Watch RATT Perform In Biloxi, MississippiFan-filmed video footage of RATT's May 11 concert at Hard Rock Live in Biloxi, Mississippi can be seen below.
The band's setlist was as follows:
01. Wanted Man
02. Dangerous But Worth The Risk
03. You Think You're Tough
04. Walkin' The Dog (Rufus Thomas cover)
05. Way Cool Jr.
06. I'm Insane
07. In Your Direction
08. Lack Of Communication
09. Lay It Down
10. You're In Love
11. Lovin' You's A Dirty Job
12. Slip Of The Lip
13. Nobody Rides For Free
14. Body Talk
15. Back For More
16. Round And Round
RATT's current lineup includes original singer Stephen Pearcy and bassist Juan Croucier, along with drummer Pete Holmes (BLACK 'N BLUE) and guitarists Jordan Ziff (RAZER) and Chris Sanders (BRITNY FOX, KNIGHT FURY).
Pearcy recently said that RATT fans can expect to see some fresh additions to the group's concert setlist when he and his bandmates return to the road.
"We have so many cool songs that we wanna put in the set this year, so we're gonna change it up a bit and put in some of these other songs," the singer said during an appearance on the April 17 episode of KCAA's "Controlled Chaos". "'I Want A Woman', 'Sweet Cheater' — everything from '83 to the full catalog. We're gonna shake it up a bit. That's the hardest thing to do. I put a little thing out there [on social media]: 'What do you wanna hear?' You'd be surprised how many people wanna hear a song like 'Givin' Yourself Away' or something else."
According to Pearcy, RATT fans shouldn't be surprised to hear slightly different versions of the band's classic songs when they come to one of the group's concerts.
"I'm from old school, like [Robert] Plant or [Rob] Halford," he said. "I don't myself up against any of these gentlemen, but I like to change it up a bit. So if I don't sing the exact words, people, don't get uptight. It's me just having a good time. Because, as a singer, I try to hit different notes and different things. We wanna change it up."
This past January, Pearcy underwent knee surgery. The operation came three months after two disastrous RATT shows that saw the 62-year-old singer incapacitated to the point where he had trouble remembering the words to some of the band's biggest hits.
Pearcy later apologized to the RATT fans, saying in a statement that he was "dealing with a pain-management issue due to a bad knee." He added that he "made the critical error of adding alcohol to my pain meds while on stage" at the September concert in Huntington, New York "and it destroyed my performance."

IRON MAIDEN Releases Pro-Shot Video Of 'Flight Of Icarus' Performance From 'Legacy Of The Beast' TourBritish heavy metal legends IRON MAIDEN have released a professionally filmed video of the band performing the song "Flight Of Icarus" live on their ongoing "Legacy Of The Beast" tour. Check it out below.
MAIDEN's 2019 North, South and Central America tour comprises 44 shows in six countries, which, combined with the band's 2018 European dates, means that by the end of this tour, the group will have taken the "Legacy Of The Beast" show to over one and three quarter of a million fans around the globe.
The band's triumphant first leg of the "Legacy Of The Beast" tour opened in Europe last year to outstanding critical acclaim, not just by the 750,000-plus fans who came to see the show but right across national press and rock media, including The Times (UK) newspaper calling it "an extraordinary show filled with world class theatrics… a masterclass in performance and staging."
IRON MAIDEN opened its concerts on the trek with "Aces High" and continued with "Where Eagles Dare". Other notable tracks aired during the set included the Blaze Bayley-era classics "The Clansman" and "Sign Of The Cross", as well as three additional songs that were performed for the first time in years: "For The Greater Good Of God", "The Wicker Man" and "Flight Of Icarus".
The concept for the "Legacy Of The Beast" tour was inspired by MAIDEN's mobile game and comic book of the same name and the stage set design featured a number of different but interlocking "worlds" with a setlist covering a large selection of 1980s material with a handful of surprises from later albums to add diversity. 1

Renewal Through Purification is a breathtaking explosion of power that promises nothing but absolute, ultimate destruction. The end is nigh...
June 22nd is the date decreed, when MTAF Records will pull the trigger and fire Renewal Through Purification out into the world with its uncompromising pronouncement of doom. Tyrmfar are coming... prepare to be judged!
Tracklisting:
"The Arrival..."
"...Of The Legions Of Eternity"
"Rise Of Chaos"
"The Almighty"
"No Hope"
"The Commander Of Death"
"Mountains Of Madness"

"Freedom’s Call"

"Implore The Reaper"
"Humanity’s End"
Tyrmfar announced themselves on the Swiss metal scene in 2015 with the EP, In The Depths Of A Dark Spirit. From that first release the band began to turn heads, and the promise of future greatness hung heavy in the air. That promise began to be realised with the debut full length album; released in 2017, Human Abomination, put Tyrmfar firmly on the extreme music map. Now, that final step has been taken and Tyrmfar have delivered an album that incinerates all that has gone before, in an inferno of raging flame. Melodies steeped in loss and pain weave their way between the towering ramparts of brute force riffs, creating songs as captivating as they are remorselessly obliterating. Each track will hold you hypnotised as it roars out your death sentence.

ASAGRAUM - Dawn Of Infinite Fire Due In September; Cover Art, Tracklisting RevealedEdged Circle Productions has set September 13th as the international release date for Asagraum's second album, Dawn Of Infinite Fire, on CD and vinyl LP formats.
A cross-continental entity, Asagraum was founded in the autumn of 2015 by vocalist / guitarist Obscura, who was joined by drummer T. Kolsvart, to create pure Satanic black metal with the old-school feeling of the eternal '90s greats and with dark psychedelic influences. A three-track promo recording was released in early 2017, laying bare Asagraum's aims and sound. Wasting no time, debut album Potestas Magicum Diaboli was recorded, mixed at the esteemed Necromorbus Studio, and released by KVLT Records in September 2017. Upon its release, the album reaped widespread acclaim across the world, garnering attention largely because it was the work of two women - a rarity in black metal, both past and especially present - who quickly rendered gender an irrelevant argument, so strong was the towering power of Potestas Magicum Diaboli.
At the end of 2017, T. Kolsvart was replaced and drummer A. took part in the coven. Many live performances commenced with this new lineup, and Asagraum's black flame burned brighter than ever, as they spread that flame across Europe, Canada, and Latin America, aided in these live performances by Mortifero or Makhashanah and additional guitarist V-Kaos. Soon enough, the band garnered a recording contract with instant fans Edged Circle Productions - whose owner, Iscariah, played in Immortal during the late '90s and early 2000s - and anticipation has reached a fever pitch for their imminent sophomore album.
Alas, it has arrived under the ominous (and prescient) title Dawn Of Infinite Fire. Quite accurately, Dawn Of Infinite Fire sees Asagraum burning with equal intensity in songwriting, execution, and atmosphere, staying true to their original aims whilst pushing their classicist sound further into the present. Granted, that blast-from-the-past classicism is inescapable - this is pure, traditional black metal above all - but not once across Dawn Of Infinite Fire does that hinder their timeless expression. If anything, this is the sound of Asagraum at their most anthemic and triumphant, marching forward with obsidian austerity, reflecting their prolific presence on the live front: tangibly physical black metal, played with passion and authenticity and not augmented by cheap studio trickery. Brazen that expression might be - not to overstate the fact, but most nowadays black metal hides in the shadows - but Asagraum continue to sound fresh among that modern BM landscape, outstripping the prevailing trends and the pretenders who enable them.
If Potestas Magicum Diaboli walked a delicate-but-bold balance between aggression and atmosphere, both unapologetically modern and authentically '90s in its sterling black metal, then Dawn Of Infinite Fire is the sound of Asagraum perfecting that balance, spellbinding the listener across a deceptively vast nine-song / 47-minute journey. With mixing & mastering once again courtesy of Tore Stjerna at Necromorbus Studio and literally incendiary cover artwork courtesy of Bahrull Marta, the time is nigh for Asagraum's Dawn Of Infinite Fire!
First track premiere to be revealed shortly. Aforementioned cover art and tracklisting are as follows:
"They Crawl From The Broken Circle"
"The Lightless Inferno"
"Abomination's Altar"
"Guahaihoque"
"Dawn Of Infinite Fire"
"Dochters Van De Zwarte Vlam"
"Beyond The Black Vortex"
"Hate Of Satan's Hammer"
"Waar Ik Ben Komt De Dood"

ENTOMBED A.D. To Release 'Bowels Of Earth' Album In AugustSwedish metallers ENTOMBED A.D. will release their new album, "Bowels Of Earth", on August 30 via Century Media.
According to a press release, the follow-up to 2016's "Dead Dawn" "represents a huge leap forward for these gnarly veterans. Faster, tighter and more viscerally crushing than anything they have produced before."
Comments singer Lars-Göran Petrov: "We have our Brazilian friend, Guilherme, coming into the band on guitar and we’ve been getting energy from that.
"This recording was a lot more focused and straightforward. We kept things simple, but still with thought behind everything. And there was absolutely no stress."
Last summer, ENTOMBED A.D. released a new single, "Fit For A King".
ENTOMBED A.D. was formed in 2014 when Petrov and other members of ENTOMBED decided to change the band's name in order to avoid a legal battle with ENTOMBED guitarist Alex Hellid who didn't want his former bandmates to use the ENTOMBED moniker.
"[ENTOMBED and ENTOMBED A.D. are] the same thing — just some minor complications on the way," Petrov told Finland's Rauta. "But we are here and playing music and headbanging, and that's the most important. But it's the same. It's the same."
Petrov added that he and his bandmates "don't think about" the slight alteration in the group's name. "We just let it roll. As long as we are out, nobody can stop us."
Asked what inspires him to make music and write lyrics these days, Petrov said: "It's boring to sit at home. [Laughs] No, you can always be productive and be out on tour and have no sleep. But that all doesn't matter when you come to the show and you see your brothers in metal. Then it's all worth it."
On the topic of ENTOMBED's musical evolution over the years, Petrov said: "As you go on in life, you experience new things, you wanna try out other things, and ENTOMBED has always tried to do that. Maybe more than for our own good sometimes, but now we're just going straightforward and we just do it again — over and over again. And as long as you don't get tired of it, you just continue. If you get tired of it, you should quit. You don't do it because… If you don't like it, step aside and let it roll."
ENTOMBED A.D. is:
Lars-Göran Petrov - Vocals
Nico Elgstrand - Guitar
Olle Dahlstedt - Drums
Guilherme Miranda - Guitar

ENTHRONED Premier New Song "Vapula Omega"; AudioBlack metal formation, Enthroned, are streaming the new song, "Vapula Omega", from their upcoming record, Cold Black Suns, out via Season Of Mist on June 7.
Enthroned is surely a name black metal fans are no strangers to. Over the course of the last 25 years, they have pushed the boundaries of black metal and the deepness of the Left Hand Path philosophy further within. The quintet has channelled that dedication into their newest record. Cold Black Suns is a dark and crushing black metal album where cold riffing, blood chilling atmospheres, and ritualistic drumming are keys to forging their most mature and accomplished opus to date.
The band, who crawled out of the black lands of Belgium in 1993, inked their first contract less than a year after its formation, and recorded debut album Prophecies Of Pagan Fire, which is now considered an all-time classic in the genre.
By then known as The Blackened Horde to fans and the scene at large, Enthroned recruited guitarist Nornagest and within two years entered Hautregard Studios to give birth to their second album. After the recording, tragedy struck and founding member and drummer Cernunnos (1997) took his own life.
The band went on to record the album using Cernunnos’s drum tracks from rehearsal recordings which were recorded by long time friend Da Cardoen, from the Belgian band Asphyxia. Towards The Skullthrone Of Satan was thus born. Since then, Enthroned went on to tour the world and have released a total of 10 full-lengths, one live album, and a hearty handful of splits and EPs.
Now, as the band celebrates 26 years as one of black metal’s premier outfits, they are ready to unleash number 11 onto the masses. Cold Black Suns is an icy, brutal offering from the band that will see a worldwide release on June 7 via Season Of Mist, making it their debut to the label. This is the band’s first album in five years, following up 2014’s critically acclaimed Sovereigns.
Cold Black Suns can be pre-ordered in various formats here. The cover artwork was created by Neraath.

FROZEN CROWN - Fan-Made Video Recap Of April 2019 Shows In Germany PostedA YouTube user going by the tag medd1990 has compiled footage from Frozen Crown's recent tour through Germany, showcassing the band's shows in Munich, Augsburg and Aschaffenburg.
"Why no complete songs? Because you have the studio albums for that, and in better quality, and why should I leave some shakey crappy pics in just to make it longer? All the best material is in here from 3 memorable evenings."
Crowned In Frost is the new album from Frozen Crown, coming a year after the debut The Fallen King, which gave the band huge media exposure and brought a deal with international booking agency Nine Lives Entertainment, amongst many other accomplishments.
This time, mastermind and songwriter Federico Mondelli amplified the classic/heavy and power metal components of the band, making Crowned In Frost an aggressive and monolithic album from the very beginning, still keeping the listener engaged with its rich sound and wide variety of songs, including instrumental interludes and outstanding female vocals, brought to life by talented Giada "Jade" Etro.
Check out the official video for new song "Neverending" below.
As with the first album, Federico wrote the music and recorded all guitars and keyboards (being an all-round artist he designed the beautiful artwork as well) for Crowwned In Frost, whilst the drum parts were arranged by drummer Alberto Mezzanotte. Lyrics are once again the result of the joint efforts of Giada and Federico. Production duties have been handled by Andrea Fusini.
Crowned In Frost broadens Frozen Crown’s musical landscape still keeping intact an uncommon taste for melody and catchy refrains. The album was released on March 22nd via Scarlet Records.
Tracklisting:
"Arctic Gales"
"Neverending"
"In The Dark"
"Battles In The Night"
"Winterfall"
"Unspoken"
"Lost In Time"
"The Wolf And The Maiden"
"Forever"

GUS G. Chosen As Spokesperson For Greek Jury At This Year's EUROVISION SONG CONTESTGreek guitar virtuoso Gus G., well known in rock and metal circles for his work as Ozzy Osbourne's guitarist and as leader of his own band FIREWIND, will reveal the results of the Greek jury at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest.
The grand final of the 64th Eurovision Song Contest will take place on Saturday, May 18 in Tel Aviv, Israel, with the semi-finals held on Tuesday, May 14 and Thursday, May 16. A total of 41 countries will compete, but only the top 26 nations from both shows will go through to the final.
Gus says: "I'm happy to announce that I've been chosen as the spokesperson that'll be giving the final voting results on behalf of Greece at this year's Eurovision!"
Gus's latest solo album, "Fearless", was released in April 2018 via AFM Records. The follow-up to 2015's "Brand New Revolution" marks his first release since exiting Osbourne's band in 2017.
On "Fearless", Gus joins forces with vocalist/bassist Dennis Ward (PINK CREAM 69, UNISONIC) and drummer Will Hunt (EVANESCENCE).
Asked how he keeps "shred guitar" interesting for the listener, Gus told Guitar World magazine: "If it's not done with a musical meaning or in some sort of musical context, it's pretty boring. That's why I admire guys like Joe Satriani who are able to basically make the guitar take on the role of a voice. But I hate guys who put out stuff that just sounds like backing tracks for them to solo over. That's why I always try to write songs. Then having a kickass solo is kind of like the cherry on top, so to speak. But you need to have a good song first."
Gus also said that he has no issues with being replaced in Ozzy's band by a returning Zakk Wylde.
"Well, there's obviously a long history between those two, so given the fact that Ozzy announced his farewell tour, I think it's cool," he said. "And after Randy Rhoads, Zakk is the most iconic guitar player he's had in his band. So it's good that Zakk is coming back. It's totally fine with me — it's not like I have a fucking choice! [Laughs] But I'm a big fan. And what can I say? I have no complaints because it's been a hell of a ride for me just playing in Ozzy's band for seven years. It was never a gig I took for granted. You just have to enjoy it while it lasts. And I'm happy it lasted as long as it did."

17. Breaking The Law
18. Living After Midnight
JUDAS PRIEST kicked off its North American tour with URIAH HEEP on May 3 at Hard Rock Event Center in Hollywood, Florida.
Several tracks were aired for the very first time, including three songs from PRIEST's latest album, 2018's "Firepower": "Necromancer", "Spectre" and "Traitors Gate". Also making its live debut was "(Take These) Chains", from 1982's "Screaming For Vengeance". "All Guns Blazing", from 1990's "Painkiller", was performed live for the first time in nearly 18 years. Elsewhere, "Out In The Cold", from 1986's "Turbo", was dusted off after 33 years.
Singer Rob Halford recently told the St. Louis radio station Real Rock 99.3 that PRIEST was rehearsing "close to 15" new songs for the current trek, including "Rapid Fire" (from 1980's "British Steel").
Back in January, JUDAS PRIEST performed "Killing Machine" live for the first time since 1978 during a concert at Zénith de Paris in Paris, France.
During last year's "Firepower" U.S. tour, JUDAS PRIEST's set included rarities like "Running Wild", "Bloodstone" and "Tyrant", plus "Saints In Hell", which had never been performed live before.
Bassist Ian Hill is the sole remaining original member of PRIEST, which formed in 1969. Halford joined the group in 1973 and guitarist Glenn Tipton signed on in 1974. Rob left PRIEST in the early 1990s to form his own band, then came back to PRIEST in 2003.
"Firepower" was released in March 2018 via Epic. 2

HELLYEAH To Release 'Welcome Home' Album In SeptemberHELLYEAH will release its sixth studio album, "Welcome Home", on Friday, September 27 via Eleven Seven Music. The official music video for the disc's title track will be made available on Friday, May 17.
HELLYEAH played an emotional sold-out concert on Saturday, May 11 celebrating the life of its late drummer Vinnie Paul Abbott. The show, which began with an emotional procession by the Las Vegas Golden Knights DrumBots, and a live painting by renowned fine-artist Rob Prior, marked the first time the band has taken the stage since Vinnie's passing and the debut of STONE SOUR member Roy Mayorga as Vinnie's replacement. In a poignant moment during the set, Las Vegas Review-Journal columnist John Katsilometes presented the band with an official proclamation from the Clark County Board of Commissioners declaring May 11th, 2019 as "Vinnie Paul Day" for his incomparable role as a musician, and helping make the entertainment industry in the city of Las Vegas what it is today. A portion of the proceeds from the sold-out show, were donated to the American Heart Association in honor of Vinnie Paul.
"Welcome Home", the eagerly anticipated new album featuring the late Vinnie Paul's final recordings, will contain 10 tracks, driven by their love, loyalty, reverence and respect for their fallen brother, including the first fiery song "333", recently released.
As bassist Kyle Sanders so succinctly stated: "While Vinnie Paul is obviously irreplaceable, one thing we can't not do is tour. As easy as it would be to say we're not going on the road, we have to. Vinnie would be extremely disappointed in us if we didn't promote this record properly. He'd be pissed off at all of us for putting all this work into finishing the record and then just letting it sit there on the shelf while we put a couple of songs to radio and whatever… and we know that."
HELLYEAH's 18-city headlining summer outing will kick off on Tuesday, July 23 in Atlanta, and will culminate in a special celebration on Saturday, August 17 in Dallas, Texas.
Tickets with VIP packages are available for purchase beginning Tuesday, May 14, at 10:00 a.m. local time. Fan club pre-sales begin on Tuesday, May 14, at 10:00 a.m. local time. On-sale to the general public begins Friday, May 17 at 10:00 a.m. local time. In honor of Vinnie Paul, HELLYEAH will donate $1 from each ticket sold on the tour to the American Heart Association.
HELLYEAH 2019 tour dates:

Jul. 24 - Myrtle Beach, SC - House of Blues
Jul. 26 - Silver Springs, MD - The Fillmore
Jul. 27 - Inwood, WV - Shiley Acres

Mayorga's addition to HELLYEAH was made official on May 6. At the time, the band said Roy was the perfect guy to take Vinnie Paul's place. "These men had so much love and mutual respect for each other, this makes our transition so much easier," HELLYEAH said in a statement.
Mayorga previously played with Sanders in MEDICATION, the early 2000s outfit which also featured guitarist Logan Mader (MACHINE HEAD) and singer Whitfield Crane (UGLY KID JOE).
Vinnie Paul died last June of dilated cardiomyopathy, an enlarged heart, as well as severe coronary artery disease. His death was the result of chronic weakening of the heart muscle — basically meaning his heart couldn't pump blood as well as a healthy heart.
Not long before his death, Vinnie laid down the drum tracks for "Welcome Home".
Like the last two records, 2016's "Unden!able" and 2014's "Blood For Blood", the new disc was recorded at The Hideout Recording Studio in Las Vegas, Nevada with producer Kevin Churko.

HATE: 'Sovereign Sanctity' Video Released"Sovereign Sanctity", the new music video from Polish death metallers HATE, can be seen below. The song is taken from the band's 11th full-length album, "Auric Gates Of Veles", which will be released on June 14 via Metal Blade Records.
The "Sovereign Sanctity" clip was produced by 9LITER FILMY and filmed by Blazej Jankowiak.
Vocalist/guitarist Adam "ATF Sinner" Buszko comments: "Well, here it is, the first visual to our new album — 'The Auric Gates of Veles' — for the song 'Sovereign Sanctity'.
"We feel the video and the song together pass a story that at once conveys our message universally and yet is full of details and symbolism that tell a deeper story. So instead of me telling you about it, I'll present it to you all with no preface. Just a quick thanks before we start to Blazej Jankowiak and 9LITERFILMY for the massive work done bringing our united vision to life."
Since 1991, HATE has lived up to their name, responsible for some of the angriest and most ruthless death metal unleashed upon the world. With 2017's "Tremendum", they took a step toward a darker, more atmospheric, black metal-oriented style and began exploring Slavonic mysticism, and "Auric Gates Of Veles" boldly continues in that direction.
"We wanted to go deeper into the subject, both musically and lyrically," asserts Buszko. "We also wanted to record a sharper and better-defined rhythm section, a more death metal-oriented one. When it comes to guitar sound, it was meant to be a wall of sonic destruction with dark ambient elements in the background."
With the ominous rumble that heralds the commencement of opener "Seventh Manvantara" giving way to a squall of guitars and blastbeats, it is clear that HATE is playing at the top of its game. Progressing through the rampant thrashing and wide-open spaces of "The Volga's Veins", the haunting, crushing grooves of the title track, the equally sinister and tragic sounds of "Salve Ignis" and concluding with the raw black metal of closer "Generation Sulphur", it is a diverse record, not content to rehash the same idea eight times. The centerpiece of the album is arguably the six-and-a-half-minute epic thunder of "Sovereign Sanctity", which demands the full attention of the listener from start to finish.
"We wanted the songs to sound like anthems, and 'Sovereign Sanctity' is a perfect example of such a song. I think it's also one of the best we have written in years," Sinner states.
"Auric Gates Of Veles" track listing:
01. Seventh Manvantara
02. Triskhelion
03. The Volga's Veins
04. Sovereign Sanctity
05. Path To Arkhen
06. Auric Gates Of Veles
07. Salve Ignis
08. Generation Sulphur
09. In The Shrine Of Veles (pre-production) (limited digi bonus track)
10. Path To Arkhen (pre-production) (limited digi bonus track)
Before the release of "Auric Gates Of Veles", HATE will tour across North America with BELPHEGOR, DARK FUNERAL and INCANTATION as part of the annual "Devastation On The Nation" trek, in addition to appearing at various European festivals. 3

NASHVILLE PUSSY Premieres Brand New Video For “Go Home And Die”“We almost killed the actress!” confesses Robin Levet Of Ezda Films, director of "Go Home And Die", the new video from Grammy nominated rockers Nashville Pussy. “Rose-Mary was submerged in the bathtub from 10am to midnight. All day long my assistants were boiling water! In the end, when she finally got out, it was midnight and time for her to dance. It was an electrifying performance and quite a debut for the young actress.”
“We just met the director Robin that morning,” recalls Ruyter Suys, lead guitarist of the infamous Nashville Pussy. “We spent the sunny hours filming us cruising around Marseilles on top of our personalized Nashville Pussy bus to cheering and somewhat startled bystanders all the while hiding or running from the French Police.”
It wasn’t until the band and crew made a pit stop at Robin’s home on the way to the location of "Go Home And Die", the second video of the day, that made the biggest impression on hillbilly lead screamer Blaine Cartwright.
“Robin had a Status Quo poster right next to a Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 poster. You can’t beat that! That’s when I was assured that we were in good hands.”
“We’re from Atlanta. The Walking Dead is filmed here. Half our friends have jobs in our city’s burgeoning zombie industry. So the video has to be good or we’re gonna get shit next time we go out drinking in the ATL.”
In fact it was Nashville Pussy’s video of "‘Til The Meat Falls Off The Bone", which featured exclusive footage of the band’s friend and fellow Atlantan Jimmy Bickert’s underground epic “Frankenstein Created Bikers” that initially got Robin’s attention. He knew he had the perfect location for the new Pussy video.
“The scorched red earth of Vitrolles are a little like my second home, I have always known. A few years ago it burned and I photographed it, I knew that visually it could be beautiful. The text of the song is hard, it needed such a hard place.
These landscapes remind me a little the USA, so it seemed obvious to me to do that there. After finishing the video of the bus, we went home drinking rum until the sun goes down and our energy goes up!”
Robin cites the movies Evil Dead 2, Bad Boy Bubby, Return Of The Living Dead 3, Street Trash, the music video of Michael Jackson's Thriller and directors like Romero, Carpenter, Cronenberg, Lloyd Kaufman as his influences.

The album can be ordered here in the following formats:
- jewelcase-CD
- 180g black vinyl (EU exclusive)
- root beer marbled vinyl (EU exclusive - limited to 200 copies)
- turquoise marbled vinyl (EU exclusive - limited to 100 copies)

The album was tracked primarily at The Brick HitHouse in Hyannis, Massachusetts with producers Peter Rutcho (Revocation, Ravage) and Shane Frisby (Becoming The Archetype, Bury Your Dead) with vocals produced by Zdenek Sikyr at Studio Hostivar (Cult of Fire, Master's Hammer) in Prague. Having worked with Rutcho since 2010, it was a painless, professional process, the band also bringing in Chaney Crabb of Entheos to add a guest vocal to the devastating "Penance".
"Sociopathic Constructs is the result of tons of hard work and shows the progress we have made as a band since Mechanisms (2016)," asserts Sundaramurthy. "We feel the time is now for such an album, the brutality perfectly reflects the darkness, violence, and harsh reality of our world."
Sociopathic Constructs serves to further cement Abnormality's place at the cutting edge of savage ultra-technical death metal. With this release, the quintet have stepped up their game across the board, making for a record that is as violent, complex and thought provoking as any you will hear in 2019, and the band were not afraid to explore and mix things up.
"I think this record we felt free enough to just go where we wanted to within a song," states guitarist Jeremy Henry. "We had no qualms with switching styles and approaches from riff to riff. To have a whole section grinding away and then just switch gears, hit the brakes and drop a slow, old school Morbid Angel warship groove in there. We felt free to follow our instincts, and just let our influences shine through."
Sociopathic Constructs tracklisting:
"Monarch Alpha"
"Penance"
"Kakistocracy"
"Transmogrification Of The Echoborgs"
"A Catastrophic And Catalyzing Event"

AVATAR Streaming "The Eagle Has Landed" (Live In Paris 2018)From the Royal Court of Avatar Country:
Avatar has debuted another single from their live LP called “The Eagle Has Landed" (Live in Paris 2018) just a few days before the release of The King Live In Paris on May 17. This is the second track we’ve heard from the all-new album, the first being “Bloody Angel" (Live in Paris 2018) back in March.
The King Live In Paris was recorded 100% live at Download Festival 2018 in Paris, France. The new release underscores fan favorites such as "A Statue Of The King," "Let It Burn," and "Hail The Apocalypse."
"Looking back at all that's happened and what's still going on it feels more like a document from a pivotal battle than a live album," says frontman Johannes Eckerström. "In the past, I've found it hard to motivate making something like this, but as time goes on, I find it fortunate that we get to have our work captured like this. I realize now more than ever that we are in the process of constant change. This release is a version of Avatar that didn't exist a year prior, and that already has morphed into something else. The show at Download Paris was a particular one for many reasons. We are very proud of the result."
The King Live In Paris will be released on May 17 via Century Media Records and Entertainment One (eOne in USA, Canada and Mexico). Pre-orders are available.

SEPULTURA To Record New Album In August; February 2020 Release PlannedBrazilian/American metallers SEPULTURA will enter the studio in August to begin recording their new album for a tentative February 2020 release via Nuclear Blast. The follow-up to 2017's "Machine Messiah" will once again be recorded at Fascination Street Studios in Örebro, Sweden with producer Jens Bogren, who has previously worked with SOILWORK, OPETH, KATATONIA, AMON AMARTH, KREATOR and DRAGONFORCE, among others.
SEPULTURA guitarist Andreas Kisser spoke about the band's recording plans during a recent interview with Kyrgyzstan's TV1.kg. He said (see video below): "We are currently working on new ideas, on new music. Actually, since September-October last year, we started putting ideas together, demos. Me and Eloy Casagrande, the drummer, working in São Paulo, just building the basic structure of the songs, and Derrick [Green, vocals] and Paulo [Xisto Pinto Jr., bass] working in their houses as well, putting their input. And we have about now around 10 songs. We would like to put an album with 12 songs — that's the idea — plus record some covers and bonus tracks for special releases and stuff."
He continued: "It's great that we have this tour in April [and May], that we leave the studio a little bit to come on stage and play again. I think it's gonna bring a whole new energy and motivation to go back and finish our work.
"We still have a lot to do, but we're going in the studio in August in Sweden with Jens Bogren, which is the same producer and the same studio we used for 'Machine Messiah'," he added. "And yes, the idea is to put out the album in February 2020. We have a concept already, we have a name, but we cannot share it yet."
"Machine Messiah" was SEPULTURA's fourteenth studio album and the eighth since Green joined the ranks. Lyrically, the disc tackled the metaphorical robotization of society and the need to follow and worship someone.
SEPULTURA was formed in 1984 in Belo Horizonte by brothers Max and Igor Cavalera, who are no longer with the band.
Last year, Kisser told TotalRock Radio that SEPULTURA was thrilled to continue its working relationship with Nuclear Blast Records, with whom the band has been for nearly a decade. "It's amazing, man," he said. "They are a metal label, and there are people that are on the scene since the beginning, the early days. It's a label that never sold out. Many other labels sold out to bigger companies and bigger labels, you change personnel, you think more on the business side. I think Nuclear Blast has a perfect balance between believing in music — in metal and hardcore and punk — and having the business able to sustain everything… And you see how many artists now are with the label, which is great. It's a great place to be. We have total freedom and support to do our stuff and to work with the producers we want and the artists for the cover — everything. They're very supportive, and they believe in the band, which is everything we need. It's great." 8

BLACK SABBATH Reunites With BILL WARD At 'Grammy Salute To Music Legends' In Los AngelesBLACK SABBATH members Tony Iommi (guitar) and Geezer Butler (bass) reunited with their estranged drummer Bill Ward at last night's (Saturday, May 11) "Grammy Salute To Music Legends" awards ceremony and live tribute concert at Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, California.
RIVAL SONS performed live for Iommi, Butler and Ward at the event, where SABBATH was honored by The Recording Academy with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
Earlier today, Iommi wrote on Facebook: "Another Grammy! Great performance from Rival Sons yesterday, thanks guys."
Butler tweeted: "Last night at the #grammy #LifetimeAchievementAwards #TonyIommi #BillWard."
The Recording Academy produced "Grammy Salute To Music Legends" in partnership with Thirteen as part of the "Great Performances" series on PBS, set to air later this year.
The Lifetime Achievement Award honors performers who have made contributions of outstanding artistic significance to the field of recording. The award is determined by a vote of The Recording Academy's National Board of Trustees.
Prior to Saturday night, the last time Iommi, Butler and Ward were all in a room together was back in May 2015 when they accepted the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Ivor Novello Awards in London, England.
Ward was on board for the SABBATH reunion when it was first announced more than seven years ago, but backed out soon after. He later claimed that he sat out the recording and touring sessions because of unfair contractual terms, although the members of SABBATH have hinted in other interviews that he wasn't physically up to the task.
All four original members of SABBATH were present when the band announced its reunion in late 2011. But Ward split from the group in 2012, citing an "unsignable" contract, and singer Ozzy Osbourne, Iommi and Butler carried on with their Rick Rubin–produced "13" LP and extensive international touring without him. The final BLACK SABBATH tour, which concluded in February 2017 in Birmingham, saw the founding member replaced by session drummer Tommy Clufetos.
It was rumored that SABBATH wanted to bring a second drummer on the road to share duties with Ward, something that Iommi confirmed in 2017 during a question-and-answer session about SABBATH's "Ten Year War" box set.
Back in June 2017, Ward told Rolling Stone magazine that he had "gone through a lot of tears" over his split with SABBATH. "I've grieved the loss of three of my best friends," he said. "I've grieved the loss of their company, their words, their laughter, their joy, and above all, their music... I've grieved the loss of the fans, and I've grieved the pain of what all this has created."
But he claimed at the time to have come out the other side. "I can't afford to have resentment," he explained. "I can't afford to be angry. I can't afford these things spiritually or physically. So I knew I had to be rid of them." 4

STEVEN TYLER, MARILYN MANSON Join HOLLYWOOD VAMPIRES On Stage In Los Angeles (Video)AEROSMITH's Steven Tyler and Marilyn Manson joined HOLLYWOOD VAMPIRES on stage last night (Saturday, May 11) at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles.
The show marked the second concert of a short spring West Coast tour by the HOLLYWOOD VAMPIRES, which features Alice Cooper, AEROSMITH's Joe Perry and actor Johnny Depp.
Manson came on for a cover of Cooper's own "I'm Eighteen", while Tyler sang lead on Tiny Bradshaw's "The Train Kept A-Rollin'".
Completing the HOLLYWOOD VAMPIRES live lineup are mainstay guitarist Tommy Henriksen (ALICE COOPER), along with rock star musician friends Glen Sobel (ALICE COOPER) on drums, Chris Wyse (THE CULT) on bass, and Buck Johnson (AEROSMITH) on keyboard and vocals.
The setlist was as follows:
01. I Want My Now
02. Five To One / Break On Through (THE DOORS cover)
03. The Jack (AC/DC cover)
04. Who's Laughin' Now
05. You Can't Put Your Arms Around A Memory (JOHNNY THUNDERS cover)
06. My Dead Drunk Friends
07. Baba O'Riley (THE WHO cover)
08. Heroes (DAVID BOWIE cover)
09. Git From Round Me
10. I'm Eighteen (with Marilyn Manson) (ALICE COOPER cover)
11. The Train Kept A-Rollin' (with Steven Tyler) (TINY BRADSHAW cover)
12. People Who Died (THE JIM CARROLL BAND cover)
13. We Gotta Rise
14. School's Out / Another Brick In The Wall (ALICE COOPER / PINK FLOYD covers)
Unlike HOLLYWOOD VAMPIRES' 2015 debut record, the band's upcoming sophomore LP, "Rise", produced by guitarist Tommy Henriksen and the rest of the band, consists mainly of original material written by the musicians. However, in the spirit of the VAMPIRES' original mission, there are three covers of songs originally written and recorded by some fellow rockers who died far too young: an intimate and intense version of David Bowie's "Heroes", beautifully performed by Depp; Jim Carroll's "People Who Died"; and Johnny Thunders's "You Can't Put Your Arms Around A Memory", sung by Perry.
Cooper told the the LA Weekly that fans should expect a really different second album from HOLLYWOOD VAMPIRES when "Rise" arrives on June 21.
"Johnny and Joe wrote together, while I was out with Glen Sobel who also plays in my band," Cooper said. "Then we'd bring it together. It really feels like a real band now. Everyone is busy doing their own thing but then we come together and it's very natural. It was fun to sing somebody else's angst. Johnny's had a rough year, so a lot of his lyrics have been about that."

So, I've decided to check out this new Bandcamp subscription option. This is not just about selling stuff, and I've resisted the crowdfunding concept whereby you send me $ for some promised future project. Instead, this is a way for you to help support these efforts (only if you can afford to, and desire to) and really help us go forth and conquer like a band of non-violent music creating Vikings.
Sure, you can buy my entire discounted catalog for around $50 if you feel like it, or for $5 (or more) a month you can get all the music and a bunch of extra exclusive content, live tracks, demos, chats, merch exclusives and more.
To be clear, I will still do all the things I've been doing, so nothing will be taken away; this will just be something 'extra' for those who want to help me amass a war chest for the upcoming land assault on the eyes and ears of the planet. Examples of where this support goes, recording, video content, musicians, travel, gear, expanding the team, promotion, etc. One love big up and respect!"

LIFE OF AGONY Performs New Song, 'Empty Hole', In New York City (Video)LIFE OF AGONY played a new song, "Empty Hole", during its concert last night (Friday, May 10) at the PlayStation Theater in New York City. Fan-filmed video footage of the performance can be seen below.
LIFE OF AGONY recently entered the studio with esteemed producer Sylvia Massy (TOOL, SYSTEM OF A DOWN) to begin recording its sixth album, "The Sound Of Scars", due this fall via Napalm Records. The recording sessions took place at Sylvia's Studio Divine in Ashland, Oregon. Additional recording took place at various studios in New York. Massy also handle mixing duties for the album. The disc will be the band's first since the addition of drummer Veronica Bellino, who replaced Sal Abruscato last year.
LIFE OF AGONY's sixth studio album will be a conceptual follow-up to the band's debut. Released in 1993, "Rivers Runs Red" told the story of a confused and disillusioned young man with low self-worth and a poor support network, who ultimately decides to commit suicide.
"We're very excited about this next record," LIFE OF AGONY guitarist Joseph Zampella (a.k.a. Joey Z) told Michael Nagy from KJAG radio and Jiggy Jag TV. "This next record is really gonna define LIFE OF AGONY in the next decade — what it means to be LIFE OF AGONY. It's really gonna set a new standard even for the band."
Asked about the musical direction of the new LIFE OF AGONY material, Zampella said: "We really never discuss a direction. We always just write what's coming out at the moment, and what's coming out right now is the best LIFE OF AGONY music that's been around for a long time."
Bassist Alan Robert added: "And also the way that we're going about writing is kind of really getting back to the fun of writing. The last record, basically, there was a 12-year gap between albums, and we kind of got jaded from the music industry for everything that we went through. And now we're inspired again and having fun writing. It's kind of like the old days."
Continued Joseph: "[We're] sharing ideas again and listening to each other and checking out something someone has or an idea for a song that someone else has. And it's just really open and fun, and exactly what Alan said — it's fun again. Making music should be fun. 'Cause if it's not, there's an issue, there's a problem. And so far, it's been super. And you'll hear that in the music. And that's what I think a lot of people are missing in their music — that organic, fun aspect. You can hear that in people's music; you hear that in writing."
LIFE OF AGONY's latest album, "A Place Where There's No More Pain", was issued in April 2017 via Napalm. LIFE OF AGONY's fifth studio LP marked the band's first release since singer Mina Caputo (formerly known as Keith Caputo) came out as transgender in 2011.
Abruscato announced in December 2017 that he had "amicably" left LIFE OF AGONY. He has since been replaced by Bellino, a New York native who has previously worked with DMC, LL Cool J, Carmine Appice and Jeff Beck.
Had s blast tonight st Plsystation theatre seeing @OffiLIFEOFAGONY perform there new song. Let me tell you its fckn ????? cant wait for #SOUNDOFSCARS TO DROP. GREAT SHOW @MinaCaputo @arobert @JoeyZampella @VERONICABELLINO you killed it!!! pic.twitter.com/uI93cWfqLA— Ian Higgins (@IanAHiggins) May 11, 20192

METALLICA's HAMMETT, TRUJILLO Pay Tribute To CELTIC FROST With 'The Usurper' Cover In Zurich (Video)Robert Trujillo and Kirk Hammett played a cover version of the CELTIC FROST song "The Usurper" during METALLICA's May 10 concert at Letzigrund Stadion in Zurich, Switzerland. Fan-filmed video footage of the performance can be seen below.
"The Usurper" was part of the fun and unusual feature METALLICA added to its shows on the band's recent tours: at each stop, Hammett and Trujillo have been covering songs from some of their musical heroes — often choosing songs that are far removed from the band's traditional metal sound. The "doodles," as the band refers to them in their setlists, have been showing up right before Trujillo's solo on "(Anesthesia) Pulling Teeth". The songs are pared-down interpretations — just bass and guitar and sometimes Trujillo singing in front of music stands.
Trujillo and Hammett previously paid tribute to late CELTIC FROST bassist Martin Eric Ain during METALLICA's April 11, 2018 concert at Palexpo in Geneva, Switzerland. They performed the Swiss extreme metal pioneers' classic song "Procreation Of The Wicked", featured on 1984's "Morbid Tales" album.
Ain died in October 2017 after suffering a heart attack at the age of 50.
METALLICA kicked off the spring/summer 2019 European leg of its "Worldwired" tour on May 1 at the Estádio Do Restelo in Lisbon, Portugal.
"WorldWired" has played more than 130 shows across the world since its 2016 kick-off.
METALLICA is continuing to tour in support of its latest album, "Hardwired… To Self-Destruct", which debuted at No. 1 on The Billboard 200 album chart, selling 291,000 copies in its first week of release. 6

DONNIE VIE Releases Official Video For Cover Of JOHN LENNON's "Instant Karma"; Tracklist For New Album RevealedOriginal songwriter/lead vocalist of Enuff Z’Nuff, Donnie Vie, is back with his latest solo album, Beautiful Things, which will be released on June 7th via Deko Music on CD/LP/Digital, with the first single "I Could Save The World" officially out on May 24th. The album also features special guests Paul Gilbert (Mr. Big), Roger Joseph Manning Jr. (Jellyfish) and Mike LePond (Symphony X).
To promote the album, Vie has filmed a great new music video for a cover of the John Lennon classic, "Instant Karma", which sees him playing piano by the sea...and strumming the guitar on the street! But along with these fun scenes lies a more serious message - trying to right what is wrong in the world today. The video can be viewed below.
“When everyone gave so much to make this video 'Instant Karma' out of love, I decided that I would pay it forward and dedicate it to a needy cause,” explains Vie. “The effects of bullying are astounding. I know because I was a victim of it. Lennon campaigned for peace and love and that’s what his song shall be used for."
"This is my first record in 4 years. I had to make sure it was great. The songs started coming, starting with ‘I Could Save the World,’ which opened the door for the rest. I got great artists to play on it like Paul Gilbert (Mr. Big), Roger Manning (Jellyfish), Matt Walker (Garbage/Morrissey) and many other killers. The record exceeded my hopes and expectations. It’s like an ice cream sundae made out of sounds & colors, with more hooks than a tackle box. And of course my pipes, stronger than ever! The song ‘Beautiful Things’ felt like a great album title, so I expanded on that. It hits hard from start to finish. I’m proud to be a big part of it, it’s my best work yet, and that’s saying something after nearly 25 great records with Enuff Z’ Nuff and my solo stuff combined. If you like cool aggressive pop, you will love this. I sure do. Share the love, stop the hate, and lets save the world.”
Beautiful Things tracklist:
"Beautiful Things"
"Plain Jane"
"Breaking Me Down"
"I Could Save the World"
"Fly"
"Tender Lights"
"I'll Surrender"
"Whatever"
"Fallin' Through The Pages"
"Back From The Blue"
