LED ZEPPELIN To Release 'Live EP' In SeptemberLED ZEPPELIN will celebrate the 50th anniversary of its iconic sixth album, "Physical Graffiti", with the release of "Live EP" on 180-gram 12" vinyl, CD and digital formats on September 12.
Also released on the same date will be an updated 50th-anniversary edition of 2015's "Physical Graffiti" Deluxe Edition 3LP vinyl set featuring the Companion Audio disc, now including a new bonus replica "Physical Graffiti" promotional poster (sized 443mm x 610mm).
The new "Live EP" features live recordings of "In My Time Of Dying" and "Trampled Under Foot" from Earl's Court, 1975, alongside "Sick Again" and "Kashmir" from Knebworth, 1979. These live performances were originally released on the 2003 "Led Zeppelin" DVD and appear on CD, vinyl and digital formats for the very first time.
Released on February 24, 1975 in the U.S. (and four days later in the U.K.),"Physical Graffiti" immediately achieved platinum sales status and has recently been certified 17 times platinum. Its commercial success was equaled by its critical reception.
Generally regarded as one of the greatest double albums of all time, the original 15 tracks represent a creative tour de force that explores the band's dynamic musical range, from the driving rock of "Custard Pie" to the exotic construction of "Kashmir" and the funky groove of "Trampled Under Foot".
LED ZEPPELIN singer Robert Plant states: "It goes from one extreme to the other but at the same time, it's very evident that it's ZEPPELIN… I love the album and it does work as a double album. There are some real humdinger, roaring tracks."
"Physical Graffiti" was comprised of new compositions including "Kashmir", "Sick Again", "Ten Years Gone", "The Wanton Song", "Custard Pie", "Trampled Under Foot" and "In My Time Of Dying", as well as unreleased songs from earlier album sessions: "Houses Of The Holy", "The Rover", "Black Country Woman" (from "Houses Of The Holy" sessions),"Down By The Seaside", "Boogie With Stu", "Night Flight" (from Untitled, a.k.a. "Led Zeppelin IV", sessions),and "Bron-Yr-Aur" (from "Led Zeppelin III" sessions).
LED ZEPPELIN guitarist Jimmy Page began the initial work at his home studio in Plumpton, Sussex, England, in the summer and autumn of 1973, with the first recording sessions taking place that October at Headley Grange, using Ronnie Lane's Mobile Studio. Further sessions at Headley continued in January 1974. Additional overdubs were recorded at Olympic Studios, where Page completed mixing of the album in July 1974.
Page says: "We had enough material for one and a half LPs, so I figured, 'Let's put out a double and use some of the material we'd done previously but never released'. I always thought the sequencing of an album was really important and that was part of my role as the producer."
"Physical Graffiti" was not only the band's first double LP, it was also the first release on their new label, Swan Song, which launched in May 1974. The album's release was announced on November 13, 1974.
LED ZEPPELIN bassist John Paul Jones states: "I'm a big fan of 'Physical Graffiti'. [It] was very wide ranging. It probably was a pinnacle."
Following the 10-week North American tour that ran from January through March 1975, LED ZEPPELIN played five sold-out nights at London's Earl's Court in May, 1975. Initially, three shows were announced, with another two added after the tremendous demand for tickets.
LED ZEPPELIN drummer John Bonham previously said: "On the last night at Earl's Court we played 'Heartbreaker', 'Black Dog', and a bit from 'Out On The Tiles'. With the songs from 'Physical Graffiti' we've got such a wide range of material."
The band headlined both nights of the Knebworth festival, which took place at Knebworth House, Hertfordshire, England on August 4 and 11, 1979. These were LED ZEPPELIN's first live dates since their 1977 North American tour, and their first U.K. dates since the Earl's Court 1975 shows.

In 1968, Jimmy Page, Robert Plant, John Paul Jones and John Bonham formed LED ZEPPELIN, one of the most influential, innovative and successful groups in modern music, having sold more than 300 million albums worldwide. The band rose from the ashes of THE YARDBIRDS when Page brought in Plant, Bonham and Jones to tour as THE NEW YARDBIRDS. In 1969, LED ZEPPELIN released its self-titled debut. It marked the beginning of a 12-year reign, during which the group was widely considered to be the biggest and most innovative rock band in the world.
LED ZEPPELIN continues to be honored for its pivotal role in music history. The band was inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in 1995, received a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2005, and a year later was awarded with the Polar Music Prize in Stockholm. Founding members Jones, Page and Plant — along with Jason Bonham, the son of John Bonham — took the stage at London's O2 Arena in 2007 to headline a tribute concert for Ahmet Ertegun, a dear friend and Atlantic Records' founder. The band was honored for its lifetime contribution to American culture at the Kennedy Center Honors in 2012. In January of 2014, the band won their first ever Grammy Award as "Celebration Day", which captured their live performance at the Ertegun tribute concert, was named "Best Rock Album".

MAX CAVALERA Remembers OZZY OSBOURNE: 'I Just Thought He Was Really Funny'Former SEPULTURA and current SOULFLY frontman Max Cavalera shared his memories of Ozzy Osbourne during an appearance on 12News, the NBC affiliate in Phoenix, Arizona. Asked what kind of guy Ozzy was, Max said (as transcribed by BLABBERMOUTH.NET): "Well, I first met him around '96 with my old band [SEPULTURA]. And at that time he didn't come out that much. And we were also — 'cause we're such fans, we were all scared of him. But then after I broke up with my old band, I started my new band [SOULFLY]. That was at the same time that our son was killed here in Arizona… [Ozzy and Sharon] invited us to their house and we started hanging out more with them. When we did Ozzfest, our kids played together. They went to their house. But, yeah, like I say, I think the image of the wild guy and all that, the times I spent with him, I just thought he was really funny, man."
Asked if he would describe Ozzy as "kind of a normal guy", Max said: "I think so. 'Cause we [would] mostly hang out in backstage and things like that. And there was one time where we were in Sweden, and he asked me, 'Where are we?' He had no idea where he was. And I just loved that about him. It was, like, this is so cool. This guy, he's so rock and roll. He just goes. He doesn't even know what country he's [in]."
In a 2014 interview with Phoenix New Times, Max reflected on Ozzy and Sharon's kindness after Cavalera's stepson Dana passed away. "We were playing Donington [Monsters Of Rock festival] with [Ozzy] and [Ozzy and Sharon] flew us home in their private jet when Dana died," he said. "It was a horrible thing. We were flying home because Gloria's son [Max's wife and manager] died, in Ozzy's plane. It was horrible. The whole time. It was so dark. I wanted to say something to Gloria and words couldn't even come out of my mouth. Sharon talks about feeling like we needed a friend at that time and she was able to help us. They didn't have to do anything. They were just playing a show with us, and yet they showed their true colors. Somebody else could have said, 'I'm sorry for your loss,' but they didn't do that. They put us on their plane, gave us money and gave Gloria a crucifix. It was amazing. Then when I got kicked out of SEPULTURA, it was around January, we were invited to their [Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne] house for a dinner because Ozzy wanted to encourage me to go on. That's how felt, like he should do something. I went to their house and sat down. Ozzy sat me down and said, 'Fuck them. Fuck those guys. You need to get up off your ass and do something.' It was awesome to hear that from him and I needed to hear that. He played me some BLACK SABBATH demos and it blew my mind. It was fucking awesome to hear that from him. I was tripping the whole time. I never even imagined I would do that. You know, like when I was a kid in Brazil, if you would have told me I would sit down with Ozzy, fucking BLACK SABBATH, I wouldn't have believed it."
Ozzy died Tuesday morning (July 22),his family announced in a statement.
"It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time," the family said.
No cause of death was given, but Osbourne had battled a number of health issues over the past several years, including Parkinson's disease and injuries he sustained from a late-night fall in 2019.
Ozzy's death came a little more than two weeks after he took the stage for his final performance with BLACK SABBATH at Villa Park in the band's original hometown of Birmingham, United Kingdom. They performed four songs for more than 40,000 people in the stadium and 5.8 million more on a livestream. Ozzy also played a five-song solo set while seated in a bat-adorned throne.
The legendary BLACK SABBATH frontman was diagnosed in 2003 with Parkin 2 — a very rare genetic form of Parkinson's. During a TV appearance in January 2020, the singer disclosed that he was 'stricken" with the disease which occurs when the nerve cells of the body degenerate and levels of dopamine are reduced. Dopamine is an essential chemical that is produced by these nerve cells which send signals to different parts of the brain to control movements of the body.
Ozzy's health issues, including suffering a nasty fall and dislodging metal rods placed in his spine following a quad-bike accident in 2003, as well as catching COVID-19 three years ago, forced him to cancel some of his previously announced tours.
Despite his health problems, Osbourne had performed a couple of times in the last three years, including at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham in August 2022 and at the NFL halftime show at the season opener Los Angeles Rams and Buffalo Bills game in September 2022. 2

Watch: Original ALICE COOPER Band Reunites For Historic London EventTo celebrate the release of "The Revenge Of Alice Cooper", the new album from the reunited original ALICE COOPER band, Alice Cooper, Dennis Dunaway, Neal Smith and Michael Bruce got together earlier tonight (Thursday, July 24) on stage at Union Chapel in London, United Kingdom for an unforgettable evening.
The event was hosted by none other than Sir Tim Rice and featured a very special appearance by producer and honorary sixth band member, Bob Ezrin, whose legendary partnership with the band helped define the sound of an era. The night included a world-exclusive pre-listening session of the full album and in-depth conversation with the band about the making of "The Revenge Of Alice Cooper".
The event, which sold out within 24 hours, was streamed live globally via the Alice Cooper and earMUSIC YouTube channels, as well as on TalksShopLive ensuring no fan missed out on this historic reunion and giving audiences everywhere a front-row seat. You can now watch video of the event below.
Cooper, Dunaway, Smith and Bruce reunited with Ezrin to create "The Revenge Of Alice Cooper", a fierce and nostalgic homage to their early '70s glory. Due on July 25, the album includes a special posthumous feature from original guitarist Glen Buxton and guest appearance by Robby Krieger of THE DOORS on the debut single "Black Mamba".
With timeless tracks, classic horror rock energy, and a dose of theatrical chaos, "The Revenge Of Alice Cooper" promises to be more than a comeback — it's a resurrection.
"The Revenge Of Alice Cooper" is a high-voltage journey into vintage horror and classic 1970s shock rock, capturing the sound, energy, and mischief that made the original ALICE COOPER band legendary. In a truly special moment, the album features a posthumous appearance by Glen Buxton, the band's original guitarist who passed away in 1997, through an unreleased recording that seamlessly blends the past with the present on "What Happened To You", featuring his original guitar part.
If that wasn't cool enough, one of the bonus tracks (box set and limited smart format) also includes a long-lost gem from 1970 — a raw, alternate take of "Return Of The Spiders" (not the version heard on "Easy Action") — recently unearthed from original multi-tracks missing for 50 years and now enhanced and mixed by Bob Ezrin.
"The Revenge Of Alice Cooper" saw Alice, Neal, Michael, Dennis and Bob working in an old-school recording studio in Connecticut, rekindling the magic from the 1970s. This album is a celebration of friendship, nostalgia, and the timeless sound that solidified Alice Cooper as a rock icon. Fans can expect a powerful and nostalgic experience that bridges the gap between the band's storied past and their vibrant present.
From the venomous bite of "Black Mamba" to the rebellious charge of "Wild Ones" and the soft, haunting melodies of "See You On The Other Side", every track feels like a rock 'n' roll classic.
"The Revenge Of Alice Cooper" is going to be released on July 25 in a wide variety of formats and limited vinyl colors. It will also be available as a limited box set and as a limited art print (smart format),featuring exclusive access to two bonus tracks from the start, plus the full album automatically delivered as a high-definition download on release day.
The original ALICE COOPER group — Alice Cooper (vocals),Michael Bruce (guitar),Dennis Dunaway (bass),Neal Smith (drums) and Glen Buxton (guitar) — redefined rock in the early 1970s, blending raw, hard-hitting music with shocking theatricality. With Bob Ezrin at the helm, they pioneered shock rock, delivering rebellious anthems, dark storytelling and over-the-top stage shows featuring guillotines, snakes, and macabre theatrics.
Albums like "Love It To Death" (1971),"Killer" (1971),"School's Out" (1972) and "Billion Dollar Babies" (1973) turned them into superstars, producing legendary hits like "I'm Eighteen", "Elected", "School's Out" and "No More Mr. Nice Guy". Their mix of hard rock, glam, and horror made them one of the most influential and controversial bands of their era, leaving a permanent mark on rock history.
Alice Cooper has sold countless millions of records worldwide and shaped rock history forever. Inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in 2011, their music remains as powerful and relevant as ever.
Now, with "The Revenge Of Alice Cooper", the original band reunites for one more epic chapter, reclaiming the sound and legacy that made them legends.
Cooper told Billboard that making a new album with his original bandmates "was very much like this was our next album after [1973's] 'Muscle Of Love', just like, 'Okay, this is the next album.' Isn't that funny after 50 years? All of a sudden it just falls into place."
Ezrin said about the making of "The Revenge Of Alice Cooper": "None of them has changed much as a person. Obviously, everyone's older and more mature and more settled, but when we all get together and I watch the interplay between them, it's like they just walked out of high school and were hanging out in the local cafe. They just revert to type. They revert to who they were as kids when the first got together… and make music together like they did 50-some years ago."
As for the possibility of the original COOPER band hitting the road again, Alice said: "We haven't even gotten to that point yet. I don't really see it being a full-out tour; it would be very, very hard, I think, if you haven't done it for a long time. But I could see it being a feature, like going into certain cities — Detroit, New York, L.A., London maybe, and doing a half-hour or 40 minutes in a club or something. We always leave those things open, and if it looks feasible, then we do it."
"The Revenge of Alice Cooper" track listing:
01. Black Mamba

Formed in 1968, the original ALICE COOPER band forged a theatrical brand of hard rock that was destined to shock and had never been seen before. Within five years, they would release no fewer than seven studio albums, amongst them their international breakthrough "School's Out" (including the Top 10 hit of the same name) and the U.S. No. 1 "Billion Dollar Babies" (1973). By 1974, the band had risen to the upper echelon of rock stardom... and then it dissolved.
In October 2015, over 40 years later, record store owner and superfan Chris Penn convinced the original lineup to reunite for a very special performance at Good Records, his record store in Dallas, Texas. Alice, Michael, Dennis and Neal were joined on stage by Alice's current guitarist Ryan Roxie (standing in for Buxton).
Cooper pioneered a grandly theatrical brand of hard rock that was designed to shock. Drawing equally from horror movies, vaudeville, and garage rock, the group created a stage show that featured electric chairs, guillotines, fake blood and boa constrictors. He continues to tour regularly, performing shows worldwide with the dark and horror-themed theatrics that he's best known for. With a schedule that includes six months each year on the road, Cooper brings his own brand of rock psycho-drama to fans both old and new, enjoying it as much as the audience does. Known as the architect of shock rock, Cooper (in both the original ALICE COOPER band and as a solo artist) has rattled the cages and undermined the authority of generations of guardians of the status quo, continuing to surprise fans and exude danger at every turn, like a great horror movie, even in an era where mainstream media can present real-life shocking images. 1

OZZY OSBOURNE Documentary 'No Escape From Now' Still Set For Release This FallThe previously announced documentary about Ozzy Osbourne's recent health issues will still arrive later this year despite the legendary BLACK SABBATH singer's death. The feature-length project, titled "No Escape From Now" and currently in production at Paramount+, will "reveal the devastating setbacks" the iconic singer had "faced since his fateful fall in 2019," according to a press release.
Directed by BAFTA winner Tania Alexander ("Gogglebox"),the doc began filming in 2022 during the sessions for Osbourne's 13th album "Patient Number 9" and continued through what the 76-year-British-born musician's final performance with BLACK SABBATH in his original hometown of Birmingham, England on July 5.
Tania and Phil Alexander, the creative team behind "No Escape From Now", told Rolling Stone in a statement: "We are truly heartbroken to hear the news of Ozzy's passing. Filming with him, Sharon, Aimee, Kelly and Jack for the last three and a half years will always be a cherished and remarkable experience — largely because we got to regularly witness Ozzy's indomitable spirit, his mischievous, irresistible grin and his masterful display of unique one-liners. We will always love you, dear Oz. And we send love and strength to Sharon and her family."
The documentary is being produced by U.K. production house Echo Velvet in partnership with the Osbournes and MTV Entertainment Studios. Gillmer and Amanda Culkowski are executive producing the project for MTV Entertainment Studios alongside Phil Alexander for Echo Velvet and Sharon Osbourne for Sharon Osbourne Management.
"No Escape From Now" will feature interviews with Sharon and the couple's children as well as Tony Iommi (BLACK SABBATH),Duff McKagan (GUNS N' ROSES),Robert Trujillo (METALLICA),Billy Idol, Maynard James Keenan (TOOL),Chad Smith (RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS),Zakk Wylde, producer Andrew Watt and friend/musician Billy Morrison.
"The last six years have been full of some of the worst times I've been through. There's been times when I thought my number was up," Ozzy Osbourne said in a statement when "No Escape From Now" was first announced in February. "But making music and making two albums saved me. I'd have gone nuts without music."
He added: "My fans have supported me for so many years, and I really want to thank them and say a proper goodbye to them. That is what the Villa Park show is about."
"This film is an honest account of what has happened to Ozzy during the last few years. It shows how hard things have been for him and the courage he has shown while dealing with a number of serious health issues, including Parkinson's," Ozzy's wife and manager Sharon Osbourne added. "It's about the reality of his life now. We have worked with a production team we trust and have allowed them the freedom to tell the story openly. We hope that story will inspire people that are facing similar issues to Ozzy."
"This is Ozzy Osbourne like you've never seen before: an honest, warm and deeply personal portrait of one of the greatest rock stars of all time, detailing how the singer's world shuddered to a halt six years ago, forcing him to contemplate who he really is, confront his own mortality and question whether or not he can ever perform on stage for one last time," the documentary's logline reads. "Addressing his health issues and impact of his Parkinson's diagnosis, the film showcases the central role music continues to play in Ozzy's life — also proving his mischievous sense of humor remains resolutely intact despite it all."
"Given our storied past with Ozzy, Sharon and the whole family, we were determined to land this project and look forward to sharing it with his legions of fans and global audiences on Paramount+ later this year," Bruce Gillmer, president of Music, Music Talent, Programming & Events for Paramount as well as chief content officer of Music for Paramount+, said in a statement. 1

RICK WAKEMAN On OZZY OSBOURNE: He Was 'An Absolute Character, An Absolute Personality'Keyboard legend Rick Wakeman has released a video message in honor of Ozzy Osbourne, who passed away earlier this week at the age of 76. In the message, which can be seen below, Rick, who himself turned 76 in May, states (as transcribed by BLABBERMOUTH.NET): "This is a message for Ozzy, who's now on a very special journey, having passed away. And we all miss him something terrible, but what a legacy he's left. [He was] an absolute character, an absolute personality, both music-wise, where he was actually much cleverer than a lot of people gave him credit for, and also his madness, which I loved. I miss him an awful lot even now."
He continued: "I wish [Ozzy's wife and manager] Sharon all the best. I think it was Sharon who made Ozzy in later years after she met him, and in a strange way he made Sharon; the pair of them were inseparable. But now they have been separated. But there are the memories that will always live on.
"So, Ozzy, wherever you are on the astral plane where you are traveling, I wish you all the very best and hope you meet a lot of interesting people on the way," Rick added. "Miss you, mate. Bye."
Rick's son Adam Wakeman had long been the touring keyboardist for BLACK SABBATH and Ozzy Osbourne's band.

Report: Paramedics Spent Hours Trying To Save OZZY OSBOURNE Before His DeathParamedics reportedly spent two hours treating Ozzy Osbourne before his death on Tuesday, July 22.
The Daily Mail reports that an air ambulance was called to Welders House, the BLACK SABBATH singer's mansion in Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom mansion, on Tuesday morning. Just 15 minutes later, at 10:30 a.m., the chopper landed in a field near the Osbourne estate. Around 12:30 p.m., the paramedics returned to their base 27 miles away at RAF Benson, near Wallingford, South Oxfordshire.
"We can confirm that our helicopter was dispatched to provide advanced critical care at an incident near Chalfont St Giles yesterday," a spokesperson for the Thames Valley Air Ambulance wrote to the Daily Mail.
Ozzy's 85-year-old sister Jean Powell also spoke to The Mirror about the singer's death and said that it was unexpected. "He was frail but it still came as a shock," she said. "He still had plans and things he wanted to do. We don't know the details of his death; it's still too early. It's just so sad. I'm just thankful he died in England."
Ozzy died Tuesday morning (July 22),his family announced in a statement.

Ozzy also played a five-song solo set while seated in a bat-adorned throne.
In a 2023 interview with Rolling Stone, Osbourne said he would "die a happy man" if he could perform one more show to express his gratitude to his fans from the stage.
"If I can't continue doing shows on a regular basis, I just want to be well enough to do one show where I can say, 'Hi, guys. Thanks so much for my life.' That's what I'm working towards, and if I drop down dead at the end of it, I'll die a happy man," he said at the time.
When Ozzy announced that he was retiring from touring in 2023, he said in a statement: "In all good conscience, I have now come to the realization that I'm not physically capable of doing my upcoming European/U.K. tour dates, as I know I couldn''t deal with the travel required. Believe me when I say that the thought of disappointing my fans really fucks me up, more than you will ever know. Never would I have imagined that my touring days would have ended this way."
Osbourne leaves behind his wife, Sharon, and their children, Aimee, Kelly and Jack, as well his two older children, Jessica and Louis, from his first marriage to Thelma Riley, and grandchildren.

Watch: BUSH Performs Six Songs At KROQ's 'Helpful Honda Sound Space'To celebrate the release of BUSH's new album, "I Beat Loneliness", the Gavin Rossdale-fronted outfit joined the KROQ radio station inside the Helpful Honda Sound Space on Tuesday, July 15 for a special interview and performance. Watch the band rip through a few of their biggest hits and tracks from the new LP, and check out Rossdale as he sits down to talk with Kevin Ryder and Megan Holiday about music, cooking and more.
"I Beat Loneliness" came out on July 18 via earMUSIC. Produced by Rossdale and Erik Ron (PANIC! AT THE DISCO),the LP marks BUSH's tenth studio album — a powerful testament to the band's enduring legacy and continued evolution. The record blends their grunge-rooted intensity with fresh textures and themes exploring mental health, solitude, and resilience.
This past April, BUSH released "60 Ways To Forget People" as a first taste of "I Beat Loneliness". Rossdale said at the time: "What I feel about this record is it addresses the common struggles we all have. '60 Ways To Forget People' is an ode to sacrifice and a dedication to the focus it takes to be better. All the time and in all things."
BUSH is touring across North America from July 19 to August 30, before heading overseas to join VOLBEAT for a series of dates across Europe from September 18 through November 13.
In a recent interview with São Paulo, Brazil's 89 FM A Rádio Rock radio station, Rossdale stated about the 12 songs featured on "I Beat Loneliness": "I know that everyone [says] no one cares [about full albums anymore] and it's [all about] these singles, but I think that if I like an act, if I like a band, I just wanna hear their body of work. I don't wanna hear just one song. I'm a musician, so I wanna know what 12 ideas someone has, not just one idea. And so I'm excited for that. But I understand most people just listen to one song and move on, with so many bands. But [I'm] very excited about it."
Asked what fans can expect to hear on the new BUSH album, Gavin said: "Oh, it's in a similar vein to [2022's] 'The Art Of Survival' and [2020's] 'The Kingdom' — super detuned, super heavy, but there's moments of light. And so it's not like angst [all the way through], but it's just very… It is very sort of centered on people's mental health and well-being and those kind of challenges, because it becomes more and more apparent, people suffering more and more. So music is often the way that people — it's like a medicine. So it's really good to have heavy subjects within the songs, but the songs have loads of hope and light and lift you up. I want people to come see us and have a great experience. It's not a doom-and-gloom [collection of songs]; it's a sort of a, how do we fight the good fight?"
Gavin also spoke about the inspiration for the "I Beat Loneliness" title, saying: "The reason why I like that title — [there's] a song called that — is because anybody who has a degree of melancholy in their heart, and it's normal; sometimes you feel good, sometimes have a melancholy. And it's good to be reflective. You can't be smiling like a moron the whole time, like a maniac, so the idea of beating loneliness is that it's impossible, because you can't. But it's beautiful 'cause the idea is that if you feel you beat it, it's like a respite, and you're not in that mindset. But it's all temporary, because you come back and that sort of feeling can flood in. But I just like the idea 'cause it's impossible."
In January, Rossdale told Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada's 104.9 The Wolf radio station about "I Beat Loneliness": "I'm so thrilled about the record. It's successful to me because I'm really proud of it. And I think that people who like the band will be really, really into it and we might get some new fans as well. But it's good to feel fulfilled by when you make a record, and not, like, 'Oh, man. I should've done this, should've done that.' I think it's really good."
2024 marked the 30th anniversary of the release of BUSH's six-times-platinum debut album, "Sixteen Stone".
Last summer, BUSH celebrated its 30th anniversary with an extensive North American headline tour.
BUSH released "Loaded: The Greatest Hits 1994-2023" in November 2023 via Round Hill Records. The set included a new song called "Nowhere To Go But Everywhere", which was written by Gavin and produced by Rossdale and Corey Britz.
BUSH currently features Rossdale, Chris Traynor (guitar),Corey Britz (bass) and Nik Hughes (drums).
BUSH broke up in 2002 but reformed in 2010, and has since released six albums: "The Sea of Memories" (2011),"Man On The Run" (2014),"Black And White Rainbows" (2017) and the aforementioned "The Kingdom", "The Art Of Survival" and "I Beat Loneliness".
"Black And White Rainbows" was crafted after Rossdale went through a divorce with pop star/reality TV judge Gwen Stefani in 2015. 2

JOHN CORABI Signs With FRONTIERS MUSIC SRL For Upcoming Solo AlbumFrontiers Music Srl has announced the signing of veteran rock vocalist John Corabi to its roster of iconic artists.
Known for his powerful voice and rich legacy with bands like MÖTLEY CRÜE, THE DEAD DAISIES, UNION and THE SCREAM, Corabi is looking forward to releasing new music in collaboration with Marti Frederiksen, a songwriter-for-hire who has previously collaborated with AEROSMITH, DEF LEPPARD, Jonny Lang and Sheryl Crow, among many others. He promises an organic 1960s-1970s-style record and can't wait to get back on the road with a talented solo band featuring his son Ian on drums, and a few great friends.
John expressed his excitement by saying: "I'm thankful to Frontiers Records for the opportunity to give you guys some new music!! I've been writing and recording with my good pal Marti Frederiksen here in Nashville, and I can't wait for you to hear it all!"
Tom Lipsky, head of A&R of North America for Frontiers Label Group, commented: "It is exciting to bring John into the Frontiers Label Group. He has fans around the world, and he is respected by the artist community as a musician, singer and songwriter. John's new music will take his accomplished career to an even higher level".
Corabi is a journeyman singer-songwriter and guitarist who burst on to the music scene with Hollywood Records recording artists THE SCREAM in 1991. Touring extensively throughout the United States on the strength of their songs "Man In The Moon", "I Believe In Me" and "Father Mother Son", John attracted the attention of radio, MTV, fans and critics alike.
MÖTLEY CRÜE's Nikki Sixx reached out to John after the departure of Vince Neil in 1992 and asked him to join the band for the writing and recording of their 1994 self-titled record. During the recording process of the follow-up "Generation Swine" album in late 1996, Neil returned to the band, and John started the band UNION with former KISS guitarist Bruce Kulick.
UNION headed into a studio to record its debut self-titled album in 1998. With UNION, John released three albums between 1998 and 2001. Afterwards, John left UNION to join the band RATT on their 2001 summer tour, handling guitar and backing vocal duties. Touring constantly from 2001 to 2008, John eventually left the band to go out on his own.
John released the acoustic album "Unplugged" in 2012 and a live album, "Live 94, One Night In Nashville", in 2018, as well as multiple original and tribute singles. John received a phone call in 2015 to join the all-star collective called the dead daisies, and has since recorded the albums "Revolución", "Make Some Noise", "Live And Louder", "Burn It Down", "Light Em' Up" and a recently released blues covers record "Looking For Trouble".
For the last ten years, with THE DEAD DAISIES and as a solo acoustic artist, John has toured extensively in Europe, the United States, Japan, South America and Australia, playing all the major festivals and selling out shows to a growing, loyal fan base.
With his 2022 autobiography "Horseshoes And Hand Grenades" and 19 full-length records under his belt, spanning a 35-year career, John is anxious to release record number 20, and play the new songs live.
In a recent interview with Ruben Mosqueda of We Go To 11, Corabi, who released two standalone solo singles in the last four years — 2021's "Cosi Bella (So Beautiful)" and 2022's "Your Own Worst Enemy" — said about his plans to put out more solo music in the not-too-distant future: "Yeah, I'm working on that right now actually. I've been working with Marti. I'm right now just kind of writing songs. And I've got a bunch written already, some recorded. So we're just trying to finish up the writing process and then at that point just get into a studio, jam them and lay 'em down. So hopefully we'll have something done by July, August. And then I don't know when we're gonna put it out, because that's my thing — I don't wanna do anything that interferes with what THE DAISIES are doing. And I don't want them to interfere with what I'm doing. So we've just gotta find little gaps and do things at the appropriate times."
Corabi previously discussed his plans for new solo music this past May in an interview with Shawn Ratches of Laughingmonkeymusic. He said at the time: "I think, honestly, I wanna do something different. My outlet for heavier stuff, I can do with THE DAISIES. But I wanna experiment now. I've gotta be honest with you, lately I've been on a kick of CREEDENCE, John Fogerty. I thought that CREEDENCE CLEARWATER REVIVAL stuff was fucking brilliant. Another guy that I saw a bazillion times when I was younger, [and I] had no idea who he was until he became a household name, who I still to this day love, is Bob Seger. So Bob Seger had some rock shit, but he was just a great storyteller, great songwriter. So, I don't know, man. I've really been listening to a lot of that stuff, but I'm not worrying about it."
Corabi continued: "I told my manager — initially I was, like, 'I wanna do a Bob Seger-type record.' My manager's, like, 'Great. If anybody I know can do it, it's you.' But then the more I thought about it, I go, 'I just wanna write. Let me see what I come up with.' And then Marti and I [have been writing together], and I've got a couple of other buddies that I started some songs with here in Nashville… I'm just gonna write 10, 15, 20 songs and then I'll pick the best eight or 10, whatever, and put 'em on a record. I'm not gonna worry about it. I'm not gonna overthink it. I'm just gonna write. But I do wanna write something that's just organic and very… I miss the '70s. I miss that whole eclectic, all-over-the-place, no-boxes type of shit that we grew up listening to. So I just wanna go for it. The only thing I can tell you guys, it's gonna be eclectic."
Corabi in 2016 said that he would avoid talking about MÖTLEY CRÜE in the future because he didn't want his comments about CRÜE bassist Nikki Sixx to descend into a feud.
In an interview with Sweden Rock Magazine, Nikki said that writing the "Mötley Crüe" LP with Corabi was a prolonged and difficult experience. He went to call it "a very unfocused record" that was "painful for me, because John Corabi can't write lyrics, and I had to do all that work."
In February 2018, Corabi released a live album of his performance of MÖTLEY CRÜE's entire 1994 self-titled album, recorded on October 27, 2015 in Nashville, Tennessee. "Live '94: One Night In Nashville" documents the album in its entirety along with the bonus track "10,000 Miles", which was originally released as a bonus track on the Japanese version of the "Quaternary" EP.
Corabi's autobiography, "Horseshoes And Hand Grenades", came out in June 2022 via Rare Bird Books. It was written with the help of MÖTLEY CRÜE historian/author Paul Miles. The book's description promised to detail the singer's "life from the mean streets of Philadelphia to the Sunset Strip." It featured stories from Corabi's tenures in MÖTLEY CRÜE, UNION, RATT and THE DEAD DAISIES, as well as personal tales including "his parents' difficult divorce, his family's dark history of abuse [and] his run-in with a serial killer."
