See Trailer For Expanded Re-Release Of LED ZEPPELIN's 'Five Glorious Nights' Book Celebrating Appearance At Earls Court

See Trailer For Expanded Re-Release Of LED ZEPPELIN's 'Five Glorious Nights' Book Celebrating Appearance At Earls Court

Rufus Publications has shared a trailer for the upcoming re-release of the "Led Zeppelin Five Glorious Nights" book by Dave Lewis.

This new edition is available in two editions: a new 250mm square hardback format in a luxury, printed slipcase for a special pre-order price £69 and an epic leather-and-metal edition, measuring a huge 375mm square, bound in recycled burgundy leather and supplied in a hand-made aluminum slipcase with a reproduction show poster. Only 150 of these are available at £495 each and includes the standard edition. Both editions will ship in November 2022.

In May 1975, LED ZEPPELIN performed five momentous concerts at the Earls Court Arena in London to a combined audience of 85,000 fans. It found the band at the peak of their powers, slaying the sold-out audiences with a nightly marathon three-and-a-half-hour presentation of light, sound, power and energy.

LED ZEPPELIN's appearances at Earls Court represented a career high for the group and four decades on, are still held in the highest esteem by the vast following. They were also some of their most visually appealing shows complete with pioneering laser effects, a large video projection screen and the band themselves more than dressed for the occasion — Jimmy Page in a two-piece dragon suit, Robert Plant with a cut-off shirt, allowing for bare chested narcissism, John Paul Jones in a quirky Spanish jacket complete with onions, and John Bonham in a glittering T- shirt high on the drum rostrum.

"Five Glorious Nights", complied by Lewis, captures the visual magnificence of the band though the photographic images of some of the finest rock photographers of the era — who were right there on the spot to capture rock history. The original version was a sell out and is the most requested book in the Rufus range.

This new edition features 32 extra pages and new photographs from Jill Furmanovsky, Adrian Boot and Graham Wiltshire. This extensive collection of timeless images of LED ZEPPELIN on stage at Earls Court in all their regal splendor, are brought together in a deluxe coffee-table book.

Drawing from the archives of variety of photographers, including Barry Plummer, Dick Barnatt, Ian Dickson, Michael Putland, Mick Gold, Gus Stewart and more, the book chronicles the sheer visual splendor of these historic concerts though an extensive collection of color and black-and-white photos — many of them rarely seen. The photos are complemented by rare memorabilia and a written commentary that puts into perspective exactly why these concerts were some of the finest LED ZEPPELIN ever performed.

Lewis is the highly respected LED ZEPPELIN archivist and author and editor of the long running LED ZEPPELIN magazine Tight But Loose. He was in attendance at all five of the Earls Court shows.

HALESTORM And LIT Drummers Launch 'Aggressive' New Band KEMIKALFIRE

HALESTORM And LIT Drummers Launch 'Aggressive' New Band KEMIKALFIRE

HALESTORM drummer Arejay Hale spoke to the "Thunder Underground" podcast about KEMIKALFIRE, the side project he recently launched with LIT drummer Taylor Carroll. Regarding how the new band came together, Arejay said (as transcribed by BLABBERMOUTH.NET): "[Taylor and I are] old friends. I've known him back when he was playing drums for a band called PILLAR. And we met at the Mall Of America in Minnesota when he was in his bus and we were in our R.V. And he just came over and knocked on the bus and he was, like, 'Hey, you guys are in a band?' And we were, like, 'Yeah. You guys are in a band too? Cool. Come on in. Have a beer. Let's hang out.' And we just never lost touch. We both lived in L.A. for a little bit, so we would hang out there. And then the pandemic hit and we got back in touch and we just wrote… Honestly, we were just looking for anyone that wanted to write with us. We had to stay busy, so a lot of Zoom writing sessions with other writers. And we just realized, 'Man, we have a really good chemistry writing music together,' and we both kind of pick up where each other lacks, in a sense; we have a great creative partnership. And not only that, but he's also a really talented producer as well — and multi-instrumentalist. So, as a songwriter, I just felt really glad that I could just put on my creative hat and let him do more of the mechanical work with the song ideas that I would present to him."

Regarding the progress of the KEMIKALFIRE songwriting sessions, Arejay said: "We're still writing, but we are planning on releasing some music soon, because everyone is chomping at the bit. We launched our social media platforms because, obviously, in this day and age, one of the main goals is to just kind of build your online following, but we quickly realized that as soon as we launched the social media platform, sure enough everybody said, 'Where's the music? Where's the music? I wanna hear it.' The demand for people to wanna hear music. We were, like, 'Oh, okay.' [Laughs]

"So, we are still in the process of putting an album together and we're still writing the album, but we have a couple of songs that are already finished," he explained. "So we're thinking, like, well, we have some strong material. Why don't we just put it out there, just to kind of satisfy the curiosity, while people are really curious, before it kind of starts to cool off. So that's our goal now, is to get a song out hopefully really soon. So I'm excited."

As for KEMIKALFIRE's musical direction, Arejay said: "It's different. It's much more aggressive than HALESTORM. I'm doing a lot more singing and a lot more crazy drumming. It kind of throws back to our punk roots; there's punk elements in there… There's moments where it's heavier; there's also moments where it's a little bit more melodic, a little more soaring. And there's moments where it has really stark punk roots start to kind of show through, which is kind of what Taylor and I were raised on. We love punk drummers, so when we're writing the stuff, a lot of that comes out just because that's just kind of really fun stuff to write for us.

"Yeah, it's different than HALESTORM, but it's also easily digestible," he clarified. "I think the average HALESTORM fan could hear it and be, like, 'Oh, okay. I get it. This works.' 'Cause obviously your personal writing style seeps into everything that you're a part of, so you'll probably hear HALESTORM elements in there as well, from my end."

Asked which instruments he and Taylor are handing in KEMIKALFIRE, Arejay said: "He's playing guitar and singing, and I'm playing drums and singing. But we're thinking maybe… We both can play both, so we're, like, 'Maybe we should trade off and do some…' He's also an insane drummer; he plays with LIT now, the band LIT, and we love LIT. But we also have a couple of songs where he was, like, 'Hey, you wanna play piano?' And I'm [like], 'Sure. Why not?' So we might switch some things up for our live show, which we're excited about. That's the dream. He and I personally are just, like, 'Man, I can't wait until we can play a live show. It's gonna be so much fun.'"

Arejay also talked about a possible timetable for releasing the first music from KEMIKALFIRE, saying: "Well, here's the frustrating part, is that COVID and the lockdown, we're still feeling remnants of that — on the business end, behind the scenes, which a lot of people don't see. And everything takes a lot longer now; what used to take three days now takes three weeks. So it requires an incredible amount of patience for us to get anything out there.

"We're hoping that we'll get something out this year," he continued. "Realistically though, I feel like it's probably no later than next year, I'm hoping. And I hope we get to put some live performances on the books, just so we're able to also broadcast to the Internet that we're a real band and 'here's what we fucking do.' [Laughs]"

When Arejay and Taylor first announced KEMIKALFIRE's formation earlier this year, they wrote in a statement: "We are KEMIKALFIRE! You may know us from HALESTORM and LIT, but we’re also 2 drummers, singers, songwriters, producers and long-time friends. We’ve finally joined our creative strengths, seizing our opportunity to create pure, honest and unbridled music for nobody but ourselves in hopes of helping anyone get through their own life obstacles. It feels good to finally share this project with you guys, and it’s going to feel even better to get going. We have some great stuff coming your way, stay tuned."

Watch: QUEENSRŸCHE Performs Two New Songs Live For First Time At Fall 2022 Tour Kickoff

Watch: QUEENSRŸCHE Performs Two New Songs Live For First Time At Fall 2022 Tour Kickoff

QUEENSRŸCHE kicked off its fall 2022 U.S. tour as the support act for JUDAS PRIEST last night (Thursday, October 13) at Toyota Presents the Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford, Connecticut.

The band's setlist was as follows, according to Setlist.fm:

01. Queen Of The Reich
02. Warning
03. En Force
04. NM 156
05. Behind The Walls (live debut)
06. Empire
07. Operation: Mindcrime
08. In Extremis (live debut)
09. Take Hold Of The Flame
10. Screaming In Digital
11. Eyes Of A Stranger

"Behind The Walls" and "In Extremis" are taken from QUEENSRŸCHE's sixteenth studio album, "Digital Noise Alliance", which was released on October 7 via Century Media. The record was once again helmed by Chris "Zeuss" Harris, who previously worked with QUEENSRŸCHE on 2015's "Condition Hüman" and 2019's "The Verdict" LPs.

QUEENSRŸCHE guitarist Michael Wilton told Metal Edge magazine about "Digital Noise Alliance": "It's an album that kind of stretches and encompasses the whole music genre of QUEENSRŸCHE. It's got some very melodic moments, it's progressive, it's heavy metal and it's very album-oriented visual music that is going to be just a good all-around QUEENSRŸCHE album."

Regarding the songwriting process for "Digital Noise Alliance", Wilton said: "I was living in Seattle at the time, and when you're isolated like that, it does weird things to your head space. I talked to Todd [La Torre, vocals] and mentioned that in all that time I had been writing lots of little riffs on the guitar. So, I went and visited Todd in Florida in late January of 2021. I had no idea he had also invited producer Zeuss to come down from Massachusetts, as I hadn't brought along any guitars with me. I was just going to go hang out with Todd in Florida. But we then made a conscious decision between all of us that this album's process would not be songs being e-mailed to each, waiting for their approval back. This was going to a process where on-the-spot riffage, experimentation, improvisation and seeing what sticks was the way we wanted it made. So, I'd come up with a riff and Zeuss would record it and Casey [Grillo, drums] would get on the electronic drums and put a drum beat to it, and we'd file it and move onto the next riff and so on. Then we would sit back and listen and if everybody was vibing on what we did during that day, we'd listen to all the parts and imagine where they would sit within a song structure and then kind of put them together from there. Eventually we had about 22 song ideas, and we had to wither that down to about 11 or 12 tunes."

As for the lyrical themes covered on "Digital Noise Alliance", Michael said: "A lot of the songs are our perspective on the current unrest in the world, especially in the United States, and whatever the music dictated to us for the lyrics. Todd writes great lyrics, as does Eddie [Jackson, bass], and I wrote some lyrics, too. I think as I said earlier, it's a full, all-encompassing QUEENSRŸCHE record that I think everyone is going to really enjoy."

This past March, La Torre told FOX17 Rock & Review about QUEENSRŸCHE's new LP: "Each song might have a little different attitude and we wanted to just use real amps and all the vintage, real stuff that was used throughout the history of QUEENSRŸCHE.

"We did all the drums at a place in Clearwater [Florida] — a huge home with the most amazing ceiling for a drum room," La Torre continued. "So we did all the drums there. And then, really, at my place [in St. Petersburg, Florida], we're able to track all the guitars, bass and vocals.

"Those days of renting thousand-dollar-a-day studios, we don't really need that anymore. And our producer Zeuss, who did the last two QUEENSRŸCHE albums — he does all Rob Zombie's stuff; he's a very seasoned producer, [and] he does mixing and mastering, so he's a one-stop shop — he's down here from Massachusetts. So he's handling all those duties. And things are going really well. We're having a great time."

Last November, La Torre told Canada's The Metal Voice about the musical direction of the new QUEENSRŸCHE material: "It doesn't sound like 'The Verdict'. It's its own new kind of thing. We really kind of just focused more on melodic hooks. I don't think we went in thinking, like, 'Oh, we need to sound old school or new or this.'"

He continued: "You know what we did on this record… Every other time, each guy would kind of submit their own song ideas and then we would kind of work on that. But what we did on this record was, other than Eddie — Eddie has a couple of songs that are really cool that he wrote and then showed us kind of when they were pretty much done. And then Michael kind of wrote some interesting chords — still staying within the keys and everything. But we all got in a room with our here [in Florida], and we literally started from scratch. Like, 'Michael, what do you got?' [And he would] come up with a riff. And Casey would sit on the drums, or I would sit on the drums. We were all actually in a room and just tried it like the good old days. So this record was totally like that — the whole thing pretty much, minus one or two songs. And even that changed a little bit."

In October 2021, Wilton confirmed that returning guitarist Mike Stone would contribute guitar solos to the band's new studio album.

Since late May 2021, Stone has been handling second-guitar duties in QUEENSRŸCHE, which announced in July 2021 that longtime guitarist Parker Lundgren was exiting the group to focus on "other business ventures."

Stone originally joined QUEENSRŸCHE for the 2003 album "Tribe" and stayed with the band for six years before leaving the group.

For the past five and a half years, Grillo has been filling in for QUEENSRŸCHE's original drummer Scott Rockenfield, who stepped away from the band's touring activities in early 2017 to spend time with his young son.

In October 2021, Rockenfield filed a lawsuit against the band's fellow original members Wilton and Jackson, alleging, among other things, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and wrongful discharge. A few months later, Wilton and Eddie filed a countersuit against Rockenfield, accusing him of abandoning his position as a member of the band and misappropriating the group's assets to his own personal benefit.

RIVAL SONS Announce 'Darkfighter' Album, Share 'Nobody Wants To Die' Music Video

RIVAL SONS Announce 'Darkfighter' Album, Share 'Nobody Wants To Die' Music Video

Two-time-Grammy-nominated band RIVAL SONS will release a new studio album, "Darkfighter", on March 10, 2023. Produced by longtime collaborator and multi-Grammy Award winner Dave Cobb, the LP is led by the explosive single "Nobody Wants To Die", which is available today all streaming platforms and accompanied by an Eli Sokhn-directed music video. The track notably marks the first new music from RIVAL SONS since the release of 2019's "Feral Roots", which earned the band two Grammy Award nominations.

Regarding "Nobody Wants To Die", vocalist Jay Buchanan shares: "You live your life knowing that the sword of Damocles is hanging over your head by a thread. You're fully aware of the impermanence of your existence, but you can't think about it all the time — or it'll fuck your life up.

"I used to work in a mortuary as a service advisor for a few years, driving and opening the hearses. I'd attend three funerals per day. Sometimes, they would be filled over capacity. Other times, it would just be me, a priest, and a hole in the ground. It doesn't matter who you are; the great equalizer is coming. I was thinking of this because the music sounded like pursuit."

Elaborating on the genesis of "Darkfighter", Buchanan notes: "'Darkfighter' represents the cultural mitosis of isolation, the pandemic, and the national fabric of the U.S. getting looser and looser. When I say 'cultural mitosis', there are lines being drawn constantly. We're so divided, and you can't step over the lines without offending someone. It certainly informed my writing. We recognized a responsibility to put a good word on people's ears so there's a good word coming back on their tongues too. We missed the joy of the live show and that magical interaction. When it was taken from us, that made me want to sing about topics that were important. There are strong themes on this record of loss of identity, preservation of joy, and beholding light and shape again."

Lead guitarist Scott Holiday adds: "Records are a healthy form of escapism. I hope this one takes you as far away as possible. Our intent was to create a cinematic body of work. As soon as the doors shut behind you, you're enveloped on the ride. This is the sound of us really coming into our own. We've gotten further from our influences and gotten closer to what we are. 'Darkfighter' sounds like the RIVAL SONS."

To celebrate the announcement, RIVAL SONS are set to perform an intimate one night only show at Los Angeles's Peppermint Club on October 18.

In 2021, RIVAL SONS celebrated the 10th anniversary of their 2011 album, "Pressure And Time", by performing the landmark longplayer live in its entirety on the "Pressure And Time" tour for the first time. They also lit up Southern California with a two-night livestream event, "Pair Of Aces", live from the historic Catalina Casino on Santa Catalina Island. They performed their debut LP, "Before The Fire" (2009),in its entirety on the first night and their self-titled EP, "Rival Sons" (2010),on the second.

"Darkfighter" track listing:

01. Mirrors
02. Nobody Wants To Die
03. Bird In The Hand
04. Bright Light
05. Rapture
06. Guillotine
07. Horses Breath
08. Darkside

RIVAL SONS is Jay Buchanan (vocals, harmonica, rhythm guitar),Scott Holiday (lead guitar),Mike Miley (drums) and Dave Beste (bass).

BAD RELIGION's GREG GRAFFIN Says His Upcoming Book 'Punk Paradox' Will 'Resonate With A Lot Of People'

BAD RELIGION's GREG GRAFFIN Says His Upcoming Book 'Punk Paradox' Will 'Resonate With A Lot Of People'

BAD RELIGION frontman, solo artist, professor and author Greg Graffin will release a new book, "Punk Paradox: A Memoir", on November 8 via Hachette Books. It is described in a press release as a "historical memoir and cultural criticism of punk rock's evolution."

In a new interview with Danny Wimmer Presents, conducted at last weekend's Aftershock festival in Sacramento, California, Greg stated about how the idea for the upcoming book came about (as transcribed by BLABBERMOUTH.NET): "I had two years to think about life. When COVID hit, we canceled something like two years' worth of summer tours. And I knew I wasn't gonna be doing much singing, so I went back and reflected on the time, really, before BAD RELIGION. It was a touching time; my mother just passed away at that time. And it gave me a lot of time to reflect on the influences.

"A lot of people think of influences as musical or traumatic, and I thought, 'My life hasn't been that traumatic.' But I know that a lot of people would be interested in my musical and my cultural background," he explained. "And that's what details in the first part of the book."

Regarding his decision to call the book "Punk Paradox", Greg said: "It's really because I found myself in this paradoxical situation where punk was always characterized by anarchy and fucking shit up. And, of course, there is that element of punk. But my life, as I reflected on it, didn't really lay out the story that way. And that was sort of paradoxical to me. And then I started thinking, there's a little bit of analysis in there, too, about punk as a genre, and really focus on the music and the great songs of punk — which I think get short shrift in this world. People like to focus on the cultural attributes of punk, and they don't focus on the great songs, which, to me, that's a great shortcoming of how it's characterized.

"I think it will resonate with a lot of people — not just BAD RELIGION fans," he added. "But people who really love punk music, they don't necessarily identify with the studded wristbands."

According to the official "Punk Paradox: A Memoir" synopsis, the book "is Graffin's life narrative before and during L.A. punk's early years, detailing his observations on the genre's explosive growth and his band's steady rise in importance. The book begins by exploring Graffin's Midwestern roots and his life-changing move to Southern California in the mid-'70s. Swept up into the burgeoning punk scene in the exhilarating and often violent streets of Los Angeles, Graffin and his friends formed BAD RELIGION, built a fanbase, and became a touring institution. All these activities took place in parallel with Graffin's never-ceasing quest for intellectual enlightenment. Despite the demands of global tours, recording sessions, and dedication to songwriting, the author also balanced a budding academic career. In so doing, he managed to reconcile an improbable double life as an iconic punk rock frontman and University Lecturer in evolution.

"Graffin's unique experiences mirror the paradoxical elements that define the punk genre — the pop influence, the quest for society's betterment, music's unifying power — all of which are prime ingredients in its surprising endurance. Fittingly, this book argues against the traditional narrative of the popular perception of punk. As BAD RELIGION changed from year to year, the spirit of punk — and its sonic significance — lived on while Graffin was ever willing to challenge convention, debunk mythology, and liberate listeners from the chains of indoctrination.

"As insightful as it is exciting, this thought-provoking memoir provides both a fly-on-the-wall history of the punk scene and astute commentary on its endurance and evolution."

BAD RELIGION, formed in 1980 in the suburbs of Los Angeles, has become synonymous with intelligent and provocative West Coast punk rock and are considered one of the most influential and important bands in the genre. BAD RELIGION has continually pushed social boundaries and questioned authority and beliefs armed only with propulsive guitars, charging drumbeats, thoughtful lyrics and an undying will to inspire and provoke anyone who will listen.

The band's critically acclaimed 17th studio album, "Age Of Unreason", offers a fiery and intensely relevant musical response to the times, with songs that address a myriad of socio-political maladies, including conspiracy theories, racist rallies, Trump's election, the erosion of the middle class, alternative facts and more. There is a stylistic consistency to the band’s iconic and influential sound — hard fast beats, big hooks and rousing choruses, yet each new song remains distinctive, utilizing composition, melody and lyrics to deliver a unique narrative consistent with the band's longstanding humanist worldview.

HALESTORM Has Already Recorded Two Songs For 'ReAniMate 4.0: The CoVeRs eP'

HALESTORM Has Already Recorded Two Songs For 'ReAniMate 4.0: The CoVeRs eP'

In a new interview with the "Thunder Underground" podcast, HALESTORM drummer Arejay Hale was asked if he and his bandmates are planning to release a follow-up to their third covers EP, "ReAniMate 3.0: The CoVeRs eP", which came out in January 2017. He said in part (as transcribed by BLABBERMOUTH.NET): "Actually, we kind of already have started on it. We tracked two songs in Nashville before this tour started. But I don't think I'm allowed to say what they are. But, yeah, we've got some ideas in mind.

"I always love covering the modern pop songs," he continued. "Like we did Lady Gaga's 'Bad Romance'; we did 'Get Lucky' by DAFT PUNK; we did 'Heathens' by TWENTY ONE PILOTS. Those, to me, are the most fun. But also I do love the challenge of trying to replicate the brilliance of the classic METALLICA stuff, the SOUNDGARDEN stuff. So that was the most challenging, 'cause you have such a respect for that era that you don't wanna mess it up. You wanna pay respect to them and you don't wanna change anything.

"So, as far as '4.0' goes, I feel like it will probably be a nice balance of those things — paying tribute to the classics, putting our own little twist on it, but also kind of rocking up pop songs," Arejay added.

This past summer, HALESTORM shared its covers of Adele's "Hello" and Dolly Parton's "Jolene" via social media.

In 2011, HALESTORM released the six-track "ReAniMate: The CoVeRs eP", which saw them take on tracks by SKID ROW, Lady Gaga, TEMPLE OF THE DOG, GUNS N' ROSES, HEART and THE BEATLES. Two years later, the "ReAniMate 2.0: The CoVeRs eP" featured covers of JUDAS PRIEST, DAFT PUNK, AC/DC, Pat Benatar, FLEETWOOD MAC and Marilyn Manson.

The aforementioned "ReAniMate 3.0: The CoVeRs eP" saw HALESTORM covering classic songs by WHITESNAKE, Sophie B. Hawkins, JOAN JETT & THE BLACKHEARTS, TWENTY ONE PILOTS, SOUNDGARDEN and METALLICA.

Back in 2017, HALESTORM bassist Josh Smith spoke to RingRocker.com about how he and his bandmates go about picking which songs to record for their series of covers EPs. "We start out with basically everyone… Our team… Oh my God! My dad finds out that we're doing a cover album, all I get is texts: 'Oh, you should do this.' But anyone… anyone who finds out we're doing a covers album, all of a sudden you're just getting this crazy list," he said. "So it literally starts out with e-mails of lists and lists, and somehow, over months, we kind of whittle down our list until we get to a short list of maybe ten songs or less. And then we record 'em and see what works and see what we like."

He continued: "Now, after the first one, we sort of followed a similar formula with the second one in that it's very generational — we have a song from '60s, '70s, '80s, '90s, a contemporary pop song… So that was a nice way to pick our songs. Really, that has been the template."

According to Josh, there is at least one added benefit to covering other people's songs when it comes to HALESTORM working on original material. He explained: "What's really cool is that when we do pick these songs, they really do influence us, because it's Songwriting and Performing 101. Where you have to deconstruct a song — a legendary song, essentially — you deconstruct it, and then rebuild it to how it works for us. And it really influences us in a lot of ways."

Added Arejay: "When we did 'Slave To The Grind' [from SKID ROW], we were, like, 'Oh, man! We need a song like this.' And then we wrote 'Love Bites', which is pretty much just off the feel of 'Slave To The Grind'. It's cool, 'cause we used to do that. We used to do three- or four-hour shows with covers and originals. And you're right — it is like training. And I always recommend that for newer artists, younger artists that wanna learn how to play drums or guitar. I always say the best way to really get good and learn how to develop your own style is to learn the styles of other people and learn other songs that you like or that challenge you. And it kind of makes you think differently. It's, like, 'Oh, this guy did these chords,' or, 'This guy played this kind of groove.' 'I bet I can do that in an original song.' So, yeah, it's kind of like training."

Arejay and his sister Lzzy (vocals, guitar) formed the band in 1998 while in middle school. Guitarist Joe Hottinger joined the group in 2003, followed by Smith in 2004.

In December 2018, HALESTORM was nominated for a "Best Rock Performance" Grammy Award for its song "Uncomfortable". Six years earlier, the band won its first Grammy in the category of "Best Hard Rock/ Metal Performance" for "Love Bites (So Do I)".

VILIVANT Presents Sci-Fi Inspired Music Video For "Running On Empty"

VILIVANT Presents Sci-Fi Inspired Music Video For "Running On Empty"

Hard rock powerhouse Vilivant has debuted her new video for "Running On Empty". Full of skull-crushing ferocity reminiscent of Lzzy Hale, Taylor Momsen and Dorothy, the music video was shot by Alex McFarland and Matt Guarrasi of The Trenches Media. Behind-the-scenes shots done by Rob Licandro.

"I wanted to make a fun, silly interpretation of what it could feel like to the average person stepping out of the typical mundane lifestyle and actually seeing the beautiful world around them. The Alien and magical headpiece is just a bonus, because why not add a bit of fantasy into it?", explains Vilivant.

The music video begins by following lead singer Julia Gentile in black and white signifying a boring mundane everyday life until she receives a special magical headpiece that allows her to see the world in vibrant technicolour. What begins as all fun and games quickly becomes an out of this-world battle with aliens from another planet. The sci-fi inspired video was shot in and around Toronto on the hottest day of the year this past summer almost leading to heat stroke. With lots of breaks and some shooting inside, the video tells an exciting story of finding strength and passion amidst the bleakness of the world around us.

On October 28th Vilivant will be celebrating Halloween with a headline show in Toronto at The Baby G with support from Fluffio, The Backsteps and The Lookout Service. She will also be supporting Goodnight Sunrise at Mills Hardware on November 4th. More shows to be announced soon.

A lyric video for "Return To The Sky", the third single from the album, has just been made available. Vocalist Megan Orvold-Scheider comments: “‘Return To The Sky’ came about after I was reading a book about death and burial practices around the world. I read about Tibetan sky burials and knew I had to write a song about it. We tend to fear things that we don’t know, and while this practice can seem gruesome to some, there is something so incredibly beautiful about your body being returned to the earth in the end.”

Your consciousness snapped right from your bones.
An offering to appease,
Give back to the earth that gave you life

TALLAH Drop New Track / Music Video "For The Recognition"

TALLAH Drop New Track / Music Video "For The Recognition"

Nu-Core quintet Tallah have released the latest chapter of their ongoing world-building saga that will become their sophomore album, The Generation Of Danger, out November 18th via Earache Records. The brand new single is titled "For The Recognition" and lands with a suitably frenetic accompanying music video, which can be seen below.

Speaking on the release of their latest track, Tallah frontman, Justin Bonitz, adds: “'For The Recognition' is a song about justifying why you are doing what you are doing. Blind ambition can only get you so far. If you have a dream, and you want to follow it to the end, you have to push yourself, be confident, and not allow anything or anyone to stand in your way. This is your vision, your story, and you have to do whatever it takes to bring all that hidden power to the surface and use it as fuel to show everyone how amazing you really are. Be honest and be the best”

Tallah founder and drummer, Max Portnoy, adds: “When I wrote this song, I made sure the ending pit hit really hard but was simple enough for us to trash our set up live. We took that mindset into the studio as well and smashed tons of lamps, microwaves, vases, etc and put those recordings in the song.”

Tallah's sophomore album, The Generation Of Danger, will be released on November 18th via Earache Records and much like their debut album, Matriphagy, will revolve around an elaborate and horrific story dreamt up by the band, that continues to unfold in the build up to release. Pre-orders are available now at this location. "For The Recognition" follows previous singles "Shaken (Not Stirred)",  "The Impressionist" and "Telescope".

The Generation Of Danger is a concept album about a genius scientist who gets fed up with being swept under the rug. After the multi-billion-dollar corporation that employs him takes credit for his latest, award-winning invention, he snaps and retaliates against them by forcing them to take part in the greatest experiment the world of science has ever seen.

The record offers fans more than just an album of pioneering nu-core metal. Whilst it will most certainly be lauded for Justin Bonitz's acclaimed aptitude for embodying numerous characters and emotions in his outstanding vocal shape-shifting and ability to meld the ever-blossoming ingenuity of Tallah's intrepid musicians, The Generation Of Danger will reward those who delve deeper into the album and its supplementary content. The album was recorded once more with producer Josh Schroeder at Random Awesome Studio and continues to build the fascinatingly dark nu-core metal beast Tallah have created and set loose.

Tracklisting:

"Mud_Castle"
"The Hard Reset"
"Stomping Grounds"
"The Impressionist"
"Shaken (Not Stirred)"
"For The Recognition"
"Of Nothing"
"Dicker's Done"
"Telescope"
"Wendrid"
"Headfirst"
"Thistle"
"How Long?"

In celebration of The Generation Of Danger, Tallah have a stacked schedule of touring across the US. Currently on the road with Attila until October 19th, the band will then hit the road again on November 4th November through November 19th with Drowning Pool. Tickets and further info available here.

MESSER Debut Empowering New Song / Video "Unf*ckwitable"

MESSER Debut Empowering New Song / Video "Unf*ckwitable"

Modern rock powerhouse Messer are sharing their new single "Unf*ckwitable", the follow-up to their Top 40 Active Rock song "Hope In This World".  Known for their catchy hooks and high energy live performances, they continue to build their career as a truly independent rock band.

The band says "Unf*ckwitable" is a state of being. "It's the conscious decision to be unfazed and unaffected by the storms around you. It's a commitment to strength of character. Having the clarity to not back down from your goals no matter what life throws at you. Strive to be Unbreakable, to be Unstoppable...  to be Unf*ckwitable."

They continue: "To bring the visual message for this song - it was clear there was only one choice when it came to directing the video: Matt JC (Director) of 1307 Productions.  He and Aaron Fariooz (Director of Photography) and their crew brought their award winning cinematography to this 6k, Super Hi-Def video. The location was also a key element - it was filmed at Grace Point Media in Dallas, Texas, which features a high definition 10 foot tall x 40 foot long L.E.D. wall. Our guitarist Jonathan Simmons created the 'video within the video' to act as the backdrop to the high energy performance we put out. The message the video tells is one from inside the diamond and is meant to be a reminder to be strong like a diamond – which is what we are trying to get across with this song."

Messer recorded "Unf*ckwitable" with long-time Los Angeles based producer Chad Gendason. More new music and an EP will be released in 2023, and the band will be supporting it with extensive touring. Stream / download the song at this location.

FRETERNIA - New Album, The Final Stand, Due In November

FRETERNIA - New Album, The Final Stand, Due In November

After seventeen years of silence, Freternia released the album The Gathering in 2019. Now the metal veterans once again are ready to unleash a new album in to the world. Back to basics is the key phrase since on The Final Stand you can enjoy classic Freternia sounding music with high quality craftsmanship.

The combined guitar work by Patrik Von Porat and Tomas Wäppling blend perfectly into ten tracks inspired by fantasy and wild imagination. Once again the tales told from the minds of Wäppling and vocalist Pasi Humppi recount tales of loneliness and pain, while the ongoing theme is hope and the lyrics refer to just that. The unique voice of Humppi is more powerful than ever and delivers melody lines created from the heart. Freternia has once again proven to be a band with many shapes. From the groovy bass lines by Nicklas Von Porat to the beating drums of Oskar Lumbojev, all is made by individuals loving the art called music. Freternia is a fresh breeze in the metal sky and they are here to stay.

The Final Stand artwork, created by Felipe Machado Franco, and tracklisting are as follows:

"Dark And The Light"
"Elvenstar"
"Endless Fight"
"Shapeshifter"
"Flame Eternal"
"Hate Eater"

MAKE THEM SUFFER Return With Video For New Single "Doomswitch", Introduces New Vocalist / Keyboardist

MAKE THEM SUFFER Return With Video For New Single "Doomswitch", Introduces New Vocalist / Keyboardist

"Doomswitch" — a term used to describe a theoretical mechanism where an online poker site inflicts bad luck on a player.

And, as of today, it's the very moniker sparking the start of a brand new chapter for Perth metalcore outfit Make Them Suffer. Their new single "Doomswitch" showcases a renewed sonic spirit for the group, as well as being the first song to feature new member Alex Reade.

Taking up the position as clean vocalist and keyboardist aka "The Fifth Member" for Make Them Suffer, Reade (ex-Drown This City) seamlessly welds into the Make Them Suffer psyche. With symphonic flourishes, blasting beats, jagged guitars, and oscillating light and shade between frontman Sean Harmanis and Reade, "Doomswitch" is equally energetic and ethereal, leveling up the band's heaviness alongside emphatic melodics while presenting a resonating narrative: "It's not how you get knocked down / It's how you get back up."

The song's blistering music video was directed by Colin Jeffs and filmed at The Paint Factory in Brisbane.

"Doomswitch' is a term coined by online poker players used to describe a hypothesized mechanism by which an online poker site will continually infer bad luck onto a player," reveals the band about this new single. "Sean related to this term and, at the time, it felt as if a 'Doomswitch' had flicked on his life, so we used the concept as the main inspiration for the song. We've adopted a new element into our sound along with the inclusion of a new member: Alex. This song marks a new chapter and the next step forward for the band and the sonic shift in 'Doomswitch' really drives that home."

Centered around the feeling of claustrophobia as well as the journey Harmanis has experienced with his own mental health, "Doomswitch" was produced by Nick McLernon at his home studio in Victoria, with mixing and mastering courtesy of Jeff Dunne.

Following a long break away from music due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Make Them Suffer are back with a vengeance. They will tour the U.S. in support of Bad Omens and Dayseeker. All dates are in the graphic below.

Make Them Suffer are:

Sean Harmanis – vocals
Nick McLernon – guitars, vocals
Alex Reade – vocals, keys
Jaya Jeffery – bass
Jordan Mather – drums

KISS' GENE SIMMONS On Mortality And Death - "I’d Be A Complete A**hole, Certainly More Than I Am Now, If I Wasn’t Grateful For This Amazing Life"

KISS' GENE SIMMONS On Mortality And Death - "I’d Be A Complete A**hole, Certainly More Than I Am Now, If I Wasn’t Grateful For This Amazing Life"

In a new interview with Goldmine, KISS singer/bassist, Gene Simmons, discusses his business ventures, his teenage years, KISS’ farewell tour and mortality. An excerpt follows...

Goldmine: You’re closer to the finish of life than the beginning. How often do you think about your own mortality and what’s your philosophy about death?

Gene Simmons: "I’d be a complete asshole, certainly more than I am now, if I wasn’t grateful for this amazing life. I mean, if it ended today, I know what my tombstone would say. It would say, “Thank you and good night.” What more could you hope for? So I’m not afraid of death unless a car is coming straight into your face. You kind of go, “Oh my God!” But that’s just instinct."

GM: Do you think about death much more now?

GS: "I do, but only in terms of pragmatism, which is how up to date is the will. I want to make sure there are no taxes, there are no liens, there’s no nothing so that my family and my kids get taken care of, just sort of pragmatic taking care of business."

GM: What’s your belief system in what happens when you die?

GS: "I’m OK if there’s a heaven and a God. I’m OK with it. I’m also OK if there’s nothing."

GM: What do you lean towards?

GS: "I lean towards nothing. My question is, if we get an afterlife, do mosquitoes? Maybe my mother’s sort of wise statement about every day above ground is a good day, and that’s it."

ROB HALFORD Says PANTERA Reunion Will Be 'Amazing': 'I'm Gonna Be Banging My Head Like A Maniac'

ROB HALFORD Says PANTERA Reunion Will Be 'Amazing': 'I'm Gonna Be Banging My Head Like A Maniac'

JUDAS PRIEST frontman Rob Halford has weighed in on the news that PANTERA's surviving members Philip Anselmo (vocals) and Rex Brown (bass) will unite with guitarist Zakk Wylde (OZZY OSBOURNE, BLACK LABEL SOCIETY) and drummer Charlie Benante (ANTHRAX) for a world tour under the PANTERA banner.

Anselmo and Brown, along with Wylde and Benante, will headline a number of major festivals across North America and Europe and stage some of their own headline concerts.

According to Billboard, the lineup has been given a green light by the estates of the band's founders, drummer Vincent "Vinnie Paul" Abbott and guitarist "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott, as well as Brown, who last year said Wylde wouldn't tour with PANTERA if a reunion were to happen. It's unclear what changed his mind.

Halford discussed his views on the PANTERA comeback in an interview with "Cutter's RockCast". He said (as transcribed by BLABBERMOUTH.NET): "Is this PANTERA thing gonna be amazing or what? We're gonna be doing the first show together [at this year's edition of Mexico's Hell & Heaven Metal Fest]."

Rob went on to say that Wylde and Benante are "the right people" to step in for Dimebag and Vinnie Paul. "If you know about the way Charlie feels about PANTERA, you know the way Zakk feels, the skill that they both have to do the songs justice," he said.

"Man, this is important — it's important. And Phil's voice is the voice of PANTERA. What Rex does is as important? So, what's not to love about this really special moment that we're all gonna go nuts?

"I can't wait to hear Zakk start churning out [starts humming 'Walk' riff].

"I'm gonna be on the side of the stage, 'cause we're both on the same bill that night. I'm gonna be banging my head like a maniac. I'm so happy for them."

As previously reported, PANTERA will co-headline the first night of Hell & Heaven Metal Fest. The reactivated band will share the stage with SCORPIONS, MESHUGGAH, ARCH ENEMY, EPICA and CRADLE OF FILTH, among other artists, on December 2 at Foro Pegaso in Toluca. PANTERA will also perform at the Monterrey Metal Fest on December 6 at Estadio Mobil Super in Monterrey, Mexico. Also scheduled to appear are JUDAS PRIEST, MERCYFUL FATE, BEHEMOTH and STRYPER, among others.

Other festivals PANTERA has been confirmed for are Knotfest Colombia, Knotfest Chile and Knotfest Brasil, all of which will take place in December. Knotfest Colombia is scheduled for Friday, December 9 at Campin Circuit of Bogotá. Knotfest Chile is slated to take place on Sunday, December 11 at Estadio Monumental in Santiago. Knotfest Brasil will follow on Sunday, December 18 at Sambódromo do Anhembi in São Paulo.

Eight years ago, Halford spoke to Revolver magazine about the first time he met PANTERA.

"PRIEST was in Canada rehearsing for the 'Painkiller' tour," he recalled. "I was doing an interview from the hotel room and I turned the telly on to [Canadian music-video channel] Much Music. The sound was turned off, and I saw this guy and he's got a 'British Steel' t-shirt on. So I quickly finished the interview, and I turned the volume up and he's just talking about his band, PANTERA, and 'Cowboys From Hell'. And just watching him and listening to him on the television, you just felt like, This is a great guy. Firstly, I saw a clip of the band. I was like, 'My God, this guitar player is fucking phenomenal,' besides the rest of the band. And then just hearing him talk, I thought, I really would like to meet this guy. So I called up Much Music and I said, 'Was that Darrell? Is he still there?' It wasn't Dimebag in those days, it was Diamond Darrell. They said, 'Yeah, he still is.' And he was, like, 'Oh my God, I can't believe it, I'm wearing a PRIEST shirt.' And I said, 'Yeah, I've just seen you on the Much Music.' He said, 'Oh man, I'd love to see you. We got a show tonight at the club in Toronto.' I'm pretty much sure that it was PANTERA and STRYPER.

"So I went down there, and we had a great time together, and we just talked about metal, this, that and the other. I think I jammed 'Metal Gods' with them. It's a bit blurry — it should be more significant than this, but this is 1991. I was clean and sober then, but you know how things get jumbled up in your brain. So that was the start of that. And I told [JUDAS PRIEST guitarists] Glenn Tipton and K.K. Downing specifically after that: 'I've seen this band. They're absolutely fucking amazing and they are going to be huge. They are going to be huge!' And I said, 'We should try to get him on the tour.' So, to cut a long story short, we brought them with us on the PRIEST 'Painkiller' tour of Europe and nobody had a clue who they were. They had no distribution as far as I understood in Europe. So they went out blind, in front of Germans and French and whatever. I used to watch every show, and the first reaction fans gave them was, 'Who the hell is this?' And it was, like, 'Oh my fucking God, what's going on in front of my eyes?' They would just win an audience over in 30, 40 minutes. From playing fresh, new music that nobody had heard before. The communication was instant with that band. So, there it was. So, by the time we'd done the European tour, and they went back to the states, 'Cowboys' was shooting up the charts. And that was it, they were off and running. They were just launched into the stratosphere on that first release."

Halford also talked about the song "Light Comes Out Of Black" which he recorded with PANTERA for the "Buffy The Vampire Slayer" soundtrack. Regarding how the track came together, he said: "I was away from PRIEST. Sony were working on the soundtrack. They wanted Sony artists and asked me to write a song. I hadn't written as a solo writer for years and years and years. But it's one of those things where you don't know what you can do until you put your nose to the grindstone. So I wrote 'Light Comes Out Of Black', and I was stuck. And I got Dime's number, and I called him up and I said, 'Here's the deal.' And he goes, 'Let's do it. Just get in the plane and come down to Dallas.' So, that's what I did the next day, went to the studio, laid the track down in a very short space of time. Phil wandered by, said 'Oh, how's it going, 'Metal God'?' So, I told him and he said, 'You got a spot for me?' I said, 'Pfft, here's the mic.' So Phil joins me on the back end of the song. And it turned out really good. It's amazing to think that that's a PANTERA song really. It is PANTERA with me on lead vocals, and Phil obviously doing the outro sections. But it's a PANTERA song, really."

Talk about a possible PANTERA "reunion" intensified when Anselmo regularly joined Wylde's BLACK LABEL SOCIETY to perform PANTERA's song "I'm Broken" during DOWN's 2014 stint on the "Revolver Golden Gods Tour". That buzz only got stronger after Brown joined the jam on May 23, 2014 when the tour swung through Texas.

Up until his passing, Vinnie remained on non-speaking terms with Anselmo, whom the drummer indirectly blamed for Dimebag's death.

Vinnie Paul and Dimebag co-founded PANTERA. When PANTERA broke up in 2003, they formed DAMAGEPLAN. On December 8, 2004, while performing with DAMAGEPLAN at the Alrosa Villa in Columbus, Ohio, Dimebag was shot and killed onstage by a troubled schizophrenic who believed that the members of PANTERA were stealing his thoughts.

PANTERA is managed by Scott McGhee of 1 Degree Music Entertainment. The band's legal representative is Nick Ferrara And Associates. PANTERA is booked internationally by Rod MacSween at ITB. Artist Group International will book PANTERA's North American dates, with Dennis Arfa and Peter Pappalardo as the responsible agents.

DAVID LEE ROTH Shares Newly Recorded Version Of 'You Really Got Me'

DAVID LEE ROTH Shares Newly Recorded Version Of 'You Really Got Me'

David Lee Roth has shared a new solo version of THE KINKS classic "You Really Got Me", a track which was famously covered by VAN HALEN for that band's 1978 self-titled debut album. The new recording, like the previously released "Dance The Night Away", "Panama" and "Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love", was laid down on May 3, 2022 during a session at Henson Recording Studio in Hollywood, California. Joining Roth in the studio were Al Estrada on guitar, Ryan Wheeler on bass and Francis Valentino on drums. A total of 14 songs were recorded in two hours. The music and the vocals were tracked live with "no samples" and without the pitch-correction technology Auto-Tune.

Roth's versions of "Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love" and "Panama" come more than a month after he shared a previously unheard solo recording from 2007, "Nothing Could Have Stopped Us Back Then Anyway", in which he looked back nostalgically on his days in VAN HALEN. The latter song was recorded in 2007 with guitarist John 5 and drummer Gregg Bissonette for an album that never came out.

Back in 2020, Roth included five previously unreleased songs in The Roth Project, an online comic narrated by the legendary VAN HALEN singer, with music from John 5 on guitar and bass, Bissonette on drums, Brett Tuggle on keyboards, and Luis Conte on percussion. The tracks "Giddy-Up!", "Somewhere Over The Rainbow Bar And Grill", "Alligator Pants", "Lo-Rez Sunset" and "Manda Bala" were recorded at Henson Recording Studios in Hollywood, California.

Three years ago, Roth was asked by Meltdown of the Detroit radio station WRIF if his LP with John 5 will be made available at some point. He responded: "It will. There's been a revision of things, and I can start making real plans and start marching into the future. And, of course, you'll start hearing that material. This is material that we wrote variously for me solo and for VAN HALEN, and it's quite a bank of stuff."

Roth, who was promoting his Las Vegas residency at the time, didn't offer a possible time frame for the release of the record, explaining that his priority was "getting out on the road first. Let's see the band, let's show ourselves off, let's travel all over the world."

Roth canceled a series of Las Vegas residency shows in January because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Three months earlier, he had announced in an interview with the Las Vegas Review-Journal that he was planning to retire after the residency.

In July, Roth released a new solo song titled "Pointing At The Moon". The acoustic-based, Americana-flavored tune was accompanied by a new abstract painting from Roth.

LACUNA COIL's CRISTINA SCABBIA Says 'Comalies XX' Is A Celebration Of The Past, The Present And The Future

LACUNA COIL's CRISTINA SCABBIA Says 'Comalies XX' Is A Celebration Of The Past, The Present And The Future

"Comalies XX", a "deconstructed" and "transported" version of LACUNA COIL's third album, "Comalies", will be made available on October 14 via Century Media Records.

Back in 2002, LACUNA COIL released an album which is now undeniably an anthem-laden millennial classic that established them as a band with the stamina to go the distance. Now, 20 years later, the current lineup of LACUNA COIL decided to revisit the songs, but not to just re-record them as they were but deconstruct and transport them into 2022.

When asked in a new interview with Rock Sound how reworking "Comalies" for the LP's 20th anniversary influenced LACUNA COIL's plans for new music, vocalist Cristina Scabbia said (as transcribed by BLABBERMMOUTH.NET): "I think that writing a record that is not new but it is new because the approach was new and most of the music is very new was a very cool step for LACUNA COIL to start working again on music. Because during the pandemic, I have to say that we felt uninspired. The fact that we had to stay in our homes didn't really nourish our inspiration because we were feeling very sad; we were feeling that we didn't know when everything would start again. So we didn't feel that we wanted to write a record that would bring all the negativity from the pandemic. So I think that 'Comalies XX', for us, is not only a celebration of a record that was born 20 years ago but it's also a celebration of the present and the future, because we are starting with a renewed energy and we know that from now on we're not gonna take anything for granted in life and in music, that it's always worth it to experiment and to try new ways, always, of course, being happy with yourself and your art."

As previously reported, LACUNA COIL will celebrate the 20th anniversary of "Comalies", by performing it in its entirety at a one-night-only concert on Saturday, October 15 at Fabrique in Milano.

"Comalies" was originally released on October 29, 2002 through Century Media Records. The LP, which featured the band's breakthrough single "Heaven's A Lie", has reportedly gone on to sell over 300,000 copies in the United States alone.

Regarding the "Comalies" title, co-vocalist Cristina Scabbia said: "[During the album's recording], we had a sort of creative explosion. We were working in a coma, sort of like in a different dimension. First of all we just wanted to use the word 'coma' but there was something missing so we played with the two words coma and lies."

The "Comalies" song "Swamped" is available as a downloadable track for the music video game series "Rock Band" and also appeared in the 2004 video game "Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines".

LACUNA COIL played its first show in front of an audience in more than two years in April as the support act for APOCALYPTICA at the Masquerade in Atlanta, Georgia.

Prior to the Atlanta concert, the last time LACUNA COIL played together was at the group's special September 2020 livestream event where the bandmembers performed their latest album, "Black Anima", in its entirety with no audience in attendance at the Alcatraz Club in Milan, Italy. That show was released as a live album, "Live From The Apocalypse", via Century Media.

LACUNA COIL hadn't played in front of a crowd since the completion of the band's South American tour in February 2020.

CHRIS JERICHO Says FOZZY Might Focus On Releasing Singles Instead Of Full-Length Albums

CHRIS JERICHO Says FOZZY Might Focus On Releasing Singles Instead Of Full-Length Albums

FOZZY singer Chris Jericho has admitted that he's unsure if the band will release a follow-up to 2022's "Boombox" album, explaining that he and his bandmates might focus on releasing singles instead. The frontman made the comment in an interview with Eonmusic to promote the band's November U.K. and Ireland tour.

Speaking about the forthcoming trek, which will see FOZZY play some of their biggest venues in the U.K. and Ireland yet, Chris said: "We wanted to keep the momentum going and come back again and play some bigger places. It really is a second home for us, and it's always important for us to continue to build the territory and continue to come back frequently, which is why we're coming back."

Reflecting on FOZZY's rise, Jericho said: "To see the growth of the band is the most important thing. We're not doing this to play 'rock star'; we're doing it to build FOZZY and build the brand. It's a business, so you want that business to be profitable, and when you get to the point where you figure out how to do that, it is very gratifying."

Despite the fact that FOZZY's eighth album, "Boombox", landed on several charts upon its release in May, Jericho said that the band's approach to releasing new music may be different going forward. "We already are working on new stuff, and I think the way that music is released is going to change," he said. "I don't know if we're going to do another 'album', per se, because you do 12 songs and every song is great, but once, you know, you put three singles out on radio, that's pretty much the end of it. So we might just focus on one song at a time, just more frequently."

Read the entire interview at Eonmusic.

Last month, FOZZY postponed the remaining dates of its previously announced summer/fall 2022 "Save The World" tour due to a throat injury suffered by Jericho. According to FOZZY, the wrestling superstar sustained a bruised larynx in August at the AEW "Quake By The Lake" event in Minnesota where he squared off against Jon Moxley for the interim AEW world championship.

The follow-up to 2017's "Judas", "Boombox" features FOZZY's anthemic single "I Still Burn", their newest Top 20 hit at Mainstream Rock radio.
