ANNIHILATOR Post First Full Live Recording Of "Alison Hell" From 1986 - "Sloppy, Messy, And Full Of Mistakes..."

Canadian metal legends Annihilator have posted the following update:

"First Annihilator 'Alison Hell' recording live in Val D'or, Quebec, April 16th, 1986. This was a live off the board recording of the band (Jeff Waters - guitar, John Bates - vox, Dave Scott - bass, Paul Malek - drums) and the first full recording of this legendary song. As you can hear, they are kids! Sloppy, messy and full of mistakes but that is how history is made! Note the lyrics and arrangements changed years later, as Jeff Waters changed them to the version we've all heard on the Alice in Hell record 1989."

Annihilator previously checked in with the following:

"Well, it’s been 15 studio CDs, more than 1000 shows around the world and we’re planning some awesome things for our fans. Despite the sad state of the music business, Annihilator have never given up and hope we’ve given you some good music and good times along the way!

Now, we urgently need your help to raise money for touring, shows, the live acoustic DVD, the mini documentary DVD and the live concert DVD we are planning. Although we have a very supportive label and touring agency, these ambitious plans cost a lot more money than any of us have. See the expense list below and we're sure you'll understand.

Bang Your Head!!!, The annual gathering in Balingen, Germany (now a three day event), have announced Annihilator as their final act, which also includes headliners Slayer, Twisted Sister and Iced Earth.

The festival will take place July 14th - 16th with performances also scheduled from Testament, Carcass, Dirkschneider, Uriah Heep, Grave Digger, Candlemass, Metal Church, Dragonforce, Nazareth, The Dead Daisies, Great White, Girlschool and many more.
