In an unprecedented event in extreme metal, Canadian powerhouse Kataklysm will release ten music videos in the ten days leading up to the release of their new album, Of Ghosts And Gods. Today, the band has released a video for “Shattered”.
Mastermind Maurizio Iacono: ““Shattered” is about someone who functions in a normal society in an automatic mode but is riddled with inner demons.”
Kataklysm will release Of Ghosts And Gods on July 31st worldwide via Nuclear Blast. Guitarist J- F Dagenais tracked drums, guitars and bass for the album, while vocals were recorded by producer Mark Lewis (Whitechapel, DevilDriver, Cannibal Corpse). The entire process was mixed and mastered in the UK by legendary producer Andy Sneap (Megadeth, Testament, Exodus, Amon Amarth)
The new album artwork was done by up and coming dark and macabre artist Art by Surtsey. The new Kataklysm cover art echoes a sinister artwork depicting the reality of humanity’s beautifully disturbing existence and its impending death through the Mortal and the Everlasting, the background shows an ancient Incantation written in Aramaic.

Группа задалась целью установить рекорд по количеству видеоклипов на один студийный альбом?
Что ни день, то новое видео от KATAKLYSM. Или это лейбл их так напрягает? Не припомню такого, чтобы почти на весь альбом снимались клипы.
Депрессняк сюжет клипа, конечно. Но хорошо, что "хэппи енд". А то я думал мужик застрелится или прыгнет. Хорошо даже, что такая страшная бабень ушла от него.
как можно легко вызвать тошноту от нового альбома: снимаешь кучу видеоклипов с общей оценкой на 3+, и пиздец - люди даже скачивать бесплатьно альболм не станут, потому что их уже эта бездарщина заебала за месяц))))))))))))))))
Походу все клипы сняли за один день, вот они (особена Ж.Ф.Д) такие заёбаные выглядят. Засыпает на ходу.
А этот клип - верх безумия. такое могло прийти нам в 1998 году когда мы сняли клип на мою видеокамеру. по тупизне смысла было примерно то же самое).
Барабанщика не уважают тута. почти нет его нигде в видео.
Короче - реально кошмар а не альбом. пора манатки собирать и каждому в свою родную страну разьезжаца.
