ROBERT PLANT: \'Nine Lives\' Box Set Pushed Back To November
Launch Radio Networks reports: Robert Plant's post-LED ZEPPELIN career will get boxed on November 14 with the release of "Nine Lives" (cover). The package will have all of Plant's solo albums, as well as a DVD with music videos, interviews, and bonus footage.
Each of the albums — "Pictures At Eleven" (1982), "The Principle Of Moments" (1983), "The Honeydrippers Volume One" (1984), "Shaken 'N' Stirred" (1985), "Now And Zen" (1988), "Manic Nirvana" (1990), "Fate Of Nations" (1993), "Dreamland" (2002), and "Mighty Rearranger" (2005) — have been remastered, and they're now expanded with rare and unreleased live and studio tracks.
The DVD has 20 music videos, live performance footage, and a career-spanning interview with Plant, as well as interviews with friends including Phil Collins, singer-songwriter Tori Amos, tennis star John McEnroe, and former Atlantic Records President Ahmet Ertegun, among others.
The only show on Plant's itinerary is The Sunflower Jam, a benefit in London on September 14 that will also feature DEEP PURPLE drummer Ian Paice and former PURPLE keyboardist Jon Lord.
