CANNIBAL CORPSE Singer Credits WEIGHT WATCHERS With Helping Him Lose Nearly 50 Pounds

CANNIBAL CORPSE Singer Credits WEIGHT WATCHERS With Helping Him Lose Nearly 50 Pounds

During an appearance on "Vox&Hops", the podcast hosted by Matt McGachy, frontman of extreme metal band CRYPTOPSY, CANNIBAL CORPSE singer George "Corpsegrinder" Fisher opened up about his recent weight loss and how it has affected his live performance.

"Four days after my birthday [in July 2021], my wife had started doing Weight Watchers [now called WW after a rebranding in 2018], and so I decided, 'I'm gonna do it too,'" he said (as transcribed by BLABBERMOUTH.NET). "And so far… I probably gained back another five or 10 pounds from the holidays, 'cause while you're sitting there drinking those beers, you're also eating a couple of holiday cakies and stuff. So a couple of more pounds went back on. But at one point, I was, from four days after my birthday, I was down 47 pounds."

In the interview, which was taped before the launch of CANNIBAL CORPSE's February/March 2022 U.S. tour, the 51-year-old vocalist continued: "So that's another thing I did in the off time. I just decided to dedicate it to Weight Watchers. It worked for me, and it worked for… My daughter and my wife were doing it as well, my oldest daughter. So I'm still doing it now. And I'm hoping that before we get on this next tour I can drop more pounds. Because I know that when we [played at the Psycho Las] Vegas [festival last August], I probably had lost about 25 pounds, and I could tell on stage. Even though we hadn't played in a while — we hadn't played a show in over a year — I could still tell that I lost weight. I felt better [and] I felt stronger."

Fisher added: "So we're starting this tour in February, and I'm hoping I can drop another 15 [pounds] and be past the 47 [that I had lost before]. 'Cause I'm probably down about 35 pounds now [from before I started the Weight Watchers program], which is still a lot. When I [started] this diet, I was 309 pounds [approximately 140 kilograms]. 'Cause I know how much better it made me feel, as far as being on stage. I'm not getting any younger, so you've gotta take of yourself. And I really feel that it helped me."

Fisher has spent the last couple of months promoting his debut solo album, "Corpsegrinder", which was released on February 25. The 10-song effort was co-produced by Nick Bellmore (DEE SNIDER, KINGDOM OF SORROW) and Jamey Jasta (HATEBREED) and was made available through Jasta's new label, Perseverance Music Group. One song on the LP, "Acid Vat", features a guest appearance by Fisher's CANNIBAL CORPSE bandmate Erik Rutan.

CANNIBAL CORPSE's 15th studio album, "Violence Unimagined", arrived in April 2021 via Metal Blade Records. Rutan, one of the death metal's most acclaimed guitarists who is known for his time as part of MORBID ANGEL throughout the '90s and early 2000s, as well as handling vocals/guitars for HATE ETERNAL, lent his guitar as well as production skills to the effort, which was recorded at his Mana Recording in St. Petersburg, Florida. Rutan previously produced four CANNIBAL CORPSE albums (in addition to "Violence Unimagined"), alongside the likes of GOATWHORE, SOILENT GREEN and BELPHEGOR. Filling in live on guitar since 2019, in 2020 he became a full member, contributing to the writing process.

SABATON Rejoined By Former Guitarist THOBBE ENGLUND At Hometown Concert (Video)

SABATON Rejoined By Former Guitarist THOBBE ENGLUND At Hometown Concert (Video)

Swedish metallers SABATON were rejoined by their former guitarist Thobbe Englund on stage this past Thursday (April 14) at their hometown concert at Kulturföreningen Magasinet in Falun. Fan-filmed video of his appearance can be see below.

The day after the show, SABATON shared a photo of the reunion on its social media and included the following message: "Last night we played a sold-out show in our hometown, Falun, as part of our Swedish tour. Gracing us on stage was Thobbe Englund, our old guitarist, who joined us for a few songs. Together we forged a powerful triple guitar assault that was both epic and emotional. It has been 6 years since Thobbe left SABATON."

Back in 2016, SABATON singer Joakim Brodén told The Metal Voice about Englund's decision to leave the band: "We wear people out, I think. [Laughs] In a sense, it's part of the reason, actually.

"When we did the most intensive period we had in our career, it was 170 shows from April '14 to April '15 — twelve months there — of course, you don't play every day, so if you 170 shows, that probably means you were on the road, or away from home, for 270 days that year," he explained. "So I totally understand why, even though most people get into doing this… I've seen it before, and it's gonna happen again, I guess, that people [are like], 'Yeah, of course, I don't wanna do anything else. And then, after a couple of years, [they're like], 'Oh, man. I thought I wanted this.' [Laughs]"

When Thobbe announced his decision to exit SABATON, he said in a statement: "I have in recent years become more aware of what would make me feel real happiness and content, and that is to expand my own creativeness in combination with a somewhat stiller life, where I will not tour all year round at the speed of light."

SABATON is considered to be one the most important bands to emerge from the Swedish modern metal scene, having been honored with five Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards (including "Best Live Band" three different years) and nominated several times for the Swedish equivalent of the Grammy Awards, the Grammis. In 2016, SABATON's "The Last Stand" album debuted at No. 1 in three different European countries and cracked the Top 3 in four others. Brodén, Sundström, Chris Rörland (guitar), Hannes Van Dahl (drums) and Tommy Johansson (guitar) curate a festival of their own, Sabaton Open Air, that started back in 2008, as well as their own forward-thinking Sabaton Cruise which has been held since 2009.

Last month, SABATON announced "The Tour To End All Tours - North America 2022", a 25-date U.S. trek that will include a special headline show at Montreal's Place Bell, the band's first-ever arena headline concert in Canada. The tour, produced by FPC Live, kicks off on Thursday, September 15 at the Paramount Theatre in Seattle, Washington, and will wrap up at New York City's Hammerstein Ballroom on October 23. Supporting SABATON on all dates will be special guest EPICA, the renowned Dutch symphonic metal band.

Watch: DEVIN TOWNSEND Plays First 'Greatest Set Of My Life' At London's Royal Albert Hall

Watch: DEVIN TOWNSEND Plays First 'Greatest Set Of My Life' At London's Royal Albert Hall

Last night (Saturday, April 16), Canadian singer, songwriter and producer Devin Townsend played the first of two shows at London, England's prestigious Royal Albert Hall. The two dates, which are part of Townsend's European tour, were being promoted as "The Greatest Sets Of My Life", with Devin previously promising to play "my favorites, your favorites and a bunch of hardly played songs."

Earlier this week, Devin told Stereoboard about the Royal Albert gigs: "The idea of the Royal Albert Hall shows is to play a huge parcel of my catalogue in the best way that I possibly can. I want to get back out there and really play this music in a way where I can say, 'Listen, ladies and gentlemen, this is how it's supposed to sound. This is how I want to represent it. This is how it should be,' and focus on the music."

Regarding his setlist for the two concerts, Devin said: "I've got 30 albums' worth of music. It's not something that I take lightly. It's not, like, a component of my work; the music is the fundamental part of what I do. And I want to be able to present myself as a musician who is able to really articulate himself emotionally."

Setlist for Devin Townsend's April 16 show at Royal Albert Hall:

01. Failure (DEVIN TOWNSEND PROJECT)

02 Kingdom

03. Hyperdrive

04. By Your Command

05. Life

06. Aftermath (STRAPPING YOUNG LAD)

07. Regulator

08. Deadhead (THE DEVIN TOWNSEND BAND)

09. Deep Peace

10. Ih-Ah! (DEVIN TOWNSEND PROJECT) (acoustic version)

11. Why?

12. March Of The Poozers

13. More! (DEVIN TOWNSEND PROJECT)

14. Juular (DEVIN TOWNSEND PROJECT)

15. Supercrush! (DEVIN TOWNSEND PROJECT)

16. Love? (STRAPPING YOUNG LAD)

Encore:

17. Spirits Will Collide

18. Vampira (THE DEVIN TOWNSEND BAND)

19. Detox (STRAPPING YOUNG LAD)

Last December, Devin released a new album, "The Puzzle". The LP was accompanied by five-part documentary. In the first installment of the series, dubbed "Making The Puzzle", he detailed his creative process and how the COVID-19 pandemic affected it.

Unlike most of Devin's recent musical output, which has been made available via Sony's leading progressive music label imprint InsideOut Music, "The Puzzle" was released through Devin's own label.

Devin's next release will be the "Lightwork" album, due later in the year. The effort was recorded with producer GGGarth Richardson at his The Farm Studios in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Devin told Stereoboard about "Lightwork": "'Lightwork' is the exhaust of the process of trying to figure out how fucking crazy the world is. Describing the LP's musical direction as "strong, healthy, clean and big," he explained that right now "I don't have the emotional bandwidth to participate in something that's oppressively heavy. So, it's a lot more light-hearted. It's easy listening and it's innocent.

"I think the diehards may like it in the beginning and then get bored of it quickly," he said. "I think that the people who are much less invested in what it is that I do will probably like it more than the others. It's a lot easier to digest."

Watch: BEHEMOTH Debuts New Song 'Ov My Herculean Exile' At 'The North American Siege 2022' Tour Kick-Off

Polish extreme metallers BEHEMOTH debuted a brand new song, "Ov My Herculean Exile", at the first show of "The North American Siege 2022" tour with ARCH ENEMY and NAPALM DEATH last night (Saturday, April 16) at The Marquee in Tempe, Arizona. Fan-filmed video of the performance is available below.

"Ov My Herculean Exile" is expected to appear on BEHEMOTH's next studio album, which is due later this year.

Last year, BEHEMOTH announced that it had extended and expanded its contract with Nuclear Blast, which will now distribute the group's music worldwide outside of Poland. The band originally signed with the European branch of Nuclear Blast prior to the release of 2009's "Evangelion" LP, but BEHEMOTH's upcoming effort will be its first to be released by the label outside of the Old Continent.

Formed in 1991 by then-teenage guitarist/vocalist Adam "Nergal" Darski, BEHEMOTH shattered the glass ceiling of the European metal underground thanks to a combination of aggressive worldwide touring, fiery and theatrical live performances, visually captivating music videos and unwaveringly intense music. Albums such as Decibel Magazine Hall Of Fame inductee "Demigod" (2005) and 2014's "The Satanist" — hailed by Metal Hammer as the greatest extreme metal album of the 21st Century, and one of two BEHEMOTH records to achieve gold-certified status in Poland — pushed blasphemous blackened death metal to heights previously thought unattainable. Those releases provided the group with no shortage of fierce ammunition to conquer all audiences in its path, whether in support of childhood heroes such as OZZY OSBOURNE, SLAYER and DANZIG; on some of metal's biggest festival stages around the globe; or more recently, in European arenas alongside fellow subversives SLIPKNOT.

Despite numerous attempts to be silenced by Poland's religious right, BEHEMOTH has steadfastly refused to compromise, and Nergal believes that the best is yet to come.

"Nuclear Blast has been a household name in metal for decades, and BEHEMOTH has been part of that long and illustrious history," he said. "But now is about the future, and we look forward to beginning BEHEMOTH's next chapter with a refocused and revitalized team at Nuclear Blast."

BEHEMOTH released its latest full-length, "I Loved You At Your Darkest", in 2018 to vast critical acclaim. "I Loved You At Your Darkest" marked a milestone in the history of the band, being not only their most successful album, but also an audiovisual masterpiece: from its detailed, blasphemous artwork to the highly vicious yet deeply emotional tracks.

BEHEMOTH's latest EP, "A Forest", came out in May 2020 via Metal Blade. The EP's title track was a cover of THE CURE classic, and it featured a guest appearance by SHINING frontman Niklas Kvarforth. The "A Forest" EP also included a live version of the title track as well as two songs from the "I Loved You At Your Darkest" sessions.

Last October, BEHEMOTH celebrated its 30-year career with a massive livestream event called "XXX Years Ov Blasphemy". The event featured three separate sets in three spectacular locations, commemorating the band's three decades making music and art.

BEHEMOTH supported SLIPKNOT on an arena tour of Europe in January and February 2020.

Original SALIVA Singer JOSEY SCOTT Promises New Music, Reworked Versions Of Classic Songs

Original SALIVA Singer JOSEY SCOTT Promises New Music, Reworked Versions Of Classic Songs

Original SALIVA singer Josey Scott says that he is planning to release some new solo music as well as reworked versions of some of the band's classic songs.

Scott left SALIVA at the end of 2011 after 15 years with the group, reportedly to pursue a solo Christian music career. He was quickly replaced by Bobby Amaru, who can be heard on SALIVA's last four releases: "In It To Win It" (2013), "Rise Up" (2014), "Love, Lies & Therapy" (2016) and "10 Lives" (2018).

Over the weekend, Scott uploaded a video message to his YouTube channel in which he officially announced his return to the music industry. He said: "What's up, everybody? This is Josey Scott, ex-lead singer of SALIVA. I'm so glad to be with you guys again after ten years. I'm making my way back into the music industry. I look so forward to seeing every one of you out there.

"You can follow me on Instagram and Facebook @JoseyScott, on Twitter @JoseyScottMusic. And for news, tour dates and merch, please sign up at JoseyScott.com. And JoseyScottMusic is my YouTube channel. Please subscribe and hit the notification bell so you can get all that news that is coming. There's some great things coming for you guys. I've got some new music, I've got the classics that I'm gonna redo and put some piano and strings, and all kinds of good things coming.

"I can't wait to see you guys. I've missed you so much. I love you to the fans. I will see you soon!"

In October 2019, Scott announced that he was returning to SALIVA, explaining at the time that he wanted to get together with his former bandmates and "write a badass record." Less than a year and a half later, in March 2021, SALIVA guitarist Wayne Swinny poured cold water on those plans, saying that the reunion with the singer "never really got off the ground."

Last month, it was announced that SALIVA will reunite with Scott for a one-off appearance at this year's Blue Ridge Rock Festival, set to take place September 8-11 at the Virginia International Raceway in Alton, Virginia. The set is expected to feature both Josey and Bobby performing tracks from their respective eras of the band.

SALIVA's reunion with Scott at Blue Ridge was originally announced on March 18 by festival organizers via Twitter. They wrote: "It is Happening. For years it is has been highly rumored and demanded, now it finally takes place this September." Less than two weeks later, Scott shared the announcement on Twitter for the first time and included a simple two-word comment: "LETS GO!!!!!!" When one fan asked him, "Are u serious???", he responded: "Yes!"

When Swinny spoke to WRIF about SALIVA's failed reunion with Scott, he said that even though there were some initial discussions about Josey's return to the group, there was no follow-up to ensure that the plan was executed.

"If you wanna do something, do it," Wayne said. "But you can't just talk about it and have it magically happen. There's work, there's planning, there's stuff that goes into it, and none of that stuff was done early enough to pull it off.

"Yeah, there was some fan response, saying, 'Wow, yeah, that might be cool.' But it didn't get enough steam to take off," he explained. "All the preliminary stuff kind of got set up, and it just didn't jell.

"It just didn't make sense to stop what we [the current lineup of SALIVA] were doing and do that, because you've got momentum, we've got a groove going, the band's tight live. I didn't feel like we should give that up or give that a rest."

Last December, Josey took to his Twitter to write: "I want 2 apologize 2 my fans because I thought I was gonna reunite w/certain people & make u new music, & that fell through, but, I believe everything happens for a reason. There are no coincidences. A blessing in disguise. Now it's just u, & me, how intimate is that? #SV2022".

SALIVA released six albums with Scott and tasted platinum success and a Grammy nomination for its first big hit, "Your Disease".

Last May, SALIVA celebrated the 20th anniversary of its breakthrough major label debut, "Every Six Seconds", with a special project called "Every Twenty Years", an EP of classic songs re-recorded with Amaru.

ASKING ALEXANDRIA's BEN BRUCE Picks COREY TAYLOR As His 'Rock God'

ASKING ALEXANDRIA's BEN BRUCE Picks COREY TAYLOR As His 'Rock God'

ASKING ALEXANDRIA guitarist and co-founder Ben Bruce was the featured guest on BBC's "The Rock Show With Johnnie Walker" during the "Rock God" segment. Ben picked SLIPKNOT and STONE SOUR frontman Corey Taylor and stated about his choice (as transcribed by BLABBERMOUTH.NET): "Corey has been someone that's inspired and influenced me since I was — I don't know — probably 10 [or] 11 years old. I was listening to a lot of blues music and other rock and metal music that's passionate too, but there was just something about SLIPKNOT where I was just mindblown. I'd never heard anything like it. And then from there I discovered STONE SOUR, obviously, and I think the first song I heard by them was actually 'Bother', and I just remember thinking, 'There's no way this is the same guy.' It really, for me, was those softer, almost rockier ballads in STONE SOUR that really made think, 'Okay, this guy is the real deal.' From there, actually, me and Corey have ended up becoming really quite good friends over the years, which is incredible to think about considering what an inspiration he was to me growing up, and still is to this day."

Two years ago, Bruce told NME that he sent a copy of ASKING ALEXANDRIA's 2020 album "Like A House On Fire" to Taylor for his opinion. "I sent it [to him] as soon as we finished recording and was, like, 'Dude, what do you think?'," Ben recalled. "He said, 'I think it's going to piss people off and I think it's the best thing you've ever fucking written. Whether people realize it or not on a first listen, I promise you they will. Every band who's been around for years has been through this and it's your time.'"

This past January, ASKING ALEXANDRIA released a new EP titled "Never Gonna Learn" via Better Noise Music. In addition to the title track, the project included a new collaboration with Maria Brink from IN THIS MOMENT.

ASKING ALEXANDRIA closed out 2021 by celebrating its first-ever No. 1 at U.S. active rock radio with hit single "Alone Again", taken from the band's seventh full-length studio album "See What's On The Inside". The song had the biggest first streaming day and week in the group's history and was a fitting first offering from its latest album. "See What's On The Inside" made a top 10 Spotify debut in both the U.S. and the U.K. upon rele

Watch: ARCH ENEMY Plays First Show In Two And A Half Years At 'The North American Siege 2022' Tour Kick-Off

Watch: ARCH ENEMY Plays First Show In Two And A Half Years At 'The North American Siege 2022' Tour Kick-Off

Swedish/Canadian/American melodic death metallers ARCH ENEMY played the first show of "The North American Siege 2022" tour with BEHEMOTH and NAPALM DEATH last night (Saturday, April 16) at The Marquee in Tempe, Arizona. ARCH ENEMY's set included the three new songs the group released over the last few months: "Deceiver, Deceiver", "House Of Mirrors" and "Handshake With Hell". Fan-filmed video of the concert is available below.

After the show, ARCH ENEMY singer Alissa White-Gluz shared a post-performance photo of her band and she captioned it: "@archenemyofficial We just kicked off the North American Siege Tour in Tempe, AZ!!! Our first show after 2 1/2 years off the road... A lot of emotions tonight & you guys were fckn awesome! Next stop: San Antonio, TX on Monday!!! #archenemy #deceivers".

ARCH ENEMY's setlist was as follows:

01. The World Is Yours

02. Deceiver, Deceiver (live premiere)

03. Ravenous

04. War Eternal

05. My Apocalypse

06. House Of Mirrors (live premiere)

07. The Eagle Flies Alone

08. As The Pages Burn

09. Handshake With Hell (live premiere)

10. Dead Bury Their Dead

11. Nemesis

12. Fields Of Desolation (outro)

"Deceiver, Deceiver", "House Of Mirrors" and "Handshake With Hell" are taken from ARCH ENEMY's 11th studio album, "Deceivers", which will be released on July 29 via Century Media Records.

ARCH ENEMY guitarist Michael Amott stated about the new LP: "Having just celebrated our 25th anniversary as a group and now releasing our 11th studio album, one could easily assume that we would be cruising along and going through the motions at this point. In reality, nothing could be further from the truth when it comes to ARCH ENEMY and our new album, 'Deceivers'.

"It is, without a doubt, always a challenge to raise the bar each time in both the songwriting and production side of things, and it can feel a bit daunting before we get into it. But once we do get started and fully immerse ourselves in the creative process, it's really like there is nothing else in the world and we are very focused. And believe it or not, for the most part, we have a ton of fun making this music! Creating 'Deceivers' was no different. Once again we shut out the outside world and went deep into the artistic zone. I believe we pulled out some really interesting musical and lyrical themes this time, a few things might even raise an eyebrow or two — while retaining all the signature elements of the band. In the end, it's ARCH ENEMY at full speed and power."

After "The North American Siege 2022" tour, ARCH ENEMY will appear at select summer festivals before embarking on the rescheduled "European Siege 2022" trek (with BEHEMOTH, CARCASS, UNTO OTHERS) in the fall.

GOJIRA Frontman On TAYLOR HAWKINS: Another 'Beautiful Soul' Has Been 'Sacrificed On The Altar Of Rock And Roll'

GOJIRA Frontman On TAYLOR HAWKINS: Another 'Beautiful Soul' Has Been 'Sacrificed On The Altar Of Rock And Roll'

GOJIRA frontman Joseph Duplantier has reflected on the passing of FOO FIGHTERS drummer Taylor Hawkins, whose death shook the music world late last month. Speaking to the Associated Press on the red carpet of the 2022 Grammy Awards on April 3 in Las Vegas, he said (as transcribed by BLABBERMOUTH.NET): "Yeah, obviously, it affects everybody, the whole music community and all the fans. It's not the first time that a beautiful soul, a fragile soul is sacrificed on the altar of entertainment and rock and roll. And we are all about going out on the road and giving everything for that, but there's a price to pay. It's really, really, really hard on the mental and the soul and the families. We leave kids behind. It's hard on everybody. And I think that he's simply another victim of this thing. It's a bit more complicated than people can think. The life of a rock star is not always easy. It's a lot of nights on buses and being away from home for a long time. So, yes, it touched all of us."

Hawkins was found dead on March 25 at the Four Seasons Casa Medina hotel in Bogota, Colombia while FOO FIGHTERS were on tour.

An official cause of death for Hawkins hasn't yet been released. But on March 26, Colombia's attorney general's office released a preliminary toxicology report, saying that medical examiners found evidence of 10 types of substances in Hawkins's body, including opioids, benzodiazepines, marijuana and antidepressants.

Hawkins joined FOO FIGHTERS in 1997. Prior to that, he played with the Orange County band SYLVIA and was also in the backing band for Sass Jordan. He also toured with Alanis Morissette as her drummer.

Hawkins was inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame last year as a member of the FOO FIGHTERS.

Hawkins's most recent work with FOO FIGHTERS included last year's "Medicine At Midnight" album, a collection of BEE GEES covers and FOO FIGHTERS' horror film "Studio 666".

Watch: MACHINE HEAD's ROBB FLYNN and JARED MACEACHERN Perform 'Choke On The Ashes Of Your Hate' Live For First Time

Watch: MACHINE HEAD's ROBB FLYNN and JARED MACEACHERN Perform 'Choke On The Ashes Of Your Hate' Live For First Time

MACHINE HEAD's Robb Flynn and Jared MacEachern held the latest "Electric Happy Hour" on Friday, April 15 during which they played the band's new single, "Choke On The Ashes Of Your Hate", live for the first time. You can now watch video of the performance below.

"Choke On The Ashes Of Your Hate" will appear on MACHINE HEAD's tenth studio album, "Of Kingdom And Crown", which will arrive on August 26 via Nuclear Blast/Imperium Recordings. The follow-up to 2018's "Catharsis" includes the three songs that were featured on last year's "Arrows In Words From The Sky" single: "Become The Firestorm", "Rotten" and "Arrows In Words From The Sky". Much of the new MACHINE HEAD album was recorded at Sharkbite Studios in Oakland, California with producer Zack Ohren.

"Of Kingdom And Crown" is a 13-track concept album set in a decimated futuristic wasteland where the sky is stained crimson red. The crux of the story is based on two main characters: the first and main character is Ares (pronounced Aries), who loses the love of his life (Amethyst) and goes on a murderous rampage against the vile sect responsible for her murder; the second character is the perpetrator Eros (pronounced Arrows), who loses his mother to a drug overdose and becomes radicalized in the aftermath. Eros goes off the deep end manifesting his own killing spree. The lyrics detail how their lives intertwine.

Flynn commented: "Thanks to my two teenage boys, my family has become obsessed with this awesome Japanese anime series called 'Attack On Titan'. The album's concept was loosely inspired by the series in the sense that in the storyline there is no 'good' or 'bad' guy; both characters believe they're doing the right thing as it applies to their being, but make no mistake, both are committing acts of pure atrocity and evil. The opening track 'Slaughter The Martyr' is basically our character No. 1's origin story.”

The colossal concept comes with a list of equally colossal packaging for various physical formats including 16 different worldwide vinyl formats, deluxe vinyl box set (with bonus tracks), CDs (both old-school longbox and jewel box options), multi-color cassettes, and a limited-edition digipak with bonus tracks. CDs, digipak, cassettes, and all digital formats will be available on August 26, with all vinyl formats arriving on November 25.

Flynn recently told Metal Hammer magazine about the musical direction of the new MACHINE HEAD material: "It's similar to [2003's 'Through The Ashes Of Empires' and 2007's 'The Blackening'] in that we're moving forward into something fresh and new but it's got that classic MACHINE HEAD vibe. We have a lot to deliver and expectations are very high, so I'm lucky to have great people surrounding me. Jared really stepped up and wrote some great riffs and great vocals. Vogg [guitarist Wacław Kiełtyka] contributed a few ideas and brought some really great songs."

He continued: "It's fucking heavy, probably the heaviest we've been in a few albums. I've been playing so much guitar recently; I do Electric Happy Hours every Friday and sometimes you play a song you haven't played in 10, 20 years, or go through a whole album from top to bottom. When we toured 'Burn My Eyes', it took me back to where I was writing that music. I don't think I can ever be in that place again lyrically, but riff-wise, I think that all spilled into this album."

This past February, MacEachern told Primordial Radio about his contributions to MACHINE HEAD's new album: "I think that I was very aware from day one that Robb is the leader, he's the creative leader, the musical leader… We all have our inputs but I think it's always understood that ultimately the decision is up to him for how things go. But, yeah, I definitely made contributions and I feel great about those contributions and I'm asked about my opinion on certain things. But, like I said, I'm following his lead."

As for the sound of the new MACHINE HEAD LP, Jared said: "It's a pretty — to use Robb's word… I believe he used the word 'colossal' the other day. It's a pretty big-, epic-sounding album. We've been toying around with the order, but I've been listening, sitting down, taking the time to listen to it all the way through, and the way it goes, it's a ride — a really great, heavy, beautiful, melodic, raging, thrashing ride."

MACHINE HEAD will team up with Sweden's Viking metal overlords AMON AMARTH for a co-headline "Vikings And Lionhearts" European arena tour in September and October.

ROB HALFORD Names New Litter Of Kittens For KITTEN RESCUE, Donates Personal Collection Of Autographed Cat T-Shirts

ROB HALFORD Names New Litter Of Kittens For KITTEN RESCUE, Donates Personal Collection Of Autographed Cat T-Shirts

Kitten Rescue, a Los Angeles-based non-profit, volunteer-run organization devoted to finding loving homes for unwanted, homeless cats and kittens, has introduced a new litter of kittens for The New York Times-recognized kitten cam room, named by none other than JUDAS PRIEST's Rob Halford, a.k.a. The Metal God. In appreciation for Halford's unending love of cats and kittens, Kitten Rescue asked him to name the new cam room additions and he fired back rock 'n' roll-themed names. Check out the adorable fluff balls, 24 hours a day, here.

The Halford-named kittens are Taylor, Turbo, Angel, Starbreaker, Rocker and Mama Rose. Taylor, an orange-and-white male, is named in honor of FOO FIGHTERS' Taylor Hawkins; Turbo, a calico female, is named after JUDAS PRIEST's song "Turbo Lover"; Angel, a female white/cream, is named for the PRIEST song "Angel Of Retribution"; Starbreaker, Star for short, a male black-and-white, is named after the PRIEST song from the "Sin After Sin" album; and Rocker, a male orange kitty, was named for the PRIEST song "I'm A Rocker". To top it off, Halford named their Mama Rose for PRIEST's song "Last Rose Of Summer". All these lovely fluffballs are safe, warm and happy in Kitten Rescue's Los Angeles sanctuary and will be available for adoption at a later date.

Kitten Rescue will be auctioning Halford's personal collection of autographed cat t-shirts, pictures of which he has posted on Instagram. Proceeds will benefit Kitten Rescue and the lifesaving work they do on behalf of cats and kittens. These t-shirts will be available soon on the Kitten Rescue auction site, with more information to follow.

Halford sends along his wishes to his fans and cat aficionados everywhere: "Hello kitten maniacs — join your metal god in the great Kitten Rescue fundraiser where my personal signed cat shirts and other signed goodies are up for grabs!

"Check out this bunch of hellions I have christened in metal!

"Please continue to support Kitten Rescue any way you can.

"Kitten horns up! The Metal God"

Celebrating its 25th year, Kitten Rescue saves cats and kittens from the streets of Los Angeles and from city shelter euthanasia. Since their start in 1997, they have grown into one of the largest, most well-respected animal welfare groups in L.A. Other notable rock icons such as BLACK SABBATH bassist Geezer Butler and his wife Gloria, OZZY OSBOURNE bassist Robert "Blasko" Nicholson, legendary DEEP PURPLE bassist/vocalist Glenn Hughes and his wife Gabi, as well as BLABBERMOUTH.NET, are some of the organization's loyal supporters. Halford and Elvira, The Mistress Of The Dark, have both lent their image in support of Kitten Rescue.

In a 2020 interview with the "Cobras & Fire" podcast, Halford explained why he posts so many pictures on his Instagram of him wearing cat-related t-shirts. He said: "I think I have about a hundred cat t-shirts now. I used to have a beautiful kitty cat called Ben, who lived a long life and then suddenly passed, like they all do. It's like losing a family member. But it was kind of difficult, because I'm on the road all the time and there's nobody here at the house.

"As much as it's great sometimes for the cats to go into kitty jail [laughs], kitty vacation, my cat never liked that very much," he explained. "So I'm kind of making up for that with my cat t-shirts every Saturday on my Instagram, which is a lot of fun. I don't know how long that's gonna go on for. I think I'll run out of cat shirts [at some point]."

Asked if he has a theory as to why "a lot of heavy metal guys" really like cats, Rob said: "Ooh, yeah. That's very true. I only really started to figure that out [when] I saw things about books of photographs of metal musicians, particularly, with their cats. You get all these really strong guys and they've got their cats. Obviously, it's the power of pets, isn't it? Pet power. But it's great.

"There's a fun thread on Reddit about guys that hate cats, and then somebody brings a cat into the house, and the cat sits on the guy's lap and the guys instantly melts.

"They're beautiful creatures," Halford said. "I think the reason why we like 'em in our metal community is because they're fiercely independent. You think you know your cat, [but] the cat knows you better than you do. And they're so full of character and knocking things off the shelf and looking at you as if to say, 'Look what I can do.' But I love 'em for that. They're beautiful creatures," he repeated.

Heavy Metal Legends Endorse LA's Kitten Rescue

Heavy metal legends Rob Halford (JUDAS PRIEST) and Geezer Butler (BLACK SABBATH), along with Robert "Blasko" Nicholson (OZZY OSBOURNE), Nita Strauss (ALICE COOPER) and horror icon Elvira, have come together to support Los Angeles animal rescue group Kitten Rescue. Raising money for their operations, the group has opened an online auction of one-of-a-kind items like a HELLYEAH 2017 autographed drumhead and Schecter Diamond Series Nick Johnston Traditional Electric Guitar, as well as Tricia Helfer's Dracula costume from the TV show "Lucifer". Auction closes today at 10:00 PM EST.

SHINEDOWN's 'Planet Zero' Pushed Back To July

SHINEDOWN's 'Planet Zero' Pushed Back To July

SHINEDOWN has decided to move the release date of its new album, "Planet Zero", to July 1 from the previously announced April 22.

The news of the LP's delay was shared in a video message on SHINEDOWN's social media earlier today (Tuesday, April 12). Guitarist Zach Myers said: "As a band, we have decided to sadly push our album from April 22nd to July 1st, and here's why. Due to delays in physical production of vinyl and CDs, we want everyone to be able to experience 'Planet Zero' together as a community, because that's what 'Planet Zero' is about. So pay attention to our e-mail newsletter and we promise you it will be worth the wait. Stay with us. 'Planet Zero' is coming; it's just coming a little later than expected."

"Planet Zero" sees SHINEDOWN taking on the forces that keep us divided at a time when we need to be coming together. These songs warn of the dangerous dehumanizing consequences of cancel culture run rampant — if we shut each other down, we risk losing empathy, respect for one another, and our ability to communicate and unify in a way that leads to actual progress and understanding. "Planet Zero" is an incisive look at some of society's most critical issues, including the increasingly toxic division among those of differing ideologies, the need for honesty in our public discourse, and the corrosive effects of social media and cancel culture on mental health and humanity. Part social commentary and part in-depth exploration of the human psyche, there is also hope, triumph, and reminders that we all need one another. After all, it is the band's impassioned striving for unity that has long been at the heart of their creative output.

The high-concept, ultra-vivid, viscerally charged album was produced by SHINEDOWN's Eric Bass (who also helmed the band's 2018 acclaimed album "Attention Attention") and recorded at Bass's newly built Big Animal Studio in South Carolina. "Planet Zero" matches its immersive world-building and takedown of authoritarianism with a deliberately unvarnished sound. The album is spliced with interludes featuring Cyren, an insidious and unsettling robot character that appears throughout the "Planet Zero" journey. While a raw ferocity fuels much of "Planet Zero" on tracks like "The Saints Of Violence" and "Innuendo", "No Sleep Tonight", and "America Burning", there is also hope, triumph, and reminders that we all need one another on songs like "Daylight", "Dysfunctional You", and "A Symptom Of Being Human". After all, it is the band's impassioned drive for unity that has long been at the heart of their creative output and deeply informed the making of "Planet Zero".

SHINEDOWN kicked off "The Revolution's Live" tour on April 1. Following this April and May run with special guests THE PRETTY RECKLESS and DIAMANTE, SHINEDOWN will head to Daytona Beach for Welcome To Rockville 2022 where they'll headline Saturday, May 21 alongside GUNS N' ROSES and RISE AGAINST. In June, SHINEDOWN will head overseas for a European run featuring festival appearances at Rock Im Park and Rock Am Ring in Germany, Download festival in the U.K. and Hellfest in France along with select shows with IRON MAIDEN. The band will then embark on a run of Canadian dates beginning in July with support from POP EVIL and AYRON JONES.

SHINEDOWN recently announced a new summer/fall 2022 U.S. tour in support of "Planet Zero". The trek, with support from JELLY ROLL and John Harvie, will kick off on September 3 in Kansas City, Missouri and end on October 8 in Anaheim, California. SHINEDOWN will also perform at the Aftershock festival in Sacramento, California on October 9.

We've made the difficult decision to move the album release from April 22nd to July 1st due to delays in vinyl production. We want to ensure our fans have FULL access to Planet Zero via every possible medium on the day it comes out! ? Much love! - Brent, Zach, Barry, Eric pic.twitter.com/D90uycPAFH

ENTROPIA Signs With Agonia Records; New Album Title Revealed

ENTROPIA Signs With Agonia Records; New Album Title Revealed

Poland's multifaceted, extreme metal band, Entropia, has signed a record deal with Agonia Records.

Entropia combines a number of genres, from krautrock and electronic music, to sludge and black metal, filtered through a prism of metallic extremity. With three studio albums to its name - Vesper (2013), Ufonaut (2016) and Vacuum (2018) - the five-piece pushed and evolved its base sound to develop a unique sonic perspective, drenched in psychedelia. The latter plays a major part in the band's image and conceptual approach.

Entropia's output is met with growing interest from metal and non-metal community, having the group play Roadburn Festival, Primavera Sound, OFF Festival, Mystic Festival and a European tour supporting US black/folk act Wayfarer. The band contributed to the video game Cyberpunk 2077, by having their song "Future Drugs" appear on the official soundtrack.

Entropia's members perform under a joint moniker, Ultra. Their sight is set on releasing their fourth album, titled Total, via Agonia Records.

"We have the pleasure to announce that our new album Total will be released later this year via Agonia," comments Entropia. "With a hint of irony, the album was announced as the soundtrack to the end of the world. Now it's clear, that our announcement should have been taken literally."

Israel’s SINNERY Signs To Exitus Stratagem Records To Release Black Bile Album

Israel’s SINNERY Signs To Exitus Stratagem Records To Release Black Bile Album

Israeli thrashers Sinnery have been working hard on a new album Black Bile, which is slated for release this year through USA-based Exitus Stratagem Records. Their last album A Feast Of Fools was released six years ago, so this new offering has been a long time coming. The previous album is very thrash-heavy and since then they have taken more to the death and black subgenres, as well as embracing elements from deathcore and modern metal.

This period of growth and evolution might bring a shock to long-standing fans, but in a good way. The music has gotten more professional, the musicianship has gotten tighter and there are more powerful emotions and messages inflected throughout the songs. They still bring heavy, driving riffs but have added melody and higher production quality. The band comments on the release:

“Writing Black Bile we knew more than anything that we just want the listeners to feel what we felt while writing the album. The album contains many different styles of play all while sticking to what we love about metal the most, heavy and melodic fast parts. We really tried to explore further into our inspiration’s inspiration and see where the sounds that we love came from, we mixed everything that we like to give the album a sound that is 100 percent Sinnery. All of the songs mean a lot to us, they all speak about our perspective dealing with different stuff about the world that we live in or our own minds and personal life.”

Sinnery wants their songs to bring fans closer to them and gain an understanding of who they were when they wrote Black Bile. Their live act is known to be very energetic and heavy, dripping with elevated intensity all the way through each set. On top of an engaging live show, they are nothing if not dedicated to their craft. They once had the opportunity to play a large-scale gig, however, vocalist/guitarist Alon Karnieli, who was doing his military service, was expected to be on base. All caution to the wind, he left without permission to go and slay the stage.

Grinding, and familiar, Sinnery takes the usual metal formula and injects it with dynamic passion. They are recommended listening for fans of Metallica, Gojira, and Testament.

Black Bile will be released in September 2022 via Exitus Stratagem Records.

DRAGGED UNDER To Release Upright Animals Album In June; "Crooked Halos" Video Posted

DRAGGED UNDER To Release Upright Animals Album In June; "Crooked Halos" Video Posted

Dragged Under and Mascot Records / Mascot Label Group have released an official music video for “Crooked Halos” in front of the band’s new studio album, Upright Animals, which will be released globally on June 10. The video can be viewed below.

Singer Tony Cappocchi shares, “’Crooked Halos’ is a story that’s probably familiar to all of us. Relationships are complex and challenging. What happens behind closed doors is often a lot less perfect than what we allow others to perceive. If you’re from a divorced family like I am you probably know that better than most, which is why a lot of the ‘mommy and daddy don’t love each other anymore’ talks can seem to come out of nowhere.  Sometimes two people shouldn’t be together, and everyone knows it, but for some reason they won’t let go. That’s what ‘Crooked Halos’ is about.”

The release will be available on CD, an orange transparent LP, and digitally.

Tracklisting:

"Upright Animals"
"All Of Us"
"Never Enough"
"Crooked Halos"
"Long Live The King"
"Suffer"
"See You Alive"
"Weather"
"No Place Like Home"
"Words For Hire"
"Brainwash Broadcast" (feat. Spencer Chamberlain)

MICHAEL SCHENKER Looks Back On His Brief Stint As Guitarist Of RATT: 'I Couldn't Wait To Get Out Of It'

MICHAEL SCHENKER Looks Back On His Brief Stint As Guitarist Of RATT: 'I Couldn't Wait To Get Out Of It'

In a new interview with The Rock Experience With Mike Brunn, legendary German guitarist Michael Schenker reflected on how he agreed, in late 1990, during one of the MCAULEY SCHENKER GROUP's many breaks, to do a favor for his friend Warren DeMartini and temporarily replaced Robbin Crosby in Los Angeles glam rockers RATT.

"That was harmless; it was absolutely harmless," Michael said (as transcribed by BLABBERMOUTH.NET). "Warren DeMartini is an absolute Michael Schenker fan, and he became a friend. So, Robin [McAuley] and I, we joined the same management, Left Bank. And so I did two things. There was a six-month break for Robin and myself before we were gonna start recording the next album, and in those six months I was approached by the Left Bank management and record company — it was both — and I was asked if I wanted to do a thing with CONTRABAND, the all-star project [featuring members of SHARK ISLAND, VIXEN, L.A. GUNS and RATT]. And I agreed and did [CONTRABAND]; it was an interesting project. And then the other thing was RATT was just about to go on tour, and they had lost their other guitarist, Robbin Crosby. And Warren DeMartini, he came to me straight away and asked me, and I did it as a friend. I thought, 'I'm not doing anything else. Why not do this? It's a harmless thing.' And when I was done with it, I carried on with Robin."

When he was asked if RATT ever tried to convince him to stay and record an album with the band, Michael said: "I don't remember, because they were so chaotic. It was really awkward to be with them because they were divided. I don't remember — I think it was the bass player and the drummer were divided, and then the guitarist and the singer. And there was always a battle going on, and I was in the middle of it. I hated it. I couldn't wait to get out of it."

While he was with RATT, Schenker appeared on a 1990 episode of MTV's popular "Unplugged" series, where they shared the stage with all-female rock band VIXEN.

Michael Schenker first appeared on SCORPIONS' 1972 album "Lonesome Crow", earned acclaim in the 1970s on classic UFO albums such as "Phenomenon" and "Lights Out" before rejoining SCORPIONS for 1979's "Lovedrive". He departed soon thereafter to launch MICHAEL SCHENKER GROUP. And while his sometimes-erratic behavior have derailed parts of his career, Schenker remains one of hard rock and metal's most influential axemen.

"Universal", the new studio album from Schenker's MICHAEL SCHENKER GROUP, will be released on May 27 via Atomic Fire Records.

MONUMENTS Release “Makeshift Harmony” Music Video

MONUMENTS Release “Makeshift Harmony” Music Video

Transatlantic progressive metal outfit, Monuments, will release their fourth album, In Stasis, tomorrow (Friday, April 15). To celebrate the release, the band is dropping their new music video for “Makeshift Harmony”

“Temptation - Being lured in by beauty on the outside, but toxicity on the inside. You know it isn't good for you, but you're drawn to it anyway. – ‘Caught in your current, I mistake a vulture for a swan,” states Monuments about the new track.

Adds the band about In Stasis, “We approached this album without the intention of a specific concept. However - three songs in, what was being written ended up sharing a common theme. This feeling of being stuck in the middle, a feeling we experience throughout our lives - within friendships and relationships, love to hate, life to death, belief or non-belief, being in power to total defeat, isolation to freedom. Over the past 2 years, we have been faced with many of these trials, and these struggles can be heard throughout the record. This record is a culmination of our greatest triumphs and our deepest struggles. We hope it resonates with you, and brings you closer to equilibrium. We'd like to thank guests Neema Askari (Form Subtract, ex Fellsilent, ex-Monuments), Spencer Sotelo (Periphery, King Mothership), and Mick Gordon (DOOM, Prey, Killer Instinct) for enhancing the record with their unique perspectives.”

WHILE SHE SLEEPS Announce Special Edition Of Sleeps Society Album; "Eye To Eye" Music Video Posted

WHILE SHE SLEEPS Announce Special Edition Of Sleeps Society Album; "Eye To Eye" Music Video Posted

While She Sleeps have released their new single "Eye To Eye" with a cinematic epic of a music video, clocking in at over seven-and-a-half minutes, directed by the band and featuring a star turn from vocalist Lawrence Taylor, who plays two versions of himself in the bloody fervor. Watch it below.

"With this song and video, we wanted to push our DIY attitude to the limits, especially with the visuals," says guitarist Mat Welsh. "The entire video was directed and filmed by the band. We came up with the concept, built the sets, designed the choreography, wrote the score, directed the acting, and cut the edit. It's our biggest visual project to date."

He continues, "The song is born from an idea we've had for the past few years. We knew it would grow into a great Sleeps song but have never had the time within an album to focus on it and develop the idea into what it is today. It's definitely an amalgamation of the last 10 years of the band. We wanted something that felt thrashy and something you can really blow off some steam to when you're playing it live. We know from filming the video that it feels incredible in a room full of people. The song also contains gang vocals from Sleeps Society members — we recorded them at the warehouse (the band's creative space in Sheffield) with 100+ people and also had members send in their vocals so we could get them on the song."

"We wanted the video to visually present what one can feel in the midst of a mind attack of any kind," he explains. "Wherever the negativity is coming from, we always seem to split ourselves into two. The one who’s in pain, the one running away internally, and the one causing the pain. It’s always a battle with ourselves and we get lost in between these storms."

He finishes, "The reason we wanted this to feel so disturbing is to illustrate the sheer torment the mind can generate within us all, which to anyone on the outside is completely invisible. This should serve as a wake-up call for us all to remember that each and every one of us can put on a brave face, and we often do, but no one really knows the extent of our internal universe. So it’s a way to remind us to stay compassionate to others as we walk through life."

"Eye To Eye" will feature on a new expanded special edition of While She Sleeps' fifth album Sleeps Society, which will be out July 8 via Search & Destroy/Spinefarm and adds five new and re-imagined tracks to the original, including a version of "Systematic" with Enter Shikari's Rou Reynolds on vocals. The original version of the album was released in April 2021. The band chose a non-chart-eligible retailer local to them to push the album, which racked up first week numbers that would have landed them in the Official Charts Top Ten. Pre-order it here.

Co-produced by While She Sleeps guitarist Sean Long and longtime collaborator Carl Bown, Sleeps Society is up for Best Production at this year's Heavy Music Awards with the band also nominated in Best Live Artist and Best UK Artist categories. The album's single "Nervous", which features Simon Neil of Biffy Clyro on guest vocals, reached the BBC Radio 1 Playlist, provoking discussion around mental health struggles and coping strategies, drawing upon Sean Long's own experiences with anxiety.

Sleeps Society (and its expanded edition) is a true manifestation of While She Sleeps' extremely close relationship with their fans. Members of the band's Sleeps Society subscription service (powered by Patreon and launched alongside the album's initial launch) have been gaining access to exclusive perks and receiving insight, and even input, into the working of the band and production of their material and tours. PAPA ROACH's JACOBY SHADDIX On 'Last Resort': It's 'A Cult Classic And A Best-Seller Wrapped Into One'

In a recent interview with Nik Nocturnal, PAPA ROACH frontman Jacoby Shaddix spoke about how the band's classic 2000 song "Last Resort" has sparked so many memes over the years. "It's everywhere, dude," he said (as transcribed by BLABBERMOUTH.NET). "It's even in my house, with my kids. It's funny, dude. It's one of those things that, honestly, I'm absolutely grateful for because we have a cult classic and a best-seller wrapped into one. And in meme culture, people take the piss out of it, and I love it, 'cause it means that you've made it into the fabric of pop culture and we're part of the landscape of what people are talking about still. And what else can you ask for? It's such a great thing. And every time we perform that song, it ignites the audience. You could be at a bar mitzvah and drop that song and somebody there would be, like, 'That's my fucking jam.' Or I could be at TSA fucking airport security, and fucking [someone will ask me], 'Are you the 'Cut My Life…''? And I'm, like, 'I am the 'Cut My Life Into Pizza' guy. That's right, dude. Let's go.' I'll be that guy."

"Last Resort" originally appeared on PAPA ROACH's breakthrough album "Infest", which celebrated its 20th anniversary two years ago. The LP peaked at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 chart and has been certified triple platinum by the RIAA (Recording Industry Association Of America) for sales in excess of three million copies in the U.S. alone. It also featured the fan favorites "Broken Home", "Blood Brothers" and "Between Angels & Insects".

In June 2020, Shaddix told "Offstage With DWP" that he still feels the same way about "Last Resort" as he did when PAPA ROACH first released it. "I feel that that song is a lifeline to a lot of people, and has been," he said. "I've met thousands of kids over the years that have told us, 'Yo, that song saved my life. That song was there for me in my darkest hour.' If I could look back on my career just for that one moment, just that piece, it's, like, 'Wow!' To be able to make a song that impacts people in a positive way, that it has, it's, like, mission accomplished. It wasn't really my intention. It was just, like, 'We're just writing music. We've gotta get this off our chest.' But to look back on it now and see the effect that it's had, the positive effect… And also, man, it's one of those songs that cuts deep and it's at the heart of the matter… Yeah, people have been through some really dark stuff, and 'Last Resort' has brought some people through some feelings of suicide and whatnot. But then on the other hand, it's also become this crazy party anthem. I just saw this dude [on video at] a Walmart the other day and just start singing 'Last Resort' in the middle of everybody pandemic shopping, with a broom. So it's just one of those songs, it's survived the test of time, and I'm just fortunate that it's been such a positive piece of art out there floating around to be a lifeline for people struggling."

Shaddix previously called "Last Resort", which has passed 160 million views on YouTube, PAPA ROACH's "classic." He added: That thing, it's given us such a relevance, even in pop culture. People are making memes — 'Cut my life into pizza.' I love that. 'Cause now I don't take it all too seriously, because it's embedded itself into pop culture, but then also the reality is that it's spoken to a lot of people's hearts that have been in that darkness, and going, 'Hey, man, there's some hope. You can come out of this. You don't have to stay in there.'"

PAPA ROACH's latest album, "Ego Trip", was released on April 8 via New Noize Records in partnership with ADA Worldwide (WMG's independent label and artist services arm).
