of this world getting completely lost in oblivion, but even though it was the harder of two choices, I didn't just let the darkness and depression in my mind dig me an early grave. I didn't just sit and let it take me…. I hope this song, as I pass it on to you, reminds YOU of your strength individually and that you are not alone."

HALESTORM's new music is once again being produced by Nick Raskulinecz, who first helmed the band's 2017 effort "ReAniMate 3.0: The CoVeRs eP" and was previously described by Hale as the group's "fifth member."

HALESTORM's latest EP release was last year's "Halestorm Reimagined", a collection of the band's reworked original songs as well as a cover of "I Will Always Love You", the love ballad made famous by Whitney Houston and Dolly Parton.

Lzzy and her brother Arejay formed the band in 1998 while in middle school. Hottinger joined the group in 2003, followed by bassist Josh Smith in 2004.

In December 2018, HALESTORM was nominated for a "Best Rock Performance" Grammy Award for its song "Uncomfortable". Six years earlier, the band won its first Grammy in the category of "Best Hard Rock/ Metal Performance" for "Love Bites (So Do I)".

DAVE MUSTAINE Teaches You How To Play Main Riff In MEGADETH's 'Tornado Of Souls' (Video)

A short video of MEGADETH leader Dave Mustaine teaching you how to play the main riff in the band's song "Tornado Of Souls" can be seen below. The clip was filmed backstage in Reno, Nevada on August 31 during MEGADETH's "The Metal Tour Of The Year" with LAMB OF GOD, HATEBREED and TRIVIUM.

MEGADETH played its first show with bassist James LoMenzo in nearly 12 years on August 20 in Austin, Texas at the opening concert of "The Metal Tour Of The Year". Produced by Live Nation, the rescheduled trek will wrap in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada on Saturday, October 2.

LoMenzo joined MEGADETH in 2006 and appeared on two of the group's studio albums, 2007's "United Abominations" and 2009's "Endgame". He was fired from the band in 2010 and replaced with returning original MEGADETH bassist David Ellefson.

In addition to MEGADETH, LoMenzo has played with Ozzy Osbourne, Zakk Wylde and WHITE LION. For the past eight years, LoMenzo has been performing with iconic rocker John Fogerty.

Mustaine has yet to reveal who played bass on the band's new album after Ellefson's tracks were removed from the LP following his dismissal from the group in late May.

Ellefson laid down his bass tracks on MEGADETH's sixteenth LP in May 2020 at a studio in Nashville, Tennessee.

In July, Mustaine announced during an episode of his Gimme Radio program "The Dave Mustaine Show" that Ellefson's bass tracks would not be used on the new MEGADETH LP.

In early May, on the same day that sexually tinged messages and explicit video footage involving Ellefson were posted on Twitter, he released a statement on Instagram denying all social media chatter that he "groomed" an underage fan.

On May 24, Mustaine — who formed MEGADETH with Ellefson in 1983 — announced the bassist's departure from the band.

Ellefson was in MEGADETH from the band's inception in 1983 to 2002, and again from 2010 until his latest exit.

LIVING WRECKAGE Feat. ANTHRAX And SHADOWS FALL Members: 'One Foot In The Grave' Music Video Available

LIVING WRECKAGE — the new modern metal band comprised of vocalist Jeff Gard (DEATH RAY VISION), guitarists Jon Donais (ANTHRAX, SHADOWS FALL) and Matt LeBreton (DOWNPOUR), bassist Matt Bachand (SHADOWS FALL, ACT OF DEFIANCE) and drummer Jon Morency (LET US PREY) — has unleashed a music video for the title track from its debut EP, "One Foot In The Grave".

Says Bachand: "'One Foot In The Grave' is a song that would be the anthem for anyone who embraces the ups and downs that life throws at you, no matter how difficult. We felt a simple performance video that encompasses the raw energy of the track was the best way to get that point across."

The "One Foot In The Grave" EP contains three tracks that show off the collective's blasts of melodic, over-driven power, and is available now as a limited-edition CD while both singles are on digital platforms. The band's first single, "Breaking Point" — described by Revolver as "a throwback rager that sees Donais and LeBreton shredding their hearts out while Gard showcases his John Bush-esque pipes" — was revealed earlier this year.

The power of LIVING WRECKAGE will be further unleashed at upcoming live performances in the fall throughout New England. In addition to a headlining appearance on October 2 in Easthampton, Massachusetts, the band will also play as direct support for BUCKCHERRY on November 2 in New Bedford, Massachusetts.

The as-yet-untitled debut album from LIVING WRECKAGE — produced and engineered by Shane Frisby (UNEARTH, BURY YOUR DEAD), and mixed by Pete Rutcho (REVOCATION, FALLING IN REVERSE) — will be released early next year. Thomas Zwijsen has released the new video below, featuring an acoustic cover of Iron Maiden's "The Trooper". Thomas released his acoustic cover of "The Trooper" 10 years ago and later performed a viral version with Nita Strauss.

Says Thomas: "Awaiting the new Iron Maiden album Senjutsu, I revised my original version of 'The Trooper.' This arrangement is without capo, giving many more tone options and including both Dave Murray and Adrian Smith guitar solos."
