SOILWORK - New Material In The Works: "We're Better Than Ever, Folks"

Swedish melodic death metallers Soilwork's frontman Björn "Speed" Strid has been working with the band on new material for their next release. He has posted a brief update on Facebook:

"Listening to new Soilwork demos with a beautiful brew in my hand. All I can say is, we're better than ever, folks. It might be the alcohol but I'm feeling it for real. Pretty damn sure you will too."

Soilwork recently announced their signing with Breaking Bands LLC for management. Breaking Bands LLC is directed and founded by the powerhouse team of Testament vocalist and co-manager Chuck Billy, Adrenaline PR CEO Maria Ferrero, and former MegaForce Records and Crazed Management owners Jon and Marsha Zazula.

Chuck Billy states, “I remember finding this band called Soilwork while browsing on my computer and was hooked on them from the first listen. I soon became friends with them and wanted us to tour together with Testament. I am so thrilled to now be working with the band so many years later. I see great things to come in the near future. Let the good times roll.”

“It is my honor to work with Soilwork,” adds Maria Ferrero. “They are underrated - to say the least - and I look forward to personally ensure that we get the word out to fans of hard rock and heavy metal for Soilwork. Their music is inspiring and it rocks.”

Jonny Zazula adds, “Marsha and I have been intrigued by Soilwork for many years. When they came to Breaking Bands LLC for us to manage them it made sense right away. Their last album release was as intense as their earlier offerings and we are excited to see what the future has in store for us.”
